We had made a reservation by phone... that was still friendly. Booked a table directly by the water... when we were there, we were rudely informed that the second place, which was in the middle of the location, was a carelessly small table and didn't have two chairs on the water, already reserved. - yes we had reserved...! But, we should please keep the passageway clear for the waitress to try to move the chair so that we could have a view of the water. Everything wasn't so upscale and friendly... I was just served my coffee carelessly in a glass without sugar... the staff just wasn't that competent and friendly. We then decide to eat somewhere else... what a shame

The Köpenicker Seeterassen restaurant is a very nice restaurant, with a great location and friendly staff. We received first-class service from Ms. Röder and Lennox. We can only recommend the restaurant and we will definitely come back. However, you should make a reservation before visiting, as the restaurant is very busy due to the delicious food and the great location.

"Nice" as you are informed that the table has been reserved... (the reservation card was very inconspicuously there) so "nice" that you feel the need and act on it to leave straight away... Kindness is somehow different...

In service - special THANKS to Kati our waitress, actually two ⭐️ on top of that. One for kindness, the other for attention. Kati - one of the best waitresses of the last 5 years! Sensational. Plus delicious food and that at 9:05 p.m. super fast! Super tasty! Sitting by the water so romantically! ❤️‍🔥

Rather inconspicuous from the street. A few steps in and it's totally idyllic. You sit right by the water. A wonderful terrace. We were there with several people and had different dishes. All 10 meals came at the same time and were all excellent. Prices are appropriate for the quality. We'd love to come back.

We sat outside, right by the water, the street right next to it was a bit annoying, but significantly less than expected.

Good and crunchy Flamkuche served on an outdoor terrace where all tables have a view of the water.

July 2024. We were with four adults and a dog (in the outdoor area). When the menus came, a bowl of water for the dog arrived shortly afterwards 👍. The food, at reasonable prices, was delicious. The staff was very attentive. If we are in Köpenick again, we would like to come by again.

For me it was a very pleasant stay. Service was very friendly and helpful even though it was very busy. My steak gets a point deducted because it wasn't really medium rare and was a bit too dry for me. But otherwise everything was great. The open Riesling is highly recommended.

Very nice terraces on the Dahme

Very nice, located on 2 terraces (outside), by the water. Delicious, reasonably priced food and drinks. Service was very friendly and, given the size, it was quick and professional. The veal liver was great. The menu also offers something for every taste. At some point you can no longer hear the traffic from the street above. Köpenick Old Town and Köpenick Castle are within walking distance just around the corner

Nice, friendly service. Nice ambience. In my opinion, Sunday brunch doesn't fit the price at all.

I was there with colleagues on Schnitzel Tuesday, so I had as much schnitzel as I wanted. Unfortunately the offer only applies to the schnitzel itself. My fried potatoes were only undercooked, some pieces of them deep brown, almost charred. There was no sauce whatsoever with the Brussels sprouts. While the Sunday brunch with buffet was excellent, the schnitzel day was a complete disappointment.

Beautiful location, delicious food - service underground! Unfortunately, the overwhelmed service spoils the restaurant experience. It takes 20 minutes before you are recognized as a guest! The service staff create unnecessary routes themselves. They should be guests themselves and recognize the processes. The restaurant was only at 50 percent capacity, what if all the seats are full!? The kitchen deserves praise, the food was well prepared and tasted!!!!

Despite reserving a table, we (group of 15 people) were only able to order a drink after 45 minutes...that's how it stayed because the service wasn't able to come back after ordering the food...when checking out It went quickly. The food wasn't worth its price. My large salad with sheep's cheese consisted of 3 cucumber slices, 3 tomato quarters and 7 whole lettuce leaves as well as a few crumbs of cheese. The whole thing for 15.90 euros. My colleague's side salad with his baked potatoes was more generous. Unfortunately, some colleagues' cucumber soups had already spoiled and one colleague got a severe stomach upset with everything that went with it. It's a shame, it's a really nice place to sit by the water. In any case, I won't be going there again.

We were here as a group of 12 people. Everything was arranged as previously agreed. Super forward-thinking staff. We originally booked outside. We were seated inside and shortly after the first drink it was pouring rain. We enjoyed the wonderful time in the dry, with the patio doors wide open. At our request, the meal was planned with a small menu. The table decorations were perfectly arranged. Everything was to your complete satisfaction. A really great restaurant with top service at a moderate price.

Our spontaneous visit was a complete success. The food was excellently prepared and tasted great. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, always trying to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Every wish was promptly fulfilled and we felt well looked after. An absolute highlight was our seat right by the water. With bright sunshine and pleasant temperatures, we were able to enjoy the evening in beautiful surroundings. There were three of us there and everything just fit. This restaurant is definitely worth a visit.

We went there on a Sunday evening without a reservation and got a very nice spot right on the water. Staff super friendly, drinks came very quickly. Eating took a while - but with justification. And with the great weather and the beautiful view, that wasn't a problem for us. Food was nicely prepared and tasty. Another drink order and the bill came quickly.

We spent our afternoon here. For me there was schnitzel with asparagus and potatoes. Instead of hollandaise sauce, I chose brown butter. However, the food came with the sauce. I must have looked very irritated because the waitress immediately knew what was going on and took the plate away again. When our waitress walked by our table and saw that I still didn't have any food, I explained to her why. She was totally frightened, admitted it was her mistake, apologized sincerely and wanted to buy me a coffee. I was amazed at her openness, but declined the coffee. My food came shortly afterwards and tasted excellent. The asparagus was buttery soft and the schnitzel was tender and well seasoned. Incidentally, our waitress was not only considerate and polite, she also won us over with her wit and charm throughout our entire visit. We would have loved to invite her to our table. 😉

A restaurant with a very nice atmosphere. I celebrated my birthday there and we were all completely satisfied. The food and drinks were delicious and the staff was friendly and attentive. Thank you, we'll be happy to come back.

We registered as a group. The table was already prepared. But then, with the outside temperature at 30°C, it took almost 50 minutes before we could even order anything to drink. It then took another 20 minutes before we could drink and another 20 minutes before we could order the food. When the food came after almost two hours, it was bordering on the absolute bottomless that the soups we had ordered were overturned and therefore not edible. I understand that there were not enough staff on site. Then you shouldn't accept events like ours or you should at least communicate the problems. That didn't happen. A truly underground experience.

We had reserved 24 hours in advance, but were not on the list. It was very well attended. The staff found a solution and we were very satisfied. The food was great.

Terrible service! Service only comes to the table every 15 minutes, food could only be ordered on the 3rd round (i.e. after 45 minutes). Drinks are warm and the beer is stretched. The food was partly ok, but the price was outrageous! Asparagus was still raw and couldn't be cut. Many foods were frozen and not even fully warmed up.

Nice terrace - sunny and shady places. Waitresses (very well-groomed and careful about their appearance) Maullaul-one had the impression that they felt harassed. The steak au four was far too small for the price, and I had to get the Wocester sauce myself because the waitresses always disappeared very quickly after serving other guests. After we finished eating, the used dishes stood on the table for about 30 minutes before they were cleared away. It was billed differently - at the next table with older guests only by reciting the final price. We requested an invoice, which was then brought to us. We have often seen that employees of restaurants that have a good location don't put in much effort and probably think that the nice location is enough. But that's not enough. At some point there will be no guests or not enough guests... and then it's over. So, we don't go there anymore.

I had an excellent meal on the lakeside terraces today. Wiener Schnitzel and asparagus with salmon. Both meals were excellent. Great atmosphere, and really nice and friendly staff. Lovely again. Thank you!!!!

We went for brunch, pre-ordered and sat there for about 35 minutes without drinks. A bit misorganized.

If you can sit outside, the restaurant has a nice ambience. Right on the water, next to weeping willows and quiet. The presentation of the dishes was very attractive, but the taste of the dishes was very average. Overall, the unfriendly staff and the very long waiting time for every step (drinks, cutlery, food and even the long wait until you can pay) mean that this was the last visit here.

Nice outdoor terrace. Fast service and also a reasonable waiting time for the food. The burger could have been further enhanced with a good seasoning sauce. Fries crispy and delicious. Veal liver was well done as requested.

Very nice and friendly staff. Our dishes (a la carte) were very tasty, looked good and were served quickly despite the full house. You can eat in a relaxed manner on the terrace with a view of the water.

Dear Seeterrassen team, I have mine with you 80th birthday celebrated. I was extremely satisfied, as were my 30 guests. Thanks to the boss, the serving staff and the kitchen staff. Everyone was very friendly, accommodating, everything was well organized. There was NOTHING missing at brunch. Thank you thank you thank you ! When the weather is good you can sit right by the water, beautiful. There is a smaller but great selection of dishes. However, we waited for the schnitzel and steak for over an hour without any notification that it would take longer. Even after we asked, we received no response. The food was delicious except for the bruschetta. The bread was completely soggy and we waited 20 minutes for it.

We had a small family celebration there and I can only say that everything was great. From the greeting to the farewell, we felt very comfortable there.

To be honest, either the Seeterrassen wanted to make money here quickly and easily and/or there was simply a lack of staff in the service and kitchen. On the occasion of our 40th anniversary, we ordered brunch for 38 people. At first everything seemed to work great. The tables were prepared and appropriately set. The lady from the service was very nice and accommodating, but she urgently needed support! But that was about it! I have no idea why it wasn't clear in advance that 38 people also wanted to order and consume drinks. Maybe it was because the (apparently) normal restaurant operations, our booking and an additional event in an adjoining room completely overwhelmed the restaurant staff. We ordered brunch for €25.00 per person. This was provided in 2 chafing dishes (1 x sliced ​​Zurich style and 1 x goulash with bread dumplings) as well as a soup pot (pumpkin/ginger/carrot) and a dessert. Unfortunately, both “main courses” ran out after a short time. It took forever to get this updated. After being told repeatedly that the bread dumplings, goulash and sliced ​​meats were all gone, after a long wait the food was added hectically, carelessly and unprofessionally (1st place in the “tear and throw”!). A positive thing to mention is that I won't be visiting the lake terraces again and will therefore remain a unique experience! It's a shame, I expected more here!

Although we had made a reservation (10 people) to mark a special birthday, we had to wait well over an hour for our food. In order to order drinks in between, the host had to approach the staff. The food was good but the prices were a bit questionable.

Very nice, courteous staff & really good food!! We hadn't reserved beforehand and they pushed a table together for us.

First of all, I would like to praise the loving service!👍 We were there for brunch. Be sure to reserve in advance!!! The meal there starts at €28 per person for adults. There is a free drink. In addition, we had 2 bottles of water (0.75 l at 6.90€ each) and a pot of coffee (22€). The final total was just under 100€ for 2 people! The food was ok except for the roast wild boar, which I liked personally was too dry. Otherwise the staff is very attentive and refills are made. The chef was a bit amorous with the pumpkin soup with ginger (it was too spicy). You definitely have to allow time to find a parking space!

A cozy restaurant on the edge of Köpenick's old town. The very good food is only topped by the excellent service. We have been there several times and have never been disappointed. I can only recommend this location. Thank you.

Ate Königsberger Klopse there. Very tasty. Friendly staff, short waiting times. We'd love to come back. After some time we were there again. The food was still delicious. However, prices have increased slightly.

We were there as part of a Christmas party. I had duck with red cabbage and dumplings. To the point, the meat was juicy and the skin was crispy. It should be so. Beer was good too... Clean tables and very nice service. The young man who served us at the table even had his left hand behind his back and always made a very small bow... I only know something like that from the movies... Nice to see

Sehr zu empfehlen!! Sehr freundliches Personal. Viel Platz für unterschiedlichste Veranstalltungen. Man ist trotz grosser Räume in der Sitzordnung durch gute Raumaufteilung intim. Essen schmeckt sehr gut. .....Ganz schlecht ist die Parkplatznot. Vor dem Restaurant ist eine Baustelle(vielleicht bald beendet???) Parkplätze schwer oder in einiger Entfernung teuer zu benutzen. Für Rollstuhlfahrer nur mit Begleitung, Stufe

Bissl verpeilte , sehr freundliche Bedienung. Essen war sehr gut aber für 5 Sterne fehlte die Frage nach dem Zubereitungsgrad der Leber .

Also ich fühle mich dort sehr wohl. Bin mit Personal und Speisen sehr zufrieden. Macht weiter so.

Ein nettes,helles Lokal mit schönem Seeblick. Das Essen war gut bis sehr gut,Portionen waren reichlich. Preise normal in den heutigen Zeiten, alles ok.Der Service war schnell und sehr freundlich. Wir waren als Gruppe und hatten die Plätze vorbestellt, daher auch eine " kleine Karte" was für beide Seiten ja vorteilhaft ist. Dass man dafür eine Aufwandspauschale berechnet bekommt, war sehr neu für uns ( wir machen seit 30 Jahren unser jährliches Treffen),wurde bei der Reservierung auch nicht mitgeteilt.

Alles in diesem Haus, vom Ambiente übers Essen bis hin zum Service, erinnert an einen Ausflug mit Oma in Kindertagen. Wobei das Retro hier wohl kaum gewollt ist. Dem Essen, der Einrichtung, aber auch dem Stil des Services würde frischer Wind mal gut tun. Für puren Durchschnitt muss heute keiner mehr aus dem Haus.

Wir waren zum ersten Mal da. Der Brunch war toll angerichtet. Wir konnten gar nicht alles probieren. Zum Empfang gab es ein Glas Sekt. Den Service und die Küche können wir nur loben, da können sich andere eine Scheibe abschneiden. Auch die Ausgestaltung der Seeterrassen hat uns sehr gefallen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Leckeres Essen bei großer Auswahl. Freundliches Personal. Außen sagenhafte Terassen. Innen ein gehobenes Ambiente ohne wirkliche Stimmung.

Ich bin leider etwas enttäuscht. Mir ist bewusst, dass zur Zeit alles teuer ist. Aber für einen Brunch 25 Euro zu zahlen und dann bekommt man nur eine Tasse Kaffee, oder ein Glas Sekt oder ein Glas Orangensaft und Brötchen aus dem Supermarkt. Tut mir leid, aber das ist auch nicht ansprechend. Schade

Wir waren zum Brunch hier. Das Essen solide, aber ohne den ganz großen Pfiff. Der Service ist gut, aber auch ein Stück weit zufallsgesteuert. Und der Spaß kostet auch seinen Preis. Also 4 von 5.
