We received excellent service, the ambiance was wonderful, and the staff was very friendly. Everything was perfect.

Hello, Without judgment, I'd like to share a few thoughts today that have been bothering me and prompted these lines. The staff here is initially quite friendly. However, one gets the feeling that their attitude noticeably deteriorates after criticism regarding cleanliness and hygiene. Upon politely pointing out (dirty glasses), they are simply replaced at the counter without checking the new ones. Unfortunately, the replaced glass also had to be returned because it was dirty and smudged. According to the waiter, glasses are not properly washed and polished, as is appropriate in a good restaurant. The training may have only had a short-term effect here, because this is simply disgusting!!! The guest must then ask themselves whether the same thing is happening in the kitchen? In general, the dining area is unclean. Cobwebs, dust on the ceiling, walls, and decor, as well as uncleaned windows, which should be essential at this time of year, simply have to be clean for a comfortable stay. Perhaps the location and the guests' budgets are a guarantee for revenue, because I can't imagine it any other way, even with the best will in the world. I wish this team some profitable ideas for the benefit of EVERYONE and wish them all the best for the future. Because we mustn't forget, "It's coming winter soon!"...!? Kind regards

I've lived in Bavaria for 12 years, and today I discovered one of the most beautiful towns in Bavaria and one of the most beautiful cafés in Erding. If you haven't been there yet, you've missed a wonderful experience. Best regards, People

We had a great spot right above the river and super friendly service. Plus, the food was truly excellent, with really generous portions. We'll be back the next time we're in Erding. :)

A small restaurant that could do better. The food was okay, the menu was small, but there's something for everyone. The biggest downside, though, is the service. Apathetic and not particularly motivated. You're ignored, and the waiter only comes when you shout. When they do arrive, you get the feeling you're unwanted. We didn't get a quick, snappy "no," even though they advertise themselves as a gluten-free restaurant. Another restaurant in Erding that you no longer necessarily have to visit.

We went there for the first time today and were very pleasantly surprised. The menu includes dishes you wouldn't necessarily find in other restaurants. If we're ever in Erding again, we'll definitely come back 😎👍🏻 The staff was also very friendly and the atmosphere was very cozy, especially when sitting on the terrace by the stream. I can definitely recommend it!

We were there again today after five years. Five years ago for my dad's 80th birthday, and today was his 85th. It was always perfect. The food, the service, the atmosphere. Perfect. And if you haven't finished your meal and want to take something with you, they have great deposit containers. Okay, they cost €5 each, but they're worth it. And you can always return them. I think it's great, keep it up.

I've been going there for breakfast for years. Unfortunately, I'm not as satisfied anymore. The staff is very friendly, but the prices are very steep, and the bread is usually rolls, etc., always very tasty, but this Monday everything was crunchy—not crispy, but rather, in good Bavarian style, lätschad. So, for these prices, it's not acceptable. It's a real shame.

Burgers were average, grade 3. Atmosphere was very nice, however. Service was very good. Prices were rather high, but fairly normal for Erding.

I update my review from seven years ago: the restaurant is completely renovated, very bright and cozy, the opening hours have been extended, everything is cozy. Delicious cakes and daily fresh menus with hot and cold dishes at good value for money. A stop here is recommended!

Actually an inconspicuous restaurant on the side street, but an absolute top tip! It was so delicious, you couldn't decide. The portions are really big, so it's quite reasonable for the price. Super friendly hospitality and you felt completely at home. We'll definitely be back!

Crazy place. We came to take a seat, put our clothes and then went to the door to smoke outside. When we returned 10-15 min back, we got a lot of aggression that we are not allowed to do so. (And our clothes and bags were moved somewhere else). We decided to stay. Then we ordered tea, when we wanted to pay - in the receipt there were additional items which we haven’t ordered. On my questions what is going on, the owner of this place told me: that this is simple usual mistake, and started immediately to remove this items from the bill. On my question if I can leave a review in some review book - she told me there is no book and aggressively told me that “you have to leave now”. Tbh, this is an absurd, have no words. Probably this is how it usually works in this restaurant. Good luck visiting this place, don’t forget to check your bill before paying :)

It was absolutely delicious and the staff was super nice and warm. We'd love to come back. (the only drawback: coffee only comes from a fully automatic machine and not from a portafilter)

I was very pleasantly surprised that there was also ramen. I can only recommend it. For dessert there was a super delicious brownie with fresh fruit.

In my opinion, probably the best restaurant in Erding. Dishes are prepared fresh and with love (no system catering), the delicious dishes always come with a side salad (at no extra cost), and there is always something for every taste on the daily menu. I particularly like that the chef not only has a talent for cooking, but also obviously pays attention to a balanced diet. Despite all the quality, the price/performance ratio is great: a main course costs on average 13-14 euros, which is impressive because there is also a side salad that has been canceled everywhere else. The team is extremely friendly and humorous, even under stress. There are parking spaces around the corner (P6, drive through the barrier), the parking card is validated in the restaurant, so parking is free. Conclusion: The Stärkls is unparalleled when it comes to quality. The good price/performance ratio is the icing on the cake.

We were there for Schnitzel Day without a reservation. Even though all the employees were already stressed, we were still offered a place. The food came quickly and was very tasty. The ladies in service were very friendly.

Unfortunately, a devastating, inadequate result. We were there for breakfast. My wife and I. We were greeted at the table by the waitress with what can we cook for you...we ordered a few breakfasts for 40 euros that are definitely not worth 40 euros. 2 x Prosecco were brought although when ordering it was said please 1x water instead of Prosecco. We had also already ordered coffee, which was forgotten. Two plates were brought, one of which was dirty. Dried egg leftovers. So I went to the waitress and asked for a new plate. The reaction here was strange. The cake stand with the pre-packaged sausages was also dirty. In between there were a few pieces of melon and grapes. A few spreads that unfortunately weren't homemade either, which you could actually do for such a price. The bread basket was OK, but it didn't fill up two people. Conclusion: no need to repeat.

We went to the Black Jack concert. It was a very good atmosphere. The songs performed were also great. Overall summary: always worth seeing.

It's been almost a month now - we had a great breakfast, received courteous and friendly service and had a lot of fun. The Erdinger delicacy tasted as good as it looks in the picture :-)

False allergy information and then lying in front of the whole table that the guest had misunderstood it, not offering an alternative and not taking it off the bill. No apology, complete indifference, no question about how the person is doing. Uncool. Food was fantastic up until then

I would like to tell you about our recent visit to a very nice restaurant which proved to be an excellent place for a relaxed breakfast. From the first minute we were welcomed by extremely friendly staff who served us with professionalism and warmth. The atmosphere of the restaurant was inviting and tastefully designed, which contributed to a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. The breakfast offering left nothing to be desired. The food was not only freshly prepared, but also of the highest quality. Particularly noteworthy are the diverse selection options, which are suitable for lovers of both classic and unusual breakfast dishes. Every dish we tried was a delight and reflected the high standard of the cuisine. In summary, I can say that our visit to this restaurant was extremely positive. The friendly staff and excellent food make it a recommended place for a successful breakfast.

Very nice freshly squeezed juices. The scrambled eggs were quite nice, but unfortunately the bacon wasn't crispy at all. Actually quite nice, but a bit strange service. The EC device with the amount was not shown to us before paying, but we simply held the card to it

The food was below average. The breading of the schnitzel was soggy, the salad was cut into chunky pieces and the dressing had no taste. Not my restaurant.

It wasn't possible to take coffee with you and the heat combined with the smell were an absolute no-go. The main thing is that you can take cake with you but no drink.

Bei Schlechtwetter kann in das Restaurant gewechselt werden. Hervorzuheben ist die geduldige, treffsichere Beratung im Vorfeld. Die günstigen Preisschätzungen wurden eingehalten, die Qualität der Gerichte war überragend. Die Stimmung unter den Gästen war besonders und wir haben für das Fest bei Stärkl’s viel von den Gästen viel Lob bekommen und wollen diese Anerkennung weitergeben. Nice, friendly service, nice selection of good breakfast or lunch menu and delicious cakes, one piece and you're really full 😉 that's how big the pieces are. The only thing I think is a real shame is that it's quite loud at times, otherwise I would give it 4 stars. ...the volume thing has improved a lot!! Thanks to the great renovation, it has become very nice and cozy, you feel very comfortable.

Ich war zu einer Feier eingeladen auf Kaffee und Kuchen. Der Service war aufmerksam, Kaffee und Kuchen haben geschmeckt. Preis/Leistung ist wirklich in Ordnung wie ich nach Rückfrage beim Gastgeber erfahren habe. 4 Sterne, weil etwas so schlichtes bei mir nie 5 Sterne bekommt.

A wonderful café-restaurant with lots of homemade cakes, even gluten-free or vegan! We also lovingly call them “door wedges” because you get really big pieces for your money. All the service staff are always super friendly and attentive, the cuisine is sophisticated, home-style and very tasty. When the weather is nice you can also sit outside and the children even have a small play area. We always enjoy coming here💕

Das Frühstück war heute echt unterirdisch. Ich bin wirklich andere Qualität vom Stärkls gewohnt. Frühstück war lieblos angerichtet, es gab Formschinken und Billigkäse, Gummisemneln die innendrin eiskalt waren. (wohl nicht lange genug aufgetaut) Das hatte mit Frühstück leider nichts zu tun. Aufgrund des schlechten Frühstücks, haben wir unseren Tisch an einem anderen Tag storniert. Schade.

My visit to Stärkls Cafe-Bistro Stärkl was a big disappointment. Right from the start, the water was incorrectly served with carbonated drinks. Described as "not spicy" by the waitress, the poke bowl was surprisingly spicy. Prices were too high. Not recommendable.

Popped in here for lunch. Fabulous! Lovely interior complemented by a relaxed yet vibrant atmosphere. Makes a change from the traditional Bavarian hewn wood and stocky locals. The midday specials were superb. Dished up in a sensible time, presented well and tasted excellent. The service was quick, very friendly and professional. The place is well lit, clean and plays the usual 80s/90s hits in the background (thankfully no Phil Collins whilst we were there).

Today I went to the restaurant for breakfast with my friends for the first time in a long time. What shocked me a bit were the prices for breakfast. The cheapest was the small breakfast for €13.50. Ok, prices have gotten higher everywhere. You get 2 slices of cooked ham, 2 slices of cheese, 2 rolls and a hot drink. If you want the whole thing with just cheese (without ham) it costs €1 more. But what was really wrong were the rolls, which were over-baked and crumbly and rock-hard on the outside. We complained about this and got a new roll and the old one back. A no go for me... very unfortunate. It shouldn't be.

We were there for my son's confirmation. The restaurant was full and the tables were crowded. My son wasn't the only one confirmed. So far everything is ok. However, it was hot at the window facing the beer garden. An attempt was made to compensate for this by ventilation, to the chagrin of those sitting at the open window. Ok, the sun was shining but it was only 10°C outside. Not great, but no one is responsible for the weather. Maybe a fan would help...? The taste of the food was ok but unfortunately it was very fatty. Both the soup and the cordon bleu. To be on the safe side, the friendly waitress didn't ask why several guests didn't eat everything.

Very good food that is well seasoned and full of flavors, portions very generous and filling, friendly and fast service, can only say good things. I give it 6 out of 5 stars and I would love to come back.

We stopped here for tea in the afternoon. This was served in a sweet tea-for-one set. My complaint regarding The issue of the tea water no longer being hot enough was kindly received and remedied. The cakes looked very, very tasty. We will definitely try them out on our next visit. Overall we really liked it. Nicely decorated and really cozy with attentive service.

Super nice café/restaurant, we were there in the transition from breakfast to lunchtime. However, there was some confusion with the service staff: one of two drinks came wrong (not complained about), one of the dishes came wrong despite explicit instructions (noted, decided not to exchange) and the more expensive dish that was originally requested was on the bill instead of what was served (not complained about again due to time constraints). Regular guests and seniors are treated friendly and given priority here, which is nice. I would be happy if all other guests' orders were also taken carefully. Will come back to test it out 😉

Wir waren zum Brunchen hier vor einigen Wochen und absolut begeistert. Eine Reservierung würde ich gerade am Wochenende empfehlen, da es sehr beliebt zu sein scheint ;) Über die Website kann man sogar eine Online Reservierung machen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. So mussten wir auch nie lange warten. Die Speisekarte war total vielseitig, abwechslungsreich und auch für Vegetarier/Veganer geeignet. Wir hatten Schwierigkeiten uns zu entscheiden und hätten am Liebsten alles probiert. Ein super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, das Essen war hervorragend. Nochmals ein herzliches Dankeschön ans gesamte Team, macht weiter so :)

Dieses Cafè war zur Weihnachtszeit sehr schön dekoriert. Gemütlich und modern. Das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich, zuvorkommend und schnell. Mein Frühstück war ebenfalls ausgezeichnet. Preis-Leistung war super. Absolute Empfehlung.

Qualität und Menge war verarsche ,bin entaeuscht .Vor Jahren gab es nichts auszusetzen. Gastronomie baut bekanntlich ,allgemein sehr ab. Möchte mir gar nicht vorstellen ,wie es ab Januar 2024( Mehrwertsteuererhöhung ) weiter geht. Koche überzeugt wieder nur selbst ❣️
