We came to this restaurant by chance. We really liked it there. We were very friendly shown to our seat by the owner and our questions about the dishes were adequately answered. The steak was fried as ordered, the starter soups were fresh and tasty. The only disadvantage was that we didn't have any "room" for dessert due to the large enough portions. 😎 Conclusion: we ate well, the service was very courteous as a guest and the price-performance ratio was also right. We'd love to come back!

We were there today with the Schlemmerblock (a German snack bar). Without it, we probably would never have discovered this restaurant. The food, the service, and the terrace, along with the beautiful weather, were wonderful. Everything was perfect! Thank you, we'll be back 🙏🏼🥰

We ordered via Lieferando. Including delivery fee €29.30 for one spaghetti Bolognese and one lasagna Bolognese. The delivery time was met. The food was hot, but not very seasoned and quite bland. We were disappointed. The price-performance ratio was not appropriate, even if the portions were large. The taste was edible, but not good.

I went out to eat with my wife, we ordered a vegetable lasagne and spaghetti al pescatore. The shrimp was expired and smelled bad. I called the waiter to point this out and the reply was that the fish was fresh. But everything was fresh. After that I had to change my plate, I ordered a burnt margherita pizza and very poor quality. The lasagne was with bad tomato sauce. This restaurant is Italian in name and music only. I wanted to call the police because you can't serve expired food to customers. The prices are not for this quality.

A really lovingly, typically Italian restaurant with extremely delicious food. Now in the Advent season it was really inviting, cozy and warm here; on previous visits we enjoyed sitting outside in the large outdoor area. Both the pizzas and the other Italian dishes are extremely tasty. The service is always very friendly, helpful and good. We never had to wait long. So absolutely recommended! DANGER!! First, I would like to warn other users about the many very good reviews, because the majority of them are “bought” and therefore fake reviews. These can be recognized by the phrases that always sound the same. The same reviews can also be found at the owner's second restaurant (La Tana in Heidelberg). An honest innkeeper would respond to the criticisms in the reviews and strive for improvements, instead they try to straighten things out with fake reviews. Now for my review: The restaurant was busy on a Wednesday evening and we were escorted down a winding hallway to our table in the back room. Unfortunately, the first impression was somewhat marred by this. The back room was quite dark and the electrical system also has its problems (the light constantly flickers). The space here is also overwhelming. When the waitress came to take our drink order, we were greeted carelessly - "So, your drinks". Unfortunately, a friendly greeting or a proper speech are out of place here. The drinks were brought to the table with an acceptable waiting time. Same thing when ordering food, again no proper speech. The food was served quickly, but I was very disappointed. I had ordered a Pizza Diavolo, so I expected a spicy pizza. The pizza was not spicy in any way. The dough resembled a frozen pizza. The topping was sparse and I wasn't impressed with the taste either. The other guests' pizzas all looked similar, so I suspect they may have been pre-made. For what was served, the price limits were exceeded (2 drinks + pizza + tip = 28 EUR), and I wouldn't have been willing to pay any more. All in all, based on my experience, I can only give it a 2-star rating.

We ordered Pulpo, Spaghetti Vongole, Lasagna and Pizza Margherita. The food was hot, but that was the only positive thing. Pulpo and vegetables were completely over salted, Spaghetti Vongole was also over salted and so spicy that you couldn't eat them. The lasagne pasta was so soft that it almost fell apart, the dish was dripping with fat and topped with excessive amounts of cheese. The pizza was also very chewy and chewy. Everything went in the trash. An absolute disappointment. By the way, an addendum: due to the many bad reviews, the restaurant operator now seems to be trying to use Google to get a lawyer to eliminate them. I received a letter 1 year after posting the review to provide proof of having been a guest there. (which I promptly did). There was never an apology for the miserable food, no compensation. Sorry, but such poor customer service probably matches the quality.

I ordered food through Lieferando and it was by far the worst experience I've ever had. I ordered a salad with shrimps, a pizza and a lasagna... everything arrived cold. The pizza tasted okay, the lasagne was edible… but not anymore. The salad was a disaster... the leaves were slightly rotten and the shrimps weren't fresh either... I had to throw the salad away because it smelled so bad and of course I didn't want to get food poisoning. Absolutely no recommendation!

So we drove here from the Odenwald on a Saturday evening, and then it was said for three weeks that we would no longer accept a gourmet block on the weekend. We didn't stay there either.

Diese Restaurant ist im Schlemmerblock wir hatten den Schlemmerblock gut sichtbar auf dem Tisch liegen und wurden gefragt ob wir bei der Reservierung auch angegeben haben das wir mit Schlemmerblock kommen würden obwohl man das bei der Reservierung nicht angeben muss danach wollte er den Schlemmerblock nicht akzeptieren weil er ihn Samstag und Sonntag nicht akzeptieren würde wir haben ihm dann die Regel des Schlemmerblock gezeigt daß er nicht an Feiertagen gilt dann schwenkte er um und wollte nur einen Schlemmerblock pro Tisch akzeptieren da verlangten wir den Chef der dann auf einmal nicht mehr da war solche Restaurants sollten nicht in den Schlemmerblock gehen wenn sie die Regeln nicht akzeptieren nur zum Essen Pizza Gut aber sehr schwach belegt Combinazione sehr Tomate lästig Nudeln mit Meeresfrüchte war gut prese sehr gehoben Pizza um 17€ Nudeln mit Meeresfrüchte 24€ für uns keine Restaurant zum weiter empfehlen

We wanted to redeem the SCHLEMMERBLOCK on Sunday, but were informed by the waiter that the boss had not redeemed the SCHLEMMERBLOCK on Saturdays and Sundays for two weeks. This is a clear breach of contract with SCHLEMMERBLOCK and its users and was also reported by us. We had to pay full price. The food was good, the atmosphere in the restaurant was pleasant.

The outdoor area is located on the picturesque market square, right next to a parking lot. The waiter was a bit unmotivated and the caprese, consisting of five (!) tomato slices with mozzarella for €12.90, was quite overpriced. There will not be another visit to this restaurant.

Very good restaurant you can also sit outside and chill

It's nice to sit outside, we weren't inside, but it looks nice. We had a pizza margherita and an insalata mista. With the pizza I would almost say it was a Wagner or Dr. Oetker TK Pizza was. The taste was on this level, the dough was far too dense, we almost couldn't cut it. The salad was prepared carelessly and without creativity, and the salad dressing could also have been from a bottle. Too bad, not a good impression. Especially since we paid EUR 18.50 for both. There are a few pizzerias in the region (e.g. Casa Mia j HD) that show how pizza is done.

Have been here several times. Long waiting times, whether for drinks, food or to pay. Oven pasta dishes were cold inside. And the cannelloni had a strange filling. After complaining, we received a different oven pasta dish. Will not visit there again.

We ate at Da Vinci on June 30, 2024, it was quiet because it was raining heavily. Our food was very tasty and more than enough. We had house noodles with chanterelle filling and chanterelle sauce, my god it was good. And my husband had cuttlefish with vegetables and dill sauce, which was also very tasty. Afterwards there was an equally delicious tiramisu. The service was very nice and attentive. We recommend the Da Vinci with 5 stars. Thanks for the really good lunch.

You need to find better staff. I asked for ice cream, but the waitress didn't bring it to me. Instead, she came outside, sat at a table and smoked. And since it was already late, after half an hour we had to leave. I asked for the bill but this woman just stayed at the bar in the restaurant washing up. She hadn't even thought about me asking for ice cream. And she didn't apologize for forgetting. That was really rude. I don't think I would want to go to this restaurant again. The food is okay, but the service is super slow and the waitress is very unfriendly. Not recommended.

Service was quick, food came to the table hot, cannelloni and lasagne were very tasty and when I asked, they packed up the rest of my food. All in all great. The only thing that was missing in our opinion was the friendliness. That doesn't give you the feeling of being a welcome guest.
