The driver drops the food. There was no replacement. I ordered there almost every other day. Now I'm looking for a new delivery service!

Ordered pizza today: - pineapple onion with garlic, - Sucuk Hollandaise, spicy, garlic, cheese crust, - two herb butters. Order history and costs: Ordered via Lieferando! Said 25 minutes after ordering, arrived 49 minutes after ordering. No status update in Lieferando portal. 27.10 euros paid plus 2 euros delivery fees, plus 0.29 euros Paypal fees. Driver: Rarely have I experienced such an underground driver, opens the door, gives you your order along with spam (waste paper). The driver didn't even look you in the face, he held out his hand for a tip. Appearance / taste / smell: Both pizzas were delivered in a branded box, you have to note: 13.50 euros per 30 cm pizza on average without additional costs is not a bargain... Pizza Pineapple Onion / Garlic: Dough sticky like a Trabant 601, 7 rings!!!! Onions, neatly separated, 11 pieces of pineapple. Garlic? Didn't notice! Pizza Sucuk, hollandaise, cheese crust, spicy, garlic: Greasy, okay, the combination, but 6 pieces of sucuk, sliced ​​wafer-thin on a slicer is unbelievable. The hollandaise was present, spicy, garlic? Unavailable. Conclusion: The herb butter was ignored and not included. 9 years ago we were satisfied, then suddenly we lost the worst quality, today we thought: let's try again, it's been a long time! Maybe it was just a phase, unfortunately not! If you like overpriced pizza that is rubbish in quality because you invest more in waste paper than in employees and raw materials, this is the place for you! Too bad For us, Pizza Boy is finally gone because quality is a foreign word there. Special requests are skilfully ignored, stingy and expensive. If the quality was right, you could understand it, but not like this! When I read the reviews here, it's now a case for the health department! You should be ashamed!

I can't believe it, I just ordered from Pizzaboy in Velbert. My family and I have never eaten something so bad, the pizza, the dough had no taste, as if you had formed a flatbread out of water and flour without yeast and without salt, the tuna tasted as if one of the employees had cut the calluses from his feet onto his feet dry flatbreads are sprinkled and the salami has never come from an animal. But the highlight is the cheese, but the analogue cheese is a culinary delight. Then the fries, as if someone had taken the frozen fries out of the bag and waited until they reached room temperature. The pizza rolls and the pizza dough simply have no taste. Salt or yeast seem to be foreign words here. I wonder how a person manages to produce such disgusting food from food. What's wrong with you???? I think if I had eaten the pizza box I would have had more taste. The Pizza Becker should be a concrete builder! Shame on you...

I've ordered here a few times. I love the dish “Kun Pao” with breaded chicken breast, my kids love the cheese burger. The food is delivered hot and the delivery people are always friendly. If you order via your own website you will receive a receipt with a voucher code with which you can collect points and then redeem them from 3500 points, which would be €10.50. I will continue to order here ✌️

For €16 you received completely over-seasoned, lukewarm, limp chicken pieces. You have seriously slacked off and lost me as a customer.

I have to say very satisfied with the service and the employees. Mega friendly staff. The food is delicious, the selection is large and arrives quickly. I'm extremely satisfied, I can only recommend it.

Delivery service has slowed down quite a bit! Food usually arrives incomplete and has to be delivered later each time, which can take a while! The food is also increasingly wrong or the toppings are missing! Expressing criticism is out of place! Excuses are being sought and the customer is not king here but rather someone who disrupts the mass processing!!!! They tasted really good! Too bad.

Ordered there for the first time and immediately regretted it. 1. Aioli was missing but was paid for, driver said he would bring it over soon. Of course he didn't come by anymore and he didn't give me back any money for the forgotten aioli. 2. The pizza was so dry, I've never experienced anything like that. Normally I always finish my food, but that didn't work here. All in all, it was a disappointing experience with you and I definitely won't order there again.

Otherwise delivery times were always pretty ok. Nowadays in Langenberg you wait at least 1.5 hours for your food and then it arrives cold and half of it is missing. The driver who came last cheekily asked for a tip and behaved as if they were sitting in a sandpit together. Today I waited again for over an hour. There's no more money from me.

I'm happy to order from this Pizza Boy branch. I put together a pizza myself in the app today and found the pizza delivered had very few toppings. As we all know, you can argue about taste, but when I order a pizza with peppers, I assume that the pizza is topped with a moderate amount of peppers. I hope that the operators take the criticism to heart. The positive: The delivery time was very short today, the pizza was crispy & hot

The food is okay, although expensive. You can also eat good Asian food and pizza here. However, delivery times of 90 minutes or more are not acceptable. When you call to ask where the food is, all you hear is "All hell is going on here, but the driver has just left." There is definitely room for improvement here or it would be appropriate to accommodate the customer if the waiting time is long.

Boooh guys, what's wrong with you? Do you have a new cook? I always really liked your Chinese food, but now I'm disappointed for the third time... everything is so greasy, the vegetables are overcooked, but otherwise it was always soooo crunchy and tasty... then 5 lonely mozzarella balls on the Italian salad... the pizza rolls have become smaller... the fitness pan was so delicious last year, now it's totally greasy stock... so if that doesn't change, you've lost me as a regular customer, sorry.

Ordered from Lieferando, waited 2 hours and the order was canceled. For no reason. Never again!

The order was simply forgotten... I called and it took another 10 minutes. So they made my pizza then and the driver then took 20 minutes. So they said half an hour. Let's see if it works out...but cheeky

It really doesn't work at all. We almost only ate dough with a bit of cheese, although I ordered tuna with mushrooms and onions...worst pizza I've ever eaten. Have a nice day

Essen sollte nach 35 min geliefert werden, kam dann aber nach 80 min… Wirklich sehr stark überteuert. 30cm Pizza für 17€ bestellt und 26cm kam an. Schnitzel mit Pommes für 13€ sehr schlecht, wirklich Grotten schlecht. Lava Kuchen ohne Lava für 4,5€ war auch schon grenzwertig mit falschen Versprechen. Pizzabrötchen waren tatsächlich gut aber auch über teurert für die Menge.

Ich hatte eigentlich 5 Sterne vergeben und eine top Bewertung, aber die letzte Bestellung war alles andere als top, sehr enttäuschend nie wieder...

Die Pizza kam nach 1 1/2h an, War kalt, die Kartons durchgeweicht, der Käse wie Gummi genauso wie der Rand der Pizza. Und da bezahlt man für vier ungenießbare Pizzen 45€ frech

Wer gutes asiatisch /chinesisches Essen genießen möchte ist hier absolut richtig. Die Portionen reichen definitiv mehr als aus und sind super lecker zubereitet.

Das Essen super, die Lieferanten super. Die Mitarbeiter am Telefon gehen mal garnicht!!! Sehr unprofessionell am Telefon. Und man wird mit "hey Bruder es dauert halt heute so lange" betitelt wenn man nur fragen will ob die Bestellung schon raus gegangen ist. Das geht mal garnicht. Sonst immer zufrieden. Heute waren die Pizzabrötchen teilweise noch roh. Geht gar nicht!

Der Service hat sich nach einem Tiefstand deutlich verbessert. Die Lieferzeiten sind in Ordnung und die Überreizung/der Geschmack ist gut. Die Flyer sollten nicht bei jeder Bestellung wieder und wieder mitgegeben werden. Ansonsten passt alles.

Sehr zufrieden, nur die Preise könnte man vielleicht nochmal anpassen 😉... So muss jetzt erstmal bei euch anrufen um zu bestellen... Bis gleich

Eine Pizzeria für Take away und Lieferdienst. Bis jetzt habe ich nur Pizza bestellt und die war ganz okay. Kein Ausreißer nach oben oder unten. Im Gegensatz zu anderen Pizzerien in Velbert ist Pizza Boy ganz vorn dabei. Die Pizzen sind gut belegt, was für den Preis auch erwartet werden kann. Geschmacklich keine Offenbarung aber für Velbert völlig okay. Wer den schnellen Hunger stillen will ist hier gut aufgehoben

Bin begeistert, hatten Tagliatelle Della Mama, super leckere Sahnesoße, frische Champions und kleine Tomaten. Die Hähnchenbruststreifen überhaupt nicht trocken. Das Essen wurde heiß geliefert, genau nach der angegeben Zeit. Preis-Leistung Top Kann ich nur empfehlen

Sehr guter Service, leckere Pizzen mit großzügigem Belag und dünnen Boden, einfach alles was man sich von einer guten Pizza erhofft. Auch die Lieferung verlief reibungslos, das Essen kam heiß bei uns an und der Lieferant war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Da bestellt man gerne noch weitere male.

Die Pizzen haben sehr gut geschmeckt! Bestellung lief einwandfrei!

Leider enttäuscht worden. Haben es heute das erste Mal versucht. Lieferung dauerte statt 30 min, eine Stunde. Pizza Brötchen waren verbrannt und die Pizza war super fettig. Schade! Die Kommentare bei Lieferando sagten etwas anderes.

Ein toller Lieferservice. Haben uns schon öfter Pizzen kommen lassen und alle waren sehr lecker, heiß und mit knackigem Rand. Das Team ist sehr nett und arbeitet sehr schnell.Denn die Lieferung war Ruck Zuck da. Die Speisekarte ist sehr groß und umfangreich. Also von uns Daumen hoch und macht weiter so. Wir können Euch einfach nur weiter empfehlen 👍
