Ich habe lange nicht mehr so gruseliges Essen serviert bekommen, absolut niedrigstes Niveau mit Übelkeitsfaktor, dazu schmuddelige und unfreundliche Kellner. Ein Desaster, nie wieder!!!

Just dreadful. Formed and frozen ‘chicken souvlaki’ for over €20 and the salad and starter swimming in various creamy dressings. It’s about as Greek as Greek week in LIDL.

When we are in Cologne we are always here and have been here so many times we will continue to go, the food is simply great 👍🏼

A great restaurant. Whenever I'm in Cologne I plan a visit. First of all, the view of the cathedral and the Rhine is great and the food is incredibly delicious. The service perfect. Also ideal for small babies. Changing options and a play corner are all there.

Everything was very good, from the service to the cleanliness of all the rooms to the food. Even celebrities dined here today! :)

Everything perfect with the restaurant. Directly on the Rhine with a view of Cologne Cathedral. And most importantly: the food is wonderful!!

Basically everything is great. Unfortunately it wasn't possible to order drinks for a while. It wasn't possible at the counter and the waiters were all busy on the terrace. Otherwise we would have drunk more.

The gyros are OK to good, the fries are very cheap. The plate comes with a mediocre salad, but without rice and coleslaw. Unfortunately, for €17.90 it's definitely not enough. The strong view from the terrace alone is not enough. It was my first visit to a Greek restaurant without ouzo on the house.

Fast food with a great view The headline already describes the only positive thing. The view of the Rhine, the old town opposite and the cathedral is excellent. However, to call the Oasis a restaurant is an exaggeration. The term fast food is more appropriate. With the terrace open, the extremely hectic, sometimes unfriendly staff herd guests into rows at tables that are far too close together and “serve” drinks and food in beer tent style. The dishes are appealing, but not really better than in a usual snack bar. I cannot recommend this restaurant.

Nice staff, nice view of the Rhine. Very long waiting time (for me approx. 70 minutes) after ordering. The tables are too close together. Prices are a bit expensive even for Cologne. Eat normally. Conclusion: I probably won't go back.

A restaurant-style takeaway. The only positive thing is the view from the terrace. The service is hectic, impersonal and incompetent, creating an unpleasant and hectic atmosphere with the uncoordinated behavior of the far too large team of waiters, orders are carried out incorrectly and chalked up to the guest as an ordering mistake, the starter and main course are served at the same time, the side salad is served served immediately as if “from the assembly line”. The price is therefore much too high and therefore not recommended.

Great location of the restaurant Brunch very good and very extensive

Food was impeccable and definitely higher quality compared to other restaurants in the price range (gyros + steaks). Unfortunately, service left a lot to be desired. Staff was just outside and ignored us. At some point we used the self-service - the drinks came quickly, but if you have a question about the food or can't order with a QR code (there were older people there) that's suboptimal. However, we couldn't order any food from the person who brought us the drinks and he couldn't answer our questions either. Instead of letting our colleagues know, we sat around for an eternity until someone personally went out onto the terrace to order. In the end the calculation was also wrong. Service disaster. Despite calling beforehand about parking spaces (we were referred to the Cologne Triangel), the entrance was closed. One of them had to go home again... It's such a shame because the food was really great, but unfortunately all the stress surrounding it means we'll never go there again.

Well, it's good. The view of the cathedral is priceless and really beautiful. Unfortunately, the prices are really not justified in terms of value for money. A mini portion of fries €4.80... Unfortunately, you can't get ouzo on the house either. Food basically okay.

Rude staff, not even giving us cutlery. The Greek guy (propably the owner) was even ruder. He had the nerve to come to our table, make a whole scene and complained because we canceled a dish that we ordered by mistake and not giving a tip to the waiter!!! Tourist trap, better avoid.

Wir waren nach einem Betriebsausflug dort mit einer größeren Gruppe. Leider empfanden wir das Personal unfreundlich und lustlos. Es war ansonsten wenig Besuch da. Das Essen war ok, aus meiner Sicht aber auch nicht mehr. Das schönste war der Ausblick.

I have known the restaurant for a very long time and was last here about 5-6 years ago. And since yesterday for the last time. We sat by the window and the sun shone in. Unfortunately it wasn't pleasant, because my daughter and I could hardly see the other person and it became uncomfortably warm over time. When we asked if the blind could be lowered, we were told it was defective. Then it wasn't clear whether you ordered at the table or via the QR code. The starters could be ordered using the QR code, the main courses could not. Communication non-existent, staff grumpy to stressed. I had gyros, liver and fries. The fries were almost unsalted, the liver wasn't completely cooked through and the gyros were more than bland. The side salad just wasn't tasty either. The sauce tasted like watered down yogurt and that was about it in terms of taste. In terms of price you can't say anything for the location, good midfield. It's a shame for a restaurant that has been around for a long time and is in a really nice place. Hence the 4 stars for the ambience.

When I order gyros gratinated with feta, it's not enough to cut in a few crumbs of cheese. The waiters or the kitchen brought the main courses with the wrong side dish for the meatloaf. Unfortunately you couldn't untie the knot. We had to swap what was on our plates with each other. The view is great, the rest of the path is mediocre.

We were in the restaurant on Easter Monday, we were served friendly and quickly and we liked the food. There was also a children's corner, unfortunately there weren't that many toys left, so the ambience got a star less. But not everyone is interested in that.

We arrived at the restaurant at 7:30 p.m. and for the first time we waited half an hour to get a menu. Afterwards we called the waitress 1. Kollega yes immediately 2. Kollega yes immediately 3. Kollega I'll call someone else 4. Kollega the kitchen is now closed by now it was almost 8.50 p.m. and we waited an hour for nothing Shameless, never again!

We were a group of 8 people and although we hadn't made a special reservation for outside, they kindly organized a table for us on the terrace. The food was really very good. Generous portions. Even though there was a lot to do, the service was really friendly and accommodating.

We had brunch at Oasis for the first time on Easter Sunday. From the extensive, delicious selection at the buffet to the very nice and helpful staff and the prices, everything was right for us. For me and my family, the Oasis is always worth a visit. We also enjoy dinner here with a beautiful view of the cathedral. The mixed starter platter and the stuffed minced steak are always a highlight for me. We'd love to come back.

The food was OK, but it can't be that you're still eating and the plates of the others at the table are already being cleared away. Looks like you want to say give rubber with food, we need the table.

It was our first time at the Oasis and we were very impressed. Both the food selection and the selection of drinks were very good. We were there with 8 people and everyone really enjoyed it. The service was good, sometimes a bit stressful, but still friendly. The really great view of the Rhine and the cathedral was particularly beautiful. We found it a shame that the spacious play area was very poorly equipped. Something would like to be retrofitted ;) Overall, we were very satisfied and have decided to try out the Sunday brunch soon :)

The price-performance ratio is not right for the food. They are quite normal portions and not of high quality, but they are very expensive. The service is very slow and the communication is not really positive. Dirty dishes on our table were only cleared away after we asked. The most beautiful thing is the view. But it's not really worth spending that much money on the food.

Der Ausblick ist einfach klasse auf den Rhein sowie den Dom. Der Laden ist gross und aus meiner Sicht was laut. Das Personal ist schnell und freundlich. WIr waren mit einer Gruppe da 12 Leute und hatte alle zeitglich unser Essen klasse klappt nicht immer. Ich hatte Gyros und Souvlaki (155). Leider war das Gyros nicht so kross wie ich es mag und gewohnt bin. Das Souvlaki war okay und bei den Pommes fehlte das Salz aber das konnte man ja selber ändern. Dazu war die Portion Tzatziki sagen wir mal übersichtlich schaut Euch das Bild einfach selber an. Komisch finde ich jedoch das ich beim Griechen auf den Beilagen Salat Joghurtsauce habe und nicht Öl dazu kenne ich es so das man hier den Typischen Mix aus Griechenland bekommt aber weder Gurke noch Tomate oder Olive war dabei.

The 1 star only because I can't write a review otherwise (the realistic rating for me would be -3⭐️) It was fun to eat here once, but the time is probably over. The staff was totally incompetent, you couldn't communicate with the staff, they didn't understand or speak much German. Only one of 3 vegetarian dishes was available and half of the Uso platter was lost. Then they said it would close at 9 p.m., so pay the bill. All in all, it wasn't a nice evening. With the best will in the world, I cannot recommend this restaurant.

Irgendwas passt hier nicht! Das Restaurant ist super gelegen, griechischer Flair oder Ambiente kommt abe rleider nicht auf. Die Speisen sind leider etwas lieblos und ideenlos. Das Essen war nicht schlecht, aber leider auch ncihts besonderes - bei der Lage und Preisen kann man durchaus etwas mehr erwarten. Auch hat der Service leider zu wünschen übrig gelassen. Der Service war zwar stets nett, aber sehr langsam und Bestellungen wurden verwechselt. Insgesamt leider enttäuschend. Ich würde mir hier ein Restaurant mit mehr Individualität, Charme und Charakter wünschen. Das hier gebotene Erlebnis, kann man auch bei jedem beliebigen Vorstadt-Griechen um die Ecke bekommen.

Κακή ποιότητα φαγητού, κρύα τα φαγητά, τα κρεατα χωρίς καρυκεύματα, καθώς και τα περισσότερα δεν ήταν ημερας! Σε αντίθεση με τα σαλαμια-κασερια του Brunch που ήταν ζεστά πάνω στον παγκο και τα τηγανητά αυγα σαν λάστιχο! Δυστυχώς το τραπέζι μου μας διαθέσανε ήταν σε σημείο όπου ήταν διάδρομος και περνούσε συνέχεια γύρω από εμας κόσμος, παρ' όλο που υπηρχαν κι άλλα ελεύθερα τραπέζια (μέχρι την στιγμη που φύγαμε) σε καλυτερο σημείο π.χ. κοντά στο παράθυρο , αλλά δεν ερωτηθηκαμε αν προτιμάμε κάπου αλλού! Τέλος, όσον αφορά την εξυπηρέτηση, περνούσαν πολλές φορές από δίπλα μας αδιαφορωντας για τα λερωμένα πιάτα, αν και είχε λιγη κίνηση στο μαγαζί. Στην πραγματικότητα, κάποιοι σερβιτόροι απλα παρακολουθούσαν και μόνο 2 από τους 5 εξυπηρετουσαν! Συμπέρασμα, το φαγητό και η εξυπηρέτηση δεν αξίζουν για τόσο υψηλές τιμές!

Die meisten Kellner sind freundlich und bemüht gewesen, wurden der Sache aber nicht Herr. Es war der Silvesterabend und das Restaurant war voll. Der ältere Kellner, der die Fensterseite bedient, ist sehr unfreundlich. Immer. Ein Grund, nicht mehr in das Restaurant zu gehen. Wir haben eineinhalb Stunden auf das Essen gewartet. Es gab dafür noch nichtmal einen Ouzo oder ähnliches extra. Schlechter Kundenservice.

Oasis das Griechische Restaurant ist sehr zu empfehlen. Vor über 25 Jahren waren wir das erste Mal dort. Bis heute sind wir dort Gäste. Bei einem herrlichen Blick auf den Rhein mit der dahinter liegenden Altstadt sowie Blick auf den Dom und die Hohenzollern Brücke kann man sich in aller Ruhe den Kulinarischen Genüssen hingeben. Das Personal sehr nett und freundlich und daran interessiert das sich die Gäste wohlfühlen.

Silvester 2023. Der Ausblick war sehr schön. Der Service stellte sich im Verlauf des abends als überfordert dar. Für eine Bestellung musste man selbst auf sich aufmerksam machen. Die Speisereste waren auch nach 20 Minuten noch nicht abgeräumt. Das Essen war nur durchschnittlich. Kleinere Portionen zu höheren Preisen. Salat wie die Rohkostmix Tüte von Discounter mit Fertigdressing. Vorspeisenteller aus Fertigprodukten zusammengestellt. Essig, Öl oder Salz, Pfeffer Fehlanzeige. Fleischprodukte totgebraten. Zum Essen muss man da nicht unbedingt hingehen.

Schönes griechisches Restaurant mit Rheinblick. Guter und schneller Service. Freundliches Personal. Nachfrage durch Inhaber, ob alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit war. Familiäre Atmosphäre.

Wir gehen nun schon mehrere Jahre Weihnachten zum brunchen oder Abends zum Essen hin und sind immer wieder sehr überzeugt. Tolles Essen und sehr netter Service!

Wir sind spontan ins Lokal gegangen. Zum Glück gab es noch einen freien Tisch. Leider war der Ober nicht in der Lage uns leichte Veränderung bei der Essenswahl möglich zu machen. Desweiteren bin ich der Meinung, das bei einem Menü für 24€ Tütenmayonaise nicht angebracht ist. Der übliche Ouzo vom Haus blieb auch aus. Würde das Lokal nicht empfehlen.

Das war nicht gut! Essen halb roh, Gyros übersalzen, Ouzo warm, Pommes labbrig. Service total lieblos und ein Kellner ist sogar drei Mal gegen den Hochstuhl von unserem Baby gelaufen. Ambiente wie in einer Kantine, super laut und echt heruntergekommen. Am liebsten gar keinen Stern.

Super Ausblick über den Rhein auf die Stadt und den Dom. Der Service und das Essen waren in Ordnung, die Preise angemessen. Hat mich nicht vom Hocker gehauen, aber war insgesamt solide.

Wir waren mit ganz großen Gruppe da wollten wir Weihnachtsfeier feiern Leider konnten wir nicht da von merken (37 Personen) Mega schlechte Bedingungen Hauptgerichte (Lamm) Auch nicht da . Vorspeise Kamm nicht an obwohl bestellt würde (auf dem Rechnung hat aber gegeben ) Keine haupt bestellte Gerichte waren komplett oder mit gewünschte Beilage oder Sauce. Bestellte expressos Kamm nie an . Essen würde über Kopf gegeben . Nicht mal Dankeschön oder überhaupt Interesse ob alles in Ordnung ist. Einen Eltern Herr hat nur an Bestellung Apparat getippt Hauptsache viel aber die bestellte Sachen kämmen nie an . So von schlechte Restaurant Mitte in Köln !!! Nie wieder.

Essen war sehr lecker! Allerdings ist der Service sowas von Chaotisch. Die kommen überhaupt nicht zurecht. In einer größeren Gruppe wollte oder konnte man, keine Vorspeisen bestellen. Einige Gerichte nicht da( an einem Samstag Abend). Essen wurden etliche falsch gebracht. Beilagen falsch , Soße wo keine drauf sollte usw. Getränke Bestellung war sehr mühselig.

Heute waren wir mit einer kleinen Gruppe im Restaurant Oasis essen. Wir hatten einen Tisch 4 Wochen vorher reserviert. Als wir ankamen war das Lokal ausgebucht und voll. Uns wurde dann ein Tisch zugewiesen, welcher noch nicht mal eingedeckt war. Nach unserer Bestellung kam das Essen zwar zeitnah, aber es war ein ganz anderes Gericht. Bestellt war ein Fisch vom Grill mit einer Wartezeit von 30 Minuten. Gebracht wurden frietierte Tintenfischtuben mit frischem Gemüse. Der Kellner, welcher die Bestellung aufgenommen hatte war wohl etwas überfordert. O.k. Es hat geschmeckt, aber ich hatte es nicht bestellt. Nachdem wir aufgegessen hatten und noch etwas getrunken hatten stand der Kellner 3 mal mit dem EC Kartengerät bei uns am Tisch und fragte jedes mal ob alles in Ordnung wäre. Beim vierten Mal brachte er dann ungefragt die Rechnung. Unverschämt dieser Rausschmiss um 22:15 Uhr. Diese Lokal möchte ich keinem weiterempfehlen. Danke für ihren unfreundlichen Rausschmiss. Wir kommen bestimmt nicht wieder... Hoy cenamos en el restaurante Oasis con un grupo pequeño. Habíamos reservado mesa con 4 semanas de antelación. Cuando llegamos el lugar estaba completo y lleno. Luego nos asignaron una mesa que aún no estaba puesta. Después de que pedimos, la comida llegó rápidamente, pero era un plato completamente diferente. Se pidió un pescado a la plancha con un tiempo de espera de 30 minutos. Trajeron tubos de calamar fritos con verduras frescas. El camarero que tomó el pedido probablemente estaba un poco abrumado. DE ACUERDO. Estaba delicioso, pero no lo pedí. Después de terminar de comer y beber algo, el camarero se paró tres veces en nuestra mesa con la máquina de tarjetas EC y cada vez preguntó si todo estaba bien. La cuarta vez trajo la cuenta sin preguntar. Esta expulsión a las 22.15 horas es una barbaridad. No recomendaría este restaurante a nadie. Gracias por su cruel despido. We were then assigned a table that wasn't even set yet. After we ordered, the food came promptly, but it was a completely different dish. A grilled fish was ordered with a waiting time of 30 minutes. Fried squid tubes with fresh vegetables were brought. The waiter who took the order was probably a bit overwhelmed. OK. It was tasty, but I didn't order it. After we had finished eating and had something to drink, the waiter stood at our table three times with the EC card machine and asked each time if everything was OK. We definitely won't be coming back... Aujourd'hui, nous avons dîné au restaurant Oasis avec un petit groupe. Nous avions réservé une table 4 semaines à l'avance. Quand nous sommes arrivés, l'endroit était complet et complet. On nous a ensuite attribué une table qui n'était même pas encore dressée. Après avoir commandé, la nourriture est arrivée rapidement, mais c'était un plat complètement différent. Un poisson grillé a été commandé avec un temps d'attente de 30 minutes. Des tubes de calamars frits avec des légumes frais ont été apportés. Le serveur qui a pris la commande était probablement un peu débordé. D'ACCORD. C'était délicieux, mais je ne l'ai pas commandé. Après que nous ayons fini de manger et bu quelque chose, le serveur s'est tenu trois fois à notre table avec la machine à cartes EC et a demandé à chaque fois si tout allait bien. La quatrième fois, il a apporté la facture sans rien demander. Cette expulsion à 22h15 est scandaleuse. Je ne recommanderais ce restaurant à personne. Merci pour votre licenciement méchant. Nous ne reviendrons certainement pas...

El sitio está bien y hemos cenado bien. Sin embargo el propietario al ver que éramos turistas nos ha intentado ESTAFAR exigiendo propina, al negarnos nos ha recriminado que por nuestra culpa ha mandado a casa a una mesa de 6 personas, estábamos al lado de la puerta y no ha pasado nada de eso. Es muy desagradable que te intenten estafar por ser turista. El final feliz es que al menos ni 1€ le hemos dejado.

Uns gefällt es dort sehr gut. Das Essen ist sehr lecker und dabei den Blick auf den Rhein und den Dom einfach schön und nur zu empfehlen.
