The service was amazing, especially the mother! The food was superb, real traditional cuisine without any fuss! We loved it!!!

It's the best place to meet up with old friends... and here we are again... wow, and Biene is still there, just as friendly as last time, serving reliably and understanding our jokes. ...and then comes the food - German cuisine - top-notch... what else can I say... last time we were outside... it was great - today we were inside... nothing to complain about - everything was perfect! Just go.

I was a guest at the restaurant. I was very hungry and hadn't eaten anything all day. I go to restaurants several times a week. This was by far the worst experience... The service was "trying" The food was truly disgusting... - lukewarm frozen vegetables - The stuffed pork steak tasted so bad that I didn't finish it - The fries were lukewarm and dried out I feel really sick after eating there. The ambiance is nice... But that doesn't make such bad food any better. On top of that, the table was dirty (stained tablecloths, the coffee spoon so greasy it looked like it had never been in a dishwasher) A huge disappointment

A fantastic, traditional Berlin restaurant with typical Berlin dishes and a few hearty options beyond. Ours were absolutely delicious, and once again, kudos to the kitchen! If you don't appreciate Berlin friendliness, this isn't the place for you. Stay just the way you are and keep this kind of restaurant experience alive. Thank you!

Because of a funeral, we gathered there for a meal (we had booked in advance 😎). The service and food were excellent. 5 stars for that. Can't rate the rooms as we didn't try them 😉. The venison roast is highly recommended 😎. I even grabbed a business card 😉 because my friend was looking for a similar location for her celebration and I wanted to recommend it to her.

We were here at the inn for lunch after the funeral. Parking is available in front of the restaurant. You have to get a parking ticket at the barrier. The food was good.

Five big, fat stars for the excellent and varied food, and another five stars for the fantastic atmosphere. We celebrated a birthday with a small family gathering. The staff put their heart and soul into their work. It's a pleasure to be a guest here, and we'll definitely be back.

Berlin Restaurant: Positive old-Berlin charm, incredibly friendly service, clean, and most importantly, the food (traditional) tastes almost like your mom's or grandma's. The meat is cooked to perfection, the quantity is excellent, and the price is reasonable. We'll be back!!!

Unfortunately, not anymore. Years ago, there was a great chef there, but now an elderly couple is fussing around in the kitchen. The champagne was flat, and the so-called wild boar roast was already blackened and covered in gravy. Never again...

Let's start with the waitress – presumably the owner. I'm smoking a cigarette, she comes over, stares at me with a death stare for a minute, and then accuses me of being 14 years old. Besides her terrible judgment of age, she also displayed a rather unfriendly demeanor. First impression? Service and atmosphere – a total letdown for me personally. If my drink hadn't already been ordered, I probably would have left. The food, however, was really good, nothing to complain about. Nevertheless: Not a place for a second visit for me. However, if you're looking for a waitress with a truly "Ossi" look, you might find what you're looking for here.

What can I say... I had the schnitzel and it was amazing! The waitress was busy but always had a good joke ready. I felt very comfortable! I can only recommend it and will definitely be back.

A small, hidden idyll in the Lichtenberg neighborhood. The food is just like it used to be, even the Berliner Weisse is still made the old way. The waitress was great. The decor is very quaint and traditional. It really makes you feel at home.

We were there with a large group after a funeral. When we pre-ordered, we had indicated we were coming for coffee and cake. However, everyone was hungry because the dishes on the menu sounded really delicious. Everyone chose a main course. The waitress took our orders in a friendly manner. Everyone received their food and was completely satisfied. Everything went perfectly. We were delighted and would like to say thank you and a big compliment to the kitchen.

I'm quite outraged at how little, if at all, some parents today teach their children to be considerate and considerate. Two days ago, we were guests at the Siegfriedshof restaurant. We witnessed this scene firsthand, as we were sitting right next to it. The child, about 8 years old, curiously (as children are), went up to the small stage there, which was lovingly decorated. In doing so, the child knocked over a floor vase. Since the parents weren't paying attention to their child's activities, the restaurant owner "admonished" the child to please leave the area. The adults there then reacted very rudely and impertinently, even cheekily towards the owner... telling him to "shut up," and similar insolence. As a bystander, I would have expected a nice apologetic gesture from the parents with a small reprimand for their child. But no, these days, some children are apparently no longer encouraged to respect someone else's property. And if you, as the "injured party," react to this, you're even insulted. Appreciation and respect should be set an example. We, in any case, had a very good meal here in a cozy atmosphere, served by an attentive waitress. We've been here several times with our children and grandchildren. Each time, we experienced friendly service and a kind word for the children. It's sad how disrespectful and unappreciative some people are when serving their children, especially children. Especially in these times, when restaurants and retail stores are struggling so hard, we should all be grateful that this place still exists and is run with so much passion. We'd love to come back.

What a sad experience! We had hoped to spend a pleasant evening with the family – instead, we witnessed a veritable display of poor service. The hotel's motto is seriously "My stage, my inn!" – and that's exactly how it feels: The host plays the main role, and guests are merely an annoying audience. Especially children? Apparently not welcome at all. Unfriendly to the core – a quiet laugh or a questioning "Why?" from the kids was enough to elicit annoyed glances and snippy comments. No highchair, no smile, no understanding – you practically get the feeling you should tie your children outside like a dog. The service? Sluggish, absent, indifferent. Nothing happens without repeated inquiries. Drinks? Only after 20 minutes. Cutlery? Only after the request. Food? Takes forever, but at least it tastes… acceptable. But the tone – condescending and rude. Hospitality? None at all. I've rarely felt so unwelcome in a restaurant in my life. Instead of service, there's self-promotion. Instead of attention, there's arrogance. Conclusion: If you have children, enjoy food, or simply want a pleasant evening, avoid it at all costs! This isn't about hospitality, but about bruised egos on open stage.

We only stayed in the restaurant and not in a room. But, it was a very good choice to come here. We had a cozy evening sitting on the terrace, enjoying the excellent food—all homemade and nothing frozen—and draft beer. The roast venison with dumplings and red cabbage was amazing. The cabbage was homemade and served with apple and lard. The delicious brown sauce with the dumplings and breadcrumbs was a dream. If you like good German cuisine, this is the place for you. Thanks to Google for bringing us here. The service was very friendly and attentive. We even had a chat with the chef and her... 😉 Because we were actually the last guests. We were here with friends on Saturday, May 17, 2025, and spent a lovely evening in the cozy restaurant. Our waitress, Biene, brought us the delicious food promptly, and we were thrilled with her because she has her heart in the right place and we were on the same wavelength (Steffen). We all had a great time there and can definitely recommend the restaurant.

It was a very nice evening. The food was wonderful. The price was perfectly reasonable and it was very tasty. The service was very friendly, and the overall atmosphere was very relaxed. The inn is just a few minutes' walk from Lichtenberg S-Bahn station and is easily accessible by public transport. Update 3/15/2025: We visited the inn again today. We felt very comfortable again and will definitely come back. The food was also very delicious.

One star is still too many. Were there on 01/25/25! The waitress was constantly smoking rather than serving us. We then went to the counter to order our second round of drinks. Then not even everything arrived. The food was good but the service was, as already written, very bad... even if a colleague is absent and you are left alone, you don't just wave away when the customer wants something and go and have a smoke first!!! Sorry, never again!

Going to the toilet becomes an experience. There are beautiful nude photographs there. Also with women. Thanks to the whole team and we would love to come back.

We came across the restaurant by chance. Absolutely authentic German cuisine with very fair prices. Really fresh products that we really enjoyed. There really wasn't anything we had to complain about. The service is very friendly and happy to have fun. I can recommend the restaurant 100% and will visit more often in the future.

My food was ok in terms of taste. I just want delicious food and not something that is just ok. And not for €20 either. The roast venison was dry and the portion was far too small. A disgrace for the price. The other dishes were also bland and small. Personally, I'm not a fan of the facility at all, but that's a matter of opinion. Only the food was consistently perceived by everyone as meh. The others had the broccoli cauliflower casserole. It also became hollond-like sauce with everything

We had a private Christmas dinner for four, the food was top, thanks to the kitchen. The service was absolutely great, despite the restaurant being full, there was still time for some fun, which made the evening really great. Many thanks to the entire team for a great evening. It can be reached from Siegfried Straße and Wotan Straße. It's a bit poorly signposted. From 2025 onwards it will mostly be open at 3:00 p.m. There is Berlin-German cuisine. Fish dishes, starters and salads. There is crock, mulled wine, beer 🍺 wine and non-alcoholic drinks. The price for the meal is from €18 to around €22.

Very nice and attentive service, clean and nice atmosphere. The food was very tasty and professionally flawless. There was nothing to complain about. Funny but true! Were there again. This time as a thank you event for some deserving members of our club. But actually what is needed is a thank you event for the team at the inn. Had a group meal there. I think the prices are a bit too high. Food tastes good but portions are not that big. We were registered as a group and yet the service left a lot to be desired. Staff was understaffed, only one service person, I definitely won't be coming back, there are hundreds of better restaurants where you pay even less.

And again a very interesting place in Berlin where you should stop off. Definitely even cooler in summer. We'll test it.

We ate there for the first time today with 14 people, the location is very cozy, the food was very good and sumptuous and the service staff were also great... not only hard-working but also humorous.

We celebrated a birthday here with 7 people. The restaurant is lovingly decorated to suit autumn. The food tasted fantastic, was plentiful and completely acceptable in terms of price. Food top service super mega full despite not having reserved a table

We like to stop at the Siegfriedshof inn. Today we celebrated a birthday here. The decor is cozy and the hospitality is warm. Last but not least: the food is delicious and the menu is extensive!

My food wasn't done, instead of getting my food new or a different offer, my food was simply reduced in size so that in the end it was halfway through. Still, it only tasted like water. However, that wasn't just the problem. The pork knuckle was cold and the potatoes weren't cooked through. The service was poor in my opinion. We politely told her what was wrong with the food and she showed no reaction. To make matters worse, there was ketchup from plastic bags that had expired! I didn't take a picture as proof, but the waitress knew. And gave and then annoyed a new pack. Very disappointing and not at all an option for me!

The food was very tasty and the service was super nice. I can only recommend it.

After an appointment we came here to enjoy good German cuisine again. The food was freshly prepared and tasted good. The service was attentive, friendly and always had a funny saying. The ambience gave you the feel of an apartment with all sorts of coffee pots to admire. There is always something new to discover in every corner. The prices are completely ok for the portions, so it follows: We'll be happy to come back!!!

We had arrived a little earlier, the taxi was too fast. The lady from the service gave us a friendly welcome and then offered us a very nice place. She has never helped a mother in a wheelchair to take off her anorak before. The drinks and food were ordered quickly. The food didn't take long to arrive. We had two generous portions of farmer's breakfast, super tasty. Delicious. I was also able to pay with an EC card, great. The taxi was then able to pick us up again right there at the restaurant. The restaurant has a special charm: everything I know from my childhood seems to be there (half a peach with cranberries on top, for example). The service is typically Berlin, I come from here, I think it's good. The food isn't too expensive and we never had to wait too long. In any case, it's delicious. I would like to go here again.

We celebrated our graduation reunion with around 45 people. Splendid! The buffet was great, we were able to choose the delicacies together. Bine, the innkeeper, and her team took great care of us! We all felt completely comfortable. Parking spaces and public transport connections are perfect.

Stopped by the restaurant to eat and had a great time. Fantastic Spätzle and really beautiful patio seating with so many flowers. Super happy we stopped by!

We were here for lunch from around 1 p.m. We still had to wait, but we found a place without any problems. Everything was reasonably priced and it tasted good too. Portions are also big enough for the price. When we were there there was only one waitress on duty, which led to a corresponding waiting time. But nothing to complain about. She was really fast and did her best even in the heat.

Sadly we were shocked when we saw the photos of naked men and women in the bathrooms. We also felt so sorry for children who see all this. I really don't understand the meaning of this 'decoration'. We are not in a shady bar! Apart from this the waitress was really fun and really made some kind of show, sometimes though it was a bit over the top. We enjoyed it but I am not sure if everyone would like that kind of humour

Super nice place in Berlin city life, we were looked after very well by Bine and in the original Berlin dialect. We laughed so much and the spaetzle was so delicious. So if you wanted to experience something in a quiet, cozy atmosphere, the Gasthaus Siegfriedhof would be my recommendation.

Bine provides great service and serves you with authentic Berlin style, plus hearty cuisine and funny sayings. 10/10 we will be back
