Ordered food via Lieferando. The burger and salad were large and delicious. The best thing about the delivery was really the driver, a super open-minded and friendly person. It's great that such a thing still exists. Best wishes

We stole at 8:20 p.m., according to a telephone conversation, at 9:30 p.m., the order was being prepared. At 10:00 p.m., we were waiting for the driver. The driver arrived at 10:05 p.m. and told me that the public order office was there and couldn't work. It's a shame, they often steal from us there. But from now on, never again.

My experience with Tacos Royal I have been a regular customer at Tacos Royal since it opened - back then under the name Snack Royal. When I order food, this is my first stop and has been for years. The quality is consistently top, the portions are decent, and in terms of taste it is simply the best fast food shop in Velbert. In all these years there was only one small mistake: I ordered a chicken taco but got ground beef. When I brought this up, the right taco was delivered to me free of charge within 15 minutes - really good customer service! The only mini-problem: When I order home, the fries are sometimes a bit soft, maybe every fourth order. But this is never a problem on site. All in all, I can only recommend Tacos Royal – delicious food, fair prices and great service!

Never go there to eat. I was there and ate pizza and taco. Hours later I had diarrhea.

I used to enjoy eating there. The last two times me and my family got so sick from eating that we had to throw up. Can't recommend it anymore and won't be ordering from there again.

Back when the store was still called Snack Royal, everything was top-notch. Now I've ordered twice in a row and had a terrible stomachache from the chicken panini. The fries were double-fried, meaning they were fried, left to cool, and then reprocessed. That was the last time.

It's become a disaster. The drivers are rude and insulting. All the sauces have spilled. It's become simply disgusting. We don't recommend ordering from there....

We ordered here for the first time last night. Aside from the driver being a bit strange and making a move on our apartment, the food was initially okay. This morning I woke up with terrible stomach pain and nausea, and I can honestly say that the taco and pasta I had definitely found their way back out... :-) I threw up several times. I'll just leave it at that...

Very poor service I waited over two hours and they didn't even let me know it would take longer. Simply outrageous. Never again!!!

Good quality. The food tastes good and deliveries are quick. A classic snack bar. with a nice selection. The ambience is not a restaurant for romantic evenings or the like, but you can eat well there.

The paninis and tacos are very tasty and quite reasonable for the price.

Wir haben jetzt 20:55uhr eigentlich sollte geöffnet sein beim anrufen wird aber erst nicht drangegangen und beim 2ten mal werde ich weggedrückt 😅

Seit der Eröffnung immer gerne ein Frensh Taco.

Ich bestelle in regelmäßigen Abständen dort und wurde immer pünktlich und sehr sehr freundlich beliefert. Mein Hauptaugenmerk meiner Bestellungen liegt auf dem Hähnchen-Panini und den Burgern. Letztgenannte sind mit "Standard-Burgern" nicht vergleichbar. Das Pattie des "Royal Burgers" ist sehr würzig und die Algeriensoße (meine Standardsoße) macht den Burger "anders", aber sehr lecker. Der neue "Crunchy Chicken Burger" ist ebenfalls sehr lecker. Die Burger kamen bisher immer noch richtig heiß bei mir an. Bei der derzeitigen Preisentwicklung müssen wir Privatpersonen mehr aufs Geld achten, aber auch die Gastronomen ums Überleben kämpfen. Unter diesen Umständen und des vorherigen Lobes finde ich das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis sehr gut.

Gibt's nur einmal in Velbert. Super lecker.

Definitiv etwas neues in Velbert, bringt mal frischen Wind hierher. Das Essen schmeckt sehr gut, die Preise sind Standard und das Personal ist sehr nett. Die Öffnungszeiten könnten besser sein, ansonsten Top!

Habe einen super leckeren Taco vom Chef serviert bekommen! 😋👌 War richtig gut und mit allem gefüllt was schmeckt (Käse, Pommes, Fleisch,...😍) Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Gerne wieder, gerne bald! 😊👍

Normalerweise gibt es dort wirklich super leckeres Essen und wir waren immer sehr zufrieden mit allem , aber heute muss ich sagen waren wir sehr enttäuscht . Die burger waren ein graus ,das Hackfleisch war regelrecht noch roh an einigen Stellen, der Salat darauf war dunkel und sah nicht appetitlich aus und geschmeckt hat es nach nichts . Sehr schade
