Restaurant Am Bismarckturm in Velbert

Food was good, the waitress alone was overwhelmed. The big hit came when paying. Higher prices on the computer than on the map. The boss couldn't handle the ordering and billing computer either and got sour and blamed his (guilty) waitress... that doesn't work

So far I've only had the kebab. Not the best I've ever eaten, but definitely the best in Neviges! If not the best in Velbert... I've already tried many shops in Velbert! Delicious skewer (not just minced meat), fresh salad and very tasty sauces! And price/performance unbeatable!!! The operators are very friendly! I haven't tried delivery yet. So if you complain about the delivery, just go there yourself. The ambience is completely ok for a snack bar, it's just not a restaurant. To those who complain about bad German... Yes, maybe it could be better, but I always had a little small talk and we understood each other! People work very hard as self-employed people (see opening hours, 7 days a week), so a little respect!!! Definitely my new favorite kebab in the area!

Alberto is just bad, unfriendly and very expensive. If I win the lottery at some point I can afford it again. Portions are small and expensive

Ordered 2 pizzas for just under 40 euros, dough like rubber and toppings watery.

So the food was delicious as always. I am very sad that the brewery in Velbert is closing. I will really miss the good food and the easy-going sayings of the waitress. There's also something about the rustic atmosphere that makes me immediately feel at home there. I will really miss you, all the best to all the employees 😊
