Wir wollten ein Rast auf dem Weg in unsere Reiseziel einlegen. Hierzu hatten wir etwas schönes, ruhiges im Grünen gesucht und das Fischerheim gefunden. Das war zu 100% genau die richtige Entscheidung. Diese Rast werden wir dort wieder machen. Essen toll, sehr ruhige Lage an der Donau, extrem zuvorkommende Bedienung. Wir waren sehr zufrieden

Sehr nette Location, schneller und freundlicher Service, faire Preise. Donnerstagmittag ist Schnitzeltag, die Portion für sagenhafte 8,90€ !!! Die Portion Kässpätzle ebenfalls für 8,90€ ! Und es schmeckt! An anderen Tagen werden auch Spargelgerichte und geräucherte Forellen serviert. Alles in allem absolut empfehlenswert.

Wir waren mehr als positiv überrascht, sowohl vom Essen als auch vom Gesamtbild! Das Restaurant ist sehr schön eingerichtet, die Portionen mehr als ordentlich für einen bezahlbaren Preis (und dazu natürlich auch echt lecker!) und der Service war wirklich nett und zuvorkommend. Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen!

Leider können wir die positiven Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. Ich hatte die KNÖDEL MIT RAHMSCHWAMMERLN, die haben einfach ungenießbar geschmeckt. Weiß nicht, weshalb. Die Sauce roch seltsam und insgesamt war es so ein muffeliger Geschmack, wenig Pilze (ich meine auch nur zwei Sorten, paar Champignons und noch ganz kleine dazu, vermutlich asiatische), alles eng gepackt in einen Teller mit kleiner Vertiefung, da half geschmacklich auch die bunte Deko aus bisschen Gemüse wenig. Selten, dass ich etwas nicht aufesse, aber davon konnte ich nur drei Löffel nehmen. Alles war auch sehr salzig. Da uns der Rest der Karte nicht besonders überzeugt hat (wir hatten keine Lust auf Schnitzel vom Schwein, scheint aber dort das Gericht erster Wahl zu sein), gabs deshalb ansonsten nur noch den Beilagensalat für jeden. Die waren aber auch nicht besonders, weder der Kartoffelsalat, noch die Kombi aus frischem Salat mit Bohnen + Gurken + Kraut aus der Dose. Dazu Sahnesauce … das alles geht mit einfachen Mitteln viel besser, deshalb wird das leider kein Wiedersehen. Auch wenn Lage und Ambiente wirklich schön waren. Zu erwähnen ist vielleicht noch, dass das Lokal innen komplett voll war, wir deshalb draußen saßen und man uns auf eine längere Wartezeit vorbereitet hatte. Seltsam, dass das Knödelgericht dann trotzdem innerhalb weniger Minuten auf dem Tisch stand … Hm.

Leckeres Essen zu fairen Preisen

Ein gut eingerichtetes Restaurant mit sehr leckerer Küche und freundlichem Personal. Um die Mittagszeit ist immer sehr viel los, dennoch wird man recht schnell bedient. Nur das bezahlen kann vielleicht mal etwas dauern. Es gibt Schwabend beste Kässpätzle und wir gehen gerne wieder.

Bestes lockal Kann viele Kommentare nicht nachvollziehen. Mache Menschen sagen es war gut und geben 3 oder weniger Sterne Komme jederzeit wieder. Essen war lecker. Achso wenn euch der Weg zu weit bleibt zuhause!

Tolles Bewirtungsteam. Die Parkplatzsituation ist nicht so gut. Die Speisen meiner Begleitungen sahen super aus. Ich persönlich war ein wenig enttäuscht von meinen Käsespätzle, da die Röstzwiebeln gekauft aussahen und der Käse keine "Fäden" zog. Geschmäcker sind aber ja unterschiedlich. Das Restaurant und Nebenzimmer war voll, vielleicht war daher keine Zeit für die Zwiebeln.

Nachdem wir einen Raum für eine Konfirmation reserviert haben mit dem Gedanken, dass wir alleine feiern werden, wurde uns einen Monat vor der Feier mitgeteilt, dass eine andere Feier im selben Raum parallel stattfindet. Darüber wurden wir vorher nicht informiert und da wir 25-30 Gäste vorgesehen haben und der Raum nur für bis zu 35 ausgestattet ist, war dies für uns eine böse Überraschung. Nach einem Telefonat wurde uns eine Frist von einem Tag gegeben, um entgültig mit einer genauen Personenanzahl zu buchen oder zu stornieren. Dies wurde mit der Begründung, dass es viele weitere Interessenten für den Raum gibt, rechtfertigt. Ohne genaue Informationen ist so eine Aktion einfach nur unangebracht, da wir extra Monate voraus reserviert haben. Das Essen oder den Service kann ich deshalb nicht bewerten, da wir direkt storniert haben. Bei so einem Verhalten kann man nicht einmal den schönsten Tag im Jahr genießen.

Wir hatten heute unsere Premiere vor Ort. Wir waren äußerst positiv überrascht. Die Speisen sind vorzüglich, der Service ist freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Tierliebe zu Hunden oder besuchenden Katzen, die kulinarisch versorgt werden, ist bemerkenswert! Wir freuen uns auf unseren nächsten Besuch! Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Wir waren jetzt bereits zum 3. Mal hier und sind wirklich begeistert. Das Essen ist wirklich total fein und schmeckt fantastisch, ist frisch und regional. Die Fleischgerichte sind so zart, dass sie bei der Berührung zerfallen. Sehr guter Fisch und Salat, besonders lecker ist auch das Dessert (Lavakuchen). Die Bedienung war im Hauptraum immer sehr auf Zack, im Nebenzimmer mit dem grünen Moos an der Decke war es gestern (20.03.) jedoch recht langsam.

Selten so gut gegessen. Das Fleisch zerfiel förmlich, der Beilagensalat mit Trockentomaten und frischen Sprossen war wirklich mal was anderes. Einzig das zu häufige und somit inflationäre Nachfragen der Bedienungen ob alles passt, war irgendwann nervig. Aber freundlich und auf Zack waren sie.

Wir waren das erste Mal dort und waren sehr angetan von diesem Lokal. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.

Es ist wirklich selten geworden ein tolles und zugleich noch bezahlbares gut bürgerliches Restaurant zu finden. Essen war fantastisch, die Mitarbeiter wahnsinnig nett und die Portionen wirklich sehr groß. Man geht nicht hungrig vom Tisch! Absolute Empfehlung. Kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Einfach nur wow! Schon seit Längerem wollten wir – auf Empfehlung mehrerer Bekannter – im Fischerheim essen gehen, und nun haben wir es endlich geschafft. Unsere Erwartungen wurden dabei vollkommen übertroffen! Die Speisen sind ausgezeichnet und mit viel Liebe zubereitet, das Ambiente ist geschmackvoll und stimmungsvoll gestaltet, und der Service des gesamten Teams war durchweg freundlich, aufmerksam und äußerst zuvorkommend – und das trotz sehr hoher Auslastung. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen und rundum wohl. Es ist beeindruckend zu erleben, welche besondere Atmosphäre hier durch die spürbare Leidenschaft und das Engagement der Mitarbeitenden geschaffen wird. Wir bedauern, nicht schon viel früher hier gewesen zu sein – und kommen ganz bestimmt wieder!

Wunderschön idyllisch in der Natur gelegen bietet das Fischerheim einen gemütlichen Ort zum Einkehren mit sehr gutem, liebevoll zubereitetem Essen und freundlichem Service. Das monatliche Spareribs-Essen ist immer wieder ein schönes Event (1. Donnerstag im Monat, ich empfehle dringend rechzeitig zu reservieren) Alles in allem ist es immer wieder einen Besuch wert!

Wir hatten Glück und durften im Nebenraum sitzen, der schön dekoriert ist mit herrlichem Moos an der Decke und gemütlicher Beleuchtung. Das ist im großen Gastraum leider nicht so der Fall. Keine Raumtrennung und recht helles Licht. Der Service ist wirklich der Hammer. Die Heike hat uns so gut bedient und auch noch unsere Späße mitgemacht, das findet man nicht alle Tage beim Weggehen. Obwohl viel los war, hat sie keine Hektik verbreitet. Das Essen ist hervorragend. Schnitzel noch aus der Pfanne mit selbst gemachter Panierung, die Salate herrlich frisch, gutem Dressing und sogar mit super leckeren Erdbeeren dazu. Die Dorade auf den Punkt gegrillt mit sehr angenehmen, bissfesten und dennoch zartem Fleisch. Ein wunderbarer Kartoffelsalat und auch die Pommes sind herrlich. Und für den Ulmer Großraum ist es ganz toll, dass man hier Berg-Bier aus Ehingen trinken kann. Der Kaffee ist lecker und duftet durchs ganze Lokal, wenn er serviert wird. Und trotz dem vollen Restaurant waren die Getränke und Speisen relativ schnell serviert. Dieses Restaurant ist ein echter Geheimtipp.

Gemütliche Wirtschaft. Das Essen war reichlich und super lecker. Hier bekommt man noch was für sein Geld. Service war sehr aufmerksam.

Und wieder einmal zu viert im Lokal gewesen. Wie immer freundliches und flinkes Personal. Bisher war es egal, was wir gegessen haben, wir waren immer zufrieden. Auch wenn nicht unbedingt erforderlich, es empfiehlt sich vorher telefonisch oder per Formular anzufragen, ob auch wirklich Platz ist.

The salad is recommended. My roast beef was unfortunately tough. A shame, but the service was top-notch.

The roast pork was excellent, but the side salad only got 4 stars.... The service staff, however, deserved 6 stars; they were so good.

Highly recommended: a cozy, relaxed atmosphere, excellent food, and excellent service. They also included an espresso on the house, and you could also choose your own schnapps. The portions are more than generous, and the prices are very reasonable. As a bonus, they even gave us an umbrella so we could get to the car dry. We'll bring it back on our next visit. Kudos to you all.

Well, what can I say? The best word is actually AWESOME. We ate spare ribs until we were sick of them, or rather, the food was a dream. We've been there several times, and it certainly won't be the last. Just go there, and you'll keep coming back.

Wow! Six of us came here for lunch today and luckily we had a reservation. Everything was full! Because Thursday is schnitzel day! The food was delicious, the portions were incredibly large, and everyone loved it. Thank you!

Freshly prepared dishes, generous portions, and an ambiance that's modern yet retains the cozy, traditional charm of a fisherman's lodge. Friendly, prompt service, and a chef with heart. The food is delicious, the portions are huge, and you're notified before ordering if something is out of stock. The staff is very polite and friendly.

We were there as a group and had a wonderful evening. After we ordered, a greeting from the kitchen greeted us while we waited. The plates were very lovingly arranged. The mixed salad had a very varied selection and looked very appetizing. The same was true of the grilled sea bream and the other dishes. The seasonings were finely balanced, and the chef/chef personally attended to our requests, providing a few laughs with his relaxed manner. The service was fast, friendly, and we felt very welcome. The value for money was excellent, and the prices were moderate overall. However, I was told that it would be difficult to get a table without a reservation, as they are always fully booked. The ambiance didn't receive a full star rating, as to be fair, there are nicer places to eat, but considering the overall star rating, it would only deduct one star at most, given how great the rest of the food was. I will definitely book again.

Today we finally managed to visit the Fischerheim during opening hours. We were lucky and got a table without a reservation. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere is very quiet and cozy. The drinks arrived very quickly. Our ordered dishes were very attractively presented and we all enjoyed them immensely. The value for money is excellent. The best Swabian food in the area. The staff is very attentive and quick. You don't have to wait long for your food, and the value is definitely good. The owner is always in a good mood, and you can tell he's passionate about his cooking.

I was at the Fischerheim Sandhaken yesterday. It's a real insider tip. The food, atmosphere, and service were top-notch. I had roast beef with a side salad. The beef was super tender, and I've never had such a great side salad. The value for money is very good here. It's a shame you can only give each restaurant 5 points. We'll be back. Suggestion for improvement: A small ice cream menu for dessert would be great.

We went there twice within a week and had the following experiences: Attentive and friendly service, quick and delicious food (trout, pork cheeks, salad, schnitzel), and the beer was cold and well-carbonated at sensational prices – what more could you want? We'll definitely be back!

Unfortunately almost all convenience food. Maultaschen weren't really warm, salmon was very little for the money. Visually very nicely presented. There was a lot going on with family celebrations, that should be mentioned to save our honour. We won't come anymore.

We don't often write reviews, but one definitely needs to be given here. This Sunday was our son's baptism. In order to be able to celebrate with family and friends, a couple who were friends recommended the Fischerheim to us. Service and especially the food was first class. Thank you for allowing us to have a lovely lunch with you!

We love being here and would be happy to come back any time... Reservation is recommended, the parking spaces are a few steps away from the restaurant. Great beer garden.

It's a bit remote and you can't drive directly to the front door because it's a nature reserve. Great atmosphere in the restaurant, which was renovated after floods. Good German cuisine with very large portions at affordable prices. Fish, meat for every taste. Friendly service. No long waiting times. Monday to Wednesday closed. Open at lunchtime only on Thursdays and Sundays. Gladly again.

Excellent food, I have never eaten such a brilliant cordon bleu and the cheese spaetzle is a poem. The staff was super friendly and always attentive. And the boss is just great. We'd love to come back.

It's been a long time since I've had such excellent German cuisine...great ambience, friendly atmosphere and a real treat for the palate. We thoroughly enjoyed it and look forward to the next time. Very nice restaurant, which you wouldn't even suspect from the outside. Very friendly and attentive staff. The food was a highlight for a long time. The Maultaschen (Swabian delicacy) and the sauce are homemade and simply brilliant. As a Swabian, I haven't been able to enjoy such good Maultaschen for a long time. The schnitzel was juicy and crispy on the outside. The spaetzle was homemade with the delicious sauce, a successful combination. Thank you for the great evening with you.

Family celebration with approx. 15 people. Eat a la carte. Everyone confirmed that it was tasty. Quality and size of the food was very good. Service and ambience also very pleasant. Price/performance ratio absolutely fine. I definitely have several meals to choose from next time. We'd love to come back.
