The best Greek restaurant in Hanover! Always my first choice when I visit.

Very delicious food and friendly service. We were there last time with 10 people and didn't have to wait long for our food. I'd love to come back!

We spontaneously stopped by Hellas in Wettbergen for dinner. The restaurant has been around forever, and there's a reason for that. The service was very fast and friendly! The food was delicious! A definite recommendation!

We picked up food here for the first time today. Unfortunately, we didn't like it at all. Neither the fries nor the gyros nor the other meats tasted even remotely seasoned. The gyros were incredibly dry, as was the souvlaki skewer. The bifteki was also dry and rubbery. We won't be ordering from there again.

I would advise against the vegetarian "grilled pan." It's basically frozen Kaiser vegetables from the pan, the one with the ridged carrots. No seasoning and not original. I didn't like it at all and, to be honest, ruined the evening. If the Hellas team, or anyone else reading this, is thinking, "Then just don't order vegetarian food at the Greek restaurant," I understand their point, but then they'd rather not offer vegetarian food instead of doing something like that! That's pretty cheeky! I'd almost suspect it's intentional, to get back at those who avoid meat. Bravo. Very mature.

As a vegetarian, I was happy that there were vegetarian main courses. However, the grilled vegetables I ordered were just a plateful of warmed-up frozen Kaiser vegetables (and, unfortunately, there was no appetizer salad with the main course, just like with other main courses). Bread was only available with the tzatziki upon request. My criticism of the food was met with a rude response, without any further questions or apologies. If you can't do vegetarian dishes, then you simply shouldn't offer any! I can make frozen vegetables myself, cheaper and spicier :(

Very spacious (not a sardinian can). Staff friendly and quick. I was able to really enjoy my 71st birthday.

Very good Greek cuisine. The meat is juicy and well seasoned, the salads are tasty, the side dishes are on point. All sauces are homemade and delicious. The service is just as good as the food, always attentive and very friendly. Together with a beautiful ambience, Hellas is always recommended and worth a visit. We like to come back again and again. A top address for Greek (food) culture.

We've eaten here several times now, and compared to other Greek restaurants in Hanover, you have to say that everything here is really good. An incredibly friendly family business with top service and incredibly delicious food. Unreservedly recommended!

Cozy Greek restaurant where you will be welcomed with great hospitality. The food was once again very good. We were here once a few years ago and were very satisfied. We'd love to come back.

We had a lovely evening in the restaurant. You can sit comfortably and there is friendly lighting. The service is attentive and the food is tasty and nicely prepared. We had two portions of tzatziki, but there was far too little bread for our comfort. We ordered more bread (again there wasn't much) and it was charged extra. We would have liked to have had enough bread handed out when we brought it. There was also the usual ouzo. Card payment possible!

Today we were guests at Hellas in Wettbergen for the first time. We like the atmosphere and we also liked the service. The food was very tasty, we would especially recommend the creams and the grilled pepperoni. You can tell that everything is freshly prepared. Only the small dip (mayonnaise with curry and vegetables?) that was served with the main course didn't suit our taste. We particularly liked the fact that we had short breaks between courses and that there was generally no stress in the service despite the restaurant being full. We haven't had such a relaxing evening in a long time. We are happy to recommend Hellas in Wettbergen and will definitely come back.

So I really have to say, the best Greek restaurant I've had in a long time. The service was very friendly and accommodating. The food was hot and there was a real taste explosion in your mouth. An absolute delight for the palate. Not the last time there. We recommend!!!

Top as always, only the mousaka, in addition, wasn't as tasty.

The gyros was only served lukewarm, the salmon steak was deep fried (!) and completely fried. When I commented on this there was only a shrug of the shoulders... There is no next time for me

I ate at this restaurant 3 times. The service was friendly, but not really engaging. Things are obviously different for regular guests. Unfortunately, vegetarian options are very limited. That's why I didn't have the culinary experience. Meat eaters will definitely get their money's worth here.

Great Greek restaurant in Hannover Wettbergen, always consistently good food. Nice and friendly service and a good-humored boss who always helps. I really enjoy coming here with my mom because it's very family-like and the food is excellent.

This was only our second time at the Hellas restaurant. There is a pleasant and familiar atmosphere. The food is very good and the price-performance ratio is right. I can only recommend it. We will be back.

Am 2. Weihnachtsfeiertag waren wir hier zum 1. Mal Essen. Online haben wir die Speisekarte durchforstet und waren von den Speisen wirklich angetan. Vor Ort gab es dann aber nur eine Weihnachtskarte, war vorher nicht ersichtlich. Was aber wirklich Weltklasse war, man zauberte uns ein Gericht von der normalen Karte - herzlichen Dank. <3 Es hat wirklich fantastisch geschmeckt und das Dessert erst. 🤤 Das Restaurant ist gemütlich und die Bedienung freundlich - preislich war es auch vollkommen in Ordnung. Als Gast kommen wir gerne wieder. Einen Stern ziehe ich trotzdem ab... es gibt bei ganz vielen anderen Griechen einen gratis Brotkorb zum Essen, hier leider nicht. Dennoch, dass gesamte Paket ist stimmig. 🙂

Ich kenne das Restaurant noch von früheren Familienfeiern und hatte es noch in sehr positiver Erinnerung. Heute daher spontan dort angerufen und für 4 Personen sofort reservieren können. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet (und wir haben schon bei vielen griechischen Restaurants gegessen), der Service war 1a und das Personal super lieb und sympathisch. Danke! Macht weiter so.

Nice local greek restaurant, food and service are good. We had some appetizers and some meat plates as main dishes. The winner were the chicken skewers.

Mussten 1,5 Stunden auf das Essen warten. Jede Ouzo wurde berechnet - selbst der für die Wiedergutmachung für die unterirdische Wartezeit.. Haben wir noch nie bei einem Griechen hier in Hannover erlebt. Das Essen war OK mehr aber auch nicht. Wir waren das erste und letzte mal hier. Der Brotkorb mit den 3 Scheiben war leer, genauso wie die Getränke - wurde leider auch nicht bemerkt. Der bestellte Fisch war auch nicht mehr glasig. Wir haben reserviert und haben fuer die Ouzos fast 20€ bezahlt - bitte ehrlich bleiben. Und schaut Euch bitte auch mal die anderen Bewertungen an - nur durch Kritik kann man besser werden - nicht durch solche Konter !

Das Fleisch ist zart und nicht fettig zudem ist die Bedienung sehr nett gewesen.

Es ist immer ein Volltreffer egal zu welchem Anlass man kommt ob Familien Essen, Geschäfts Essen oder einfach ein lustiger Abend mit Freunden. Essen ist immer super, die Bedienung ist freundlich und zuvorkommend und preislich auch vollkommen ok 👌

Ich bin zufrieden und kann das Restaurant jedem empfehlen, der griechisches Essen - wie man es hierzulande für gewöhnlich dargeboten bekommt - schätzt.

War halt ein Essen mit der ganzen Familie über Ostern beim Griechen um die Ecke. Es fehlte ein wenig das Besondere, die Art von griechischen Essen gab es schon vor 30 Jahren. Vielleicht zu viel verlangt, wenn es dort nicht gefordert oder gewünscht wird. Es gibt aus den unterschiedlichen Regionen Griechenlands so kreative und schmackhafte Gerichte.

Das Essen war wirklich sehr gut, die Portion aber nicht für den riesen Männerhunger....mir hats gereicht....guter Service...gerne wieder ohne abendliches Schneechaos...;-)

es hat sich in den 6 Jahren viel verändert da waren wir zum letzten Mal da wir mußten feststellen das sich alles zum positiven verändert hat wir finden es ist besser geworden und kommen bestimmt jetzt öfters mal her alles in allem war es bestens und positiv und dafür gibt es nicht nur den 👍👍👍👍👍 daumen hoch sondern das Preis Leistung Verhältnis ist auch super 😃😃😃 also alles in allem spitze jeder der das liest kann man nur empfehlen 👍👍👍 wenn es gehen würde würde ich 10 Sterne geben also spitze macht weiter so 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

Seit über 20 Jahre gehen wir ins Hellas und es ist immer wunderbar ob Essen oder Bedienung alles Super.

Sehr freundlicher Familienbetrieb und sehr leckeres Essen ! Anständige Portionen, Preise sind ok. Auch zur Mittagszeit recht viel los.

Wir gehen einfach gerne zu Hellas. Für uns einer der besten Griechen! Bisher hat einfach alles wirklich sehr gut geschmeckt. Das Fleisch ist zart und nicht fettig. Selbst das Gyros schmeckt - das schmeckt mir bei den meisten Griechen nicht. Die Kellner sind sehr freundlich. Wir kommen immer gerne wieder der nehmen etwas mit nach Hause.

Es war wie immer ein Erlebnis in diesem tollen Restaurant. Immer wieder gern

Essen top ,gerade die Fleisch Würzburg find ich so gut. Der Service zu vorkommend und auch flexibel ,natürlich wie die Küche bei Änderung der Speise. Rund um zufrieden.

Waren schon häufiger im Hellas. War bisher immer sehr gut. Leckere Vorspeisen, reichhaltige Hauptgänge und das alles zu sehr moderaten Preisen. Service nett und aufmerksam. Kommen sehr gerne wieder.
