Viel zu teuer für die Qualität. €5,40 für eine Apfelschorle? Sonst war das Essen ok aber für die Qualität viel zu teuer. Fritteuse lässt grüßen.

We received a candle light dinner as a gift from our children for our wedding anniversary and then redeemed it at the Hegaublick restaurant. What can we say...we were thrilled throughout 😃...from the decoration to the excellent food, not to mention the great attentive service. All in all a very successful evening! We'd love to come back.

Food was good, but service was below “German Average”. We ordered hot and ice chocolate with 2 cakes cost about 25€. This is too expensive especially considering the service quality. Further, we ordered Schwarzwälder but it was sold out so we changed to Rhabarberkuchen. But later we found on the bill we were still charged for the Schwarzwälder, which was more expensive.

The view is very beautiful when the weather is good, it's a gold mine, people just don't know it... Fortunately, the motorists don't notice this during the week. We often go to Hegaublick because it is a top restaurant. Very good food, pleasant stay with top staff. The menus on the plate are beautifully presented and served are reminiscent of beautiful pictures. When the weather is nice, the terrace is an experience to admire the panoramic views and nature in Hegau. It is always a great pleasure for us to come there. Thank you very much for existing.

Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist super, die Küche eher so ok. Die Hauptgerichte sind recht überladen mit Beilagen, aber leider fehlt es an Geschmack. Aber für eine Kleinigkeit und ein Getränk lohnt es sich definitiv.

Magnificent view from the terrace

We booked the candle light dinner through mydays. The reservation was booked automatically via a website via mydays. When we arrived we found a sparsely decorated table. At a candlelight dinner I understand something different, the table was decorated exactly the same as everyone else (except for a few wooden hearts). The dinner included an aperitif that was prepared for us and that we could take on the terrace. They asked for the my days voucher, which I wanted to access on my cell phone. Unfortunately, I had a very poor network from my provider, and when I asked about WiFi, I was only rudely told no. It was rudely made clear to us that if we couldn't show the voucher straight away we would have to pay for the aperitif and everything else. I then found the voucher and the code and showed it to the staff. After a while the waiter came and said the code didn't work and I should come to the counter. The waiter was not familiar with the system and the booking and had mentioned several times that he could not find anything for our name in the system. But we were in the reservation booklet and I was able to show the waiter several times the bill and the receipt. Finally, a lady was called to the problem and also tried to enter the code. We were annoyed and told a total of 10 times that we should have just printed out the voucher. She then also said that she couldn't use the voucher and couldn't do anything about it. I had asked several times almost desperately for WiFi so that I could access the mydays site to research any other codes. Just a blunt no again. After several discussions and a solid three quarters of an hour, the lady then tried a different code on the invoice shown, which then suddenly worked. Nobody apologized for the inconvenience or the waiting time. It was just constantly mentioned that they always had problems with vouchers. I just have to say very clearly that this shouldn't be the guest's problem. I've never felt so stupid. I work in catering and service myself but I've never experienced anything like this. By the time we were able to sit down and order, a whole hour had passed. The aperitif that was presented to us at the very beginning was of course warm. The selection of the menu was not very exciting. You couldn't choose between starters, soup and dessert. For a mere 100 euros and such a selection of dishes, I definitely have to advise against it. Overall, the evening was a failure. I would never book this dinner again, it cost me more nerves than anything else. I still give it 2 stars because the gentleman who served was very trying in the end.

This time it was really great. I was there on Monday with my moto on purpose. better than on the weekend when all the motorcyclists make a pilgrimage there. I can never see the pack. Advantage: you have peace and quiet in the parking lot... and in the restaurant and on the balcony. April 1, 2023 Lunch It was a spontaneous visit, I found the restaurant on Google Maps and thought you definitely had to go there to eat! We are from Bad Saulgau and wanted to enjoy a delicious meal 😌 and the visibility, unfortunately the visibility was poor because of the heavy rain ☔️ Very nice atmosphere, friendly service staff! I ordered sea bream from the oven with a salad as a starter, everything was very tasty 😋 and I love a cury vegetable, this dish is also highly recommended for vegetarians! I can happily recommend all of the dishes and would love to come back!

Reserved 1-2 weeks in advance and received confirmation. 20 min. journey. Nothing was known on site and the reservation was in doubt. We were able to show the email confirmation. But it's an absurdity that something like this is even being questioned. What if we had made a reservation by phone? There was no apology. We were asked if we could wait 1 hour. How can you question a reservation in front of customers and then ask to wait 1 hour? I'm extremely disappointed by this behavior. I recommended the restaurant to my father (who had his birthday) because I had been here many times. You lost me with your behavior as a customer. We now had to drive 30 minutes to find an alternative.

A great restaurant to linger. Good wine, wonderful dishes, we will definitely be back.
