The food is of dubious quality. Not tasty, one pasta was oversalted, the other, on the contrary, was undersalted. The seafood pasta had crab sticks. The cook has no idea what a real schnitzel is.

Extremely long wait times and poor quality pizza. Additionally, the service was rather unmotivated. About 2.5 hours is definitely too long for a pizza meal. The beer, however, arrived quickly and chilled.

We were in Cologne in July with four people. We spontaneously stopped at this pizzeria and were surprised by how absolutely amazing the food, the atmosphere, and the staff were. We went back the very next day because we couldn't find anything comparable, and it was simply the best. Highly recommended! Absolutely top-notch value for money! And sooooooo delicious 🩶 If we go to Cologne next year, we'll definitely go back ☺️

Pizza Parma 8/10, service and friendliness excellent!

Lasagna was very good: good amount of meat, saltiness and chewness of cheese were just right. Albeit I noticed mice several times running beneath tables (it was the evening) so I didn't feel like eating dessert I ordered before - it wasn't ready yet so waiter cancelled it without questions. Mice could simply have a nest nearby or come from neighbour restaurant so I'll still give 5 star overall. Just take it into account if these small animals can ruin your appetite.

Three stars for the following reason. I don't like it when people approach me to say that tables are free and all that. Maybe it's a scam or just meant to be friendly... I don't know, I personally don't like it! Besides, we were planning on eating there anyway. You won me over again with the service, because everything was served very quickly. The food was delicious, arrived hot (few people manage that anymore), and tasted very good. The drinks and cocktails were also excellent. We'd be happy to come back for another meal.

Really touristy and meny it set up that you chose a main dish but then you still need to add on side dishes to make a whole and of course they charge extra for that, which makes this restaurant one of the more expensive ones but without the quality

Scammers to be avoided at all costs. The order was mishandled, and we didn't eat what we ordered. The server didn't question it or change the dish. A fight ensued at the next table over the bill. Drink prices were higher on the bill than on the menu. The food wasn't bad, but it wasn't incredible either.

We were warmly welcomed from the very beginning by Shayan, who also turned out to be a fantastic waiter. The food was delicious, the cocktails are freshly made at the cocktail bar, and the taste is world-class. My husband and I highly recommend this place and will be back anytime. Unfortunately, absolutely disappointing - never again! Unfortunately, our visit to this restaurant was a disaster. The service overall was very unfriendly and disinterested. When we wanted to pay, they suddenly said we didn't have any change - very unprofessional and annoying. The toilets were in a dirty condition, which only added to the already bad overall impression. When we finally left the restaurant and were about to leave, we were completely baselessly accused of writing a bad review - although we hadn't even thought about it at the time. This disrespectful behavior was the last straw for us. We absolutely cannot recommend this restaurant. There is a lack of service, cleanliness and above all respect for the guests.

Disappointing – not recommended! The positive reviews are misleading. The pizza had a weak taste and was extremely oily; even frozen food tastes better. The pasta was mediocre. We couldn't finish the meal. It's definitely not Italian (spaghetti was opened and served with a spoon). Service pas très rapide. Pizzas pas mauvaise et à un prix plutôt attractif. Par contre niveau vin j’ai pris un verre de chianti qui lui a 6€ environ est pas donné et qui tenait plus du jus de raisin que du vin. Service 5% rajoute automatiquement au paiement sans en être informé donc pas correct pour moi. L’un dans l’autre restaurant correct mais dans lequel on n’a pas forcément envie de retourner

Unfortunately it was a total failure... 4 people Beer from the barrel, warm. Pizza is okay Penne pasta dishes - Ready-made sauce, far too thin and watery. Tortellini al forno - Instead of peas, simply mix in leftover broccoli. Without asking first. After request, feedback from the kitchen peas have run out. Finished tortellini and very small portion extremely salty. The best comes last. Invoice 1 - 6€ added. Invoice 2 - 11€ added. Unfortunately, I noticed it far too late. Conclusion 0 stars, definitely never again!!!!! And that for a restaurant near the promenade.

This place is amazing .!! Although it looked quiet from the outside we ventured in as we wanted Italian food. I had a steak and my wife a carbonara. I also accompanied my steak with fried potatoes and fried mushrooms - I can honestly say the food was elite… genuinely an amazing food experience and the food was made to perfection. The outdoor heating in winter was nice and enjoyable. The food quality was good, but a bit salty. We had the Salami pizza, which was very delicious. The Penne pollo, with chicken and red tomato sauce was okay but salty, and the Penne Julita with beef and white sauce and olive oil was both salty and had very tough pieces of beef that is not acceptable. The tuna pizza was simple but tasty, although we expected it to have onions as well. In the end, the price for four pizzas and one cola was €67, which is higher than nearby restaurants and relatively expensive. Also they didn’t give us receipt!

The food is ok, but the service is terrible. It's really cold inside. If you want to pay, you can't separate it at all. The answer for us was that you don’t have time for something like that. Of course do NOT recommend!!!!

Waiters rather unfriendly. Soup tastes like the canned soup at home. The pizza was very greasy with hardly any taste. Be careful if you just drink something without eating, you will still be charged for “various meals” on the final bill.

This place is a disaster, I wouldn’t even call it a restaurant. We went with a group of 8 people and every single order was a mess. Food is cold, bringing the wrong dishes and blaming it on us. Told my dish was cold and it never came back. Cocktails are full of ice and tasteless. The bill was completely wrong with items we did not order, the man was really unfriendly and did not even want to accept card and was pointing and pushing us towards the ATM machine outside. At first we saw the other horrendous reviews and thought let’s just give it a try it cannot be that bad but the reviews don’t do justice of how bad it actually is. Our worst dinner experience ever.

Don’t come here. They brought me a wrong order and didn’t bring the right one when I told them. Their “strongest cocktail” was mostly icecubes and mixer. The potatoes in tinfoil were cold. They were going to bring new ones but just disappeared and on top of that charged more than what we ordered. When we wanted to pay, they reluctantly corrected the overcharged potatoes (and not my wrong order) but we couldn’t pay by card because the amount was too high 🧐 after that it was miraculously possible while being rude and kind of pushing my friend. The mushrooms and croquettes were nice tho so I gave them two stars

You rigatone and I maccharoni. We both got penne. When asked, they said it was probably all sold out. But we weren't told beforehand. We had to sit outside when it was 3 degrees. There are radiant heaters there, but through the open door it drafted like pike soup. So you really can't recommend it and I advise everyone not to visit here. The prices are simply too high for frozen products. It's better to go to McDonald's, because you know you'll only get crap 🤣

Hi Ich möchte meinen Unmut mal loswerden! Ich bin schon öfters dort am 11.11 zu Karneval gewesen, da ich das Lokal und die Lage gut finde, aber leider ist das Personal einfach nur unverschämt! Es wird regelmäßig versucht bei Wechselgeld zu bescheissen! Und wir reden nicht über 50 Cent sondern einmal sogar über 10 Euro! Geht gar nicht! Reklamationen werden sogar ignoriert!

Katastrophe Personal sehr unfreundlich!!!! Man muss ewig auf sein Essen warten,das echt nicht genießbar war. Und wenn man nach einer Stunde Wartezeit nach seiner Penne und Pizza fragt,wird es so argumentiert das man ja alleine ist. Wir waren mit einem anderem Paar die ersten Gäste und bekamen unser Essen zu letzt. Vorher gingen mindestens 10 Essen vor uns raus. Verschenkte Zeit und nie wieder.

I don't know how this restaurant gets 4 stars, the staff looks pretty bored, me and my son's pizzas were totally lame and weren't done yet. The pizza was totally label-worthy. The seat covers outside were pretty dirty and the toilets need to be updated. (Toilet is loose and pieces are broken off, the faucet could also be pulled halfway out. My partner's steak was done instead of medium and was absolutely not seasoned. You can give a plus point for the fries, they were fine 🤣🤣

Very very unfriendly service. Not attentive and doesn't accept “extra requests” when you want something extra on the pizza. The pizzas are ready so he can't change anything. We had reserved a table and everything worked out. But for the life of me I don't know how the store got over 4 stars. My Inferno Pizza and that of my buddy were absolutely lame and easy to fall asleep to. The other pizzas were also dry and every delivery service does a better job. I don't know what Kölsch they have there either, but it was inedible. The waitress prefers to go across the street to have a smoke rather than ask if everything is OK. All in all, never again...

Absolute juice shop! We would be treated extremely unkindly and disrespectfully. After sitting down we were asked what we wanted to order. We asked for a little more time to choose the dishes. We were there today with 14 people and I (we) have never experienced such inflexible and unfriendly male service. Service thought was way down 😣 Whether it was due to his poor knowledge of German or he simply didn't want to understand some of us, we don't know. World champion in facial expressions! We were at Casa Nuova today with a group of colleagues, but we won't be going there again. The service was unfriendly, I didn't speak German and when I asked questions, the male service sometimes became aggressive and the mine was turned away every time. The food was okay in parts, but not in others. A bruschetta also includes salt and pepper as well as garlic and basil. A salad also includes bread, which was only delivered reluctantly when asked. All of that was missing. Overall, the service just seemed annoyed to us that guests were visiting the restaurant. We cannot recommend this restaurant. Very unfortunate.

There were two of us here for dinner. Tortellini Gorgonzola and Maccheroni al forno. Plus 2 beers. €39.70 isn't exactly cheap. In addition, there was the rather unfriendly waiter who laughed at us when we presented a voucher and, during our stay, was more busy flirting with another female guest and ranting his mouth about the guests present than actually serving us. The food didn't taste good either and the portions were very manageable. The restaurant apparently only thrives because of its location in Cologne's old town. Anyone who has been here before will definitely not come back. But there are enough tourists here. So we won't do that to ourselves again.

We took a short trip to Cologne. We chose this restaurant, price performance and staff were great. So we spent the evening here again and the next day we had lunch here again and drank cocktails 🍸 in the evening. Highly recommended.

Una pasada!! Para luego las pizzas que pedimos no tenían ni el queso fundido, como normalmente son. Conclusión: Mala atención, mala calidad

During the 2024 European Football Championship, the four of us spontaneously stopped there to watch football on the restaurant screen for a quick pizza with drinks, ordering and bringing the food so far was pretty quick, the quality and price were okay. The waiter could have brought the cutlery and napkins to our table in between or when bringing the drinks. This didn't happen, not even when the food was brought, so we had to ask and the waiter had to run back into the restaurant, which meant an annoying wait and the pizza didn't get any better because it was lying around. One point suit for that. The waiter himself was very friendly, paying with a credit card was no problem and was carried out quickly.

It has been a shameful experience...they took our order at 1:15 p.m. and it took them an hour to serve us the food. The food was a bit messy and poor (a sad sausage). From what we have observed, they do not cook in the same restaurant, they brought dishes from another restaurant in the middle of the street. The time to pay arrives and they tell us that you cannot pay with a card, only in cash, at that time we did not have enough cash, they tell us to go to the ATM in front to withdraw money.
