Very good, just like the last four times. The orange juice could be improved. It tastes too watery for me. And a wider selection of rolls, preferably smaller ones, would be very helpful.

We were at the restaurant on Friday evening, September 12th. First of all: I don't mean any harm in what I'm writing here, just a bit of a shame about what we experienced while eating. And usually, things only change when those in charge realize what was going on. So: There were two of us. It was my first time there and I was really looking forward to the meal. I ordered a salmon steak with rice in red Thai curry. My companion ordered pepper mushroom soup as a starter and potato rösti with pepper mushrooms as a main course. After 10 minutes, the waiter came to my table and said the salmon steak was sold out... Okay... I'm creative. So I said: Just give me a different fish with the same combination. That was no problem. But - and now we come to the crux of the matter. The Thai curry was too salty. So was my companion's pepper mushroom soup. And when things like this happen, I ask myself why they even serve something like that anymore? Who, and how many people, taste it beforehand? I even told the waiter at the end of the meal that it was too salty. And now I know that it wasn't just us who felt that way. I will definitely come back to Via Plaza. No problem. Because of the beautiful ambiance and the phenomenal salad bar. But I will tell the waiter beforehand that I will return my order if it's too salty. I'm sorry to have to write this here, but at the level of service at Via Plaza, I don't think this should happen. And ultimately, you taste it in the kitchen beforehand to see whether a meal is too salty or not. And then you either serve it or you don't.

Modern and airy, but totally disappointed with the breakfast service. We arrived at 8:30 a.m. as external guests, and there were still two grain rolls left. Breakfast is served until 10 a.m. When we asked, we were told we weren't just there for the rolls. Honestly, for almost €30 per person, I expect a bit more. We wanted to spend a relaxing morning here on vacation, but unfortunately, that was ruined.

I had a fantastic asparagus dish! It was beautifully presented and tasted amazing! I definitely want to have it again! The service was great. The atmosphere was lovely too!

5-star deluxe breakfast. Can't be topped anywhere. Try it for yourself.

Modern decor. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The restaurant was busy. The only downside: my corn-fed chicken with a sesame crust had so much sauce on it that the crust went soggy, and the hash browns were unfortunately convenience food. The other dishes were top-notch.

The service staff, apart from an older employee who we knew from the Park Hotel, were very inattentive and some of them couldn't speak any German. Hardly any new drinks could be ordered. I ordered a fillet steak with pepper sauce. The meat was still cold and raw on the inside. I ordered it medium. The sauce was barely seasoned. The sweet potato fries were very tasty. My steak was then fried again so that my husband was finished eating when the steak arrived. We were used to a different level from the Parkhotel. Very unfortunate

A very nice hotel... huge breakfast buffet that was almost too big... unfortunately my room wasn't cleaned for 3 days... after a complaint on the second day they didn't even try to get a new room or even a meal as compensation. ..very unfortunate....

Wir waren zu viert dort frühstücksbuffet essen. Super Ambiente, mega große Auswahl an Varianten, Säfte, Tees, Kaffee etc. Das einzige was etwas störend war, unser Tisch wurde etwas "übersehen" mit abräumen. Nicht einmal ein anfragen ob alles gut ist, oder ähnliches. Alles andere super. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Und empfehlen es weiter.

Super Restaurant. Das Essen dort ist sehr lecker und das Ambiente ist toll.

Erfahrungsbericht: Nachdem wir nach über 20 Minuten gebeten wurden Getränke aufzunehmen, wollte ich einen Eistee bestellen, daraufhin wurde uns erst eine Getränkekarte gebracht, da es keinen Eistee gibt (Ich bitte euch, aber Bananensaft!?). Weitere 15 Minuten später haben wir dann bestellt. Von drei bestellten Weingläsern kam nur eins, bei 3 Leuten am Tisch könnte man da als Kellner/in schonmal stutzig werden. Als die fehlenden Gläser nach gebracht wurden, wurden diese mittig vor einen Gestellt, ist das neuerdings gängig? Als nach insgesamt ca. 1h Aufenthalt unser Essen kam wurde ein Teller fallen gelassen, während auf meinem alles verrutscht ist, Soßen vermischt wurden, sah halt nach nicht mehr nach einem 25€ Gericht aus. Das kann passieren, keine Frage und Problem. Das fallen gelassen Gericht wurde selbstverständlich ersetzt, jedoch wurde mir "mein Teller" mit den Worten: "Ach da ist ja nichts weggefallen" in die Hand gereicht. Und das Konzept der Salatbar in einem Restaurant, dass sich meinem Eindruck nach eher als Fine-Dining interpretiert, erschließt sich mir ebenfalls nicht und finde ich respektive der Preisgestaltung unangebracht. Das Fleisch war zart, die Beilagen waren gut. Folgende Punkte sind mir in Bezug auf die Speisekarte aufgefallen: - Keine Gewichtangaben bei Fleisch/Steak - Keine Kennzeichnung von vegetarischen / veganen Optionen - Getränkekarte immer auslegen oder auf eine Karte reduzieren - Keine Kennzeichnung von Allergenen auf der Speisekarte (Letzteres wird insbesondere kompliziert, wenn das Bedienpersonal nicht der deutschen Sprache mächtig ist) - Desserts beschreiben wenn alle anderen Gerichte beschrieben werden Die Räumlichkeiten sind neu und Modern gestaltet und durch viel Stoff gibt es auch keinen auch kein Hall, was zu einer ruhigen Atmosphäre beiträgt. Es gibt kleine Details wie die Meppener "Skyline" als Wandverkleidung die mir gut gefallen haben, unterschwellig hatte ich wegen der Architektur aber die ganze Zeit das Gefühl in einem Konferenzraum zu sitzen, der Bestuhlt wurde.
