Katastrophe Personal sehr unfreundlich!!!! Man muss ewig auf sein Essen warten,das echt nicht genießbar war. Und wenn man nach einer Stunde Wartezeit nach seiner Penne und Pizza fragt,wird es so argumentiert das man ja alleine ist. Wir waren mit einem anderem Paar die ersten Gäste und bekamen unser Essen zu letzt. Vorher gingen mindestens 10 Essen vor uns raus. Verschenkte Zeit und nie wieder.

I don't know how this restaurant gets 4 stars, the staff looks pretty bored, me and my son's pizzas were totally lame and weren't done yet. The pizza was totally label-worthy. The seat covers outside were pretty dirty and the toilets need to be updated. (Toilet is loose and pieces are broken off, the faucet could also be pulled halfway out. My partner's steak was done instead of medium and was absolutely not seasoned. You can give a plus point for the fries, they were fine 🤣🤣

Food was ok, service rather inattentive. Coke without carbonation, toilets = complete disaster, totally dirty, no toilet paper and the tap was almost in your hand. I don't have to have it again.

Very very unfriendly service. Not attentive and doesn't accept “extra requests” when you want something extra on the pizza. The pizzas are ready so he can't change anything. We had reserved a table and everything worked out. But for the life of me I don't know how the store got over 4 stars. Each of the 4 of us ordered a pizza, which isn't complicated for the kitchen, but we then waited over an hour for it. My Inferno Pizza and that of my buddy were absolutely lame and easy to fall asleep to. The other pizzas were also dry and every delivery service does a better job. I don't know what Kölsch they have there either, but it was inedible. The waitress prefers to go across the street to have a smoke rather than ask if everything is OK. All in all, never again...

Extremely disappointed with the service. We waited over 90 minutes due to a forgotten order. When the food finally arrived, my medium steak was overcooked. We were there today with 14 people and I (we) have never experienced such inflexible and unfriendly male service. World champion in facial expressions! We were at Casa Nuova today with a group of colleagues, but we won't be going there again. The service was unfriendly, I didn't speak German and when I asked questions, the male service sometimes became aggressive and the mine was turned away every time. The food was okay in parts, but not in others. A bruschetta also includes salt and pepper as well as garlic and basil. A salad also includes bread, which was only delivered reluctantly when asked. All of that was missing. Overall, the service just seemed annoyed to us that guests were visiting the restaurant. We cannot recommend this restaurant. Very unfortunate.

If we had wanted to give an award for unfriendliness and poor service, the male employee would have received it. Drinks were forgotten, requests for more parmesan were received but not implemented. There were two of us here for dinner. Tortellini Gorgonzola and Maccheroni al forno. Plus 2 beers. €39.70 isn't exactly cheap. In addition, there was the rather unfriendly waiter who laughed at us when we presented a voucher and, during our stay, was more busy flirting with another female guest and ranting his mouth about the guests present than actually serving us. The food didn't taste good either and the portions were very manageable. The restaurant apparently only thrives because of its location in Cologne's old town. Anyone who has been here before will definitely not come back. But there are enough tourists here. So we won't do that to ourselves again.

During the 2024 European Football Championship, the four of us spontaneously stopped there to watch football on the restaurant screen for a quick pizza with drinks, ordering and bringing the food so far was pretty quick, the quality and price were okay. The waiter could have brought the cutlery and napkins to our table in between or when bringing the drinks. This didn't happen, not even when the food was brought, so we had to ask and the waiter had to run back into the restaurant, which meant an annoying wait and the pizza didn't get any better because it was lying around. One point suit for that. The waiter himself was very friendly, paying with a credit card was no problem and was carried out quickly.

It has been a shameful experience...they took our order at 1:15 p.m. and it took them an hour to serve us the food. The food was a bit messy and poor (a sad sausage). I was in this restaurant and ordered "pork schnitzel with mushroom sauce". Ich finde, dass Casa Nuova keinen Stern bekommen sollte, da es eine reine ENTTÄUSCHUNG war. •Die Portionen der Nudeln war für einen Erwachsenen eindeutig zu klein und der Teller zu groß (das Essen verschwand im Teller) •Unsere Getränke kamen sehr spät •Man hätte „für das lange warten“ etwas kleines Aperitives bekommen können, wie z.B. Brot mit Dip •Die Pizza, die wir bestellt hatten (Mozzarella mit Tomate und Basilikum) wurde mit 5 Scheiben Mozarella, 4 Scheiben Tomaten und 3 Blättern Basilikum belegt. •unser Salat war ausschließlich mit Grünzeug und jeweils 3 Tomaten und Gurken belegt, selbst unser Wunsch auf „nur Balsamico Dressing“ wurde nicht berücksichtigt. LET OP: negatieve reviews uit het verleden zijn verwijderd; eerder had dit restaurant 3 sterren. Het lijkt erop dat zij op kunstmatige wijze de reviews beïnvloeden. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- slehcte service, geen tafel beschikbaar voor 12 personen terweil er gereserveerd was, gnocchi smakt zeer onder de maat. Ook nog brutaal genoeg om fooi te vragen en vervolgens vervelend te reageren.

Sollte man innerhalb einer Frist von 7 Tagen keine Stellungnahme dazu abgeben, so wird die Rezension gelöscht. Derzeitige durchschnittliche Bewertung liegt bei 3,3 Sternen. Für mich erweckt es den Anschein, dass man hier gezielt versucht die Bewertungen auf ein besseres Niveau zu heben. Viel lieber hätte ich mir eine Kontaktaufnahme des Unternehmens gewünscht und der Lokalität eine zweite Chance gegeben.

Die Tortellini waren nicht schlecht aber viel zu wenig für den Preis. Mein Kollege hatte ein Schnitzel was dann ein Steak war... hatt leider gar nicht geschmeckt. Service hat uns auch bestimmt 25 min ignoriert.

Die Pizza war ganz lecker, dass Burger Brötchen leider doppelt so groß wie das Patty. Auf die Frage nach Majo und Ketchup bekamen wir große Flaschen wie man sie zu Hause im Kühlschrank hat. Wir hatten dreimal Eistee bestellt, lt. Karte 0.3l - 2,90 Euro. Bekommen haben wir dreimal 0.4l Wasser mit einem Spritzer Eistee drin. Abgerechnet wurde dreimal 5,80 Euro. Auf Nachfrage könne man da nix machen, man habe nichtmal in der Kasse Eistee. Unglaublich unverschämt und unfreundlich. Für uns nicht mehr.

Schreckliche Bedienung, uns wurde das Trinkgeld auf das EC Gerät getan ohne gefragt zu werden, der Kellner wollte das nicht ändern. Nachdem wir Druck gemacht hat er teilweise aggressiv reagiert und hat die richtige Summe eingegeben, aber er wollte diese uns nicht zeigen unter der Begründung, dass wir anschließend ein Beleg bekommen. Unfassbare Erfahrung das habe ich nie in meinem Leben erlebt.....

Good service overall. Food was good . Stayed and enjoyed some of the sights, close to the cathedral as well as the GroB st Martin church. Prices were reasonable.

Drei mal einen Löffel bestellt, gekommen ist eine Gabel. Verstehen schwierig deutsch. Nach dem vierten Mal kam dann nun ein großer Löffel (für ein Tiramisu) nach dem fünften Mal kam dann auch mal ein kleiner Löffel.

Schlechter Service! Niemals hingehen! Kellner hat sich selbst Trinkgeld bei der EC Zahlung mit aufgebucht bei allen drei Personen am Tisch und hat sich geweigert es zurück zu zahlen! Unfassbar dreist, unfreundlich, unverschämt! Essen war durchschnittlich.

Kelner super bardzo miły i radosny jedzenie wyśmienite. Każda pizza soczysta,nie sucha i dobra. Makarony idealne. Ceny małe a porcje duże. Napoje także niczego sobie. Na 4 pizze 2 makarony oraz 7 napojów czekaliśmy około 10 minut. Bardzo polecam i uważam że restauracja zasługuje na pięć gwiazdek.

La comida malísima, servicio malísimo, casi 1 hora de espera para comer 2 pizzas. Evita este restaurante si puedes.

Einer unserer Zwei bestellten Cocktails schmeckte nur nach Zitrone und Sahne, nach hinterfragen beim Keller bekamen wir einen "neuen"... Es war der vorherige allerdings nun mit Vodka aufgefüllt, ungenießbar! Der Keller wies daraufhin, dass er nur Kellner und kein Barkeeper wäre und hat sich mit dieser Aussage unserer "Beschwerde" entzogen. Beim Bezahlen hat er sich selbstständig Trinkgeld auf die EC-Karten Zahlung gebucht, woraufhin ich ihn sauer ermahnte! Seine Aussage, das Gerät hätte einen Fehler gemacht! Kellner/Service mehr als negativ!!! Happy Hour nur von Sonntag - Donnerstags, dies erliest man auch nur im "Kleingedruckten"!

Essen war top. Service war okay. Saßen draußen, Atmosphäre war der Lage entsprechend.

Bewertung bezieht sich auf einen Besuch am Freitag um ca.17.30 Uhr Es war draußen nicht viel los dennoch haben wir auf zwei Pizzen und zwei Getränke rund 30 Minuten warten müssen. Pizza war okay aber hat nicht nach Italiener geschmeckt. Divalo Pizza keine Spur scharf Deutschkenntnisse vom Kellner : gerade Grundkenntnisse Nicht unbedingt nochmal Für die Preise kann man mehr erwarten

Das Essen können wir "leider" nicht bewerten,weil wir nach 2 Minuten fluchtartig die Möchtegern-Pizzeria verlassen haben. Dreckige Tische, defekte Decken, düster wie im Krematorium. Die 2 Minuten waren schon 2 Minuten zuviel.

Das Essen dauert ein bisschen länger, ja. Aber unser Essen war lecker (Pizza & Spaghetti) und der Kellner war freundlich!

Spaghetti Futti di Mare und Pizza Frutti di Mare bestanden fast nur aus Brocken Krebsfleisch und die Nudeln waren zu lange im Wasser. Für meine Ehefrau das schlechteste Essen in über 56 Jahren. Die nach unserer dezent angebrachten Kritik angebotenen Espressi standen dann auch noch auf der Rechnung; letzteres geht natürlich auf unsere Kappe, wir hätten nachfragen können wie bei der Bestellung eines Kölsch, das in einem "Eimer" (0,4l) serviert wurde. (für die Nichtkölner: Kölsch wird in 0,2l Gläsern "Stangen" ausgeschenkt; umsatzsteigernd oder auf eigenen Wunsch in 0,3l oder 0,4l)

Wir waren am späteren Abend im Casa Nuova, das Restaurant war leer, trotzdem mussten wir ewig auf bestelltes essen warten. Kellner total genervt und nicht unbedingt zuvorkommend. Essen war aber ok daher ein zweiter Stern. Wir haben vorher mehrfach gefragt ob die Küche geöffnet ist und wir was bestellen können, da es schon nach 20 Uhr war.

ABSOLUT NICHT ZU EMPFEHLEN!!! Vorsicht falls es Angebot über Groupon gibt bitte NICHT kaufen.Ich habe diesen Gutschein vor kurzem erworben.(Aktuell gibt es diese Aktion nicht mehr) Der Besitzer und Mitarbeiter sehr unfreundlich, die vereinbarte Reservierung wurde abgesagt und der Laden hatte geschlossen, obwohl wir zu der bestätigten Uhrzeit Vorort waren. Anscheinend wird geöffnet nach Lust und Laune.Auf Nachfrage wurde das Geld nicht erstattet und schriftlich kam auch keine Rückmeldung. Im Nachhinein aus dem Bekanntenkreis mitbekommen, dass das Essen reine Katastrophe ist und rausgeschmissenes Geld!!!! NICHT MAL ein Stern verdient dieses „Restaurant“. Bitte besucht dieses Restaurant nicht… Sowas von Unseriös!!!!!

Wir waren mit 2 Kindern und 2 Erwachsene das erste mal im Lokal! Danke für das perfekte Essen , super Service und die einladende Atmosphäre. Wenn wir Köln mal wieder mal besuchen, werden wir gerne wieder Gast sein.
