1a Spitzen klasse. Sehr, sehr leckeres und vor allem herzliches Lokal. Wo die griechische „Mama“ noch selber mit kocht. Bin sehr gerne dort. Macht weiter so. Efcharistó für den tollen Abend. 🙌🙌🫶🙃😊

Tolles Essen, schönes Ambiente und vorallem super Service! Bereits nach dem ersten Besuch wussten wir, dass wir unser neues griechische lieblings Lokal gefunden haben!

Wir waren auf der Durchreise zu Ostern dort. Die Karte war nachvollziehbar reduziert. Die Gerichte waren einfach aber sehr geschmackvoll. Ich habe das griechische Essen sehr gut vertragen, was ich normalerweise nicht tue. Die Bedienung war sehr aufmerksam aber nicht aufdringlich. Der Raum ist gemütlich und die Terrasse verspricht einen schönen Platz bei wärmeren Wetter. Wenn sich mal die Gelegenheit bietet, kommen wir wieder.

Wir waren sowohl vom Service als auch von der Qualität des Essens schlichtweg begeistert. Wir hatten spontan Lust auf griechisches Essen und konnten hier einen Platz finden. Die Bewertungen sind eher zu schlecht, wir waren sowas von zufrieden.

Wie schön war es unseren ehemaligen griechischen Restaurantinhaber von Neuendettelsau dem "Fässla" zu besuchen. Es war ein schöner Abend mit sehr gutem Service und Essen. Es war wie in alten Zeiten. Wir kommen wieder :)

Das Essen War sehr lecker und auch füllend. Fleisch perfekt gewürtzt ,Gyros ,Suvlaki bifteki ,super👍,kalamaris vom Grill mit Gemüse frisch und Knackig war auch lecker 😋 Tolles Ambiente und Freundlicher Service Top Top !!!🙏

Wir waren hier heute spontan zum Essen und sind total begeistert. Das Essen war sehr lecker. Preis Leistung top. Und die freundliche Art hat uns sofort in ihren Bann gezogen. So schnell haben wir uns schon lange nicht mehr willkommen gefühlt. Sollten wir Mal wieder in der Nähe sein wird es die erste Wahl sein wenn es ums Essen geht.

The best Greek restaurant in Schwabach! Thomas and his family delight guests with authentic, freshly prepared food that is simply delicious. The quality of the ingredients and the loving preparation make every dish a delight. Add to that the warm hospitality. The restaurant is modern and stylishly decorated, and in summer, you can sit in the lovely outdoor area. We always love coming back!

A great restaurant. Family-run, and it shows. Everyone is very warm and friendly. The food is excellent, and the portions are perfectly generous. You're treated like a regular, even if you've only visited as a tourist. If my wife and I come back to Nuremberg, we'll definitely stop there again.

Apologies upfront, but with a Google rating of 4.7 and a fabulous website, I bought into the dinner. Lots of folks there, food OK but not close to 4.7, and service that was slow and/or nonresponsive. May have been a fluke, but I did not feel that. Cash only restaurant was a surprise and not normal. Sorry... cannot recommend.

Very tasty Greek food at fair prices in the heart of Schwabach. Large outdoor area. Only the swivel chairs inside are unusual for a restaurant and, in my opinion, inappropriate. But that's my subjective opinion.

After a 3-hour drive on the highway, we are here for the third time to have lunch and take a quick rest. For us, the owner is authentic, friendly and always available for a little chat. The menu is manageable and you don't have to think long about what you want to eat. The food tastes very tasty and is brought to the table quickly. The dear owner already knows us Dresdeners because we come to his house during the holidays and our child then goes on to the Black Forest with Grandma and Grandpa or back to Dresden. For tired drivers, there is an espresso instead of an ouzo. ☕👍🏻 Thank you very much, we will continue to come here.

We had a great experience at Melathron Schwabach! The atmosphere was lovely and the service and welcome we received was unparalleled. I ordered the lamb shank with broad beans and feta and it was unbelievably delicious. The food is made with love. We enjoyed the ouzo and the company of the table next to us. Please bring cash.

Went here spontaneously for lunch. Called shortly beforehand and got a spot straight away. Food was really very good. The ambience is great, even if it doesn't seem like it from the outside. The service was top. Food came quickly and everyone was extremely friendly. Definitely worth a visit.

At first I was a bit disappointed because we had to wait a while for the food. But then it became clear why. We were a larger group and some ordered starters, so the main course took a while. But the food was really first class. Maybe I thought it was just mine, but I was allowed to try something from almost everyone. Unbelievable, every dish tasted great. So, highly recommended. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

I often go to the Melathron with friends and I really enjoy it. The food was always very good, the supper atmosphere outside as well as inside, supper service, and the chef always has time for a personal greeting and a snack. My favorite restaurant

We were there on Monday evening (which is wonderful because most of the restaurants are closed at the beginning of the week). The restaurant owner is very accommodating, regardless of whether you are a regular or a newcomer 😉. The food was delicious as always. I had Suvlaki with sheep's cheese 😋😋, the men had lamb shank and my friend Oulpo and everyone was completely satisfied. So great class. 🤩👍Keep it up 🥰see you soon.

The ambience is rather average. The interior is small but nice, the courtyard is not inviting. The toilet urgently needs a more thorough cleaning (sink, glass door). On the other hand, the landlord is very friendly, the portions are large enough and the food is tasty. In summary 3-4 stars.

The best Schwabacher Greek. Has very good dishes and not just the typical gyros and suflaki. Vegetarians also have a larger selection than other Greeks.

Wir waren schon öfters hier, zuletzt gestern am 07.12.2023. Das Restaurant war sehr gut besucht und wir haben einen Tisch direkt neben dem echten Kamin bekommen, in dem das Feuer prasselte. Der Service ist sehr freundlich, das Essen hat eine gleichbleibend hohe Qualität. Mein absoluter Favorit ist das Gyros in Metaxasauce, ich habe noch nie irgendwo ein besseres gegessen. Das Fleisch ist ganz offensichtlich von hoher Qualität, butterzart und ohne Flachsen, also Sehnen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist auch, dass man wirklich großes Interesse daran zeigt, wie der Gast über das Essen denkt. Beispiel: Meine Begleitung hat nach Salz gefragt (er mag seine Pommes grundsätzlich etwas salziger, als der "Durchschnitt"). Als man ihm postwendend das Salz brachte, wurde er gleich gefragt, ob man am Gericht an sich, also Fleisch etc., etwas verbessern könne, was in unserem Fall natürlich nicht nötig war. Man erklärte uns, ganz bewusst solche Informationen zu sammeln, um sie bei Bedarf (also wenn mehrere Gäste bei einem bestimmten Gericht z.B. nach Salz und Pfeffer fragen) an die Küche für künftige Änderungen weiterzugeben. Fazit: Kleines, gemütliches Restaurant nahe der Innenstadt, im Sommer kann man auch draußen sitzen, ausgezeichneter und freundlicher Service, gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Absolut empfehlenswert. Wir kommen wieder!

Sehr schönes griechisches Restaurant mit kleiner aber feiner Karte. Netter Service und auch schöne Außenplätze. Schweinefilet mit Pfeffersoße und Safranreis sowie der griechische Bauernsalat und auch das Taramas sind sehr zu empfehlen.
