The tuber is a culinary highlight in Hamm! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ As a frequent guest, both in the restaurant and in the take-out service, I am always impressed by the quality and freshness of the dishes at the Knolle. Whether potato casserole, baked potato, potato pancake pizza or “Rustic” pork loin, every dish is a culinary delight. Ms. Debus and her team are excellent at warmly welcoming their guests with their friendly and open manner and creating a pleasant atmosphere. Even if you arrive with a large group (parents' meeting at the daycare center, team meeting, etc.), everything runs smoothly. An absolute must and my pure recommendation for lovers of German cuisine! 😊👍🏼

We got a taste for it through further training near the restaurant. Approximately every 6-8 weeks, when there were face-to-face classes, we stopped by "Die Knolle" because everything was right here. The food is very tasty, the staff is friendly and the restaurant has a feel-good atmosphere. I can only recommend it.

There were 6 of us eating at the Knolle, 5 of us had made a good choice. I ordered the cart of crap and it lived up to its name, overcooked green beans, the meat was just fine but for a restaurant called Knolle the fried potatoes were totally disappointing. I hope if I go there again to eat I won't be disappointed again.

It's very tasty what you can do with potatoes. Average price. We were here on Wednesday and it was pretty crowded! Therefore, be sure to make a reservation or call in advance for spontaneous visits.

With a number of people of 7, we had a table for 7:30 p.m. Our table was still occupied and we were allowed to have our first drink at the bar. The ambience invites you to linger, so you can easily forget the time. Of course, no one will be kicked out immediately. A wide selection of draft beer and non-alcoholic drinks is unexpectedly large. The selection of dishes is quite large, but still manageable! !!!!!! There is a separate menu for vegetarians and vegans! The food was very tasty. From the starter to the main course to the dessert. Highly recommended! Little note: The restaurant is very cozy, tables are (probably) served one after the other. So you should bring “time”. Thanks for the evening.

We went there without a reservation and got a table. The staff are all very nice and the food was delicious. We'll definitely be back.

It was probably once a neighborhood pub, as everything inside suggests it. We were guests at a wedding reception and we really enjoyed it there. The buffet food was plentiful and certainly covered many tastes. If you want to eat there as a normal guest, I recommend kek, call and book a table. We drove back to Münster with a good feeling.

Unfortunately we had to wait 1.5 hours for our food. It wasn't overcrowded on Mondays. The fried potatoes were totally mushy - strange in a potato restaurant. The schnitzel and salad were good. The second drink was also forgotten.

We were greeted with a delicious starter (potato bread with homemade sour cream). The prices are perfectly fine. Everything we tried there was very tasty. I can highly recommend the schnitzel with the curry chili sauce and fruits.

We discovered this “potato house” years ago on a bike tour and have been there many times since. Since it is located a bit outside in a residential area, it is not easy to notice it. As the name suggests, everything related to potatoes is available here - always fresh and delicious. Sitting in the cozy interior is just as nice as outside in the small beer garden. The nice boss and her ladies offer friendly and attentive service.

I was there once many years ago and didn't like it that much. A few weeks ago I was there again and I don't know why I didn't like it back then. The food was bomb, tasted great, you could taste the freshness and that it was homemade and everything was very nicely prepared. The staff was very nice. In terms of taste, it was the best meal I've had in a long time.

Modern restaurant, friendly staff, value for money OK. Fried potatoes were very fatty and only a few were roasted. Everything else from the food was really tasty. Toilet cannot be locked.

You have to bring some time. We liked the food, but the country beer and Bitburger were too warm for me.

Very nice restaurant with very tasty and rich - mostly potato - dishes. The service was quick and great. The prices were reasonable and entirely justified. We felt very comfortable here and will certainly come back.

A nice restaurant with an exceptional number of interesting dishes. The three of us ate there and everyone enjoyed it very much. The buffer pizza was very exciting and I can only recommend it. By the way, vegetarians have no problems here. There are numerous dishes on a separate page in the menu.

Such a cute little place. As the name “Die Knolle” suggests, the focus of the dishes is on the potatoes. We had potato pancakes with different toppings. Something new, but really tasty. Full points from me. We will come back in any case.

We had booked a table for 7 p.m. When we arrived our table was still occupied and people had to finish their drinks quickly to clear the table for us. This took about 10 minutes. Unfortunately, when we sat down, nothing else happened. No order was taken for us. There was no menu and we were completely ignored. After 30 minutes we left the restaurant. Sorry, that doesn't work at all. Very unfortunate. Getting up and leaving was the only option as there was no one to talk to.

Food served first class and original. Large portions at the best price. Extremely friendly service. Relatively narrow in the restaurant, so the background noise is not so pleasant.

So far we have always been satisfied. Of course the speed of the service needs improvement - but when we had our last meal and the meat was tough, we immediately complained about it and the answer we received from the kitchen was "it would be better next time". The fact that they didn't give out dessert, schnapps or anything as compensation left us a bit speechless. You won't see us again for the time being.

Delicious food, great service. However, for some dishes the portions are very small (children's plates) but they only charged half the price. Unfortunately I also had to wait 1 hour for a schnapps. Otherwise it was a very nice evening in a nice atmosphere.

We ordered take-away food and were completely satisfied. We were there shortly before the agreed time to pick up and the friendly service staff told us straight away that the food was still in the works. The fact that you have to wait a moment (especially) at Christmas wasn't a problem for us. The food was packaged very well, nothing leaked and we were able to enjoy a delicious and hot meal at home. Gladly again at any time.

The tablecloth had 2 small stains from previous guests. When we sat down at the table, the first thing they did was change the tablecloth without us saying anything. As always, lots of guests. Wir waren vor Corona dort und ich muss sagen, es hat sich in den 3 Jahren nichts verändert. Top Service, superleckeres Essen. Gern wieder ‼️

Ich war leider sehr enttäuscht. Hatte mich sehr auf die Reibeplätzchen gefreut, die kamen jedoch halb roh zum Tisch. Von außen sah es gut gebräunt aus, innen waren die Kartoffelfäden noch ganz hart. Schade.. Vom Personal wurden wir nicht einmal gefragt, ob alles in Ordnung ist oder ob es schmeckt. Abgesehen davon waren aber alle freundlich.

Wir haben die Knolle ausgesucht, da wir etwas in der Nähe zum MaxiPark brauchten und haben es sehr gut getroffen. Eine große Auswahl an Gerichten mit den verschiedenen Varianten unserer Kartoffel. Die Portionen sind gut bemessen, auch was die Fleischportionen anging, dazu noch normale Preise. Große Getränkeauswahl, gepflegtes Bier, freundliche und aufmerksame Bedienung, was will man mehr,

Das Essen ist immer noch reichhaltig, frisch und sehr lecker. Mittlerweile ist auch der Service sehr aufmerksam, war früher schon mal schleppend. Eine absolute Empfehlung.

Von der Reservierung bis zum Dessert. Mehr als Top. Guter und schneller Service. Mega lecker. Absolut zu empfehlen. Kleiner Tipp. Reserviert. Lohnt sich.

Das Lokal war gut besucht. Es gab eine große Auswahl an attraktiven Speisen. Alles war lecker und ausreichend viel. Leider gab es längere Zeiten, in denen wir kein Servicepersonal gesehen haben und von der Bestellung des Desserts bis zur Lieferung vergingen mehr als 40 Minuten. Bei einem Dessert wurde ohne Hinweis die Eissorte getauscht. Für einen Allergiker hätte das gefährlich werden können. Schade. Ohne diese leichten Minuspunkte, wäre es ein rundherum gelungener Abend gewesen.

Hoher Lärmpegel. Nette Räumlichkeiten . Nettes Personal. Das Essen ist gut. Vegan, vegetarisch, Fleisch. Die Menge ist etwas zu klein. Nicht ganz preiswert.

Nach langer Zeit wieder mal die Knolle besucht und es hat sich echt gelohnt. Super Speisekarte und die Gerichte sind sehr lecker, hier findet jeder etwas.

Tolles kleines Restaurant mit schöner Karte. Kartoffeln stehen nicht nur im Vordergrund. Auch Fisch und Fleisch ist sehr schmackhaft. Die Bedienungen sind sehr freundlich. Alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Preis Leistung passen.

Auf der Durchreise sind auf dieses tolle Restaurant gestoßen. Sehr leckeres Essen und ein hervorragender Service. Auch hat uns das Ambiente sehr gut gefallen.

Wir (2Personen) bekamen ein leckeres,bodenständiges, gut gewürztes Essen an den Tisch. Es hat uns gut geschmeckt. Das Restaurant machte an sich einen guten,gemütlichen und sauberen Eindruck.Wir hatten einen Sitzplatz im Außenbereich, der meiner Meinung nach etwas stiefmütterlich behandelt wurde. Der Service, an sich freundlich, kam nur leider viel zu selten nach Draußen, keine Nachfrage, ob alles in Ordnung ist und wir mussten zu viel auf uns selbst aufmerksam machen. Es dauerte 70 Minuten bis unser Essen da war. Gemessen an der Art des Essens und den besetzten Sitzplätzen doch etwas lange. Deshalb ein Stern weniger. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen,aber dann muss uns der Service etwas mehr überzeugen!

Es war unser erster Besuch dort. Aber sicher nicht der letzte .... Das Essen kam zügig für alle (11 Personen) war äußerst schmackhaft und nett angerichtet. Der Service ließ keine Wünsche offen! 👍

Wir waren hier mit 8 Personen und jeder von uns war mit seinem Essen zufrieden. Die Knoblauchsuppe ist sehr empfehlenswert. Die Fisch- und Pfifferlinggerichte waren ein Traum.

Die Knoblauchsuppe eine absolute Empfehlung! Die Jumbopuffer auch lecker, die Calamri nicht trocken wie so oft in anderen Häusern, sowie der Hammerteller mit super leckeren Schnitzel - gerne wieder mal.

Eigentlich war die Knolle immer gut, aber in letzter Zeit lange Wartezeiten. Ausserdem war mein Essen nicht so lecker wie davor. Bratkartoffeln waren nicht knusprig, Fleisch (Medaillons) war zu trocken. Aber es gibt ja noch andere leckere Gerichte dort.

Gutes Essen in einer angenehmen Atmosphäre mit einem sehr freundlichem Personal. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Ich war das zweite mal in der Knolle. Essen wie auch beim ersten mal sehr lecker. Wir waren zu dritt und mussten leider sehr lange warten bis wir etwas zu trinken bestellen konnten da wäre noch Platz für Verbesserung. Sonst war alles top auch die anderen Gerichte waren lecker wie mir berichtet wurde. Wer mit dem Auto kommt sollte in der Nebenstraße mit ein wenig suchen auch ein Parkplatz finden. Es kann draußen wie deinen gegessen werden drin ist es sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und draußen ist ein wenig Biergarten Flair.

Kleines, unscheinbares Lokal. Leckeres Essen, faire Preise, nette und schnelle Bedienung. Gern wieder.

Wir haben im Juni unsere Goldene Hochzeit bei Ihnen gefeiert - alle unsere Gäste und natürlich auch wir waren begeistert von den Speisen, der phantasievollen Dekoration, dem aufmerksamen Service und der Beratung. Das mit Ihrer Hilfe zusammengestellte Menü war schlichtweg phantastisch. Eine Goldene Hochzeit feiert man nicht zweimal... bei anderen Gelegenheiten kommen wir bestimmt auf Sie zurück!!

Für mich eines der schönsten und mit der besten Restaurants in Hamm.

Das Essen ist gut bis sehr gut, ausreichend und im Preis angemessen. Der Service ist, bedingt durch hohe Auslastung, grenzwertig langatmig. Die Räumlichkeiten sind ziemlich beengt und akustisch eine nervige Belastung für empfindliche Ohren. Die sanitären Anlagen sind gepflegt und leicht zugänglich. Im Sommer können Rollstuhlfahrer im Außenbereich Plätze finden, allerdings m.W. ohne WC-Zugang. Auf jeden Fall ist eine Vorabreservierung dringend anzuraten, denn sonst bekommt man kaum einen Platz.
