Restaurant Luitpold in Berlin

Anyone who likes to eat meat will get their money's worth here in all its facets and at good prices.

We were there on Boxing Day. There was a lot to do but the service was nice and courteous. The food was tasty but not warm. I didn't return it because there were several of us and I was also afraid that the meat would be tough.

Unfortunately our food (minced meat) was totally over salted, so we got the second beer for free, but I would have preferred to eat something sensible since I had just come from work. I would also have preferred to drink a glass of wine, but at €8 for a glass ? We then took an Aperol for 6.50, which unfortunately also tasted watery, but was then cleaned up after a complaint. No, sorry. It's a shame but then back to my favorite restaurants

Food was great, the service could still work on it, prudence is not their strength, you always had to ask for drinks, no one came to ask for drinks orders

Ordered away from home 2 days in a row. On the first day they packed me the wrong sauce. OK . Not nice but it can happen. On the second day we each ordered 2 bottles of cola and water. On the menu 0.5 liters for 2.20 euros each. 1 liter each came for a whopping 5.50 euros per bottle. People with me never again. I'll let it go for Cola. 5.5 for 1 liter of water is damn cheeky.

Wir sind sooo oft dort Essen gegangen diesmal haben wir bestellt und uns liefern lassen, ein Grill Teller und Nudeln 🍜 das Essen war lauwarm wir haben das Essen weggeworfen die Krönung beim Grill Teller wurden die Zwiebeln mit ein 1,50 Euro berechnet und der Ketschup ebenso mit 1,50 Euro berechnet was eine Frechheit ist zum Grill Teller gehört das für uns dazu der Beilagen Salat würde komplett geschriechen. Ein Grund dort nicht mehr zu bestellen oder hin zu gehen die Einrichtung ist Ungemütlich und auch nicht einladen UND ES IST IMMER LAUT WEIL AM TRESEN DIE GANZEN BIER TRINKER SIND. WIR KÖNNEN DAS LEIDER NICHT MEHR EMPFEHLEN. SCHADE.

Food good, beer good, but there is no more coleslaw, a reason for me to look for another restaurant for my beloved Cevapchichi, what a shame!

You don't have to go. Ambience: Uncomfortable bowling bar where drinkers sit at the bar in the anteroom. Dining room cool and uncomfortable. Service: That's probably how it used to be in the GDR. -The boss is king and not the guest. Food: Rump steak was impossible to cut! Comment from the "Waiter's" - That's what happens when he buys a 20kg piece... The store is more for the undemanding. Toilets: Well Not our level at all. Ps. This is not an individual case assessment.

Not only great "Croatian" cuisine, but also German/Bavarian cuisine. Large portions for a reasonable price. You should also try the delicious beer (King Ludwig and Bruno). Reservations are recommended on weekends.

I wanted to order for the first time this week, at 7 p.m. people were already complaining about whether the driver could still do it!? In addition, it was suddenly said that the minimum order value was €25, but nothing was mentioned on the delivery menu. Not exactly good service, a shame 🥴

I have eaten there many times and am very satisfied every time. The food always tastes very tasty. There is no longer any salad with the schnitzel, which is a shame. Unfortunately, it doesn't look as great as it used to. It would be nice if you could get the salads again or at least be asked if you would like one with them.

Sometimes it tastes really good and sometimes the food is cold and/or too salty. Some waiters are very friendly and some are probably having a bad day. The ambience is rather cold and listless. It is always clean and tidy.

Pleasant ambience on a residential street, so it's nice to dine quietly outside. Typical Croatian dishes that are deliciously offered. I like the spicy raw onions that are always included and each dish can be seasoned as needed. Attentive and friendly service.

If you want to eat good Croatian food, this is the right place for you. Not only does it taste very good and each of us leaves the Luitpold full, but the staff and owners are also very friendly and pleasant. The interiors are very nice and clean. Outside there is a beautifully planted terrace.

We have been coming back spontaneously for years. Now unfortunately it is no longer possible. Recently, it's only possible with a reservation, according to the customer from the "receptionist". Although the outside area was only occupied by one table, it was said "everything is reserved!" . It's nice that they helped you through the Corona crisis...Now you seem to be doing well again and you don't need long-term customer loyalty...It's a shame

There is absolutely nothing to complain about here. Price/performance ratio is totally right, service is super accommodating. Food is very tasty, portions for big appetites, if you're hungry the rest is packed away. We will come back in any case.

Uriges Lokal, super nette hilfsbereite Kellner. Das Restaurant hat 2 Stufen, bei Bedarf legt der Kellner eine Rampe aus. Kroatisch Küche, preiwerte Gerichte , große Portionen sehr schmackhaft. Auch während der EM Spiele (Großleinwand) wurde das Essen serviert. Wenig Parkplatz in der Nähe(Anwohnerparkplätze)

Very friendly staff and the food is great

Today was the first time we ate in person at Restaurant Luitpold, as we usually pick up food. It was so delicious and freshly prepared, we will definitely become regulars now, like friends of ours.

A very broad menu, food well prepared and serviced excellent.

I always enjoy visiting the Luitpold. The staff is nice. (Once I was wearing a punk shirt; the landlord saw that and played punk music later in the evening when it got emptier.) The food was Yugo-style delicious. I like the ambience. And I always get my senior plate and a schnapps on the house at the end. 😊 You can't want more.

Die Gerichte wurden verändert und es schmeckt nicht mehr. Vermutlich hat sich die Bewirtschaftung und der Koch verändert.

Waren leider sehr enttäuscht! Versteckte Preiserhöhung in der Speisekarte. Das Essen schmeckt auch nicht mehr wie bei Luitpold.

The dishes are pretty expensive. As I observed, goods were being delivered. Everything canned and ready-made, so it's just warmed up and not freshly cooked.

Quaint restaurant with warm hospitality, good prices and delicious food

The food was good as always (punana and pike perch) and plentiful. Unfortunately completely without garnish. Just the atmosphere... Back part was closed for a meeting. And it was so loud in the front that you couldn't hear your own words. You wouldn't be able to concentrate on the taste given the volume. We celebrated our wedding here 47 years ago. It was still called Sport Casino... but it wasn't that loud.

I can only recommend it, good food, prices ok, and food selection is ok. Staff nice and friendly

Eaten really well and really tasty. Very generous portions. Pallatschinken are a must as dessert.....are cardboard instead of home. Really good. Currently in April, the classic schnitzel with asparagus and sousse hollandaise/potatoes is recommended. Schnitzel barely fits on the plate...

What's going on there ? So far for me it has been the absolute best Croatian. Now we had a grilled plate with totally tough meat, a stuffed minced steak that doesn't even come close to the previous one and two salads (which were previously free) and now overpriced per salad, which felt like it weighed 3 grams (mini portion for this price) and is completely changed from its predecessor. I have to say I was most looking forward to the usual salad, so I accepted the additional cost. I'm really disappointed, I hope it goes back to the old standard, otherwise many customers will soon be gone. However, it should be mentioned that the staff is still very, very nice.

We were in Berlin for four days for work and visited the Luitpold restaurant based on a recommendation. Both the main course and the side salad were excellent, complemented by perfect service. Our enthusiasm took us there again two days later - with consistently high quality and courteous, friendly staff. Absolutely recommended and a big thank you for the great experience!

Super tasty at a reasonable price, nice staff, can only be recommended again and again. However, I have now noticed that there are no more salads in the dishes. It's a shame, unfortunately it has worn off, it was better

We were there on Saturday afternoon at 12 p.m. We were the first guests and when we walked in we were met with loud hard music. We didn't get the place we wanted. The reception was not friendly, we had the impression that we were being disturbed. In the next room two men (service staff? owners?) were talking loudly and busying themselves noisily. It was very uncomfortable. The large garden salad with sheep's cheese was carelessly prepared, far too oily and unreasonably expensive at €15.40. The eight cevapcici with fries tasted good, but they were also without garnish and weren't appealing to look at. We also found them too expensive at 15.90. When paying the bill was €31.30. I put down €32, which was taken away without comment. I didn't get any change even though I didn't say "that's right". Maybe the waiter was upset because we didn't drink or I paid almost enough. I usually give a good tip - if there is a reason for it. In any case, we felt very unwelcome and will not be going back.

Although we have lived in Hakenfelde for a long time, we only discovered the restaurant now. We are excited. Very nice service, extremely tasty dishes. We look forward to the next visits. ... Even a few months later: everything was great😀

Auch wir sind leider sehr enttäuscht.Jahrelang dort gerne gegessen oder Essen liefern lassen.Nun wurde die Karte geändert,Salat muss extra bestellt werden(ohne vorherigen Hinweis).Für 2x Cevapcici (8+5) mit Pommes und 1x extra Reis haben wir 32€ bezahlt ohne eine gesunde Beilage.Zwiebel und Ajvar wollten wir nicht,stattdessen (so dachte ich!!)wurde Ketchup angeboten,für den wir dann 3€ extra zahlen mussten. Bin so enttäuscht.Bei allem Verständnis für Preissteigerungen-aber so geht man mit den Kunden nicht um.

Als langjährige Stammkunden waren wir heute im Luitpold und wurden komplett enttäuscht… Die Karte wurde vor einigen Wochen geändert-anscheinend um höhere Preise zu vermeiden, wurden die leckeren Beilagensalate zu den Hauptgerichten von der Karte gestrichen. Bei der Bestellung wurde man leider nicht drauf hingewiesen, als die Speisen ohne Salat kamen und wir nachgefragt haben kam nur lapidar die Antwort….wurde gestrichen…man könne ja einen Gartensalat bestellen….also gesagt, getan….es kam ein grüner Salat mit Nüssen und einer Cocktailtomate ohne das leckerere Dressing von früher.."sondern in Essig und vor allem in Öl getränkt. Die Reklamation wurde völlig teilnahmslos entgegengenommen, keine Reaktion, keine Entschuldigung…nichts… Der obligatorische Schnaps nach der Rechnung…..ist anscheinend auch gestrichen worden….. Das Trinkgeld ist leider auch gestrichen worden…..

Das Essen war ohne Geschmack, das Fleisch trocken wurde immer mehr im Mund.Es war lieblos angerichtet, einfach zusammengekippt, schade für 15,90€ ist nicht gerechtfertigt. Werde dort nicht mehr Essen, das war das Zweite mal.

A C H T U N G ‼️ Es gibt eine neue Speisekarte, die Gerichte sind jetzt O H N E einen kleinen Salat vorher ‼️ Bei der Bestellung wird man N I C H T darauf hingewiesen ‼️ Andere Restaurants machen das wenigstens vorher, sodass man entscheiden kann ob man es sich verkneift zu bestellen‼️ Von der Kellnerin gab es die befremdlichste Begründung ever : ES IST IMMER SO VIEL ÜBRIG GEBLIEBEN !!!! Geht's noch ❓️ Jahrelang war das ok und jetzt wo es Mode ist,den Gästen ordentlich in die Tasche zu greifen, fällt euch das urplötzlich auf ❓️❓️ Das DALMATINISCHE SCHNITZEL ( KNAPP 1 cm Schnitzel mit einem Hauch Käse und Schinken gefüllt ) mit NUR Pommes auf dem Teller für 18,50 € sowie 5 CEVAPCICI, Reis und einem Klecks Ajvar für 11,50 € finde ich den Preis NICHT WERT ‼️‼️‼️ Leider vergaß ich ein Foto zu machen ... aber ich übertreibe nicht ‼️ WIR, und ebenfalls unsere Freunde ( 4 Personen, mit uns 6 Personen) werden dieses Lokal künftig meiden !!!! SO SCHAFFT SICH DIE GASTRONOMIE SELBER AB 👎🏼 Und ganz ehrlich .... Ich habe dann kein Mitleid.

Gutes bodenständiges Restaurant. Das Essen (Gänsebraten) war schmackhaft, der Kaiserschmarrn als Nachtisch sehr lecker. Der Service ist sehr freundlich und nett. Im Sommer kann man auch draußen sitzen. Leider gibt es kaum Parkplätze in der Nähe.

Es ist schwierig telefonisch einen Tisch zu bestellen , denn die Leitung scheint ständig besetzt zu sein und wenn jemand an das Telefon geht, könnte er einwenig freundlicher rüberkommen. Zum Anfang ist das Personal schon etwas stoffelig. Auch der junge Mann am Tresen war nicht sehr zugänglich, dafür wurden wir aber am Tisch sehr freundlich bedient

Leider hat das Restaurant extrem nachgelassen. Die Portionen werden zunehmend kleiner, der Salat fällt weg und gerechtfertigt wurde es anhand zurückgehender Salate. Ein Tee kostet 5,50€, ein großes Bier 4,70€??? Die Kalkulation der Preise erscheint nicht professionell, sondern gewürfelt. Wir werden dieses Restaurant nicht mehr besuchen. Die Qualität ist normal, nicht überragend, dann wären die Preise der Speisen vielleicht noch gerechtfertigt.

Jetzt gibt es auch etwas für Vegetarier. Der Burger ist echt lecker. Kann ich nur empfehlen.

Nachdem wir schon ein paar Mal bei Luipolds bestellt hatten und es immer top war, hatten wir nun Gelegenheit sie vor Ort zu "testen". Geburtstagsrunde mit zwei Kindern, top Bedienung, sehr nett und freundlich. Ambiente sehr schön gemacht und das Essen: große Portionen und sehr lecker. Was man nicht schafft kann man natürlich mitnehmen. Der Nachtisch, die Kinder wollten Eis, auch sehr lecker. Zum Schluß gab es noch zwei Lollies. Wir kommen gerne wieder oder bestellen 😊

Immer wieder lecker nur zu empfehlen

Fleisch war etwa älter mann konnte merken dass schon ein stück sauer/essig ist anderen nicht, die jungs die als Kellner arbeiten, unfreundlich, unprofessionell, hören nicht was Kunden wollen ( die alten MA sind immer noch top) . Vlt hstte jemand schlechten Tag in Kuche aber bis nächsten mal, bleibt so

Die letzten drei Bestellungen über Lieferando eher enttäuschend, daher wieder persönlich vor Ort. Alles gut, alles frisch und die Bedienung freundlich. Nettes Ambiente, Essen lecker und zig mal besser als eine Bestellung nach Hsuse. Wenn ihr die Zeit habt, geht persönlich ins Restaurant. Um ein vielfaches besser, als zu Hause zu warten und eventuell enttäuscht zu sein.

Wir waren mehr als zufrieden, und von der Qualität und dem Service positiv überrascht. Preislich angemessen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das Personal ist außerordentlich freundlich und gut gelaunt. Einfach eine sehr angenehme Stimmung. Das Essen ist sehr lecker und die Portionen sind üppig, so daß man auch als großer Mann satt wird :) Ich empfehle das Lammkarree mit Bratkartoffeln und Prinzessinnenbohnen im Speckmantel!
