Don't hesitate to come eat at this place... it doesn't matter if you go out of your way, I assure you it's worth it. Their flavors are unique and each element has a special flavor. In addition, they serve a lot of food and do not skimp on the portions. They have chef's hands. I chose the rabbit dish and the pumpkin soup as a starter and I am very happy to continue on my way.

I can't get enough of this place! Whenever we feel like having a hearty meal, this is our favorite place. The food is delicious, the flavors are incredible and the portions are just right. Highly recommended!

I had the pleasure of visiting this cafe with a group of friends and it was such a pleasant experience! The rooftop seating area is absolutely stunning – beautifully designed with a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The menu is impressive and offers a fantastic selection of food and drinks.

We redeemed our MyDays voucher here. From the outside it looked rather inconspicuous. It was very comfortable inside. The host was very friendly and accommodating. The food was very good and more than sufficient. Good home cooking. Clear recommendation.

The restaurant is beautifully located with a great view of Lake Constance and the Swiss Alps. We had a nice place in the winter garden. However, it was uncomfortably hot due to the strong sunlight. There was no vegan dish on the menu (Christmas Day). When we asked if something vegan could be prepared, we were offered a vegetable plate. Unfortunately, the vegetables were then covered with hollandaise sauce, which meant the food was no longer vegan. When this was pointed out to the waiter, he neither commented nor apologized. Either he didn't pass the order on to the kitchen correctly or the kitchen doesn't know what vegan is.

I absolutely loved dining here! The food was exceptional and the service from our server was outstanding. I can't wait to come back soon.

Fresh and varied starter salad with spicy sauce. Good selection of dishes. Nicely prepared and spicy. Fast, friendly and attentive service. Actively asking for feedback conveyed the feeling that guest satisfaction was a top priority. Cozy atmosphere. Decoration with attention to detail. When the weather is good, there is a wonderful view over the Hegau to Lake Constance. Clean toilet, unfortunately the soap dispenser wasn't really clean.

We booked a candle light dinner through Jochen Schweizer. We were warmly welcomed and after we were escorted to the table and given the menu to choose from, the sparkling wine and drinks were served. Shortly afterwards the starter arrived. There were always short breaks between courses, which I found very pleasant. From the salad, to the pumpkin soup, to the stuffed pork loin roll with spaetzle, vegetables and mushroom cream sauce, to the apple fritters with fresh fruit, everything was absolutely delicious. Due to my mushroom intolerance, I ordered a gravy and automatically got a sirloin steak because the roll was also filled with mushrooms. Thank you for the excellent service and big compliments to the kitchen. We were totally thrilled.

Great view of Lake Constance. Nice service. Unfortunately my ice cream was chocolate 🍨 Contaminated with pieces of frozen water, indicating a break in the cold chain. That's why only 4 stars. Otherwise everything was great.

A visit to Hegaublick is always accompanied by full anticipation and then absolute satisfaction. There are always new dishes on the menu that are always fun to eat and are not offered anywhere else!! If you haven't been there yet, you should do so.

The reporting system is actually intended for false reviews. But many German restaurants use it to remove reviews they don't like. Unfortunately, due to the bad weather conditions, the view was not particularly appealing. In my opinion the food was good, but the service did not meet my expectations, even compared to the typical standard in Germany. We ordered hot and cold chocolate and two pieces of cake, which cost around €25 (total €27 with tip). I found this to be quite expensive, especially considering the quality of service. We also originally ordered Black Forest cake, but it wasn't available, so we switched to rhubarb cake. However, when we received the bill we discovered that we had been charged for the Black Forest cake, which is usually more expensive. ———— Additional comment in response to the restaurant's feedback: I have never posted discriminatory content. In fact, I used the same rating as before. All I did was lodge a dispute with Google and provide evidence. Food was good, but service was below “German Average”. We ordered hot and ice chocolate with 2 cakes cost about 25€. This is too expensive especially considering the service quality. Further, we ordered Schwarzwälder but it was sold out so we changed to Rhabarberkuchen. But later we found on the bill we were still charged for the Schwarzwälder, which was more expensive.

We often go to Hegaublick because it is a top restaurant. Very good food, pleasant stay with top staff. The menus on the plate are beautifully presented and served are reminiscent of beautiful pictures. When the weather is nice, the terrace is an experience to admire the panoramic views and nature in Hegau. It is always a great pleasure for us to come there. Thank you very much for existing.

Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist super, die Küche eher so ok. Die Hauptgerichte sind recht überladen mit Beilagen, aber leider fehlt es an Geschmack. Aber für eine Kleinigkeit und ein Getränk lohnt es sich definitiv.
