Great Greek restaurant! A wide selection on the menu. The waiters are hardworking and very friendly. The restaurant is clean and cozy. We'll be back! We had baked feta, pepperoni with garlic, and the Poseidon platter! There's plenty to satisfy everyone!

Excellent food! impeccable service!

It was supposed to be a cozy evening at a Greek restaurant with good friends. Thanks to the discount voucher booklet, we like to try new places, and the reviews were good. So we gave it a go. Cozy – yes, classically decorated, noisy but not too loud. A friendly welcome. Two of us only ordered main courses, while we also had an appetizer. Drinks arrived quickly, including ouzo, but without us asking. It's a shame when three people at the table don't want alcohol; the glasses were then useless. The appetizer arrived promptly, as did the salad. But the main courses arrived while we were still finishing our appetizers. We were left with the choice of either finishing the appetizer and letting the main course get cold, or leaving half the appetizer uneaten. That's not the kind of timing I expect in a restaurant. The food was of good quality, but all very bland, not at all what I'm used to from the many Greek restaurants I know. Without salt and pepper, everything was rather tasteless. However, this was the case with all the main courses at our table, so it wasn't an isolated incident. It could have been a pleasant evening if the waiter hadn't simply snatched the plate away from under my nose while I still had my cutlery in my hand—I wanted to help myself to the leftovers from my wife's meal—without asking. Honestly, I was speechless. That unfortunately ruined the whole evening. Dessert was neither necessary nor desired. And no further drinks either. Pay and leave. When I openly criticized the waiter's behavior towards the owner, who came to collect the payment, I received an "sorry," but I expected a bit more from a host. I don't need freebies or another shot, but I didn't feel like I was being taken seriously. Unfortunately, a fast-food restaurant would have been better, as they also offer little service—but you know that beforehand. I often suspect that when you show up with a discount voucher, restaurant owners are more annoyed by it than interested in the opportunity to attract new customers.

It's a sports bar. The interior was pleasant with a view of the football action outside. The food was fantastic, with huge portions. You definitely get your money's worth here. The place was very busy from about 6 pm onwards, so reservations are recommended. It took about 35 minutes for the meat and fish dishes to be ready (when the restaurant was full). Parking is no problem.

Thanks to the Schlemmerblock (a discount voucher booklet), we've found another Greek restaurant! The welcome was very friendly! The service was very friendly and quick with the drinks! We had taramasalata as a starter, which was excellent. My husband ordered bifteki, which was absolutely delicious. I love gyros and calamari, and that was also very good. Our friend had a lamb shank. She raved about it, and her husband had one of the delicious Greek platters. The portions are generous. Thank you so much for this wonderful, delicious evening! We will definitely come back even without the Schlemmerblock, because the price, service, and quality are 100% perfect here.

Unfortunately, we found the door locked today: company holiday. No notice on the website, really poor service.

We had a reservation for Sunday evening. There was still room in the garden as the restaurant was already full. No problem! The weather was great, but the restaurant wasn't open. When we got there, we were shown to our table in the very busy beer garden. The waiter was friendly and very polite. After studying the menu, we decided on a Tarama as a starter, followed by a Cretan plate and calamari with gyros, both with fries and salad. Tarama came to the table very quickly... one of the best Tarama I have ever eaten, although I always wonder why only a few Greeks manage to serve halfway fresh (it can even be home-baked...) white bread on a Sunday evening. It's a real shame, but this restaurant is unfortunately no exception. As for the main courses: generous portions! My Cretan plate with suvlaki, gyros and liver was very good, it was missing a bit of salt, but you can fix that yourself. Tzatziki was very good. The salad, Hmmm, I'd say it was good but not a hit (iceberg, a couple of pomegranate seeds, a bit of cheese and a bit of balsamic cream). My wife had gyros and calamari. The gyros were great (I can only confirm this) but the baked calamari were unfortunately soggy and tasteless. Perhaps the thing with the salad and the bread was because the restaurant is closed on August 18th, but that shouldn't happen. Drinks... we both had a cola wheat beer but unfortunately the pour was 2cm under the calibration mark. Long story short. The food was OK, service top-notch, the atmosphere was fine. I said I'll come back here for dinner after my holiday, I'm excited to see if my theory about the company holiday is right.

What a shame! A real shame! The meal began with very good starters at reasonable prices! The meat dishes just about met our expectations. However, the fish dishes weren't quite what we expected, so the evening couldn't be called a complete success. It simply lacked a Mediterranean touch! Drink prices are reasonable! Parking is available.

We went to Michael's today with eight people. We discovered the restaurant through the Schlemmer Block magazine. The food is beautifully presented. The salad is topped with Parmesan and pomegranate seeds, which tastes really great. The saganaki with cranberries is also excellent. We were very satisfied. Must-try: Greek-style souvlaki.

The restaurant was well attended and beautifully decorated. Great service but it was so loud that you could hardly understand your own words. Over 8 euros for a maximum of 7 fried, thin slices of eggplant is a lot in my opinion. The portions are large - but the gyros were well burned and the bifteki was also completely dry. All in all, a solid Greek restaurant, but we don't visit it anymore.

Greek sports restaurant in Kornburg. Located via stairs on the first floor. The food was decent, the service wasn't unfriendly and the atmosphere is like that of a sports restaurant. All in all ok but nothing special.

Went to dinner at Michael's today and I really have to write that it was really very good. The gyros were very crispy and well seasoned and the calamari was very soft and good. The salad was good with a light balsamic sauce and went well. The restaurant was beautifully decorated for Christmas and was very cozy. The service was always courteous and always asked whether something was needed or how it tasted. I think even with a one-way trip of 30 km it was worth it and without the gourmet block we would never have visited the restaurant. Thank you for the nice evening with good food. 👍🏻

We came here in search of a new Greek regular because we had already been guests here two years ago and had good memories of the restaurant. In contrast to our ancient Greeks, nothing has changed here. The prices are reasonable, the portions are so big that we were able to take some home with us (rare to find) and the taste is as great as it was back then. I would say that the criteria for becoming a new native Greek are met 😉

The team is really great and even though there is always a lot going on, they are always polite and available to chat. We often eat there with the whole family and the food is always great! We usually have our dog with us and he feels very comfortable there. The restaurant has an indoor and outdoor area and the toilets are always clean

Why wander into the distance when... or at least something like that if you ignore a slight time difference. It was time for a family trip again and thankfully the weather allowed us to sit outside. Slightly ahead of us, the boss came to see us by chance on the way there, and the service on site was always balanced, attentive and discreet - every request was responded to appropriately. The portions were absolutely appropriate in terms of appearance and quantity and there were suitable containers for the small remainder. In my opinion, the prices are completely reasonable. Very tasty food and very generous portions. Unfortunately, the service last time left something to be desired. We were there with about 20 people. When the room was full, it not only took hours until we were given drinks one by one, but empty plates or glasses were not cleared away. Every leap year someone would drop by as an alibi, but they would deliberately overlook everything that would be associated with clearing away. Only when you got up and gave notice did someone come to take orders, for example. When the food was delivered, the service was so haphazard and I didn't know what was missing. The icing on the cake was when we were all still eating, with the dishes still uncleared, the staff started to remodel the room. With loud rumblings, it went from a cozy meal to a construction site atmosphere within seconds. A real no-go! Couldn't that have waited until the last guests left the restaurant? Or was the messy table cleared? We then quickly left the construction site. Unfortunately, this time it didn't leave a good impression. We also had to bring our own decorations and beautiful napkins (for a party of around 20 people) but then we had to see how the loudly rearranged tables were beautifully decorated. Honestly? What's that supposed to mean? You really feel like you're being taken for a ride! That's not service. Pro: we didn't have to clear the table ourselves or do the dishes. thank you very much

Überraschungseffekt mit einem großen WOW Tolles Essen, ob original Griechisch oder auch deutsche Küche. Waren das erste mal dort.. Der erste Eindruck zur Lage..oh Gott..das ist alles nicht so prickelnd..doch dann im Lokal..freundlicher Empfang, sehr gute Speisenauswahl und gutes Preis .-Leistungsverhältnis. Sehr gutes Essen (hatte Saloniki Teller) , unsere Freunde Schnitzel mit Pommes und Salat( war auch sehr schön angerichtet und schmeckte super). Wir werden wieder kommen… garantiert

The service was so bad that we left after waiting over 30 minutes. They didn’t even come over to bring a menu (I had to go over and find it) or take a drink order. Given that we were travelling and eating out with a toddler, it was completely unacceptable. The server seemed annoyed that we couldn’t speak German and actively avoided us while engaging with German customers. Ironically, a family we met at our Gasthof (who also couldn’t speak German) had an identical experience. They too said they left after waiting 30 minutes before the server told them they were out of gyros and other basic staples. Might be a good place to eat if you’re local and can speak German, but if you’re travelling across the country or on holiday but cannot speak the language fluently, I would highly recommend that you avoid.

Typisches griechisches Essen für Deutsche. Schmeckt gut. Service sehr schnell und zuvorkommend. Ist halt ein Sportheim, und außen gepflasterte Terrasse mit Schirmen ohne großen Schnickschnack oder Wohlfühlatmosphäre. Bassd scho.

Hier passt alles,und wir können sogar hin laufen, dann können wir getrost die vielen gratis Ouzos trinken .....jamas!!

Das Restaurant bei Michael liegt auf dem Gelände des TSV Kornburg, in dem unscheinbar wirkenden Restaurant gibt es eine hervorragende Griechische Küche. Die Speisen werden immer frisch zubereitet und die Qualität des Essens ist sehr gut. Ich kann das Restaurant uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Waren zu einer Familienfeier eingeladen. Essen war als Buffet aufgebaut. Sehr gut! Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.

Die Qualität ist gleichbleibend gut. Original griechische Souvlakis, Gyros, Calamari - alles lecker. Allerdings wurden die Teller teilweise kleiner. Die Portion Tzatziki war schon mal größer und die Preise sind trotzdem gestiegen. Ob wir das weiterhin bezahlen möchten, ist fraglich. Letzes Mal hat der Teller wohl noch in der Küche gestanden. Das Fleisch war nicht mehr heiß.
