Good food, would love to come back

Service pas très rapide. Pizzas pas mauvaise et à un prix plutôt attractif. Par contre niveau vin j’ai pris un verre de chianti qui lui a 6€ environ est pas donné et qui tenait plus du jus de raisin que du vin. Service 5% rajoute automatiquement au paiement sans en être informé donc pas correct pour moi. L’un dans l’autre restaurant correct mais dans lequel on n’a pas forcément envie de retourner

Unfortunately it was a total failure... 4 people Beer from the barrel, warm. Pizza is okay Penne pasta dishes - Ready-made sauce, far too thin and watery. Tortellini al forno - Instead of peas, simply mix in leftover broccoli. Without asking first. After request, feedback from the kitchen peas have run out. Finished tortellini and very small portion extremely salty. The best comes last. Invoice 1 - 6€ added. Invoice 2 - 11€ added. Unfortunately, I noticed it far too late. Conclusion 0 stars, definitely never again!!!!! And that for a restaurant near the promenade.

This place is amazing .!! Although it looked quiet from the outside we ventured in as we wanted Italian food. I had a steak and my wife a carbonara. I also accompanied my steak with fried potatoes and fried mushrooms - I can honestly say the food was elite… genuinely an amazing food experience and the food was made to perfection. Very very good ..!!

The outdoor heating in winter was nice and enjoyable. The food quality was good, but a bit salty. We had the Salami pizza, which was very delicious. The Penne pollo, with chicken and red tomato sauce was okay but salty, and the Penne Julita with beef and white sauce and olive oil was both salty and had very tough pieces of beef that is not acceptable. The tuna pizza was simple but tasty, although we expected it to have onions as well. In the end, the price for four pizzas and one cola was €67, which is higher than nearby restaurants and relatively expensive. Also they didn’t give us receipt!

The food is ok, but the service is terrible. It's really cold inside. If you want to pay, you can't separate it at all. The answer for us was that you don’t have time for something like that. Of course do NOT recommend!!!!

Waiters rather unfriendly. Soup tastes like the canned soup at home. The pizza was very greasy with hardly any taste. Be careful if you just drink something without eating, you will still be charged for “various meals” on the final bill.

This place is a disaster, I wouldn’t even call it a restaurant. We went with a group of 8 people and every single order was a mess. Food is cold, bringing the wrong dishes and blaming it on us. Told my dish was cold and it never came back. Cocktails are full of ice and tasteless. The bill was completely wrong with items we did not order, the man was really unfriendly and did not even want to accept card and was pointing and pushing us towards the ATM machine outside. At first we saw the other horrendous reviews and thought let’s just give it a try it cannot be that bad but the reviews don’t do justice of how bad it actually is. Our worst dinner experience ever.

Don’t come here. They brought me a wrong order and didn’t bring the right one when I told them. Their “strongest cocktail” was mostly icecubes and mixer. The potatoes in tinfoil were cold. They were going to bring new ones but just disappeared and on top of that charged more than what we ordered. When we wanted to pay, they reluctantly corrected the overcharged potatoes (and not my wrong order) but we couldn’t pay by card because the amount was too high 🧐 after that it was miraculously possible while being rude and kind of pushing my friend. The mushrooms and croquettes were nice tho so I gave them two stars

Disaster! Chicken schnitzel was raw. Waitress informed. There was no apology and nothing. We didn't really want a replacement because it really makes you lose your appetite. The waitress then said she had to give us a replacement, otherwise she would have to pay for it out of her own pocket. Quite strange thing. My sister-in-law and I ordered pasta. You rigatone and I maccharoni. We both got penne. When asked, they said it was probably all sold out. But we weren't told beforehand. We had to sit outside when it was 3 degrees. There are radiant heaters there, but through the open door it drafted like pike soup. So you really can't recommend it and I advise everyone not to visit here. The prices are simply too high for frozen products. It's better to go to McDonald's, because you know you'll only get crap 🤣

Hi Ich möchte meinen Unmut mal loswerden! Ich bin schon öfters dort am 11.11 zu Karneval gewesen, da ich das Lokal und die Lage gut finde, aber leider ist das Personal einfach nur unverschämt! Es wird regelmäßig versucht bei Wechselgeld zu bescheissen! Und wir reden nicht über 50 Cent sondern einmal sogar über 10 Euro! Geht gar nicht! Reklamationen werden sogar ignoriert!

Nach unserer Bitte uns noch ein wenig Zeit für das auswählen der Gerichte zu geben ist der Kellner patzig abgerauscht und wir würden dann ignoriert und gar nicht mehr bedient. So unwillkommen hab ich mich als Gast noch nie gefühlt.

Katastrophe Personal sehr unfreundlich!!!! Man muss ewig auf sein Essen warten,das echt nicht genießbar war. Und wenn man nach einer Stunde Wartezeit nach seiner Penne und Pizza fragt,wird es so argumentiert das man ja alleine ist. Wir waren mit einem anderem Paar die ersten Gäste und bekamen unser Essen zu letzt. Vorher gingen mindestens 10 Essen vor uns raus. Verschenkte Zeit und nie wieder.

I don't know how this restaurant gets 4 stars, the staff looks pretty bored, me and my son's pizzas were totally lame and weren't done yet. The pizza was totally label-worthy. The seat covers outside were pretty dirty and the toilets need to be updated. (Toilet is loose and pieces are broken off, the faucet could also be pulled halfway out. My partner's steak was done instead of medium and was absolutely not seasoned. You can give a plus point for the fries, they were fine 🤣🤣

Very very unfriendly service. Not attentive and doesn't accept “extra requests” when you want something extra on the pizza. The pizzas are ready so he can't change anything. He gets irritated quickly. My shrimp were undercooked, there was a hair in the food and not particularly tasty. The noodles were OK.

We had reserved a table and everything worked out. But for the life of me I don't know how the store got over 4 stars. Each of the 4 of us ordered a pizza, which isn't complicated for the kitchen, but we then waited over an hour for it. My Inferno Pizza and that of my buddy were absolutely lame and easy to fall asleep to. The other pizzas were also dry and every delivery service does a better job. I don't know what Kölsch they have there either, but it was inedible. The waitress prefers to go across the street to have a smoke rather than ask if everything is OK. All in all, never again...

Extremely disappointed with the service. We waited over 90 minutes due to a forgotten order. When the food finally arrived, my medium steak was overcooked. World champion in facial expressions! We were at Casa Nuova today with a group of colleagues, but we won't be going there again. The service was unfriendly, I didn't speak German and when I asked questions, the male service sometimes became aggressive and the mine was turned away every time. The food was okay in parts, but not in others. A bruschetta also includes salt and pepper as well as garlic and basil. A salad also includes bread, which was only delivered reluctantly when asked. All of that was missing. Overall, the service just seemed annoyed to us that guests were visiting the restaurant. We cannot recommend this restaurant. Very unfortunate.

We were there today with 14 people and I (we) have never experienced such inflexible and unfriendly male service. There were two of us here for dinner. Tortellini Gorgonzola and Maccheroni al forno. Plus 2 beers. €39.70 isn't exactly cheap. In addition, there was the rather unfriendly waiter who laughed at us when we presented a voucher and, during our stay, was more busy flirting with another female guest and ranting his mouth about the guests present than actually serving us. The food didn't taste good either and the portions were very manageable. The restaurant apparently only thrives because of its location in Cologne's old town. Anyone who has been here before will definitely not come back. But there are enough tourists here. So we won't do that to ourselves again.

We took a short trip to Cologne. We chose this restaurant, price performance and staff were great. So we spent the evening here again and the next day we had lunch here again and drank cocktails 🍸 in the evening. Highly recommended.

Debido a tan solo dos camareros y a varias confusiones que tuvieron incluso con mesas de al lado.La bebida la pusieron muy rápido ( creo que es para que digas de no irte) y en ponernos en la mesa lo que íbamos a comer, tardaron otros 40 minutos. Una pasada!! Para luego las pizzas que pedimos no tenían ni el queso fundido, como normalmente son. Conclusión: Mala atención, mala calidad

During the 2024 European Football Championship, the four of us spontaneously stopped there to watch football on the restaurant screen for a quick pizza with drinks, ordering and bringing the food so far was pretty quick, the quality and price were okay. The waiter could have brought the cutlery and napkins to our table in between or when bringing the drinks. This didn't happen, not even when the food was brought, so we had to ask and the waiter had to run back into the restaurant, which meant an annoying wait and the pizza didn't get any better because it was lying around. One point suit for that. The waiter himself was very friendly, paying with a credit card was no problem and was carried out quickly.

It has been a shameful experience...they took our order at 1:15 p.m. and it took them an hour to serve us the food. The food was a bit messy and poor (a sad sausage). From what we have observed, they do not cook in the same restaurant, they brought dishes from another restaurant in the middle of the street. I was in this restaurant and ordered "pork schnitzel with mushroom sauce". When we paid we were even billed incorrectly, a cola that we hadn't ordered was "offset" with iced tea even though the cola was 2 euros more expensive than the iced tea... the food was solid in taste so nothing special . Definitely last visit here but there were complaints when another couple wanted to pay when we arrived...

The worst food I've ever eaten. Had the number 41 (penne pollo) raw meat and just didn't taste good. The service was also unfriendly and the waiting time for drinks and food was very long. Yesterday we had dinner there with 10 people (ages between 45 and 67). After we had sat upstairs for a few minutes, the waiter came up to us in a cheeky, cheeky manner and said that we should be quiet because there would be more guests. But we won't go there a second time. No recommendation from us unless you don't talk. That's not how you treat customers, so we didn't really tip because we don't have to put up with rudeness. I ordered penne pollo. -waiting time was very long with few visitors. -After a few spoonfuls I had bitten on a mental piece. I showed the waiter, he got soggy and said he would offer us two schnapps. Ich finde, dass Casa Nuova keinen Stern bekommen sollte, da es eine reine ENTTÄUSCHUNG war. •Die Portionen der Nudeln war für einen Erwachsenen eindeutig zu klein und der Teller zu groß (das Essen verschwand im Teller) •Unsere Getränke kamen sehr spät •Man hätte „für das lange warten“ etwas kleines Aperitives bekommen können, wie z.B. Brot mit Dip •Die Pizza, die wir bestellt hatten (Mozzarella mit Tomate und Basilikum) wurde mit 5 Scheiben Mozarella, 4 Scheiben Tomaten und 3 Blättern Basilikum belegt. •unser Salat war ausschließlich mit Grünzeug und jeweils 3 Tomaten und Gurken belegt, selbst unser Wunsch auf „nur Balsamico Dressing“ wurde nicht berücksichtigt. Stattdessen haben wir eine Coctail- Balsamico Soße bekommen.. • Der Preis 59,89€ ist definitiv zu viel für wenig Geschmack und Inhalt

LET OP: negatieve reviews uit het verleden zijn verwijderd; eerder had dit restaurant 3 sterren. Het lijkt erop dat zij op kunstmatige wijze de reviews beïnvloeden. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- slehcte service, geen tafel beschikbaar voor 12 personen terweil er gereserveerd was, gnocchi smakt zeer onder de maat. Ook nog brutaal genoeg om fooi te vragen en vervolgens vervelend te reageren.

War leider nicht wie erwartet. Das Essen schmeckte mir nicht und der Service war meiner Meinung nach auch nicht gut.

Sollte man innerhalb einer Frist von 7 Tagen keine Stellungnahme dazu abgeben, so wird die Rezension gelöscht. Derzeitige durchschnittliche Bewertung liegt bei 3,3 Sternen. Für mich erweckt es den Anschein, dass man hier gezielt versucht die Bewertungen auf ein besseres Niveau zu heben. Viel lieber hätte ich mir eine Kontaktaufnahme des Unternehmens gewünscht und der Lokalität eine zweite Chance gegeben.

Die Tortellini waren nicht schlecht aber viel zu wenig für den Preis. Mein Kollege hatte ein Schnitzel was dann ein Steak war... hatt leider gar nicht geschmeckt. Service hat uns auch bestimmt 25 min ignoriert.

Der schlechteste Service den ich je erlebt habe! Kein "guten Tag", Karte so im vorbeigehen auf meinem Tisch abgeworfen, übelst gelauntes Gesicht "meiner" Bedienung. Nie mehr wieder.

Eines der schlechtesten Restaurants, indem wir je waren. Ich gab 15€ Trinkgeld und wurde dafür bei miserablem Service belächelt - nie wieder!

So bad service!! The person who let you in didn’t pay attention to me, they offered the wrong order for me, I have ordered pizza and instead they offered pasta. I don’t recommend to eat there!! nevertheless The guy put more than in the bill when I asked to pay with card

Die Pizza war ganz lecker, dass Burger Brötchen leider doppelt so groß wie das Patty. Auf die Frage nach Majo und Ketchup bekamen wir große Flaschen wie man sie zu Hause im Kühlschrank hat. Wir hatten dreimal Eistee bestellt, lt. Karte 0.3l - 2,90 Euro. Bekommen haben wir dreimal 0.4l Wasser mit einem Spritzer Eistee drin. Abgerechnet wurde dreimal 5,80 Euro. Auf Nachfrage könne man da nix machen, man habe nichtmal in der Kasse Eistee. Unglaublich unverschämt und unfreundlich. Für uns nicht mehr.

Nettes Restaurant mit leckeren Essen und netter Service. Nur etwas teuer.
