Leider wird nicht mehr alles angeboten. Einige Dinge kosten jetzt extra die früher lange inkludiert waren. Dennoch ist die Qualität immer noch gut.

Ich war zum ersten Mal im Nagoya und war von der gemütlichen Atmosphäre begeistert. Der Service war aufmerksam und freundlich, und das Essen war sehr lecker. Auch die sanitären Einrichtungen waren sauber und ordentlich. Ich kann Nagoya ohne Vorbehalte weiterempfehlen.

Sehr gute und große Auswahl an Sushi. Alles ist wunderbar frisch. Das Ambiente ist schön und der Service war top! Ich kann das Restaurant uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen!

Leider hat die Qualität massiv abgenommen. Während die Preise stetig steigen, wird das Angebot immer kleiner. Die Sushirollen sind fast alle auf jedem neuen Teller der kam, auseinander gefallen und mussten in Einzelteilen gegessen werden. Der Service war sehr nett und schnell. Auf Grund dessen, dass wir wissen wie es mal war und wie es jetzt ist, werden wir nicht wieder kommen.

Ein schickes Restaurant mit sehr gutem Essen. Es gibt viel Platz besonders auch für Feiern.

Different bill and poor service I've always enjoyed going to Nagoya in the past, but the service became increasingly unfriendly. Yesterday we weren't even greeted when we walked in. The waitress seemed annoyed and heartless the whole evening, even to a small child. The tip of the iceberg was that after paying for All You Can Eat we noticed that the amount of the service was completely different from the actual amount. Almost 10€ more were charged because the waitress entered the amount manually into the card reader... When confronted, the only response was “That was by mistake”. No, it wasn't, because several reviews have described similar cases, which is why we paid attention to it in the first place. That doesn't work at all and is a disgrace... We won't be visiting Nagoya again for the time being. Even if the food is great and tasty, the poor and unfriendly service has also been very noticeable recently. Unfortunately no more recommendations…

Das Essen- undzwar egal was- hat nicht geschmeckt. Suppenbrühe geschmacklos, Gyoza hart, Sushi nicht frisch und langweilig, Kimchi eiskalt, Rindfleisch zäh, Udonnudeln verkocht, gwbratener Reis hart! Also wirklich alles, was wir beim All you can eat gegessen haben, war nicht zufriedenstellend und leider von minderer Qualität. Auch der Service war nicht gut- nachdem ich mehrfach nach Ingwer/Wasabi oder nach Servietten fragen musste, bin ich irgendwann aufgestanden und habe mir die Sachen selber geholt. Auf das Salz für Edamame, die nicht richtig gesalzen waren und ein paar Gerichte warten wir bis heute. Ein paar der Servicekräfte (nicht alle) waren auch echt pampig und haben unsere Teller nicht abgeräumt, obwohl sie gesehen haben, dass unser Tisch voll war, da wir zu viert waren. Also definitiv mein letzter Besuch, denn der Sushi auf den ich mich sehr gefreut hatte, war enttäuschend. 3 von uns hatten zudem nach dem Besuch Bauchschmerzen und das waren genau die 3 Personen, die Fisch/Fleisch gegessen haben. Ich gehe daher davon aus, dass die Lebensmittel nicht frisch waren. Für uns wars der letzte Besuch

Dear Nagoya team, Unfortunately, I have to say that my visit with you was a big disappointment. The food didn't taste good at all, and I can judge that well because I've eaten in many sushi restaurants. The quality really left a lot to be desired - it was honestly worse than the sushi you get in supermarkets like Rewe. As a starter I had a soup that had a very unpleasant taste. After that I lost the desire to eat any more. Nevertheless, I tried some of the dishes, which I regret in retrospect because they were just as disappointing. Afterwards I only ate fries so that I was at least a little full. Unfortunately I will not recommend this restaurant.

Addendum: Unfortunately, I have to correct my rating downwards because the chillimayo on almost all sushi is extremely annoying. This is much too thick and applied too much and unfortunately cannot be removed. I asked the service for sushi without this mayonnaise, but unfortunately that didn't really work. Unfortunately, it's a shame given the high price that you can't get your sushi without it. Large selection, very tasty and good quality. The best all you can eat in the area. The best thing is that the dishes are halal, which is also marked on the iPad. The lemonades are also very tasty and varied, but I think just under €6 for a lemonade is a bit expensive.

Card was halved. We probably waited an hour for food; The food was good, but unfortunately it was almost always cold if it wasn't sushi:( we were told that we would have to wait a long time in the evening, but it was tedious. We went to the Nagoya Star today with anticipation and unfortunately it ended in huge disappointment. The otherwise good food was terribly oversalted this time, almost every dish cooked. The breaded dishes were absolutely drenched in oil and the sauces/spicy mayos were just as salty. A new strategy to make people full/thirsty quickly? After 2 rounds and a relatively normal amount of food, shift was over. We went home with stomach pains and nausea and my wife was about to puke. Unfortunately nothing remained of the price/performance ratio. Unfortunately I have to cross the store off my list too. Actually, I don't like giving bad reviews, but this racket that's been going on in the restaurant counters in the last few months is forcing me to do so.

Winter 2024 Quality and selection unchanged - for me the No. 1 place to go for Sushi Ayce. Some criticism: Unfortunately, there were extreme waiting times for the food via the tablet (30-40 minutes), the restaurant was completely full at that time. Due to the waiting time and the confusion, it is impossible to see which order is still outstanding - which unfortunately results in either eternal waiting or ordering too much. Service rude and unfriendly. When collecting the money, the service person gave himself a tip, which was only noticed after we asked about the bill - no go! Spring 2024 Food as always top, sushi tasty, meat dishes always arrived warm on the table, little - no delay from ordering to serving, service exemplary. Unfortunately, the time interval in which rounds can be ordered has been increased from 10 to 15 minutes. The 5 minutes more waiting time was extremely noticeable and was more than unsatisfactory, especially at the beginning. I think a price increase would be more appropriate than creating more idle time. Wir besuchen dieses Restaurant seit Jahren, aber leider hat die Qualität stark nachgelassen. Bei unserem letzten Besuch hatten wir lange Wartezeiten, das Essen kam teilweise kalt und der letzte Teller der Hauptspeise (2. Bestellung) wurde erst nach dem Dessert (3. Bestellung) serviert. Das ist enttäuschend und wir hoffen auf Besserung, bevor wir wiederkommen.

Das Sushi ist sehr scharf beziehungsweise die Mayonnaise darauf kaum essbar für jemanden, der gar kein Scharf mag, Der Service hat auch nachgelassen. Leider niemand, der richtig deutsch spricht. Man ruft jemanden und man wird einfach nur angelächelt und ignoriert. Bei den letzten zweimal stand immer was auf der Rechnung, was gar nicht zu uns gehört und genau dies wollten die dann noch ab kassieren würde man es nicht kontrollieren würde man immer mehr zahlen. Das tut echt weh wenn ich bin sehr gerne hingegangen. Somit war das letzte Mal möglich das letzte Mal.

Unfortunately, this was some of the worst food I've ever had in a restaurant. The sushi was warm & tasted quite poor. & i was served ice cold yakitori, as if it was sitting out for hours. Das Essen ist lecker und auch über Tablet seine Bestellung vornehmen zu können ist toll. Allerdings waren wir samstags da und das Restaurant war voll. Dementsprechend hat es etwas länger gedauert bis die Speisen kamen. Das wäre ja nicht weiter schlimm gewesen- aber: Wir warteten geduldig eine Stunde und fragten dann bei der Bedienung nach. Der Erfolg: Das Paar am Nachbartisch bekam sein Essen- wir bekamen nichts (das Paar saß dort gerade 10 Minuten!). Wir fragten nochmals nach unserem Essen - wieder kam nichts. Für uns haben sich die 30 €/Person nicht gelohnt, weil die Bedienungen und vielleicht auch die Küche zu planlos und unorganisiert gearbeitet haben. Besser ist es an einem normalen Wochentag dort zu essen- dann klappt alles reibungslos, weil es nicht so voll ist.

So I had a date here with my boyfriend and we even reserved a table. The lady took us to our table and explained everything so quickly that no one really understood anything. My plate was dirty. I then cleaned it myself. We had 1 hour Waited for our food with the lie that there would be a traffic jam in the kitchen while everyone around us continued to get their food, so it was just terrible. We had to point out several times that we had been waiting for a really long time and then we also paid 90 euros Really terrible for such a service, the owner was hardly interested, there were enough people because we spent 1.5 hours waiting and about 15 minutes for the food, the food was delicious but it was definitely not worth it very disappointed because I expected it to be a place that would do justice to the food or at least the expensive price, but unfortunately that wasn't the case. No recommendation from me, very disorganized and overpriced for a service that cannot be maintained.

Prices are reasonable, sushi is delicious and the all you can eat menu for lunch is definitely worth a visit! Only the mayonnaise could be left out, which was unfortunately not taken into account when I asked for it some time ago. Therefore one point deducted. Last night we visited your restaurant with a group of 5 people including a child. We chose the 'Touch & Eat' offer as we thought it was a normal order via tablet. Unfortunately, our waiter did not explain to us that this offer includes an all you can eat concept. The bill of 29.90 euros for one person surprised us. Unfortunately, we were not informed that we had unlimited choices from the menu. After researching online, we found that we could order unlimited items for that price. We ate less than the All You Can Eat menu and had to pay 160 euros. That's too bad.

The three of us had dinner at Nagoya - it was my second visit. I had fond memories of the restaurant and was not disappointed again. I would rank it among the better all you can eat sushi restaurants. The service is good and quick, the quality of the food was very good. Especially when it comes to sushi, you expect poorer quality at all you can eat. The price is accordingly a little higher. The restaurant is very clean and you feel comfortable.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but in this case I find myself forced to leave it. So let's start from the only thing that I found beautiful and that I save, the location, very elegant and well-kept. Well, I would say the service absolutely needs improvement, we had doubts about the menu, we asked two waiters and neither of them knew what to say and they directed us towards the owner. The menu (I will judge the all you can eat formula) may apparently seem convenient but it is not, the drinks which are paid separately like all the restaurants that offer this formula were very expensive, the lunch menu included a low choice of dishes which absolutely did not excite us and between one order and another we had to wait a good 15 minutes, we could have additional dishes by switching to the dinner menu which we found excessively expensive for what was added. The quality of the food was average. On the 4th we paid more than €100 choosing only one drink each (a coca-cola to be exact). The dessert "buffet" is also nice, with a limited choice. So in the face of all this it is a place that I wanted to try but where I will never return.

I have yet to come across a better, more pleasant and tastiest sushi restaurant. The menus are very well presented, especially since you get exactly what is shown in the picture. The prices are also available for each selection. The service is sensational. There are sometimes waiting times between orders, not just with All You Can Eat, but I think that reflects the coziness. It's not a quick turnaround like in other restaurants (starter, dessert, and then goodbye). You feel good. Big praise to the kitchen, who prepared the food wonderfully, it's not just a bit of fish thrown onto a ball of rice, but the work was (hopefully) done with passion. See you soon. Great all you can eat sushi restaurant with top sushi quality. Orders are placed on a tray, easy to use and the drinks do not count towards your order quota. All orders came to the table quickly, we only had to wait a long time for the baked sushi. The desserts are served as a buffet, unfortunately the disadvantage is that it runs out quickly. Unfortunately, the fruit selection for us was worse than bad.

This evening (Sunday) we were guests at the Nagoya restaurant in Offenbach. Parking spaces were available outside. Visually, the Nogaya is beautiful to look at. A large and clean restaurant. In the shop we were greeted in a friendly manner by a waitress and asked to sit at a table for two. Another waitress immediately offered us to sit at a larger table. The restaurant was moderately busy at this time (8:15 p.m.), so they unnecessarily tried to seat us at a “table for two.” The waitress kindly explained the system to us. The food was really tasty. However, the menu could have been a little more varied, as you were allowed to order a total of 10 things for two people in the first round. The food came on time and the service was really good. We were looking for an "all you can eat" restaurant - and "Nagoya" caught my eye. I liked the atmosphere and ordering from the tray. I was shocked when I found out that you pay €32 per person (Saturday evening buffet) and that you can order 5 dishes per person (since there were three of us, we were allowed to order 15 dishes). In addition, after ordering you have to wait 15 minutes for the next one. Some dishes arrived after 40 minutes. However, I think it's fair that you pay an extra €2 per dish you order and don't eat. So you think about whether to order more. However, food was very good. For me, the ambience also went well with the Asian flair. However, I don't have to go there again at that price. It may be cheaper during the week.
