We went here for dinner on a Saturday evening, and unfortunately, it was a complete disaster. The food took an extremely long time, the staff was very unfriendly, and the sushi was poorly prepared. Furthermore, the floor was dirty, and the dessert counter was practically empty. The sushi selection was also very limited. A real shame, especially considering the high price.

The food is delicious and the atmosphere is cozy. The all-you-can-eat checkout via tablet is simple and intuitive. A very affordable parking garage is located right around the corner.

I ate at your restaurant last week, the food was awful. The staff were nice, but the owner was very unfriendly. They gave us the wrong food, and the waiters looked unkempt, except for the one with the curls and the blonde one; they were very nice.

Yesterday, my husband and I went here for dinner. We had our two children with us; the oldest is only 28 months old. We ordered two extra dishes for just €2.10 each, plus two Cokes and a beer. However, the bill somehow came to €118. My husband paid and told me about it afterward. It's a buffet per person. So how could the bill be dozens of euros higher? The food is good, though; some dishes are a bit too salty, but overall, the food is good.

On weekends, you absolutely need a reservation, otherwise you won't get a table. Even with a reservation, you can sometimes wait up to 15 minutes because the place is always packed. The all-you-can-eat price is fair. For that price, the food is really good; the sushi is superbly prepared. There are also many other varieties. Drinks are inexpensive, but the selection isn't huge. If you want to eat sushi, you can't go wrong here.

I went there for the first time in a long time at the beginning of October and noticed that the prices had gone up considerably, the all-you-can-eat menu was less extensive (although there was still plenty of choice), and you only had 1.5 hours to eat instead of 2. Even during the week, it's become quite expensive, and in my opinion, it's no longer really worth it for all-you-can-eat. The service is excellent and friendly.

You're always greeted with a smile, and the waitresses are generally very hospitable :) The food is usually served quickly and is also very good in terms of quality and taste. The small but plentiful dessert buffet rounds out the all-you-can-eat dinner, where up to five tapas dishes per person can be ordered every 15 minutes via iPad. Autumn 2025 The taste is still good, but the portions are smaller, some fried foods are over-baked or cold, and the sushi is unstable. The service fluctuates between unfriendly and very attentive – overall, a pleasant evening, but with a noticeable decline in quality. // Winter 2024 The quality and selection remain the same, but the portions seem smaller. Long wait times (30-40 minutes) with a full house, confusing orders, and unfriendly, rude service, who even tipped themselves, which was only noticed after asking for the bill, significantly dampened the experience. // Spring 2024 The food and service were top-notch as usual – delicious sushi, hot meat dishes, and fast service – but the extended order interval from 10 to 15 minutes significantly dampened the experience, resulting in noticeable downtime and making the visit less satisfying despite the good quality. Highly recommended!!! Nagoya Sushi is impressive across the board. You can order via iPad, and there's a huge selection. The dessert buffet is also very varied and offers something for every taste, from mochi ice cream to crème brûlée. The sushi is also really good – fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. The staff is consistently friendly and attentive. The fried salmon in teriyaki sauce is especially recommended – simply delicious! We'll definitely be back.

I ate here for the second time today to give you a second chance, but this was definitely the last time. The lady at the counter was extremely unfriendly. I only wanted to order a Coke, but I was immediately told to go to a colleague. Even when I apologized, she simply turned around and ignored me. That's not how you treat guests. Extremely disrespectful behavior. I certainly won't be back.

I went here and had a bad experience, the waiter was quite friendly but the food delivery guy was not “the bearded guy” he put the food on the table with an unfriendly attitude and took the food away when we hadn’t finished eating! In general he had an unhappy attitude when serving us. As for the food for me it was quite bad, sorry for only 2 stars but I think you guys should improve!

I ordered 18 maki (including delivery, about €24) for delivery and found a tiny smear of wasabi under a lettuce leaf (see photo). After I emailed the photo as proof, I was told that was the usual amount and if I wanted more, I should have ordered it beforehand. Then I was "annoyed" and cut off. End of conversation. Too bad.

Nice experience in such kind all you can eat restaurant. The enterence price is more expensive as others, but it’s worth it for the food taste, atmosphere and the contingent. I can highlight the yakitory grill, sushi nigiri, crem brule dessert. Overall we run 4 rounds, but I believe 3 rounds also enough. I would say this is more for fun, rather than for chilling and talking with the friends. The reason is you are always busy with scrolling the tablet or tasting the food. The atmosphere overall also nice and calm, cleanliness is good .The music is missing, no music restaurants reminds me cheap “kantine” for me.

🤤It's an Asian dream, the food is delicious, there's all kinds of soups, salads, sushi and meat, what I highly recommend is the Bao Bun, normally known as Gao bao, the difference between the two is that the bao bum, known here as Gao bao, is topped with a crispy schnitzel, which is normally topped with pork belly. It's just something to enjoy.

We discovered the place through TikTok and were intrigued – and let me tell you: The staff was really super nice! 🥰 The ambiance and concept are also really nice and designed with great attention to detail, and it was also very clean – you notice that right away when you walk in. We were a bit ambivalent about the food, though: The squid rings, scampi, and the homemade lemonade were really delicious – the grilled dishes also impressed us. The sushi, however, was unfortunately disappointing. The rice was very dry, the seaweed was quite firm and rubbery, and the tartar had a very distinctive flavor that we didn't like at all. Bottom line: If you come here for the sushi, you probably won't be completely happy here – there are definitely better alternatives. But for anyone who appreciates the overall experience, grilled dishes, and ambiance, it's still worth a visit. However, the hype isn't quite lived up to for true sushi lovers.

Unfortunately, there are only two stars overall. One star for the friendly service and one star for the sushi, because that was the only thing you could enjoy there. (Okay, the kimchi was delicious too.) The rest, however, was terrible... no matter what kind of fish you ate, everything smelled strongly of fish and simply tasted of fish (that's not how it's normally supposed to be...). A shrimp should taste like shrimp, not smell like a fish market. Unfortunately, the food was absolutely terrible... I immediately got a stomach ache afterward... But the restaurant definitely has room for improvement!

Unfortunately, very disappointing – not like before I used to go to the Nagoya restaurant in Offenbach often and had mostly good experiences – but my last visit was unfortunately a huge disappointment and will probably be my last. Apparently, the kitchen team or the sushi chef have changed, because the quality has declined significantly. The sushi was unpleasantly warm during our visit, which is very unusual – and it fell apart immediately upon picking it up or putting it in our mouths. The rice wasn't seasoned properly, so the typical flavor was completely missing. The eel nigiri was also a disappointment: The fish wasn't properly skinned and, unfortunately, the overcooking made it dry and unpleasant. I sincerely hope the team can return to their previous quality – but under these circumstances, I can no longer recommend the restaurant.

We've been to Nagoya many times, and I have to say we've never been disappointed. Sure, there are waits when it's busy, but that's understandable when the place is packed. The food is truly delicious! I've tried several Ayce restaurants, and I have to say that Nagoya is always our first choice.

The food itself was good – nothing special, but certainly edible. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the service. The woman who served us was consistently unfriendly. When I asked if all the meat was halal, the initial answer was "yes." Later, however, I discovered that pork was also on the menu. Upon further inquiry, I was suddenly told that there was no proof and that only the chicken was halal – everything else was not. I find such contradictory statements problematic. Anyone who cares about halal should be especially careful here. When paying, there was neither a "thank you" nor a smile – unfortunately, the unfriendly tone continued throughout the entire visit. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone.

I find the prices relatively high for the (for me) small selection of dishes. Unfortunately, it's not a particularly good all-you-can-eat restaurant, but that's just my opinion. Update 2025: I don't think the prices are justified anymore, and I wouldn't come back.

All You Can Wait instead of All You Can Eat – a complete waste of time We were there in the evening and were actually looking forward to a good all-you-can-eat experience. Instead, we mostly waited – and waited far too long. The system works like this: You order 10 items on a tablet, they arrive at some point, and only after everything has been served can you order the next 10. Sounds fair – and it would be, if serving didn't take forever. Sometimes 20-30 minutes pass between rounds. The result: You sit there, get fed up from waiting – and end up with barely anything. Absolutely unacceptable for an all-you-can-eat restaurant. When I mentioned the slow service, they just shrugged their shoulders. Zero interest in feedback, no apology – nothing. The bottom line: This restaurant sells "all you can eat" but delivers "all you can wait." A well-thought-out concept that's deliberately slowed down – probably to serve guests as little as possible. Honestly, we feel ripped off. Never again.

By the time the food arrives, you're already starving. You can order from the tablet every 15 minutes, but what you order doesn't arrive for another 25 minutes. I think they're intentionally bringing the food late so you're full and can't eat any more.

I visited Nagoya Star in Offenbach, and my impressions were mixed. The reception staff were unfortunately not professional or welcoming. One lady with glasses, in particular, seemed very reserved and unfriendly, which didn't make a good first impression. After we were seated, we were told that you can only order five dishes per round. The concept is understandable, but impractical when, for example, you can only order five nigiri and then have to wait 15 minutes to order another. We also had to wait about ten minutes to get cutlery for the lamb chop. The food was okay overall, but the chop was a bit dry and not particularly flavorful. I definitely recommend the Kata Beach Roll. For anyone who likes mango, it's really delicious. However, I won't be coming back anytime soon.

The waitress came to our table and said: "You didn't order all the drinks last time. Now you all have to order something to drink. Otherwise we don't earn anything if people eat so much." At €34 per person! Since it was my companion's birthday, I didn't want to cause a scene and this time I ordered two drinks instead of one. It doesn't stop here! An old lady came to our table several times with a huge bottle of seltzer and loudly insisted that we had ordered it too, waved a piece of paper in a scolding manner and didn't want to leave. I have attached a photo as evidence of the order iPad. The mood was completely in the basement. The fact that we found hair in the (0815) sushi (photo), the lamb and steaks were unbearably tough, a desert was still half-frozen and the ice cream only tasted like chewing gum or perfume instead of matcha or fruit no longer mattered much. I won't come back again. For €75 for two you can get much better food elsewhere and not be humiliated.

Completely overpriced! All dishes are soaked in soy and therefore all taste the same. With your eyes closed you can only tell by the texture whether you are eating a mussel, beef or mushroom. For the hefty price you would expect a lot more. The only thing that was really tasty were the sweet potato fries, but I don't go to an expensive sushi place for that.

"Raw fish? Raw disappointment!" I don't know what was served in this "sushi" shop - but it definitely wasn't flavor, but rather a culinary murder mystery on open soy sauce. The rice was so hard I could have easily broken a window with it. If I had known I was biting on concrete nigiri, I would have called my dental insurance company ahead of time. The salmon? Not delicate, not fresh, but more like a piece of fish gum that had been in the glove compartment for five years. And the rest of the “fish”? I suspect he gave up his sense of taste years ago - just like the chef. Then the edamame - I swear, these things originally came from the freezer in 1980. Dry, shriveled, and the taste was somewhere between cardboard and damp room wallpaper. And here it comes: exorbitant prices, as if they were serving caviar from unicorns. For that price I could have hired a real sushi master in Japan - and he probably would have even read the rice to me before I ate it. The only bright spot in this dark taste: the kimchi. It was actually delicious – spicy, fermented and full of life. In contrast to the rest of the menu, which tasted more like “Game Over” than gastronomy. Conclusion: I came hungry, I left trauma. If you order sushi here, you should be full beforehand - or very brave. Once and never again-rolls.

As always, the food was delicious, so there was a lot of variety. Some things were seasoned differently but I felt it wasn't bad. However, the udon noodles and soups are not very tasty/taste like nothing. Waiters were very friendly and we got everything we ordered even though it was very busy.
