The restaurant is run with a lot of heart and passion. The service is great, the price/performance ratio is absolutely fine. The food was very tasty and lovingly prepared. We felt completely comfortable. Highly recommended!

We visit the restaurant regularly. The food and portions are incredibly good. The greeting and farewell is always as if you were part of the family. Especially 'Toni', oh dear, everyone is great and always tries hard to make sure everything runs smoothly and everyone feels comfortable. We always like to come. Great team

This afternoon I wanted to eat with my family at the Friesdorfer Hof restaurant. The restaurant was full except for one table, which I can understand because the food is good and tasty. After the order was placed, nothing happened for a long time. The other tables were filled with food, except ours. After an hour and a half, the waiter came to us with three side salads for four people and said that they were on the house. Apart from a comment to my son that salad is healthy, nothing came from him. I found it somehow strange, but a short time later I knew why we were so generously given the salads. Another table with at least six people who ordered food some time after us were served their food. Apparently a mistake had happened. I thought it was a complete impudence to put us off with salads without explanation or apology and, in plain German, I felt ripped off. In addition, there was no sign of our food, even after the other table had been served. This made me so upset that I got up and wanted to leave the restaurant. The waiter met me at the door and said the food would come in 2 minutes. But I found out later that it still took about 10 minutes. The waiter apologized that he had made a mistake when ordering and offered me my food for free. I didn't feel like the apology was sincere and didn't back down from my intention to leave. But then his tone changed completely and he said that I had to forgive him. Later, the conversation at the table with my family, who had nothing to do with it, continued because they didn't understand what had upset me. Whether you only have one cook in the kitchen on a Sunday, that's up to you. Waiting for an hour and a half isn't nice, but it's acceptable every now and then. But if you've made a mistake, you talk about it at the table and not at the door if there's no other option, and you don't just feed yourself off with side salads in silence. My parents are pretty much regular customers, so you can't think of anything other than a salad? Sad.

We were eating in the restaurant. The boss? of the house lives for his restaurant. Food was great and more than plentiful, friendly and asked if everything was okay. We were lucky enough to get a spot. If we lived nearby, we would be here more often. Please keep it up

Food delicious. Rather more expensive in price. Highly recommend the Friesdorfer Schnitzel. Service nice and attentive. Locally cozy. You forget about time and going out for a small meal is often a little later. Always my pleasure

After making a reservation for three people by phone, we didn't get a seat for the second time. A couple sat down in front of us at the last table for four and we were generously offered to sit at a mini table, actually for two people, in the middle of the aisle or we could also sit in the basement. It was more or less doubted that we had reserved or perhaps our name was misunderstood. The boss seemed completely overwhelmed by the situation and instructed the waiter to "sort it out, please". The waiter once again behaved completely condescendingly arrogant.We had the same situation last year after making a reservation on the terrace.Apparently you are only treated friendly there as a regular guest.The staff, including the boss, is completely unprofessional and incompetent.Unfortunately you have to give one star in order to rate it.The restaurant is finally done for us.

The restaurant here is really great, and the rooms upstairs are very clean. I spent one night here and was completely satisfied. The service was excellent, the food was fantastic, the rooms were great, and the location is perfect too. Absolutely recommended!

Wir haben hier als Paar während unseres Stadturlaubes einen wunderbaren Abend verbracht. Handfeste Gastronomie der alten Schule. Italienische Familienatmosphäre ohne Künsteleien, freundlich, zugewandt, authentisch. Die Speisekarte ist so beschaffen, dass jeder fündig werden sollte. Augenscheinlich viele Stammgäste unter den Anwesenden. Unsere beiden Gerichte waren einfach klasse, lange schon keinen so runden Abend in der Gastronomie erlebt. Wir sind mit einem Lächeln raus, so soll’s sein. Wir gehen nächste Woche vor Abreise nochmals hin.

We had a fantastic meal there for the third time. The steaks are damn good and very tasty. It's also excellent for pizza and the schnitzel tastes really delicious too. The desserts were also a culinary delight for us. We always enjoyed the really friendly service. Our friends also found it delicious and nice to come back to.

Great kitchen and important, clean toilets

The restaurant is really a must! We ate here and were thrilled by the delicacies that were offered to us here. No matter how much you are here, your stomach remains calm. The staff is super friendly and very accommodating.

We had been living in Friesdorf for a relatively long time before we discovered this restaurant. It always looked a bit “dated” from the outside. Today it is our favorite restaurant! There is a really varied, good menu, the food is very tasty and the service is top. The prices have risen a bit here recently, but are still manageable given the price-performance ratio. We'd love to come back again and again!

Price and performance didn't match at all today. Food was so-so. (French fries ice cold) 2 dishes were forgotten and the 2nd drinks didn't arrive until about 20 minutes after the bill was ordered.

It's a pleasure to go here and you go home very happy after such good service from the waiter and always enjoy coming there, We have been there many times and the food and service were 100% right. The only drawback is the outrageously high prices, you still have to work on it hi. Everything else was very well maintained and a top address. With the colleague before. We actually always liked going there but what happened on Saturday evening shocked us. The boss was insulted twice in front of us by the older man (waiter) and that wasn't possible. The schnitzels were a disaster, almost just breading, you couldn't taste the meat at all. We both had really bad diarrhea when we got home, so there was probably something wrong. The service was also subpar. It's a shame, but it really wasn't a nice experience there this time, let's see if we go there again. And I felt really sorry for the boss, you could tell that she wasn't feeling well afterwards. Understandably. I hope it gets better again because we actually always enjoyed being there

We really enjoy coming here on a regular basis and have already inspired some friends to enjoy the food. The quality of the food is consistently very good. We particularly recommend the schnitzel with mushroom hollandaise or the saltimbocca.

Absoluter Geheimtipp !!! Waren jetzt schon mehrmals im Friesdorfer Hof und fühlen uns dort bestens aufgehoben! Die Speisekarte ist sehr abwechslungsreich und von daher lohnt es sich jedes Mal,etwas neues für sich zu entdecken.Mein Favorit waren die frischen Steinpilze aus dem Parmesanleib! Der Service verdient durch die aufmerksame und freundliche Bewirtung auch die volle Punktzahl! Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Wir waren nach langer Zeit wieder mal in der alten Heimat, und das Essen in dem Restaurant war echt super wie immer. Wir hatten Glück noch um 17:00 Uhr einen Tisch zu bekommen.

Meine Freundin und Ich wollten uns einen entspannten Abend machen. Kinder waren bei den Großeltern. Dort angekommen sagte man uns, man hätte einen Tisch für 1std, was für uns kein Problem war. 2 min später mussten wir den Tisch wechseln, was auch ok war. Nach dem Umsetzen hat man uns nichts zu Trinken angeboten und die Bestellung nicht aufgenommen. Nach 15 min ohne bedient zu werden, haben wir wortlos das Lokal verlassen. Als Gast fühlt man dort einfach wie Luft behandelt und geht mit einem schlechten Gefühl nach Hause. Haben dort schon viele Male das Essen nach Hause kommen lassen, dies war gut abgelaufen, aber der Service vor Ort ist eine bodenlose Frechheit. Und das schon zum 5 Mal. Deshalb werden diesen Laden in Zukunft meiden.

Wir haben Schnitzel mit Pommes Frites und Salat bestellt und nach Hause liefern lassen, da wir krank waren. Das Essen kam pünktlich und hat ausgezeichnet geschmeckt. Die Portionen waren reichlich und alles war super eingepackt. Wir waren auch vorher schon im Friesdorfer Hof Essen und es hat immer sehr gut geschmeckt. Der Service ist freundlich und schnell. Wirklich empfehlenswert.

Ich würde hier 3-4 Sterne geben . Essen war guter Durchschnitt Bedingungen sehr nett und aufmerksam. Für ein Stammrestaurant reicht es leider nicht.

Wir waren im Restaurant und haben etwa 2 Std. auf unser Essen gewartet! Zudem haben uns leider die Gerichte, die dann kamen, nicht gut geschmeckt. Wir gehen dort nicht mehr hin!

Das Essen schmeckt sehr gut, die Atmosphäre ist gemütlich und einladend! Das Personal immer freundlich, zuvor- und entgegenkommend! Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt. Klare Empfehlung!!

Die Karte ist ein wilder Ritt durch verschiedene Küchen: Pasta, Pizzen, Steaks, Burger und Schnitzel. Da mag die Stringenz fehlen, aber je nach Laune ist für jeden was dabei. Vorab bestellten wir eine Vorspeisenplatte (17,90) mit 8 tapasähnlichen Kleinigkeiten u.a. Datteln im Speckmantel, Pilze mit Knoblauch und Vitello Tonato. Das schmeckte durchaus gut, ebenso wie der Gruß aus der Küche, der aus fluffigen Pizzastücken bestand und erahnen ließ, dass die Pizzen hier gut sind. Danach hatten wir Wiener Schnitzel und Schnitzel mit Pilz-Hollandaise, allerdings in einer kleinen Portion. Alles in allem: die Schnitzel sind okay, es gibt ein paar Sachen, die einen nicht so beeindruckt haben, aber wer einfach nur viel Schnitzel will, ist hier richtig und braucht offengesagt weder Vor- noch Nachspeise. Die Hollandaise und das Dressing auf dem Beilagensalat schmeckte nach Standardprodukten aus dem Supermarkt. Zum Wiener Schnitzel gab es leider kein Gurken- oder lauwarmen Kartoffelsalat, stattdessen bestellten wir auf Nachfrage statt Pommes Bratkartoffeln. Der Beilagentausch kostete extra, wurde aber nicht umgesetzt, dennoch berechnet. Die Speisen kamen angemessen schnell und zu erwähnen wäre noch, dass es hier Andechser in zwei Varianten vom Fass gibt, uns aber keine Weinkarte gereicht wurde und ich keine Weine in der Getränkekarte fand.

Das Essen war sehr lecker. Ich empfehle das Ibericokotelett. Super saftig, sehr gut gewürz. Dazu gab es Bratkartoffeln und einen Beilagensalat der ebenfalls frisch und ansehnlich war. Wäre einen zweiten Besuch wert.

Die Rezension bezieht sich ausschließlich auf das Essen. Dieses wurde warm geliefert und war geschmacklich in Ordnung. Die Größe der Portion war nicht zu beanstanden. Das Dessert war lecker. Leider wurde unsere Vorspeise vergessen.

Wir haben sehr schön gesessen und sehr lecker gegessen, wurden aufmerksam bedient, das Essen kam sehr schnell, Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt absolut. 👍🏻 Demnächst soll es wieder leckeren Sauerbraten geben, das werden wir uns nicht entgehen lassen. 😀 Update: Den Sauerbraten haben wir leider verpasst. Hätte ich sehr gerne probiert 🙂

Die Küche ist ausgezeichnet und die Preise für die gute Qualität moderat. Auch der Service ist hervorragend. Unbedingt und uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen!
