Places family owned and it shows they take a lot of pride and everything they do always feel welcome and they're always ready to receive customers foods excellent I can't say it anymore it's just perfect. Just show you know they take reservations that's the best way to get in and get a table quickly. They also have a beer garden we ate there once as well but it is seasonal.

The restaurant welcomes you with 80s charm. But not run-down, rather very neat and clean. The service is friendly and attentive. Classic German food, plentiful and delicious. We'd be happy to come back. Now an update: new owner for the past 1 1/2 years. The cuisine is now Balkan style. But very tasty. Very attentive service and a friendly manager. The interior has been beautifully spruced up. Highly recommended.

Hello cycling friends! Today was our first time at Haus Paschen and we wanted to have a drink in the beer garden. Since we were on our bikes, we wanted to park them near the beer garden. After a brief (but insistent) instruction from the manager about where to park our bikes, we complied and used the (hidden) bike racks! Then we were told that the beer garden was closed due to the inclement weather. We were invited inside and given a table for four. Up until then, everything was fine! We received our drink orders and the menu. But since we only wanted a drink and didn't want anything to eat, we were immediately treated disparagingly. There was almost a fundamental discussion about what a beer garden is for, the idea of ​​which, in our opinion, is "In the beer garden, you have a drink." Unfortunately, the staff in charge didn't share this insight. Our conclusion: "Once and never again!"

Highly recommended!! Haus Paschen impresses with its good selection of dishes, very friendly and competent service, and a pleasant ambiance, even with the option of sitting outside in nice weather. Four of us were there, and we were all impressed by the excellent quality and taste of the food. The drink selection is also good. They also offer Bavarian beer on tap, as well as several varieties from the Sasse distillery in Münsterland for a nightcap. I think everyone will leave feeling well-fed and satisfied.

The food was good, the service was friendly and funny. 4 stars because we waited almost an hour for our food, and guests who arrived after us got their food before us. We enjoyed it and will be back.

By far the best Balkan restaurant in Hamm! ALL reviews from 18 months ago should be deleted. A different tenant was in charge of this place then. Unfortunately, Google doesn't recognize such things. Superb, delicious schnitzel with first-class side dishes.

We just ate at Haus Paschen. Just like at the end of June, everything was excellent. There were seven of us, and everyone was completely satisfied. The food was excellent. Note: This post was written after the reopening and seems to have "stuck" in the past. We are now regular guests and remain very satisfied. New tenant, new menu, new attempt at Sunday family dinners. The decor has become truly beautiful without completely losing its traditional character. The staff is very friendly and competent. The menu is extensive and the food plentiful and delicious. It's great value for money! We can unconditionally recommend the Cufurovic family at Haus Paschen. Thank you for this enrichment. And family dinners will be more frequent again.

For us, the best restaurant in Hamm—accommodating and super friendly! The food and atmosphere are top-notch. We haven't had such a good schnitzel in a long time, and the salmon dish is a dream. The fried potatoes are delicious, spicy, and crispy. We'll be coming here regularly from now on! Thank you, and see you next time.

Recommended with much advance praise, so expectations were high. Service was quite fast, communication wasn't particularly friendly, but acceptable. 3 different cuts of meat on the plate: poultry, pork, and beef... The pork fillet was unfortunately too dry, and the mushrooms weren't particularly fresh...!? The appetizers were excellent! There's still room for improvement overall, and then the price will be reasonable at some point. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that things will improve.

After the Cufurovic family took over, Haus Paschen was transformed into a great restaurant within a year. Good food, attentive service and a nice atmosphere. We always like to come back. Please note that the negative reviews that still exist relate almost entirely to the time with the old operator. It's a shame that there isn't a clean separation here.

Haus Paschen in Lohauserholz has finally become a tasteful restaurant. Not only is the cuisine a delight, but also the ambience. Tastefully furnished...a place where you immediately feel at home. The owners and staff are very accommodating...and you feel very well looked after....finally an enrichment for our neighborhood in the spirit....and food is to die for....

I often had dinner with my friend. If you are a fan of friendly service, delicious food with a selection of meat and fish or even vegetables, I recommend this place to you, dear guests! The quality of my fillet medium or entrecotè was always consistently great. Last time there was a vegetable pan, which, as usual, was an absolute culinary delight! Important for you: The restaurant is very busy, so make a reservation in advance :)

It's cozy and the staff is really nice, but I still have to criticize the food. The chef managed to fry a good quality steak all the way through, dry and no longer juicy at all, the sauce was clearly from the package and the fried potato was soggy and not crispy. Only the Mediterranean vegetables were tasty. It's a shame for the price, you'd expect more

We (regulars' table, 8 men) went to Haus Paschen for Christmas dinner today. The dishes we ordered were OK, but the troops definitely have to do something about the filling side dishes, i.e. fries! This is the worst quality product available on the market. Otherwise everything was good! The food for all 8 men was on the table in no time. Drinks were served quickly. So positive conclusion! The restaurant is recommended.

For my birthday party we ordered platters to pick up for 15 people. The pickup was on time, the records were perfectly packaged! Thank you again for my birthday wine bottle! The dishes were delicious and absolutely filling! My guests were thrilled with the delicious variety of different types of meat, side dishes and salads! Absolutely recommendable restaurant... we went spontaneously on a Saturday and got a table reserved. Unfortunately, at peak times we had to wait a long time for drinks and food, but with the funny and, above all, warm service, we felt at home and were able to pass the time well...
