I ate a simple schnitzel and after a short while I wondered whether it was meat or a tasteless meat substitute. Really very disappointing. However, the drink prices were amazing. Soft drink 0.2 for 4.80 euros and the 0.4 for 5.90 euros. This is a completely over-extended situation and you shouldn't be surprised if people soon stop drinking in restaurants. For me personally, the price difference was simply outrageous.

The food was delicious and the portion was generous. The service is great and the restaurant is very nice.

Beef capaccio was served too little and without oil. The menu said oil. In addition, the plate for the cold capaccio was freshly washed and very warm. The beetroot and goat cheese starter came with brie cheese instead of goat cheese. Must have been leftover from breakfast 😄 and the herb baguette on the menu was missing. When ordering the schnitzel twice, a portion came with cheese appetizers instead of simple spaetzle. The staff at the table responded to the complaints in a friendly manner, but immediately rolled their eyes as they ran away. You should also notice if dishes that have been changed three times are brought to the table. The inn had a great look and super comfortable chairs. Of course, you expect a little more for a higher price. Unfortunately we cannot recommend it.

Very nice restaurant in the evening and especially the Kurcafe during the day. The service is very friendly and attentive and the food is simply delicious. Everyone in the small group was satisfied, clear recommendation.

We actually only wanted to eat there for dessert, as the menu outside the restaurant sounded pretty good. But what we were served was an absolute nightmare. Instead of fresh homemade waffles, fresh egg waffles came out of the package. They were pretty hard and were covered with berry sauce from the tube. Then there was the lukewarm chocolate cake with chocolate sauce. Cake bone dry and also drowned in bad tasting chocolate sauce. We just ate a spoonful of it and left. Each dessert cost 12 euros. That's probably a shame when you consider that everything was advertised as homemade and homemade. It was really just food that was bought cheaply. We were really very disappointed. The main courses at the next table actually looked really tasty, but unfortunately I can't report on that. The staff was really nice.

unfortunately underground! We ate there for the second time now. a few years ago for the first time, back then the food was really good. That's why we decided to eat there again one evening. We haven't eaten so badly in a long time and we eat out often. I had trout with fried potatoes, I don't even know how to describe it. No taste, greasy, visually suspicious...and the fish wasn't fresh (which the waiter even told us). My wife had chicken, similarly bad. We were only able to eat part of both dishes. The waiter tried hard to explain to us, also because of the lack of staff and so on... Sorry, that's not possible, I'd rather close the restaurant if I can't control the kitchen. We're not picky and rarely complain, but that was crazy, especially since we've been there before. Many reviews agree with my opinion... If I had read them before I was there, we definitely wouldn't have gone there, but I hadn't thought of it because we were there a few years ago...

Unfortunately the food was a failure - too fatty, drowned in sauce, obviously not freshly prepared, we had almost everything returned, the price/performance ratio was in no way justified

Super elegant atmosphere, delicious food and great, friendly service. We ate Allgäu onion roast and fried chicken. The meat was fried to a perfect medium rare, the cheese spaetzle was super spicy and the sauce had a perfect taste and consistency. The fried chicken was juicy and the cucumber salad was super tasty. There was also a friendly greeting from the kitchen, very accommodating and nice. The service staff is incredibly nice and asks at regular intervals whether everything is ok. Great restaurant, keep it up. We will be back

This restaurant is part of the Schlosskrone Hotel. We had the Bavarian pork sausages and the Pork knuckle in dark beer sauce. Both meals were good, nothing exceptional but nothing bad either - good solid food. We were too full for desert but as we were eating lunch quite late (kitchen closes at 2:30pm and we arrived about 2:15) a lot of people started coming in for cake - all looked fantastic and very large. The staff were friendly and the venue nice, although we could not work out what theme they were going for. Nothing bad.

Overall it was tasty. Unfortunately, after the complaint (cold red cabbage and cold dumplings), both were served cold again. However, a drink was deducted from the bill. Service was very good.

This restaurant is a real insider tip and deserves 6 out of 5 stars!! Beautiful, elegant, romantic atmosphere, very friendly, courteous service and the food is amazing!! Delicious!! We also received a very tasty greeting from the kitchen at the beginning. We can highly recommend it and will definitely come back on our next holiday in the region.

Food was mediocre at best. Pork was dry. Sausage was average at best. Service was very slow and we wondered if we had been forgotten. It took forty minutes after we ordered before we saw a salad. I think the restaurant was under staffed. Not what we expected for such an upscale place.

Loved the food at this place, I've never had better quinoa than that, but every dish was amazing, great staff, with lots of local knowledge.

Ein absolut empfehlenswertes Restaurant! Der Service war bemerkenswert aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und freundlich, das bestellte Essen kam zügig und war wirklich extrem lecker und hübsch angerichtet. Preislich nicht besonders günstig, aber im Vergleich zu anderen Restaurants in dieser Preisklasse kriegt man hier tatsächlich auch gute Portionen für sein Geld. Das Ambiente / die Einrichtung ist wirklich geschmackvoll (ein bisschen schicker), wir waren zu einem besonderen Anlass hier und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein sehr schöner Abend, wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Während unseres Aufenthaltes in Hohenschwangau haben wir uns für ein Abendessen in der Himmelsstube entschieden. Preis/Leistung passt. Essen war sehr lecker und alles zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Leider mussten wir etwas länger auf das Essen warten, aber die absolut lobende Freundlichkeit des Servicepersonals (Mehrmals dafür entschuldigt) hat das ganze absolut wett gemacht. Solange es kein Dauerzustand ist kann man auch mal gerne auf das (Sehr leckere!) Essen ein bisschen warten :) Wir können es auf jedenfall weiterempfehlen, wenn ihr in Füssen seid, macht einen Abstecher dort hin 👍 Ihr werdet es nicht bereuen 😉

Ausgezeichnetes Essen, das Fleisch auf den Punkt gegrillt, gewürzt mit Kräutern - einfach perfekt. Nicht ganz günstig, aber jeden Cent wert. Zuvor kommender Service und ein sicheres Gefühl durch erkennbares Hygienekonzept runden den Eindruck ab. Rundum ein gelungener Abend.

Das war leider Enttäuschung auf ganzer Linie : 10 min Wartezeit bis der einzige an diesem Abend im Service anwesende Mitarbeiter auf uns aufmerksam wurde und den obligatorischen Check In durchgeführt hat . Am Platz angekommen riesen Fleck auf der Tischwäsche schön überdeckt mit der Serviette. Vorspeisen Suppen handwerklich ok in jedoch 5 min zeitversetzt. Statt dem bestellen Allgäuer Käse Cappuccino kam eine wässrige Käserahmsuppe die eigentlich garnicht auf der Karte steht.Der gemischte Salat für 7,20.- völlig überteuert für ein paar Blattsalate , Bohnen Salat aus der Dose und als Krönung vermutlich verdorbener Kartoffelsalat. ( immerhin wurde der Salat nicht berechnet ) Die Hauptspeisen waren handwerklich auch ok allerdings die Semmelknödel auf Grund der kompakten Textur vermutlich Convenience, das sollte in Bayern eigentlich nicht passieren. Für einen Genossenschaftswein einen Preis von über 7 Euro für 0,2 aufzurufen ist nicht angemessen. Fazit: leider ein enttäuschender Abend

Gehobene bayerische Küche! Die Ente und der Schweinebraten waren köstlich. Zudem war die Bedienung sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Preise waren ebenfalls in Ordnung.

Very expensive compared to the average food you get. Food design was nice but with average quality food. The Wiener schnitzel was oily. The meat in wild-Gulasch was not cooked. The environment was nice but all furniture were very old. Polite staff.

I thought you can never go wrong with Käsespätzle. I was wrong. 😒 Not recommended. The duck was okay, the mixed salad not good at all. The Aperol Spritz was missing the typical taste (not enough Aperol)... we won’t eat here again.

Sublime, des professionnels du luxe ! Le top du top !!! Le personnel est vraiment parfait. Rien ne manque .La cuisine ( les gâteaux des glaces 😋) est a la hauteur...(le managers et au top😊) Allez-y les yeux fermés ❤️

Unser Abend begann so, wie wir ihn erhofft hatten. Sowohl die Vor-, als auch die Hauptspeisen waren sehr gut, kreativ zubereitet und sehr schön präsentiert. «Schlosskrone´s himmlischer Dessertteller» war hingegen eine herbe Enttäuschung. Die luftige Sahne mit einer Kugel Vanille-Eis und einem Nockerl entsprachen bei weitem nicht dem Standard der vorangegangenen Gerichte. Ok, es hiess «Überraschungsdessert» aber es war nicht himmlische; sondern höllisch überteuerte Überraschung, was wir dem Kellner auch mitteilten.

Gruß aus der Küche an Abend war vertrocknetes Baguette. Sicher von Mittag wenn nicht Frühstück da das Lokal zum Ziel gehört. Sauerkraut lecker aber nur lau warm. Schweinebraten war vorher schon in Scheiben geschnitten und wurde dann von beiden Seiten heiß angebraten.... Und trocken. Die Ente war okay allerdings auch nicht heiß. Kellner war freundlich. Im Vergleich zu anderen Lokalen in Füssen würde ich sogar nur 2 Sterne geben. Allerdings

Best meal in our entire trip in Germany. My wife and I shared the cheese soup and a seasonal chicken dish with chanterelle mushrooms, risotto, and a delicious sauce. The waiter was attentive and helpful. The wine was delicious. The location isn't the best for outside seating since it's on the main thoroughfare, but the food more than made up for it.

Essen war sehr gut. Unbedingt Tisch reservieren (war bei uns gut besucht). Live Musik mit einem Zitherspieler war sehr nett. Alle Japaner und Koreaner waren hin und weg.
