A real disappointment, there was no mayo or ketchup on it, even though it was paid for. Labry Dürüm that didn't taste good at all. And all of that is overpriced too.

Here for the first time and simply WoW! Super nice service, 15 people ordered all grill plates and everything was done right! Without confusion. Not a long wait, not overpriced, very tasty. We'll be back! Thank you

A complete disgrace, a complete disappointment that came with a mixed breakfast and they even took money for the food I didn't eat. I definitely do not recommend it, do not go.

On Sunday evening, October 27th, we came to your restaurant for dinner as a family from Bergkamen. We ordered 1 mixed grill and 1 rib. My wife's grill arrived, but my food did not arrive, even though I waited for 45 minutes. When I asked, they said they forgot. Even the kids' pommes came after the mixed grill. The waitress is not guilty of anything, she wrote down our order and gave it inside. I would like to inform you that we will never come again. Even 1 star is too much for you. There were 2 tables in the shop. It was not busy. If you can't even serve the food for 2 tables, close it down! I hope the owner of the business reads this comment and tells the kitchen team what is necessary.

It was my first time and I haven't had such a wonderful surprise in a long time. Wonderful atmosphere, friendly service, large selection of drinks and food as well as desserts. As long as the eye can see. Inexpensive, tasty above all. Definitely visit.

crazy good kebab (which you unfortunately quickly miss because you think it's just a normal restaurant)

It was the worst lentil soup I have ever eaten in my life. The staff served it with long prosthetic nails. They served ice-cold, unboiled tea. Even though we complained, we were treated like idiots. It's a mediocre place.

Wow! A real surprise! There were two of us there. Coincidentally, because another restaurant no longer had a table. The service was super nice and I had the perfect Adana kebab. You just don't get the ambience outside, it's just at an intersection. But no matter, the food is great and the plants also make it nice and shady!

The attention was top notch, and the comfort was delicious, everyone was very friendly. Quantity, quality and price super good. 100% recommended...

So, I recently ordered a kebab and an Adana Dürüm. The kebab meat turns into the empty one until the next customer comes. Then it is warmed up again with the flame and the dry black meat is served. At Adana Dürüm I discovered raw meat after 1-2 bites. I told the waitress that it was raw inside and didn't want to eat any more. When I went to pay, another employee said that they would make it up to me next time and that they hadn't informed me. I was disappointed and paid...

They didn't even give me a glass of tea. There was no interest.

Unfortunately the food is of very poor quality. The meat is not fresh and overall the store is unclean.

The Hasan Usta Ocakbaşı Restaurant in Hamm impressed and thrilled me. We tried the Mercimek soup, which tasted like it was homemade and reminded me of my childhood cuisine. The kebab meat was simply fantastic – so tender and juicy that it melted in your mouth. I haven't eaten such delicious meat in a long time. This experience deserves 5 stars, and if it were possible I would give it even more. Although the quality of the food comes at a price, which is slightly higher, it is completely justified given the excellent taste and freshness. Hasan Usta Ocakbaşı Restaurant is a must for those who want to enjoy authentic Turkish cuisine of the best quality.

We didn't deserve a single star in the hotel next door because the public order office would have to come by. It was so terrible, there was hair on the floor, the paint on the bed was stained, not like the pictures, the toilet had to be shared with other guests. There was a shower in the room, the whole room was so cold because of the tiles because it was actually a toilet and who put beds in there. Not all TV channels worked. Staff rude because we complained The price for one night was 50€, it wasn't a hotel that corresponds to a place for refugees to sleep. Mold in the toilets and on the walls

Das Essen War Spitze und sehr reichlich hab ich Nacht mal geschafft und das Hotelzimmer und Hotel auch sehr schön

man kann da gut essen und essen sogar mitnehmen ins zimmer nebenan in den Hotel für alleinstehede recht gut. auch der schöne Parkplatz vor der Tür. für paar nicht geeignet,das hotel der keine Dusche auf den gang wünscht, und WC

Mit Frühstück gebucht, aber keins vor Ort berechnet oder gar bekommen. Schlüsselübergabe am nächsten Tag erfolgte nach langem suchen bei der Putzfrau. Einzigste positive der Preis für 1 Übernachtung

Essen war heute sehr lecker. Komme gerne wieder.

Mit Familie empfehlenswert auch alleine, schmeckt gut und natürlich gastfreundlich

Ist jetzt ein türkisches Restaurant. Sehr gutes Essen. Sehr nette Gastwirte. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl und kann wirklich noch Gast sein, für den alles getan wird. Top!

Hotel/Gästezimmer sauber und günstig, sehr nettes Personal. Leider ziemlich laut durch Verkehr und Baustelle vor der Tür, sowie relativ hellhörige Wände.

Dieses Restaurant hat den Besitzer gewechselt und heißt jetzt bei Hasan Usta! Viele Fleischgerichte und traditionelles Essen aus Der Türkischen Küche! Lippmann gibt es nicht mehr! Würde ich empfehlen!

Endlich wieder deutsche Küche in Hamm. Sehr frisches und leckeres Essen mit netter Bedienung. Selbst der Koch persönlich hat bei uns am Tisch nach der Zufriedenheit gefragt. In welchem Restaurant hat man das schon?

Nach dem Pächterwechsel jetzt wieder gute und geschmackvolle Küche.

Mit dem neuen Pächter ( Familie Herbert Thierse ) kommt nun ein Gastronom, der gute deutsche Küche anbietet. Es wird alles frisch zubereitet, was man auch schmeckt. Dafür lohnt es sich auch schon mal bisschen länger zu warten. Die Bedienung ist sehr freundlich und nett. Wir kommen nun regelmäßig👌👍

Wir waren heute das erste Mal im Restaurant. Endlich ist die gehobene Küche in Hamm angekommen. Seit langem wieder ein sehr gutes Steak serviert bekommen. Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Die Küche ist absolut empfehlenswert.

Wir hatten uns einige Nächte einquartiert,mein Hund und ich. Wir haben uns dort sehr Willkommen gefühlt. Sehr angenehm,der seperate Eingang vom Restaurantbereich. Zimmer sind einfach gehalten,doch sauber und recht geräumig. Nicht so kalt wie in vielen 5Sterne Hotelketten, deren Zimmern oft eine kühle und sterilität eines Ops widerspiegeln.
