Hello, we've been going to the Grand Hotel Häckers for years. It's always a fantastic experience: food, sauna, thermal baths, service. UNIQUE IN GERMANY

A classy, ​​sophisticated atmosphere in the café – the rest was absolutely subpar and disappointing! After a wait of about 15 minutes (with only a few tables occupied), our question about a menu was answered with a mixture of astonishment and reluctance. However, the order was taken and delivered to the next table, which also took another 10 minutes, before we were "allowed" to order. After only 5 minutes, the latte and black tea arrived, but without the freshly squeezed lemon juice, white and brown sugar, and milk advertised on the menu. There was also no bowl or anything similar for the used tea bag. The piece of cream cheese cake was okay, but the piece of Black Forest gateau was outrageously small: neither as tall as normal, nor so narrow that it was almost impossible to stand on. It didn't taste bad, but the look and taste suggested it was a Coppenrath & Wiese cake from the freezer. If you're (or want to be) a "grand hotel," this standard should be reflected not only in the prices, but also in the quality of the service and food!

For the premium hotel, location and price we would have expected a higher level of cuisine and sophistication. Its was quite disappointing. The level of the restaurant is just ok, what you would get in any provincial German restaurant. Presentation of the food is stuck somewhere in the 2000s. Croquettes, potatoes chunks with parsley, canned veggies in the salad. Meat and fish was alright, but we had the overall impression its like having lunch at your grandma's. Cut the price - 30% and expectations meet what you get.

Ik heb hier gegeten, het was niet slecht maar wel heel ouderwets. Je waant je 30 jaar terug in de tijd. Veel te duur, de kwaliteit is niet geweldig

Benedetti zu bewerten ist nicht einfach, besticht es doch durch ein beeindruckendes Setting, die Speisekarte ist aus dem vorherigen Jahrhundert, kaum ein Gericht ohne „Rahm“ in irgendeiner Form, die Jakobsmuschelnauf Risotto und die Seezunge können wir nicht empfehlen, auch der Service hat Luft nach oben. Wer die Räumlichkeiten genießen möchte, der sollte dafür ins Benedetti kommen. Kulinarische Highlights in Bad Ems zu suchen, scheint vergebens zu sein ... da würden wir die Top Restaurants in Koblenz empfehlen!

Difficile de décrire l'endroit, c'est grandiose et splendide. Le personnel est parfait, tout comme le service, les plats et les vins. Chaque table est superbement dressée avec un beau nappage et une vaisselle de luxe et les clients sont traités avec le plus grand soin. Rien à redire, c'est parfait
