After a long hike, this was just the place we deserved. The location is great, with a view from the tables at the front windows. The food, with several vegetarian options, was very good and the service excellent!

Went here for dinner today based on a recommendation. The staff here is extremely friendly. The salmon with homemade!! Potato pancakes were very tasty. In short: it was a good idea to eat here.

Today, after an intensive day of hiking, we finally climbed the mountain “Zur Fabrik” and it was absolutely worth it. Great view, great burgers and all topped off with a super nice and attentive waiter. You rarely find that! We'll definitely be back! Thank you!

We were there for the first time today and absolutely loved it. A great little restaurant with an incredibly great view. The food is absolutely fresh and shows a love for the job. The ambience absolutely fits the name “The Factory”, it was created with great attention to detail. The staff is very accommodating and strives to make all of the guests' wishes come true. Overall it was a very successful evening and we went home full and happy. We can absolutely recommend “Die Fabrik” and will definitely come back. We have already made reservations for 14 people for Christmas. Many thanks to the entire team. We wish everyone a nice rest of the weekend and look forward to our next visit.

Food was absolutely ok. We didn't feel very comfortable here. Guest service is not necessarily a priority. And when you go in, the staff is standing around and chatting. It's a shame for such a beautiful location.

Excellent fries, great burgers and beer. The restaurant is attached to a park for holiday homes, so it's not exactly quiet, but that's not what I would want from a burger joint anyway.

Spontaneously and without reservation... Oh dear... There would have to be a lot of thought and discussion first. This made us feel unwelcome. Finally we could sit outside (where everything was free). The waitress seated us by the dozen. I didn't like it... The food was okay. I had the meatballs (they were supposed to be homemade); But somehow they weren't that tasty, price/performance could have been better.

The atmosphere up there is great. You can have a drink there very well. The passion fruit spritzer was great. The food looked good and I ate it, but unfortunately it was over-seasoned. Not too spicy, but too much salt and chip seasoning. The drinks were then not charged. Thanks.

We go out to eat often, but we haven't had such salty food in a long time. Too bad! Coleslaw tasted great. Passion fruit spritzer was also great.

Everything was more than good, we were very satisfied and haven't eaten so well outside for a long time! We always enjoy going there, unfortunately the dish I ordered wasn't available 4/5 times. Unfortunately, this results in a few negative points.

We celebrated a big birthday and are more than thrilled, as are our guests. The food was super tasty and, above all, enough for everyone. The advice beforehand was very friendly and implemented our wishes well. The cake in the afternoon was also really tasty. What we found particularly good was the staff, who you hardly noticed when it came to clearing the dishes. All guests were looked after very attentively and were repeatedly asked whether there was anything missing, whether everything was OK or whether there was anything left to be desired. With their pleasant, calm manner they contributed to a great day. We also found the soft music in the background positive. All in all, the 5 stars are more than deserved and I can only recommend everyone to celebrate there. We are also happy to just be guests in the factory. Continued success.

We were here for the first time yesterday and were impressed by the food, service and ambience. If we are in the area again, we will be happy to visit there again.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Die Fabrik restaurant with some friends and my experience was entirely positive. The ambience of the restaurant, which is located on the edge of a holiday park and has an industrial look inside, gives the place a unique atmosphere. The highlight of my visit was undoubtedly the Uncle Tom's Spare Ribs dish. The ribs were perfectly cooked, tender and juicy, glazed with a delicious BBQ sauce that gave a sweet and smoky flavor. The side dishes were also excellent and complemented the main course perfectly. The service in the restaurant was friendly and attentive, and the staff always went out of their way to ensure my visit was pleasant. Overall, I can highly recommend “The Factory”. I will definitely come back to try more of the delicious dishes.

We, my family and partner went to the factory for dinner on Easter Sunday 2024. The ambience is actually similar to a factory hall, unfortunately I don't think it was thought through to the end. But that's a matter of opinion! We had reserved in advance, which later became unnecessary as there were hardly any guests there that evening. We were greeted very friendly by the service and shown to the table. Unfortunately, neither a steak nor non-alcoholic long drinks were available because they had run out. And that at 6 p.m. on a Sunday. But the food we ordered as an alternative was very good. Whether it was a burger, currywurst or tarte flambée, everything was tasty and well prepared. And the service was very attentive and friendly. I will definitely give it another try!

A very nice restaurant with very nice service. Furnished stylishly and with love, we felt more than comfortable. Certainly also great for family celebrations. You can taste that real food is still being cooked here. World-class schnitzel and fries with salad. Also highly recommended are the spare ribs, which are always available on Thursdays. Not to forget the very tasty, freshly tapped Paderborner Pilger beer.🤗We'll be happy to come back. 👏👏👍🏽

We were there with a group of over 25 people. The food came to everyone's table almost at the same time, and big praise goes to the kitchen team and the friendly service. I've eaten burgers in three different places within four weeks and this was by far the best. The food, the service, the value for money, very good!

Very good restaurant, the service is top. The food tastes great and the portions are perfect in terms of quantity. I've been here twice so far, once for a family celebration and once for dinner. Everything here was always to our complete satisfaction. Absolute recommendation!

Super Essen, da wird aus einer eigentlich einfachen Ofenkartoffel ein Geschmackserlebnis, durch die super verarbeiteten, krossen Hähnchenstreifen. Der Pflaumen Crumble mit dem frischen Obst, sehr zu empfehlen. Bester Service, ich wurde noch nie vorher gefragt, ob ich Linkshänder bin, sehr lobenswert, bin total begeistert

Uriges Restaurant mit schöner überdachter Terrasse (fanden die Wespen auch 😕)! Wir aßen drinnen! Gemütlich eingerichtet und aufmerksames Personal! Das Essen war genial...ich hatte den Hamburger mit Pulled Pork 😋 Preis / Leistungsverhältnis absolut im Ordnung! Komme gerne wieder, wenn ich mal in der Gegend bin!

Wir haben mit unsere Firma dort wirklich schöne 6Std verbracht mit sehr leckerem Essen und guten Getränken. Es hat allen sehr gut gefallen! Weiterhin jeder vom Service war freundlich und auf Zack. Da waren wir nicht das letzte Mal! Danke und empfehlen wir gerne weiter!

Wir waren auf der Durchreise und hatten Hunger 😅 An der A44 gibt es ja kaum Raststätten, daher haben wir die Autobahn verlassen und haben ein Restaurant abseits gesucht. So sind wir bei der Fabrik angekommen. Leider genau zur Kaffeezeit. Nach Kaffee und Kuchen war uns aber gar nicht, es sollte was „handfestes“ sein. Leider macht die Küche eigentlich erst um 17 Uhr wieder auf, aber man hat uns angeboten eine Kleinigkeit zu zaubern. Wenn wir nicht zu wählerisch seien würde man uns Schnitzel, Pommes und Salat machen. Ruck zuck war alles fertig und es hat so super lecker geschmeckt. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft 🙋🏻‍♀️

Gute Auswahl Tolle Einrichtung Nettes Personal

Wir hatten einen schönen Abend in "der Fabrik". Angenehmes Ambiente, freundliche Bedienung. Das Essen war leider etwas unter unseren Erwartungen. Das Hähnchen für 15 € war angekokelt und nicht knusprig und die sehr wenigen Pommes überwürzt. Salatbeilage war gut. Schnitzel geschmacklich gut, das Fleisch aber etwas zu trocken. Die Anrichtung unserer Gerichte hatte noch Luft nach oben, auf den Tellern wäre noch Platz gewesen. Wir hatten aber trotzdem insgesamt einen angenehmen Abend.

Ein sehr gemütliches toll eingerichtetes Restaurant mit leckeren Speisen, die Speisekarte ist übersichtlich aber es ist für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei und die Speisen sind super lecker. Sehr nette und zuvorkommende Bedienung, wir waren rundum zufrieden und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Zum ersten Mal in der Fabrik gewesen....ich würde für alles 10 Sterne vergeben wenn es ginge. Ein Besuch in dem Lokal 'Die Fabrik' in Lichtenau-Husen kann man guten Gewissens empfehlen! Wunderschönes außergewöhnliches Industrie-Ambiente, gehobene Küche zu absolut fairen Preisen, da lohnt sich auch eine weitere Anfahrt. Der Koch versteht sein Handwerk, die Bedienung ist freundlich, zuvorkommend und immer zur Stelle, wenn etwas benötigt wird, ohne zu nerven. Dieses Lokal werden wir ganz sicher öfter mal besuchen.

Das Warten hat sich gelohnt. Sehr schön geworden. Modernes, gemütliches Ambiente im Industriestyle und Aktien Zwick'l vom Fass, was will man mehr? Ein super freundliches Team, welches "auf Zack" ist, rundet den Gesamteindruck ab. Ganz klare Empfehlung. 🍻 Update: Das Essen ist ebenfalls super. Ich hatte die Kürbiscremesuppe und die Ravioli und beides war top. Ebenfalls klasse sind auch die Pommes, knusprig und würzig. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
