Very nice restaurant, which you wouldn't even suspect from the outside. Very friendly and attentive staff. The food was a highlight for a long time. The Maultaschen (Swabian delicacy) and the sauce are homemade and simply brilliant. As a Swabian, I haven't been able to enjoy such good Maultaschen for a long time. The schnitzel was juicy and crispy on the outside. The spaetzle was homemade with the delicious sauce, a successful combination. Thank you for the great evening with you.

Family celebration with approx. 15 people. Eat a la carte. Everyone confirmed that it was tasty. Quality and size of the food was very good. Service and ambience also very pleasant. Price/performance ratio absolutely fine. I definitely have several meals to choose from next time. We'd love to come back.

The food is fresh, plentiful and super tasty at fair prices. Bad criticism is incomprehensible to me. The service is very attentive and professional. The quiet location away from the hustle and bustle invites you to relax.

A good mood is very important here! Price-performance simply fits together here. We've eaten here several times and yesterday we had spareribs for the first time and what can I say? Ribs that fall right off the bone, a service that was well presented and never left us sitting at the table hungry or thirsty, what more could you want? The food from the Fischerheim has never disappointed me and yesterday the whole thing was topped again (if that is even possible). We would love to come more often.

I thought for a long time whether I should leave a review. I actually don't like bad reviews, but that's part of it and it's just my own opinion. We went based on the good reviews, there were 5 of us. All age groups from 30 to 89 years old and unfortunately we all didn't think it was good at all. We also had 5 different dishes and I tried them all. It was very appetizingly prepared, so we were really happy, but unfortunately it was only a short-lived joy for everyone. We can't understand the good reviews, but we also think that many people who are dissatisfied simply don't go there anymore and don't leave a comment.

The food is excellent as always! The service was very good, the atmosphere was very cozy! What the team achieved here within a very short time after the flood was incredible and deserved the greatest respect!

We were there with about 18 people. We made a reservation for 12 p.m. because we were celebrating a big birthday. Unfortunately, the guests sitting in the beer garden were given priority. After more than an hour we asked if we could also order, and the answer was if you don't like it, you just have to leave. This answer was very cheeky since we made reservations. At 1:45 p.m. we were given the tickets and we were finally able to order. At 2:15 p.m. we got our lunch. We then had cake with us and ordered coffee there. Unfortunately we received coffee cream that had expired a week ago. We all thought it was a shame because we had been there several times before, but that was our last time as a celebration.

Went to visit one of the Kota huts. Food, service, ambience really more than just good.

We were served very well, the entire team was very accommodating and friendly. The food was delicious and the portions were generous. The location is simply ideal for enjoying the silence and nature. Will definitely come back.

First of all, I didn't know this place. The ambience is great. Rooms great for large celebrations. Food very good and price very good. There is some great schnitzel there. Seven of us as colleagues went there for dinner on Saturday evening. The reception was very friendly, the drinks and food ordered were quickly served hot and at the table, which is not always a given. Food in the price/performance ratio. very good and tasty. Drinks, e.g. juices or spritzers, are only available in 0.33 liter bottles, which is a shame. It looks like the restaurant has been redesigned and we thought that was great! Very nice atmosphere where you feel comfortable. The service was also very attentive, but not too pushy, keep it up. When we said goodbye, the landlord/chef asked if everything was okay and we thanked him and praised the food and the service and said we would be back, which made him very happy and he gave us his hand to say goodbye. So, I can definitely recommend the Fischerheim am Sand Haken. You don't often experience such nice, good service, chef/innkeeper!!!! Thank you and keep it up, then lots of guests will come, because word gets around!!!!! PS: It is better to reserve in advance. .

The lovely woman who served us so warmly is a gem in your restaurant and is also responsible for putting a smile on your face and making you feel very comfortable with you. As my wife said, “a pearl in gastronomy that you can only find very rarely here”. Keep it up! As always, the food was world class, many thanks also to the chef and the team.

We had booked a Kota. From the reception to the service to the quality of the grilled food, I would like to give it more than 5 stars. Just perfect

On Saturday July 22nd, 2023, we (4 adults) spontaneously decided to visit the Fischerheim in Ulm/Donautal after a hike, also to save ourselves the drive to the center from the federal highway. The first question from the rather harsh waitress was whether we had a reservation, which we said no. On the way to the pitch, the lady emphasized how important it is to always call in advance. We couldn't understand why: on Saturday evening at the best time, perhaps a third of the seats outside were occupied, the interior of the restaurant was completely empty. When one of our group wanted to order a meal that was unfortunately sold out, the waitress said: "We can't plan if people don't make reservations." It's clear - because every time you make a reservation by phone, the dish is given up at the same time... After these activities, it was only our great hunger after a long day that made us stay. Our food was ultimately excellent, even if the price was on the higher side for a simple (garden) restaurant. The young lady who came to check out at the end was very friendly. However, this doesn't console us for the rough reception: the hotel's guests did their best to get us to go to a different restaurant next time.

The Fischerheim restaurant could be considered an insider tip as it is somewhat hidden in the industrial area but is still beautifully secluded near the Danube. The offer on site is brilliant, good home cooking and my highlight, the all you can eat spare ribs day, is absolutely recommended and not only for meat lovers but for everyone here. Recently there have also been “grill huts” where you can enjoy the evening and celebrate with a group with drinks and grilled food.

Wir waren schon öfters dort, sowohl im Sommer im wunderschönen Biergarten, als auch im Winter. Wir sind jedes Mal sehr zufrieden gewesen. Super Service, alle sehr freundlich und immer bemüht. Auch Hunde sind im Biergarten willkommen. Das Essen ist sehr lecker. Es empfiehlt sich einen Tisch zu reservieren. Jetzt im Winter gibt es die Kotas im Freien zum Grillen in der Kota. Diese können mit einem Grillpaket gebucht werden. Gerade das ist super für z. B. Weihnachtsfeiern und Veranstaltungen, wenn man eine Gruppe ist und für sich bleiben möchte. Wir können das Fischerheim nur weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr gutes Essen, liebevoll hergerichtet. Gutes Preis Leistungs Verhältnis, toller Service. Viele kostenlose Parkplätze, einfach zu erreichen. Schön das der Verein so ein gutes Restaurant hat.

Einfache - traditionelle Küche - und das ist sehr sehr fein. Da bekommt man gute schwäbische Küche und wenn man was anderes mag, einfach den BOSS fragen.... Der rockt das. :-)

Ein schönes Restaurant, das etwas versteckt im Donautal ist. Es gibt viele freie und kostenlose Parkplätze. Empfangen wurden wir sehr nett vom ganzen Team. Das Essen kam schnell und war hervorragend. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und hat sich Zeit für offene Fragen genommen. Der Preis ist mehr als angemessen. Es lohnt sich hier zum Essen zu kommen!

Das Fischerheim - abseits vom Schuss aber gemütlich mit einer tollen Außenanlage. Ehrliche und gute Küche. Extrem lecker und tolles Personal. Man wird herzlich mit „Gute Laune!“ vom Chef imd Personal begrüßt. Man bekommt auch Gerichte außerhalb der Speisenkarten empfohlen. Fleisch zart, Gemüse perfekt, Späzle selbstgemacht. Preis sehr gut. Hier passt einfach alles. Selbst gegen die Mücken stehen auf den Tischen Insektenspiralen und Mückenspray. Toll, einfach toll liebes Fischerheim Team!

Wir waren an zwei Abenden dort essen. Nette, aufmerksame und flotte Bedienungen. Die Räumlichkeiten sind gemütlich ausgestattet und die Bestellungen wurden zügig auf dem Tisch serviert. Die Portionen sind groß und geschmacklich hervorragend. Die Speisen werden liebevoll angerichtet und schmecken selbst gemacht (nix aus der Tüte). Die Flädlesuppe war traumhaft. Der Schweinebraten und die Schweinebäckchen waren sehr zart, mit toller Soße und selbstgemachten Spätzle. Kinderportionen sind groß und jeder wird satt. Einfache Gerichte werden auch einfach serviert. Rund um war alles perfekt.

Waren mit der Familie abends hier zum Essen. Alle Gerichte auf den Punkt zubereitet, perfekt gewürzt und haben extrem lecker geschmeckt! Bedienung/Personal sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Gute, deutsche Küche die sehr zu empfehlen ist!

Mooie ligging (in een parkje aan de Donau) met goed en gezellig terras. Ook binnen ziet het er gezellig en netjes uit. Veel locals. Nette prijzen voor goed en huisgemaakt eten. Toen wij er waren was het goed druk en de bediening wat traag, maar je zit meer dan prima. Aan te bevelen!
