Blauer Hirsch in Erding

The food has always been perfect. We never had to wait long, the employees were always really friendly to us and the prices are definitely fair for the quality. The decor is also really beautiful and inviting. Definitely one of my favorite places.

My visit to the Blauer Hirsch in Erding left me with mixed feelings. While the service was impeccable - the staff were very friendly and attentive - that alone couldn't save the overall disappointing experience. First of all, the ambience: it seemed cool and distant to me, which in no way does justice to the high prices. For me, the feeling of well-being that you would expect from such high-priced restaurants is simply missing here. Another example of the overall package not being right. As far as the food goes, the portions were normal, neither particularly large nor small. The ingredients seemed fresh, and the taste was good, but by no means exceptional. The price, however, is simply excessive. A burger for €17.90 may still be acceptable, but the additional costs of sides (at least €6.90), sauces (€3.90) and extras like cheese or egg (€1.90 each) drive up the price an outrageous level. For a simple burger with side dishes you pay almost €30, which is simply not justified. The Caesar salad including chicken was also completely excessive at over €20. The teriyaki pork belly even costs over €30. There were also no desserts under €11, which further reinforced the impression of excessive prices. The price-performance ratio? Not given for me. Despite fresh ingredients and handmade dishes, neither the quality nor the portion sizes justify the high prices. And the sign in the restaurant “Nothing going on without moss” sums up the situation perfectly for me: you can only get something here if you are prepared to dig deep into your pockets – and even then it doesn’t feel worthwhile. Personally, I will not recommend the restaurant due to the lack of value for money. Even stopping by for a drink wouldn't be worth the cool ambience. Conclusion: service top, prices and atmosphere rather flop. There are definitely better options in Erding that offer a pleasant atmosphere and fair prices.

We had a wonderful evening. Thank you for that. Very nice personal service, even though the restaurant was full, and the food is excellent, everything cooked with love and great quality. Vegan bowl, sooo complex and delicious, my husband loved the pork belly. The portions are decent and the prices are almost cheap for what is served here. We were thrilled and will be back.

The food was TOP - the portions were really generous. Great selection on the menu, you are spoiled for choice. Unfortunately, the service was probably having a bad day that evening and was more annoyed than friendly - but I was already there for breakfast and I can say the opposite :-)

Super attentive service staff, food recommended!

A pity! While we have previously recommended the restaurant to friends, we would now like to visit alternative restaurants ourselves in the future. “Our” previous competent and friendly waiter recently resigned. During this visit, as a recognizable family, you don't even receive additional spoons to eat dessert together - despite express requests. The calamari fritti that was previously served was the saltiest dish that the author has ever been served in a restaurant. The other dishes at the table were ok!

Very courteous service, fantastic food, very fair prices. We had the Superfood Salad, the Scaloppia al Limone and Carbonara. It was very tastefully prepared and everything tasted excellent. A pearl in the middle of Erding!

We had lunch here with our wedding party (25 people) after the registry office and had coffee and cake. The food and service were wonderful! All guests enjoyed it excellently and we as the bride and groom were relaxed because our guests were well looked after. We were also very well looked after during the planning phase and always received quick feedback. Dear team, thank you very much for allowing us to celebrate with you - we'll be happy to come back!

The restaurant is located in the center of Erding. We were warmly greeted by the service team. The atmosphere in the Restsurant skilfully combines tradition and modernity. I felt comfortable after just a short time. The menu offers a sufficient selection of delicacies. I chose the salmon tartare as a starter and the beef steak as a main course and it was a good decision. Prices are above average, but quality comes at a price. There is a larger paid parking lot nearby.

The service was somewhat handicapped by the training of a new employee. Still friendly. The food was fabulous! The superfood salad was excellent! The citizen is very juicy and tastes like a dream. We were at the Blauer Hirsch in Erding a few days ago and were really impressed. The ambience is nice and the service was friendly and accommodating. Even when I was a little undecided, I received great advice. I chose a beef steak, which was probably the best steak I've ever eaten. The fries were very crispy and the grilled vegetables were al dente but still juicy. If I travel to Erding again, I will definitely go to the blue deer again.

As of 05/20/24 🌅 The food is delicious, no cheap sauces, but really reduced sauces for the meat, delicious side dishes. Service was just as great, there were three of us and one of us had a birthday. We'll let you know 10 minutes in advance whether you can conjure up a little surprise. So said, so happened. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ It’s on our regular list. Keep it up.🌞🍀😘 There is also a lot for vegetarians. There are parking spaces at the city library or in the city itself. We will come back! 😂❤️❤️❤️

Everything is just right here - service, ambience and of course the food! Price-performance absolutely justified. In our opinion, even some well-known (steak) restaurants in Munich can't keep up!

Nice restaurant where you can eat well. And that with nice service.

Unfortunately we had to cancel our table, but we still walked to the restaurant. We were able to get the last seat and had a good view of the kitchen. We were served straight away, the food was prepared quickly and the service was simply great. Then the food came and my wife and I were thrilled. Rarely do you have the opportunity to eat so well! 6 🌟 stars!!! The selection of drinks for long drinks and cocktails was also very extensive and the drinks were also very well coordinated. We will come back!!!

Having lived in Erding for 8 years, I have tried every restaurant more than once. So so happy that Erding now has a real restaurant........absolutely the best food on town and the only place to dine. Great menu and the quality and presentation of the dishes are excellent. What a change from boring Burgers that everyone else seams to offer. Simply The Best....

I've been to the Blauer Hirsch several times and have been absolutely thrilled every time. There are no points of criticism! Total recommendation! The menu is varied and there are also one or two special dishes. If you like a really great brunch, you're in good hands here. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

Was here a few years ago when it was still there Zum Klösterl was called...or something like that. Great pub/restaurant. Quaintly real and loud. Now...no atmosphere. Light terrible. No feel-good factor. And very expensive. Unfortunately I won't be coming back.

Very tasty food, rather expensive, stylish atmosphere. On Women's Day there was free champagne or small beer for women. Since I don't drink, I didn't get anything, which was a bit of a shame. Otherwise everything is ok.

The move to the city center wasn't long ago, but the positive impression hasn't changed. Friendly, professional staff, delicious food, good value for money! We've been there three times in the last few weeks and haven't been disappointed. Tip is the pork roast on Sunday lunchtime for €14.90. Juicy, crispy crust, delicious sauce for the dumplings, plus coleslaw. Caesar salad and burgers are also recommended, so far all the food has been perfectly crafted. The Hirsch's are always worth a visit-

The food tastes fantastic and is always professionally prepared. The dishes contain special and tasty components. I can absolutely recommend the restaurant, we have been there regularly since it opened (formerly in Langengeisling and also in the city center). The staff are friendly, courteous and attentive. Sensational food and super friendly hospitality

I was here with my girlfriend for Valentine's Day 2023. Despite having pointed out her celiac disease several times (when making the reservation and on site), she was served gluten. That's why she left a 1* rating. Now, over a year later, the owner is working with a lawyer to try to have her review deleted via Google. I would avoid this store at all costs.

The food was good but too expensive, especially the drinks. Unfortunately the service was only average. The noise is annoying because the tables are very close together. Not suitable for a nice evening for two.

We were there yesterday for the Valentine's menu. Our table in another restaurant was given twice, so we spontaneously ended up at the “Blauer Hirsch”. And we have to say - Wow. Luckily we got a table. We've been vacationing in 5***** hotels for years, mostly eating à la carte there, or reserving this or that special evening to try 6-course menus and rarely having anything to complain about. But unfortunately there was always something that just wasn't harmonious. The dishes were often too cool, the vegetables were way too overcooked, the composition of the food wasn't right, the steaks were tough or too stringy... anyone who has been to a certain location knows what we're talking about. Yesterday in the "Blauer Hirsch" the menu was completely consistent from start to finish. Craziness. Fresh. The vegetables are crunchy. Not greasy or overly seasoned. The amount is just right, even for a man with a healthy appetite. The taste was absolutely perfect. The papaya ceviche was the tastiest dish we've ever tried - it was the first time I wanted to ask for a second helping ;-) Minestrone very tasty. The fillet is a dream... And the dessert... A huge compliment to the kitchen and also to the very kind and attentive service. THANK YOU for this wonderful evening.

The two of us had dinner on Thursday. I can recommend the restaurant without reservation. I had a steak. The taste and quality are simply top notch. Other steakhouses could learn a thing or two here. The mix of tradition and Asian is particularly good. Would go back at any time

The Caesar salad was prepared in a somewhat boring way and the dressing didn't really taste good. The breaded chicken with parmesan was dry and the arrangement wasn't particularly appealing either. Price rounded up to €25. The children's dishes (Spätzle with sauce and schnitzel with fries) were slapped onto the plate in such a careless way that you wouldn't expect from a restaurant - it wants to seem somehow upscale. To be honest, one of the ways you can tell a really good restaurant is how it pampers its littlest guests. A little decoration should be worth the effort, so the food looks shabbier than in a canteen. The various sayings on the wall don't really fit either. One, an English speaker, with the statement: “I licked it, so it’s mine.” and another who says: “Nothing happens without moss.” My conclusion: There isn't much going on with moss either. Overpriced for the quality of the food described. I wouldn't necessarily recommend this restaurant, or at least not the same dishes.

The food is good, but not good enough to justify the exorbitant prices. Side dishes alone cost 7.50 euros and a bottle of water costs a whopping 8 euros.

Group of 8 men 4 x onion roast and 3 burgers and 1 schnitzel. The burger and schnitzel were good value for money, the onion roast tasted good, the sauce was excellent but for €32.90 it was just €8 - €10 too expensive. Side salad was good but also very expensive at €6.90. In the toilet the paper dispenser for drying hands was empty. Service was friendly and quick hence 5 stars.

We were here for my best friend's 30th birthday. Because of the menu and the good reviews, we decided on the Blauer Hirschen. I wanted to create a special experience and coordinated the drinks and food with the restaurant in advance. My girlfriend wasn't supposed to get her hands on the card or see any prices. I worked in service myself for many years and therefore attached great importance to ensuring that we were not rushed. I had explicitly mentioned this again before, but I think it would have worked out exactly the same without it. The service employee warmly welcomed us and wished us a happy birthday (which is not a given). We were given time to arrive and gently asked if we wanted to start. Only after the starter did the main course begin. How often do you eat the starter and the main course comes and is then left alone? But here it was perfect. The service employee understood her job. It was fast and you hardly noticed it. The main course came to the table in one rush and the food was to die for. A big compliment to the kitchen. It was a pleasure. The decor is interesting and I had a hearty laugh at the humor in the women's restroom. Gladly again! You're happy to pay a few euros more for this. This is how gastronomy is fun 👍

The food is very tasty and the service is very good and takes care of the guests. You can tell that it's fine dining and I'm happy to spend more money on it. Despite the 12% VAT, I find the prices to be unjustifiably high. Yes, the food is delicious, but for the price it just doesn't have the icing on the cake to stand out and make it a gastro you go to regularly.

Ein schöner Mix aus Tradition und Moderne, sowohl was das Essen angeht, als auch was die Einrichtung angeht. Die Bedienung war super freundlich und das Essen kam schnell. Die Karte ist übersichtlich, man konzentriert sich auf das was man kann. Die Getränkeauswahl ist riesig. Günstig ist es aber tatsächlich nicht...

Heute muss ich wirklich volle Punktzahl vergeben. Obwohl der Laden durch eine Weihnachtsfeier gut besucht war, konnten wir uns über den Service nicht beschweren. Das Essen war wirklich hervorragend. Wir hatten die Bowl und die Brioche Ente. Es war die beste Ente, die Ich seit langem gegessen habe. Die Preise sind sehr saftig. Allerdings kriegt man auch eine sehr gute Qualität serviert. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Der Zwiebelrostbraten war auf dem Punkt wie gewünscht gegart. Es war köstlich 😋. Super netter Service, kommen gerne wieder 👍

Es war alles ok, aber leider nichts Herrausragendes. Was im Prinzip in Ordnung wäre für ein solides Abendessen,aber dafür sind die Preise leider zu ambitioniert.

In attraktiver Lage am Donnerstag morgen in nicht zu voll besuchtem Restaurant probierten wir den blunch. Auch wenn sich mir dieses Blunch-Konzept nicht gänzlich erschließt - die Auswahl ist groß und liest sich sehr gut. Die getroffene Wahl war super lecker und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Preislich... Aktuell schwer zu sagen, durch die inflation ist eh alles teurer geworden. Wir hatten jedenfalls nicht das Gefühl, dass es das Geld nicht wert gewesen wäre. Daher: Daumen hoch und bis zum nächsten Mal!

Ein wirklich gemütliches und gutes Restaurant im urigen Städtchen Erding. Atmosphäre passt zum Ort. Eigener Stil (die Fotos im Netz vom ehemaligen Vereinslokal haben nichts mehr mit der aktuellen Einrichtung zu tun), mit sehr freundlichem Personal, insbesondere der junge ungarische Kellner mit österreichischem Dialekt und Wiener Charme. Meine junge Tochter (17) war ebenfalls begeistert. Empfehlenswert hier die Schwarzwurzelsuppe als Starter und dann was beliebt. Waren zweimal hier und kommen wieder, wenn wir im Ort sind. Salute

Unser Essen war das Geld nicht im Ansatz wert, Soße aus der Tüte, Pilze nicht frisch zubereitet, kaltes Steak und nicht gewürzt, für viel Geld. Nie wieder!

Das Essen war hier hervorragend. Besonders die scharfe Soße hat es mir angetan und ich konnte sogar etwas davon in einem Gläschen für zu Hause erwerben. Nicht minder erwähnenswert ist aber der super Service. Beides zusammen hat für einen wundervollen Abend mit absolut leckerer Verpflegung gesorgt. Vielen Dank!

Das ist richtig toll geworden! Tolles Ambiente bei hervorragendem Essen, sehr guter und aufmerksamer Service . Auch unser Vierbeiner war herzlich willkommen. Schön eine so tolle neue Location jetzt in unsrer Nähe zu haben.

Grosses Lob an die Küche und den Service nach seinem Umzug in die neue Örtlichkeit. Von der ersten Minute an fühlt man sich in der frisch renovierten Ambiente wohl. Die Auswahl der sehr mundenden Speisen sind nicht nur frisch zubereitet, sondern auch abwechslungsreich und kreativ, lassen also kaum Wünsche offen. Ich persönlich kann den 'blauen Hirsch' nur weiterempfehlen

Das mit Abstand beste Restaurant in Erding! Egal ob Ambiente, Küche oder Service. Wechselnde Wochenkarte und Standards von Schnitzel bis Steak aus dem 800 Grad Grill. Leider wurde im letzten Jahr z.T. extrem an der Preisschraube gedreht, was unsere Besuche etwas seltener gemacht hat. Dass dieses Juwel der Erdinger Gastroszene aus seiner Geislinger „Heimat“ vertrieben wird, ist mehr als schade. Wir sind gespannt, was Gerd und Anja ab Herbst in einer neuen (hoffentlich weiter Erdinger) Location zaubern werden!

Tolle Küche und sehr guter Service. Leider nicht mehr lange in dieser Location. Ich hoffe wir können diese Küche wieder an einem anderen Standort genießen.

Wir sind aufgrund der sehr guten Rezessionen der spare ribs all you can eat auf den blauen Hirsch aufmerksam geworden. Da wir dieses Gericht lieben, waren wir sehr gespannt, da der sehr! gehobene Preis von 33,33 eur großes erwarten ließ. Dazu gehören Pommes frites und ein Schnaps. Ende! Also müssen die ribs etwas können! Ok sie fallen vom Knochen. Leider fehlen sämtliche röstaromen. Das Fleisch schmeckt einfach wie abgekocht z. B. Wie bei Sauerkraut und Rippchen. Das reißt dann leider auch die Barbecuesauce nicht raus, die keinen pep hatte. Für 85,00 eur mit 2 Getränken u einem Beilagen Salat extra ein insgesamt sehr enttäuschendes Ergebnis. Das kann ich daheim deutlich besser! Schade!

Unfassbar köstliches Essen! Feine, gehobene Küche, daher sehr teuer! Jeder Bissen ein Genuß!

Das Innere Ambiente überzeugt wirklich sehr. Service war auch professionell und schnell. Preislich fanden wir die Portionen zu klein und dafür dann zu teuer. Das Essen bzw die Küche hat auf jeden Fall was drauf. Steak, Nudeln und Lachs waren wirklich sehr lecker aber wie schon gesagt für knapp +-25€ pro Portion einfach zu teuer dafür dass man in einer Vereinsgaststätte isst. Ich finde das Lokal würde deutlich besser ankommen wenn es Richtung Stadtmitte umzieht. Dort passt so ein Ambiente einfach nicht, das sehen bestimmt einige auch so. Ansonsten würden wir sicher wieder kommen :)

Einfach nur lecker und sehr schöne Atmosphäre

Außerordentlich feine Küche. Aufmerksames und freundliches Personal. Nettes Ambiente. Jederzeit gerne wieder. Leider muss ich nach dem Valentinstag meine Bewertung ergänzen. Es herrschte Menü Zwang d.h. es gab keine Wahlmöglichkeit. Dies war aber weder auf der Homepage ersichtlich noch bei der Reservierung kenntlich gemacht worden. Man kam an mit einer festen Vorstellung wie das Menü aussehen sollte das man sich gedanklich bereits zusammengestellt hatte und musste dann das Valentinstag Menü essen das gar nicht unser Geschmack war. Bei diesen Hochpreisigen Gerichten möchte ich gerne selbst bestimmen was auf den Teller kommt. Jetzt werden sicher einige sagen man kann ja gehen. Bedingt richtig aber findet mal einen Platz in einem anderen Lokal an so einem Tag. Uns war jedenfalls dieser Abend gänzlich verdorben. Vielen Dank dafür. Noch anzumerken ist dass auch die Servicekraft überfordert war. Allein in der Zeit in der wir anwesend waren hat sie 4x falsch geliefert.

Küche wie gewohnt lecker. Leider wurde zum Valentinstag auf der Homepage nicht kenntlich gemacht dass es an diesem Tag nur das Valentinsmenue gibt. Wir haben uns gedanklich bereits ein Menü zusammengestellt. Entsprechend groß war unsere Enttäuschung als wir von dem Menü Zwang erfuhren. Dieser Abend war uns gründlich verdorben. Zu alledem auch noch eine Service Kraft die wohl etwas überfordert war. Wir zahlen gerne höhere Preise aber dann möchten wir nach unserer Wahl Essen. Am liebsten wären wir wieder gegangen aber an so einem besonderen Tag bekommt eher keinen Platz in einem anderen Lokal. Vielen Dank

Wir kommen immer wieder gerne hierher, Geheimtipp in Erding. Sehr schöne Einrichtung, hervorragende Küche, die mit viel Kreativität bayerische Klassiker neu aupeppt. Wir lieben die Nachspeisen dort, zum Beispiel Pistazienküchlein, sooooo lecker!
