The ambiance takes some getting used to, but it's nice. The service is very friendly and attentive. The food on the plate is modest, but very tasty and a real treat for the palate. We will definitely return to the restaurant.

Great, small restaurant. Reservations recommended. The dishes aren't run-of-the-mill, but offer interesting flavor combinations. It was very tasty. The price is a bit high for the portion, but it's a good fit for the innovative creations.

We received a warm welcome in the beautiful, tastefully decorated room and were superbly looked after throughout the entire dinner. A huge compliment must go to the kitchen, which skillfully put together the five-course menu and prepared it to the highest standard! Even my children ate everything together—that's saying something! Thank you so much for the wonderful evening. Although I'm not usually a fan of truffles, I found all the dishes to be of a truly high standard, certainly worthy of a Michelin-star rating. The accompanying wines were excellently selected and more than fitting. I'd never dared to dine at the Empire before, as I found the other dining options at the spa to be more mainstream and uninteresting. The Empire team convinced me today that I'd made a mistake I'd made for over 10 years. From now on, I'll happily book a meal there every time. Highly recommended. Once we booked the Admiral menu, and once we spontaneously chose the à la carte menu. Both evenings were extremely successful, with culinary highlights and first-class service. You can completely trust the kitchen. Modern gastronomic trends, sophisticated flavor combinations, and the interplay of textures and aromas: the kitchen masters all of this to perfection. And if, after two successful evenings, the only remaining question is whether the food or the service was better, then that practically cries out for a repeat visit soon. This wasn't our first visit to the Empire, and certainly won't be our last. This time we celebrated a birthday at the thermal baths and, of course, took the opportunity to have dinner there. The food was fantastic, and they even catered extremely well to our existing intolerances (gluten). The service was perfect and very friendly. We'd love to come back!

The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming – you feel welcome from the very first moment, and they really went to great lengths to make the evening special. Very nice restaurant with delicious food and extremely friendly and attentive service

We ate here last year and were absolutely thrilled – excellent service, outstanding cuisine, an all-round fantastic experience. This year, we were hoping for a similar level of service, but were unfortunately disappointed. One of the dishes was significantly too salty, which we politely pointed out several times. Unfortunately, we received no apology or genuine consideration – which we found very disappointing for a restaurant in this price range. The service was still professional, but the culinary experience of the evening was not convincing. The overall package just wasn't right this time. So, on the second evening, we deliberately decided not to return and ate at the thermal baths instead – for us, it simply wasn't worth it anymore. It's a shame, because we came with high expectations – after the great experience last year – and were unfortunately disappointed this time.

Today we had the pleasure of visiting the Empire restaurant in Erding with our entire family, and our evening was simply fantastic! We opted for the three-course menu and were absolutely thrilled. From the appetizer to the dessert, the food was excellent. Each dish was not only visually appealing but also a taste sensation. You can tell that the emphasis here is on high-quality ingredients and expertly prepared dishes. We will definitely be back.

Nice restaurant at the Hotel Victory Therme Erding. We had a good meal. Portions could be larger.

The food is excellent. I haven't eaten this well in a long time! The room is small, the music a bit too loud. The service staff was very friendly, but not exactly "expert" (cutlery was missing for four courses, two starters were served together instead of separately, wine came with the aperitif instead of with the meal, etc.) I ate alone and got a table right against the wall, but I'm used to that; there are rarely good seats when you're dining alone. But you had a good view of the room. And again, the most important thing: the food was excellent! And the staff was very friendly and asked several times if everything was okay and if there was anything else I wanted—and they always responded immediately when I mentioned something (like the wine or the two shared starters). So, my recommendation: definitely try it!

We happened upon the à la carte restaurant at the hotel at the Erding Thermal Spa by chance. The selection of dishes and drinks, the service, the taste, and the quality were all exceptionally good! Despite our already high expectations, we were pleasantly surprised once again. Absolutely recommended and a little insider tip. We'd be happy to come back.

A culinary experience of a special kind – Admiral's Menu at the Empire Restaurant During my stay at the stylish Hotel Victory at Therme Erding, I treated myself to something special: the 7-course Admiral's Menu at the in-house Empire Restaurant. Pre-booked for one person (€119), it was a trip into a world of fine dining that I won't soon forget. As soon as you enter the Empire, you notice that great importance is placed on elegance, style, and a calm, almost majestic atmosphere. The decor is sophisticated and well-thought-out – perhaps a touch too cold for someone like me, who is otherwise more at home in down-to-earth cuisine, but certainly impressive. What truly distinguished the experience, however, was the outstanding service. The staff was exceptionally attentive, uncomplicated, warm, and incredibly competent. I have rarely experienced such professional yet personal service, where one's every wish is literally read from one's eyes. I would particularly like to highlight the excellent wine recommendations that perfectly complemented each dish – a harmonious culinary journey from start to finish. The seven courses themselves? A firework of flavors, precisely matched, creatively presented, and of the highest quality. Each plate was a small work of art, both visually and in terms of taste. Would I book the menu a second time for myself? Probably not – the price is definitely worth the investment. But as a unique experience, a little journey into yourself, it was worth every euro. In conclusion: If you want to treat yourself and are curious about fine cuisine in an extraordinary ambiance, this is the place for you. The Admiral's Menu is an exclusive treat – especially recommended for special occasions or as a gift to yourself.

We enjoyed the 5-course menu there in conjunction with a visit to the thermal baths. The food was truly exceptionally good and varied; it wasn't far short of a Michelin star. The service was very friendly and attentive. Special requests were handled and implemented competently. The ambiance is appropriate and leaves nothing to be desired. There's also a lovely view of Munich's flowery landscapes. What's particularly noteworthy, of course, is the fact that you can simply jump into the wave pool next door right after your meal. Next time, we'll try the 7-course menu.

I ate there with my partner and it was delicious! I would recommend it to everyone! We had to wait over 40 minutes for our food even though there were only a few customers, but the wait was worth it! One thing that was a bit annoying was that you could occasionally see people swimming.

I reserved the three-course meal online, including overnight accommodation. I felt welcome from the moment I entered the room. The service was attentive but not intrusive. The food was delicious, and even though I was initially doubtful I'd be full, I couldn't have eaten anything else after the three courses. I'm already looking forward to coming back tomorrow.

It's a very chic restaurant and we were warmly welcomed. We were there in connection with booking the thermal baths visit. Requests are addressed without any problems. The captain's menu was swapped without any problems because I don't eat seafood. Thank you for this delicious adventure trip.

The ambience of the restaurant also contributes to an all-round successful evening. The stylish furnishings, pleasant lighting and calm yet lively atmosphere invite you to linger. The only small downer was the staff, who were only considered "ok" overall.

We had dinner in the Empire restaurant on January 9th, 2025 and were very satisfied. We both had the menu. I myself have gluten intolerance, which I communicated straight away. The staff immediately tried to adjust the menu accordingly. The food was excellent, I especially thought the soup was excellent. The service was very friendly and accommodating. Excellent meal with top notch service- our Waiter Jeffrey was very attentive and friendly, the food was excellent and the small touches like the treasure Chest with Bread, Butter and Water Cress was perfect- the wall with all the bottles was also very artistic but the other Wall were very Bland.

We had booked the captains menu, but had to change some dishes to suit our taste (which is not meant in a negative way - as everyone's taste is different). Service and kitchen had no problem with this - on the contrary, we were immediately offered alternatives. No matter which dish was served to us - EVERY single one was a magnificent taste journey!!! Due to a birthday, a cake was requested in advance, which was served as dessert and which completely enchanted the birthday child due to its wonderful taste. Very nice restaurant right next to the thermal baths. The service was very well trained, very attentive and friendly without being intrusive. In the same way, you want a successful meal. During a short stay at the Therme Erding and the Victory Hotel, we were also guests in their Empire Restaurant. The booking must be made online in advance and the bill must be paid at reception upon check-in. We opted for the three-course menu. You always have the option of choosing meat-free. For starters and main courses. The dishes are consistently delicious and highly recommended in terms of taste, very nicely prepared. In our case we had a spring roll with duck as a starter. For the main course, slices of willow beef. And for dessert, a typical Bavarian curd dumpling with homemade pistachio ice cream. Great. The service is consistently friendly. We mainly had young ladies and gentlemen who served us. One had the feeling that the staff enjoyed fulfilling the wishes of their customers. Perhaps also important for parents with children who want to go out for a chic meal, there are also classic fries, pasta or chicken nuggets dishes for the little ones. The wine list is also worth noting. Here you can enjoy excellent wines from all over Central Europe, from white wine to rosé to full-bodied red wine. We will come back.

As part of a two-day stay in the thermal spa or the associated hotel, we (couple, 38 years old) had dinner in the Empire restaurant in the evening. We treated ourselves to a 3-course menu, where we were able to choose from two different starters and two different main courses. Dessert was, so to speak, predetermined. Drinks were not included, but that is normal. The food was very good and visually very attractively presented. The staff was extremely friendly and personable. The prices are not cheap, but the quality and service are absolutely appropriate. We can definitely recommend the restaurant and would love to come back!
