We ate in this restaurant today before going to a concert and found the ambience, service and food very good. The food was ready very quickly and was very fresh and tasty.

While the staff were friendly and welcoming, the food left a bit to be desired. The coconut dessert was very good, offering a refreshing taste. However, our main course were unfortunately too salty for our liking. The flavors seemed to deviate from traditional Asian cuisine.

Simply always good! It's just nice to be able to experience this again and again: not only to be warmly welcomed and to be served in a friendly manner, but - as safely as the Amen in church! - to be cooked so deliciously that you can see the joy on your face. This time we had a lime-ginger cocktail and the obligatory Aperol Spritz as an aperitif, then Krupuk - fried shrimp chips, Cha Gio - homemade Vietnamese celebratory rolls and Satay Gai - grilled chicken skewers, as a starter and then Thit Bo Dau Den - spicy ones as the main course Beef strips. Finally, Kao Niau Ma Muang - coconut-jasmine sticky rice with freshly sliced ​​mango and a Vietnamese coffee as dessert. All in all - and every single dish, as always "once in a lifetime!" Thank you!

Had the viet lemongrass chicken and Tom yum goong. It was too salty and not fragrant at all. The white rice was perfectly cooked and yummy though. But that’s it. I don’t understand the high rating. The food is not up to par to my Asian taste. Perhaps the taste is more localised.

The PhoBo was too sweet and the meat was tough. The summer rolls were bland (hardly any herbs - except for a stalk of coriander) and the papaya salad with seafood was a disaster: What do surimi, mussels etc. have to do with this dish? Frozen seafood mix... Unfortunately, that was more of a seafood salad with papaya. We imagined it differently. And warm... there was nothing crunchy left (but it was also to go - it may be different locally).

The food is exceptional! Could not recommend it more

We have enjoyed coming here for years and always feel very welcome as guests. The food is delicious. Our favorite dishes are "Geang Koa Ped Grob" (duck with lychee, slightly spicy) and "Pat Thai Gung", but many other dishes are also perfectly coordinated. A mango lassi as the crowning finale should not be missing. Thanks to the team for the courteous service. Keep it up and see you soon.

We tried some Thai dishes on our first visit and loved them! Fresh products, perfectly prepared, crunchy vegetables, fine spiciness and reasonable prices. Plus the friendly service... We'll definitely come back to explore the Vietnamese side of the menu :-)

Unfortunately we were with that Not satisfied with the taste of the food. Something was missing. Ingredients however fresh.

From the service to the food we enjoyed, it was absolutely above average, and the Vietnamese coffee in particular was a very special taste experience. The limited space is the only negative point. Here you are still treated as a guest.

We have been here several times and have always been very happy with the food and service. But when you observe how the boss bosses her employees and there is hardly a smile on her face, the employees scurry like mice. We don't think working there is fun. Nevertheless, we gave away a voucher which has now been redeemed, with enthusiasm for the taste, service and ambience.

We enjoyed very tasty Thai cuisine here. The homemade lemonade is also highly recommended. Nice service and the boss personally makes sure everything is going well. It was our first time here and we will definitely come back. Reservation recommended. The only point deduction is for the narrowly placed tables, so that there isn't really much distance to the neighboring table and therefore the overall background noise is a bit loud.

Food was really good, fresh and sometimes unusual vegetables (e.g. mini Thai eggplant). We have collectively classified the level of spiciness as not Germanized! Green curry with 1 chili on the menu was at the top of the comfort zone. Service was extremely attentive and friendly, but unfortunately we had to wait a relatively long time for the main course. Price performance is good, but in absolute terms the prices are rather high.

Authentic Thai and Vietnamese cuisine. There is that certain “more” that the others lack. The consistency, spice and spiciness are very well balanced. There is no typical Asian “around the corner”. Reservation is recommended.

Restaurant ist wirklich empfehlenswert, wenn mann thailändisch/vietnamesisches Essen mag. Das Essen war lecker, die Preise sind wirklich ok. Das Personal war auch sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und den Abend genossen, leider macht das Lokal aber bereits um 22 Uhr zu. Werde sicher wieder kommen!

Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und die Bedienung war sehr freundlich. Leider haben wir über 30 Minuten auf das Essen warten müssen und das Bezahlen hat auch viel Zeit in Anspruch genommenen. Das Essen war allerdings sehr lecker und reichhaltig.

If you want to taste thai or vietnamese food I can only recommend this place. Very beautiful interior, friendly staff big menu. Whatever we tasted was delicious. The pad Thai though wasn't spicy enough. I really liked that the menu had traditional recipes. Big portions, good quality and absolutely value for money. Reservations are recommended but even last minute we were able to make reservation. Credit cards are also accepted.

Kellnerin unfreundlich und unprofessionell.Keine Begrüßung als wir angekommen sind obwohl wir guten Abend gesagt haben,sie schaut uns an und sagt aber kein Wort und kein Lächeln. Beim Tellern bringen lässt sie einfach die Tellern auf dem Tisch ohne nix zu sagen und geht weg. Beim abräumen keine Frage obs geschmeckt hat oder so. Fragen wir nach der Speisekarte für ein evtl Dessert und kommt keine Karte. Rufen wir sie mit der Hand, sie schaut uns an und macht eine Geste mit der Hand so um zu sagen " jetzt hab ich keine Zeit für dich". Am Ende sagen wir dass wir bezahlen möchten und wir werden angelacht. Unverschämt. Das Essen: 3erlei gut, hauptspeise Ente trocken und zäh...Dessert konnten wir leider nicht probieren weil wir keine Karte bekommen haben. Wir werden nicht mehr das Restaurant besuchen und werden es auch nicht weiter empfehlen.

Sehr leckeres Essen, auch der Mittagstisch ist eine Empfehlung. Lieferservice wäre noch toll, wie holen aber gern auch aus der Nachbarschaft ab.

Wir bestellen regelmäßig Essen zum Abholen und es schmeckt immer lecker. Bestellung ist in der Regel superschnell fertig und auch sonst ist der Kundenservice immer top und sehr entgegenkommend, falls mal doch etwas nicht passen sollte. Besonders empfehlenswert sind die Pho Bo und die Gerichte mit Wasserspinat.

Ich besuche dieses Restaurant schon viele Jahre und bin wirklich immer zufrieden. Wünsche werden nicht nur erfragt, sondern auch umgesetzt. Die Angaben auf der Speisekarte über Schärfe des Essens treffen auch zu. Also, uneingeschränkte Empfehlung von mir.

Cozinha vietnamita e tailandesa. Foi a segunda vez que jantamos aqui, e a comida continua super fresca e deliciosa. O ambiente único remete para a tranquilidade tailandesa e o serviço é simpático e atencioso! Também possuem um supermercado com produtos vietnamita e tailandeses mesmo ao lado do restaurante que funciona durante o dia. A voltar!

Spezialität for 20e ...two small bowls that came 3 min after ordering... made out of ready made, very simple ingredients, poorly and quickly served. We were v tired wanted just something special to share it, it was late. Very disappointed. The women working this night were making huge noise with cutlery and dishes all of the time. They weren't nice at all. We went there bc 2 years ago we were served by a nice older waiter, full of personal culture, it WAS simply nice previously there. Now it's no more, very unpleasant experience.

Really good food, fresh and delicious, reminds me of the time in Thailand. Also the owner has operated this for many years and you can tell everything is treated with the care: they welcome you in even if all is booked so u will not wait outside cold; the tee comes in a big cup, very tasty with real ginger, not just a tea bag; the chopsticks are also not the one offs from wood, but real ones that gives an extra touch to the dining experience. Really love the atmosphere too: all guests are enjoying the food and having great conversations:) will definitely come again!

Wir sind immer wieder dort, weil es uns immer wieder ganz ausgezeichnet schmeckt. Ab und zu bestellen wir auch einfach was zu abholen. Die Gerichte sind frisch zubereitet und sehr gut verpackt. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und immer freundlich. Wir fühlen uns immer wohl, wenn wir dort essen. Wir können das Restaurant nur empfehlen.

Leckere Küche, freundlicher Service. Für die Lage und das etwas angejahrte Ambiente ca. 2 bis 3 Euro je Gericht zu überzogen.

My best Vietnamese/Thai experience in Munich so far!!! The food is very authentic and simply incredible. The flavor is outstanding and unlike any experience I had before! I even found veggies in my plate I didn’t know, for example baby zucchini - which apparently is super healthy and in their country used to treat tumors and similar. My girlfriend had been absolutely amazed by the fantastic combination of red curry, roasted duck and litschi. Also the summer rolls had been nice which came with an addictive tamarind chutney. Another recommendation: the tea is great! We had ginger lemon grass and ayurvedic herbs. Great taste! The prices are a little elevated but the experience is worth it. The portions are also very big. A must go if you love Vietnamese or Thaifood.

Sehr sehr leckere vietnamesische und thailändische Gerichte! Viel Auswahl und sehr guter vietnamesische "Absacker"- Reisschnaps"! Sehr freundliche Bedienung und ein super netter Chef! Waren leider am letzten Urlaubs Tag hier essen, sonst hätten wir die Speicherkarte rauf und runter probiert! Beim nächsten München Urlaub kommen wir garantiert nochmal! Toll ist auch das man asiatische Lebensmittel direkt im Nachbar Haus kaufen kann! Alles hier im Lokal und im asiatischen Shop- sehr sauber und preiswert! Gutes frisches Essen zu guten Preisen!!!

Bei dem unfassbaren Geschmack, dachten wir das wir in Asien sind!!! Es war ein unvergessliches Geschmackserlebnis! Wir hatten mit dem Besitzer geredet, er bestätigte unsere Vermutung.. Die Köche kommen aus ihrem Land und wissen ganz genau wie man kocht, die Produkte lässt er für die extra Liefern. Wir würden nur für dieses Restaurant wieder nach München fahren! De passage à l'Holiday Inn Express pour une nuit, nous sommes venus dîner dans ce restaurant. Accueil et service comme on aimerait en rencontrer plus souvent, notre serveuse était très gentille et souriante, le patron est venu nous voir en fin de service pour savoir si tout s'était bien passé, ce qui est très appréciable. Quant au repas, nous nous sommes régalés. Les prix sont un peu élevés mais franchement ça vaut le coup compte tenu de la qualité des mets. Pour un plat et un dessert, deux boissons et une bouteille d'eau, nous en avons eu pour 138 € à 5. Je vous recommande ce restaurant.

Just looking to have a quick and simple dinner after a long day's work, somewhere close to home, we came across this somewhat unassuming restaurant on Elsenheimer Str. in the unassuming Laim neighbourhood. We were surprised not so much by the clean-but-basic interior, but by the menu and wine list. The former contains a number of unusual dishes (the first page, we were told, usually holds the more "experimental" surprises) such as veal liver with kaffir lime leaves and aubergines, a dish I had never seen anywhere else but which was one of the finest examples of creative yet authentic Thai cooking I have come across to date. Even more surprisingly, the star of the meal was the seemingly simple "Morning Glory" water spinach, stir-fried to absolute perfection and so perfectly seasoned we almost ordered a second helping (even though the first was generous enough). Service was excellent; the owner himself came to greet us and greatly contributed to an enjoyable dinner experience with his good-humoured, knowledgeable yet unobtrusive presence. A truly hospitable place - prices are reasonable; the restaurant is very family-friendly; all tastes and dietary requirements are carefully attended to; the wine list is expertly selected yet surprisingly unexpensive; and the Tegernseer from the tap is as good as it gets. This review is based on a single visit, and may be this positive due to a bit of good luck, but I must say I can't wait to return.

We had a lovely time, fantastic service and delicious food. We can highly recommend the prawn rolls as a starter and any of the fried noodle dishes. We will be making a return visit (maybe several).

Vietnamesische Sommerrolle probiert (eigentlich 2 Stück, mir wurde auch die Hälfte angeboten) und dann das Gai Pat Met Ma Muang…einfach ein Traum. Zudem schneller und sehr freundlicher Service. Einfach nur empfehlenswert!! Bitte weiter so.

Das Essen war total lecker und die Wirtin sehr freundlich. Das Restaurant kann man sehr empfehlen. Die Suppe war lecker , genauso wie die Ente. Die Preise sind für diese Qualität in Ordnung. 😁👍

Ich war hier schon oft essen mit Freunden, heute nur zu zweit. Das Essen ist immer super, der Service schnell und nett. Ich habe mich schon durch die halbe Speisekarte gegessen.

Hatten 2 Gerichte von der Karte gewählt, die als besonders toll gekennzeichnet waren. Einmal Ente mit Erdnusssoße und einmal Rind mit Gemüse und Hoisinsauce. Hat beides gut geschmeckt aber hat mich jetzt nicht umgehauen. Das Rind war etwas hart. Hätte ich gerne zarter gehabt. Die Ente war knusprig. Die Erdnusssauce eigentlich eine Kokossauce. Das Essen kam super schnell. Zum Ambiente: die Eingangstür war offen und der Straßenlärm echt laut und störend. Vielleicht muss wegen COVID Durchzug herrschen. Haben definitiv schon besser gegessen.

Wonderful food and service!!! We loved the food. It was fresh and tasty and amazingly tasty made with love... A must visit if you are near by. We tried the noodles with Prawns, fried rice with veggies and the duck with veggies. All the dishes are worth a try.

Das geschmackvoll eingerichtete und beleuchtete Lokal ist auch an diesem Mittwochabend gut besucht. Die Karte bietet eine gut abgestimmte Mischung aus Thai- und Vietnam-Küche, Hauptgerichte liegen zwischen 12 und 22 Euro, es gibt ein günstigeres Mittagsangebot. Die "Hausgemachte Zitronengras-Schorle mit Minze" ist lecker. Ich starte mit vietnamesischen Sommerrollen, die hier etwas verwirrend als "Cha gio" (Hausgemachte vietnamesische Frühlingsrollen, die normalerweise frittiert werden) in der Karte stehen. Für das Hauptgericht empfiehlt mir der freundliche Service "Penang Nua" (Rotes Rindfleischcurry mit Thai-Bohnen, Paprika, Karotten, Perlauberginen und Peperoni). Das macht zwar visuell nicht so viel her, überzeigt aber geschmacklich mit seiner guten, differenzierten Schärfe umso mehr. Ein vietnamesischer Kaffee rundet den Genuss ab.

Ich war hier nach einer Fortbildung mit einem Kollegen. Unsere Erwartungen war nicht sehr hoch aber wurden bei Weitem übertroffen! Der Service war sehr sehr nett und vor allem aufmerksam und auf Zack! Das Essen schmeckt sehr lecker… Sehr zu empfehlen als Vorspeise die leckeren Frühlingsrollen mit Schweinefleisch! Hier wird man gerne zum Wiederholungstäter!
