Excellent place to eat Lebanese food! An elegant place, very well thought out and decorated in Lebanese style! The food is fantastic and the service is very good! I recommend that you choose your food and drink and look at the menu in detail! Since the prices are high and if you leave it to the waiters' discretion the bill will be quite large! Wow! Just wow! We had the pleasure of eating at Levantine and absolutely loved it! We were warmly welcomed upon entering and the service was attentive and professional throughout the evening. The dishes were not only beautifully prepared, but also a real highlight in terms of taste. We were particularly impressed by the butter chicken... perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. The wine selection was also excellent and complemented our menu perfectly. A great restaurant that we can recommend to everyone. We'll definitely be back!

We were served kindly and courteously by Johann. The restaurant is nice and cozy and we felt very comfortable with a variety of delicious food. Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio is not right (a main course salad for around €19 was no bigger than a starter).

Top-notch cuisine, too bad the waiter tries to rip you off by adding bottles for €180 plus various dishes that you don't order... be prepared for the bill

Today we ate at Levantine in Nuremberg. The first impression: “wow”! Super nice ambience, super warm welcome and the food is really delicious and you feel like you've been transported straight to the home kitchen! The service is very courteous and you feel very well looked after! I really appreciate good cuisine and the effort behind it, but I still think the prices are a bit too high, but that doesn't detract from the enjoyment! Ich war am 16.01.25 in dem Restaurant essen. Der Kellner (ich denke der Inhaber) ist sehr sehr nett. Es ist ein sehr kleines Restaurant mit ganz wenigen Plätzen. Ein Blick in die Speisekarte zeigte das die Preise im Vergleich zu anderen Libanesen in anderen deutschen Städten deutlich höher waren. Leider gab es auf der Speisekarte, wie bei Libanesen üblich , zumindest nach meiner Erfahrung, keine gemischten Vorspeisenteller oder sonstige gemischte Platten. Für einen Vorspeisenteller z.B Humus oder Auberginenmuss waren 18,90€ ausgepreist! Auch nach Rückfrage von mir wurde mir kein gemischter Vorspeisenteller offeriert. Die Hauptspeisen , z.B Butterhähnchen kosteten zwischen 28-30€. Eine große Flasche Wasser 0,75l 8,50€. Ich entschloss mich den einzigen Salat auf der Karte zu bestellen. Einen Petersieliensalat (Tabouleh) mit Tomaten und Granatapfelkernen für 18,90€ zu bestellen. Es kam eine um etwa 50% größerer Schale als üblich bei Vorspeisen (am Nachbartisch zu erkennen). Der Salat war lecker, Granatapfelkerne konnte man einzeln zählen. Ich bezahlte 27,40€. Ich wäre doch besser meiner ersten Überlegung gefolgt und hätte besser das Lokal verlassen. Hier geht es um das schnelle Geld und ist im Kern nicht authentisch zu anderen Libanesen durch die aufgesetzte Freundlichkeit. Ich fand es Abzocke. LG Thomas

Für das Geld hätten wir locker auch in ein 2 Sterne Restaurant gehen können. Uns war vorher schon klar dass es kein günstiges Restaurant ist. Aber das...

Leckeres Essen und freundliche Bedienung. Wir kommen gerne wieder, auch wenn es leider keine gemischten Speisen gibt und man zu zweit dadurch sehr wenig probieren kann.

This place is an absolute gem! The owners are truly the most fun and wonderful people and the food is to DIE for - so delicious, flavourful, juicy and aromatic! Everything we tried was finger licking good (so good that we were too busy eating and forgot to take many photos). The restaurant itself is beautiful and there is so much charm in this historic building. We are tourists and we feel so fortunate to have had the opportunity to spend my birthday here and have this incredible dinning experience. It’s a very special place and not to be missed while in Nuremberg! Cannot recommend it enough!

Very tasty food and great service.

Located in one of the oldest homes in the old town, Levantine is a gem of Nürnberg. The decor and atmosphere is full of charm, and the food is unbelievably flavorful and authentic. The service was impeccable, the two brothers who own the restaurant made this a memorable dinning experience. We have travelled to many corners of the world and this is a meal that my wife and I will remember fondly for years to come. This should be a Michelin recommended restaurant if it’s not already.

My boyfriend and I visited the restaurant to celebrate our anniversary. The food was extremely tasty and a taste experience & the service was also very good and the waiter was very friendly and open-minded. He even gave us a tip for a travel destination because we were here as tourists. I can only warmly recommend it :) and a little tip - listen to his recommendation when it comes to the food, I've never eaten such deliciously prepared potatoes as I did there!

Extremely overpriced. Price performance definitely doesn't fit. €5.90 for a bottled beer. How can this be justified? The food was overall quite good but not worth the money. I'm happy to pay for quality but not for more appearance than reality. The now deleted responses to critical reviews are or were very, very violent. Critical reviews were commented on with wild insults. A highlight is certainly the owner's self-written review with the name “TTT” and “Thank you” underneath :) I hope and wish the restaurant can deal with criticism more constructively in the future. The store itself is beautiful and has potential. However, the 4.9 stars now definitely do not reflect reality... you are repeatedly advised to leave a positive review and then you will also get something on the house. It will then be checked immediately whether you have rated. March 30, 2023 strange all these 5 star reviews from people who are all writing their first review. A rogue who thinks evil of it :) 09/02/23 The operator has tried to delete my review several times. Luckily without success. Don't be fooled. To this day we are still horrified by the restaurant. September 3, 2023 Why can't you respond objectively and appropriately to criticism? When you pay, you are almost forced to leave a positive review. Negative reviews will be deleted. 09/04/2023 Now the alleged xenophobia is starting again. Please just take criticism to heart instead of insulting people with such nonsensical claims... It doesn't matter what nationality you are. Ps. for me all people are equal. No matter your origin, religion, sexuality or whatever. Negative reviews disappear here every day. Best restaurant in Nuremberg! Every time it's pure enjoyment, for which we're always happy to travel the 100 kilometers. Addendum: unfortunately I have to correct the rating and agree with the few 1 star reviews here, as additional profit is hidden here at the expense of the customer. In response to the most normal request for a recommended wine with the meal, we received this one, which also went well. Each wine in the menu costs between 30 and 35 euros. How much were we charged for ONE bottle? 130€ (!) There are certainly special wines that you can sell to customers - but if they cost over 4 times as much as the wines on the menu, you MUST mention it. We never asked for a wine outside of the menu. The food is truly a 10/10. But unfortunately we won't be coming anymore because of that, it's a shame.

A nicer and more authentic Lebanese restaurant is hard to find. The food was amazing, and the hosts and their team amid really a huge part of the warm and welcoming experience. I would strongly recommend to visit, and just go with the nice host’s recommendations💪😁

Mi marido y yo comimos aquí anoche. La comida era muy agradable y el personal atento, pero nos fuimos sintiendo que nos habían estafado! Después de haber leído las críticas; tendría mucho cuidado cenando aquí. Teníamos dos arrancadores de laberinto de 10 euros cada uno; dos de red 30 euros cada uno. Empezamos con dos G & T ; y teníamos tres copas de vino entre nosotros. Nos dieron una ensalada y patatas «en la casa»; pedimos vino por copa, pero el camarero determinó qué vino teníamos. Quizá éramos ingenuos, pero los 218 euros de cada billete me parecían muy ponzoñosos. Yo había solicitado la factura, pero nunca recibimos una factura que se nos presentó simplemente con el lector de tarjetas! ¡Advertencia! Se requieren bolsillos profundos. Este lugar ha dejado un sabor muy agrio.
