The ribs were amazing—super tender, juicy, and perfectly seasoned! You can tell they cook with love. Absolutely recommended for anyone who loves good ribs!

You can buy delicious schnitzels there, which we enjoyed, as well as tapas and burgers, which are definitely something to be proud of. It was packed every night, so it must be good.

The salad bar is solid, and the schnitzels are truly delicious! We can recommend the Fabrik, just not the burgers. We were there with a large group (we had made reservations, of course), waited 1.5 hours for our food, and some of the meat on the pulled pork burger was still frozen. Because of the long wait, we ate around it; we were hungry. But with 2-6 people, that never happened! We avoided the restaurant for a long time after the incident, but now we eat here again occasionally!

I visited the restaurant "Die Fabrik" with my wife last night, and my experience was thoroughly positive. The ambiance of the restaurant, which is located on the edge of a holiday park and has an industrial look inside, gives the place a unique atmosphere. I had the "spare ribs." The ribs were perfectly prepared, tender and juicy, glazed with a delicious BBQ sauce that imparted a sweet and smoky flavor. The side dishes were also excellent and perfectly complemented the main course. My wife chose the sweet potato fries with tapas. The service in the restaurant was friendly and attentive, and the staff were always eager to ensure my visit was enjoyable. Overall, we highly recommend "Die Fabrik." We will definitely return to try more of the delicious dishes, for example, the schnitzels I saw other guests eating, and my wife enjoyed the other vegetarian options. Thank you very much. This was my first time at this great restaurant. A colleague recommended it to me, so the three of us went to "Die Fabrik" today. I immediately felt at home; the staff was friendly, the manager was relaxed, everything was just perfect. It was definitely not a one-off, I'll be back 😊👍 To everyone reading this: Since we had the all-you-can-eat option, the cost per person was a bit higher, but it was definitely worth it, and it was absolutely delicious!!!!!!

We visited here for the first time yesterday. And what can I say, it was simply fantastic! We received a warm welcome, received attentive and extremely friendly service, and the food was excellent. We found out about the restaurant by chance on Instagram, and since we live nearby, we decided to give it a try. What can I say, a MUST-DO for any restaurant lover. We also really liked the interior: very comfortable chairs and fantastic decor. At the end of our visit, we immediately bought a voucher for our parents. A visit here is definitely recommended. The only negative is that, unfortunately, we haven't been here before and have spent quite a few evenings here, but that will change now. Many thanks to Die Fabrik 👍

I had a steak, which was good! My husband's burger was cold. The patty wasn't made of fresh ground beef, but consisted of a thick, pre-cooked slice of "minced sausage"! Hard to describe. Overall, rather mediocre.

Overall rather disappointing. We had already heard a lot of positive things about this restaurant and were very excited. Short and sweet. The burger was quite cold. The fries were good. It was not possible to get a double portion of mayo straight away but could only be ordered after the first portion had been eaten. The acoustics were very difficult. We literally had to shout at each other. The parking situation is rather difficult, especially in the evenings. The prices are quite high. And an old lady made fun of us in the parking lot. But this has little to do with the store. We probably won't come back again. Best regards

Really great. The service and the ambience are great. Very attentive and quick. The food was great, meat was perfectly medium. We had specified 2 dogs when making the reservation and even that was taken into account and we were given a place in the quieter corner. Cocktails are also highly recommended. We would definitely like to come back.

The ambience absolutely fits the name “The Factory”, it was created with great attention to detail. The staff is very accommodating and strives to make all of the guests' wishes come true. Overall it was a very successful evening and we went home full and happy. We can absolutely recommend “Die Fabrik” and will definitely come back. Food was absolutely ok. We didn't feel very comfortable here. Guest service is not necessarily a priority. And when you go in, the staff is standing around and chatting. It's a shame for such a beautiful location.

Excellent fries, great burgers and beer. The restaurant is attached to a park for holiday homes, so it's not exactly quiet, but that's not what I would want from a burger joint anyway.

Spontaneously and without reservation... Oh dear... There would have to be a lot of thought and discussion first. This made us feel unwelcome. Finally we could sit outside (where everything was free). The waitress seated us by the dozen. I didn't like it... The food was okay. I had the meatballs (they were supposed to be homemade); But somehow they weren't that tasty, price/performance could have been better.

We celebrated a big birthday and are more than thrilled, as are our guests. The food was super tasty and, above all, enough for everyone. The advice beforehand was very friendly and implemented our wishes well. The cake in the afternoon was also really tasty. What we found particularly good was the staff, who you hardly noticed when it came to clearing the dishes. All guests were looked after very attentively and were repeatedly asked whether there was anything missing, whether everything was OK or whether there was anything left to be desired. With their pleasant, calm manner they contributed to a great day. We also found the soft music in the background positive. All in all, the 5 stars are more than deserved and I can only recommend everyone to celebrate there. We are also happy to just be guests in the factory. Continued success.

The highlight of my visit was undoubtedly the Uncle Tom's Spare Ribs dish. The ribs were perfectly cooked, tender and juicy, glazed with a delicious BBQ sauce that gave a sweet and smoky flavor. The side dishes were also excellent and complemented the main course perfectly. The service in the restaurant was friendly and attentive, and the staff always went out of their way to ensure my visit was pleasant. Overall, I can highly recommend “The Factory”. I will definitely come back to try more of the delicious dishes.

We, my family and partner went to the factory for dinner on Easter Sunday 2024. The ambience is actually similar to a factory hall, unfortunately I don't think it was thought through to the end. But that's a matter of opinion! We had reserved in advance, which later became unnecessary as there were hardly any guests there that evening. We were greeted very friendly by the service and shown to the table. Unfortunately, neither a steak nor non-alcoholic long drinks were available because they had run out. And that at 6 p.m. on a Sunday. But the food we ordered as an alternative was very good. Whether it was a burger, currywurst or tarte flambée, everything was tasty and well prepared. And the service was very attentive and friendly. I will definitely give it another try!

A very nice restaurant with very nice service. Furnished stylishly and with love, we felt more than comfortable. Certainly also great for family celebrations. We were there with a group of over 25 people. The food came to everyone's table almost at the same time, and big praise goes to the kitchen team and the friendly service. I've eaten burgers in three different places within four weeks and this was by far the best. The food, the service, the value for money, very good!
