We were there on a day when it was very busy... Unfortunately we didn't like it at all, very, very long waiting time, 2nd round of drinks after 1 hour just because we actively asked, the food took 1 3/4 hours and then even 1 meal came wrong... All in all not a successful evening...

We often go to the great restaurant with our cycling group. Service is great, food is delicious and plentiful, beautiful large beer garden, with a children's playground and a view of the airport. Everything is just right here...we always enjoy coming by!!

Short version: Absolute recommendation! The food is very tasty, all dishes are freshly prepared and the salad bar is regularly replenished. The staff is very friendly, always up for a little fun and you can tell that the guests enjoy being served. We'll definitely be back!

I'll start with the wait staff, everyone is in a good mood and super friendly. The food is super tasty and the price is right for these days. I can only recommend this restaurant.

Had lunch with you in a small group on the occasion of a 90th birthday. I would particularly like to mention both the excellent food and the loving treatment of the person celebrating his birthday. Here the guest is actually king.

The restaurant is nice but the staff is unfriendly and very slow. In plague weather like on Sunday with the beautiful events. Where many people come to see real old automobile history.

We were there with 4 people, the steaks were 1a and the other two meals were also great, great service, always a relaxed saying, we'll definitely be back

Bin spontan zum Mittagessen eingekehrt und wurde sehr freundlich begrüßt. Das bestellte Getränk kam schnell und auch aufs Essen musste ich auch nicht lange warten. Für Berufstätige in der Mittagspause daher sehr zu empfehlen! Meine Rigatoni à la Chef waren sehr cremig & lecker, mit ordentlich Schinken und Erbsen mit richtig Eigengeschmack. Sehr umfangreiche Karte mit Pizza / Pasta, Fisch, Fleisch und veg. Öffnungszeiten im Sommer ab 11h, nicht erst ab 17h. Der Blick von der Terrasse direkt aufs Rollfeld ist einmalig! Selbst an einem gewöhnlichen Dienstagmittag gab es mehrere Starts & Landungen. Freundlicher, aufmerksamer Service; leckeres Essen, faire Preise & tolle Umgebung. Sehr angenehmes Publikum. Gerne wieder!

Hello, I ordered a table for two people with a romantic decoration, the table was set so beautifully that it brought tears to our eyes in Europe. Unasked, 2 small bottles of water arrive instead of the large bottle ordered with the comment that the large ones are sold out. The salad with the chanterelles in baked potatoes consists exclusively of iceberg lettuce. Loud conversations between staff and guests across tables...

Can only be recommended. Price-performance ratio is right. The food was super tasty and large portions. Everyone gets fed up. We will be back definitely

Everything was very tasty today and, above all, freshly prepared. We came to you based on a recommendation and chose a house platter for two people from the menu. It was plentiful, we barely managed to eat it all 😉 Please maintain this quality - and the good service from the waiters is of course also a positive thing. We will come back.

Hello, We celebrated our wedding with about 82 friends at Mario's on Saturday June 22nd, 2024. From the advice on choosing the food to the design of the restaurant, everything was perfect. The collaboration with the other companies, such as flowers, music, cakes, etc. was also completely relaxed. Even rearranging the chairs and setting the tables after the free wedding ceremony was completely silent while the guests were congratulating them, so many were surprised that there was suddenly a beautiful table on the terrace for eating. Went to the restaurant for lunch today with the whole family. Service and quality of the food were perfect, and the price-performance ratio was right. Particularly friendly service and great location. Will eat here more often now.

Went there for the first time today. We are very surprised that there is still a restaurant like this in Hamm: beautiful surroundings directly at the airport with a beautiful children's playground that can be easily seen from the terrace. The food left nothing to be desired, from the salad to a fresh and delicious main course. The highlight, however, was the waiter (Elvis). Since we were there with our dog, we initially just wanted a drink, then one Go for a walk and then eat there. After our first drink, I wanted to pay and reserve a table. The waiter said I should pay later when we come back to eat!! Where else can you find something like that today?? Trust in complete strangers...that's what I call hospitality and knowledge of human nature. Thank you very much for this and for the successful lunch!! Nicely located, we were there for a funeral coffee drink. Tables were very well set, sandwiches and cakes were plentifully served and drinks were constantly being replenished.

We've been there several times for lunch. It was always great However, today we were very disappointed. Had ordered a table for 8 people for lunch a few weeks ago. Lt. The current menu includes a lunch menu up to and including Saturday. We would also like to eat afterwards, but the question of where this map is was answered with a short answer of a simple one: it no longer exists. If we had known this beforehand, we certainly would not have ordered the table. Although the food was very good, it wasn't what we would have liked to eat.

We discovered this place by chance because we were looking for lunch. It is beautifully located at Hamm airfield with a view of the airfield. The ambience is very well coordinated. The welcome was friendly, the tables were set invitingly. It's rare to find a lunch menu with soup, main course and dessert, so we were very pleasantly surprised. The service was polite and courteous and the food was brought quickly. It was very tasty and more than plentiful. We really felt very comfortable. Price-performance ratio excellent. If we are in Hamm again, we would love to come back.

I went to many restaurants in the North-Rhine Westphalen area and this is one of my favourites. The food is delicious and even though many people were at the restaurant, my order came in at about 15 minutes and it tasted great. The scenery is beautiful, too. The staff were very nice and friendly and made the experience even better.

We've eaten there a few times now. The quality and quantity of the dishes were always top. We also always liked the salad buffet. The staff is always very nice. The location is very attractive and when the weather is good we enjoy sitting on the terrace.

Everything perfect. The food is great and the staff is very friendly, a great team. For steak lovers, I can recommend the Black Angus entrecôte or rump steak. We discovered the restaurant a year ago and have been guests there several times. The service is very warm, attentive and quick...even when it's full. Waiter Elvis in particular is hard to beat as a service person. The food is always very tasty, fresh and well seasoned. Requests or meal alternatives are no problem. In addition to the normal menu, there is also an extra menu (Oktoberfest week, wild boar dishes, etc.) which offers a great selection. The desserts are also a dream at very reasonable prices. The restaurant is always clean (including the sanitary facilities) and the outdoor terrace is the absolute highlight when the weather is nice with plenty of seating, a playground and a great view. Friends who were there with us are now regular customers themselves. Dear airfield team, we are always happy to come to you.

I was here at lunchtime with my family, there was a man at the counter talking loudly on the phone in his own language for at least 20 minutes, I was surprised, he hadn't paid any attention to us, the service was distant but nice, the prices were cheap, but I I don't think I would recommend this place...

Eine reichliche Auswahl an Hauptgerichten mit Salat von der Salatbar, Suppe und Dessert zu einem guten Preis. Die Gerichte sind frisch angefertigt. Man kann vom Restaurant aus den landenden und startenden Flugzeugen zuschauen. Mal etwas anderes.

Wir waren heute zu zweit spontan zum Mittagessen. Der Empfang war freundlich und wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Wir haben 2 verschiedene Filet Gerichte gewählt und es hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt. Nach dem Essen hatten wir die Wahl zwischen einem Nachtisch oder einen Schnaps. Die gebotene Schokocreme war super. Ich finde diese kleine Aufmerksamkeit eine sehr schöne Idee. Der spontane Besuch in diesem gemütlichen Restaurant mit sehr nettem Personal und einen schönen Ausblick hat uns rundum gut gefallen und wir kommen bald wieder.

Von zwölf Personen,die wir waren,gab es keinen der unzufrieden war. Das Salatbuffet war super....vor allem sehr sauber. Die Bedienung war sehr aufmerksam und überaus freundlich. Dieses Restaurant ist definitiv super und nur zu empfehlen.
