The food depends on how busy it is. Sometimes it's better, sometimes it's cooked in a rush. The service is fast but often seems rushed and stressed. The pleasantries seem forced and unfortunately often not meant as stated, but everyone can feel differently. You should definitely make a reservation; even as a hotel guest, it's difficult to get a table even if you're just one person.

A very nice holiday resort and a clean, large apartment. Excellent breakfast and long waiting times. First-class service from the entire staff. The live music, Wednesday and Sunday, was simply fantastic. If we go back to Koserow, we'll go back to Hanse Kogge.

Always worth a visit! We've been coming here every time we're on vacation for years and are almost always very satisfied. The dishes are beautifully presented, taste great, and are filling! There's occasionally live music. Simply a lovely atmosphere.

We absolutely don't understand the positive reviews. We had the pasta with salmon, the sauce was completely watery and tasted of nothing, neither white wine nor lobster, even though it was described as such. Furthermore, it was frozen salmon that had only been cooked, and it also tasted of nothing, and that for €25! The fries were overcooked and dry. The fish on the fish plate only tasted of lemon.

The waitress was very friendly, found an approach to our daughter, recommended a dish. But unfortunately the dish we ordered turned out to be partially raw. In general, everything was delicious. Except for the raw meat. But the waitress is 5+

We visited the restaurant today without a reservation and were given an outside table upon request. The service was super friendly, the food was delicious and plentiful. The kids even got something to color. We definitely recommend it.

A very friendly and courteous staff member greeted me and escorted me to a free table, despite the many hotel guests also having dinner. My drink didn't take long to arrive, though. The Caesar salad with chicken strips I ordered arrived within 10 minutes, a very commendable time considering the situation. The chicken strips were tender and warmed, as they should be. Overall, the salad was very tasty and highly recommended. Unfortunately, the outdoor seating was unavailable due to the weather. This made it all the more interesting to experience the ambiance inside. In short, worth a visit!

We had a vegetarian baked potato, the Crazy Chicken Burger, a large salad, and two large drinks. The potato was good, but nothing special. The burger was very tasty. The salad definitely deserved the "large" rating. It had very little dressing on it, though. We were given more upon request. Due to its location on the street, it's not exactly quiet. The staff is friendly.

We ate here today with our practice team. We were all very satisfied. The food was delicious and the portions were very generous. We had seven different dishes and there was nothing to complain about. The staff was also incredibly friendly. We'd love to come back.

I love this restaurant! We've been there three times now, and each time it's been a highlight: great service, incredibly delicious food, and an incredible atmosphere. There's always something new to discover, so the kids never get bored. They even give the little ones a children's menu to color in. 👍 This restaurant is a must-visit if you're in the area. 🥰 We'll definitely be back.

We got a table without a reservation on a Saturday. The food was good, but unfortunately, the sauce didn't go well with the ox cheeks, and the venison goulash was a bit bland. However, there was a wide selection of dishes on the menu.

We were there four evenings in a row with our two children (4 and 6 years old). Every evening we received a friendly welcome, great service, excellent food, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating to us and our children. They even accommodated our special requests; our preferences were even known by day three. All in all, a fantastic experience. We tried a variety of dishes; all were delicious, served quickly, and plentiful, with some even a little too much. Next time we're on Usedom, we'll definitely be back. Our son told the waitress: "This is one of the best restaurants I've ever been to." The Engel family would like to say a huge thank you for the lovely evenings.

We had the venison goulash and the fish platter, which we highly recommend. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. It won't be the last time we're there.

We were there as a family. The food was very tasty, very filling, seemed fresh and well-crafted. The service was very attentive. The only thing we found disturbing was the strong cigarette smoke coming from the door behind the bar.

We had dinner here for dinner. The service was friendly, the food was delicious and the portions were generous. The children's menu is also large enough to keep kids full. A few meters further there is also a hotel with a restaurant, where the children's portion was not even half as big. Thank you for the lovely evening.

So here the guest is really still king. We were welcomed very nicely and brought to a good table with 2 large dogs. There was water for the dogs immediately. The service is first class and the whole team deserves praise. The food is also really great, everything is harmonious. We also wished everyone a safe journey home. It was disappointing, the atmosphere and decoration is very cozy. 10 years ago the food was very good, unfortunately the quality has declined significantly.

We went here for dinner for the second time today. The service and the chef have exceeded themselves. Super nice and the food was delicious. We can only recommend the Usedom fish plate and the cod. Very happy again.

Unfortunately, the entire outdoor terrace is the hotel guests' SMOKING AREA. As a non-smoker, the only option is to escape into the interior of the restaurant, which didn't really appeal to me. In summer, when the weather on the Baltic Sea is great, I find this to be extremely discriminatory. Because of the smoke all around, the meal was not enjoyable. The staff was friendly. Too bad. Not recommended for non-smokers.

Stopped in for lunch this afternoon to have something small to eat. The homemade brawn was just as delicious as the cranberry cream with the Camembert. The fries with the fish fingers were also good (and the cream went perfectly with them 😉) only the child can judge the fish. There was also an excellent young service lady who wiped the table again, got extra ketchup, very very friendly and accommodating. Yes, the 5 stars are deserved here.

So guys, if you're ever on Usedom, please go to this restaurant. Super friendliness but without being intrusive. Drinks nice and ice cold and with maximum fizz! Food portions nice and big and really hot. Simply great. Taste subjective but absolutely bombastic for us. Great cook. German food. From farmer's breakfast to burgers with fries to spaghetti with tomato sauce but also fish and medallions. Everything is there. Atmosphere super cozy. Toilets clean. Parking spaces are bulky but there is something to be found on the side streets. Prices, yes, maybe 10 euros more expensive than in other restaurants. But also really great quality. You should expect 30 euros per adult including a drink. In any case, see you soon for us. And 10 out of 5 stars.

The bike shed is clean, dry and spacious. A charging station for the e-bike battery 🔋 is available. Soa and sauna are pleasant. I enjoyed relaxing there in the evenings. The consistently friendly staff, experienced employees but also many young, motivated people were very positive. Management seems to be doing something right in leadership. In the evening I ate in the restaurant, which is also recommended

We discovered the Hanse Kogge on the evening we arrived at the Ostsee. Not many Restaurants are open after 7pm around here. The whole building and restaurant are decorated with an obvious loving eye to detail. Beautiful. We ordered several dishes and i must say they were all absolutely delicious. Lovingly prepared and more than you can eat. I can only reccomend booking a table and enjoying everything about this place. Compliments go to the service personel for professionality and friendly service with a smile. Compliments to the kitchen for the excellent food. Thankyou all.

In the summer time it is important to make reservations. We were very impressed with the food and the service. Would definitely go again.

I am very impressed with this restaurant!!! Welcoming, clean, QUIET (despite the full restaurant!!@), "slowing down" with super quiet, unobtrusive service! We got our food at the same time (there were 5 of us), which I thought was great. Everyone found the food very, very tasty. The fact that we “hit the road” with a stroller wasn’t a problem either 👍☝️👍! Thanks to the whole team!!!

Wouldn't go there again or unfortunately wouldn't order fish! The ambience is quite nice, except the plastic flowers on the table didn't look very nice. I had 4 different types of fish with fried potatoes. There was bacon in the fried potatoes, which is otherwise very good but just very inappropriate with fish. Unfortunately, 3 of the 4 fish were also dry. Which is a shame given the price of €28. At around 9:30 p.m. the staff next to us cleared the empty tables and set them up for breakfast. Also quite inappropriate

Low season and lucky! We didn't have a reservation and went to the restaurant with our baby. We got one last place there. The service is super friendly and the order was on our table within 10 minutes! The fish and the schnitzel are a delight! Definitely visit and recommended! Certainly the most popular and most visited restaurant in Koserow in summer.

Yesterday we spontaneously had dinner here. Called shortly before from the road and reserved two places. 10 minutes later we were greeted in a friendly manner (as we had been on the phone) and assigned a niche table. It's probably difficult in high season without a prior call. ☎️You definitely shouldn't miss the restaurant.🫶 Super friendly staff👫 and a meal that tasted excellent and really left nothing to be desired for the price/performance ratio. I've rarely had cod 🐳 of this size in a restaurant and we were just able to manage the ox cheeks 🐂.😅😅 We're happy to recommend it. Many thanks to the entire team for a delicious dinner. 👍👍

Obwohl sehr groß ist es dort sehr gemütlich, sehr nettes zuvorkommendes Personal und ein klasse Matrosenschnitzel.

Hier waren wir zum ersten Mal und das Essen war super lecker. Große Schule und am nettesten war der Auszubildende.

Leckere Speisen und Getränke - immer wieder gern

Es war okay aber hat uns jetzt nicht umgehauen . Als erstes hatten wir die Fischsuppe die salzig war und ohne Brot und den Lachs auf Brot . Danach die zwei verschiedenen Fischplatten.Preislich der Durchschnitt Service sehr freundlich und haben des Öfteren nach dem rechten geschaut aber der Barkeeper hat öfters mal am Bierglas genippt hinterm Tresen

5 Personen hat es gefallen. Wir kommen schon seit 30 Jahren als Urlauber nach Koserow, ein Besuch in der Kogge ist für uns zwingend 👍😀

Das Restaurant gehört zum Hotel . Wir haben dort Frühstück und Abendessen im Rahmen der gebuchten Halbpension eingenommen. Sie können natürlich zwischen 13 und 20:00 Uhr auch à la carte speisen. Das Frühstück war überragend und liest keine Wünsche offen. Sehr guter Kaffee, Tee, Salate, Obst, Kuchen, warme Brötchen, frisches Rührei mit oder ohne Schinken es war einfach alles da. Es werden auch Eier speisen auf Wunsch zubereitet. das Abendessen wusste genau zu überzeugen. Wir haben keinen Kritikpunkt gefunden, sehr freundlicher Service und richtig leckere Küche. Wir empfehlen dieses Restaurant wärmstens weiter.
