Very unfriendly and the food is really not recommended!

Terrible, terrible, terrible❗❗❗ I've never experienced anything like this, I was thrown out of the pizzeria. I ordered a large family pizza, about five people with different types, everything was explicitly discussed beforehand, they didn't understand me, they put fish and meat mixed together on the pizza. So I couldn't take the pizza anymore. Whatever I said, me and my girlfriend were thrown out. Treated very unfairly. I'm horrified.😡😡 I'll never enter this store again. 0 stars from me.

We always ordered from Aleen Grill. It used to be great, but now things are always missing or the wrong things were delivered. a big disappointment

Best shop in Neviges delicious food

Ordered for pickup and was ready at that time. Pizza rolls and pizza were ok. Doner didn't work at all. In at the top and after 10 minutes straight out at the bottom.

Shortly before the store closed, our order was processed. All of our wishes and extras were fulfilled and delivery was super fast. The pizzas were very tasty, hot and the staff was very friendly. Gladly again. 👍🏻

Everything has been okay so far. People who complain about the long delivery time should get their own food.

Absolutely not recommended the first time everything was fine the second time we waited 2 hours for the food and then the driver, an older man, slammed our front door because we didn't want to accept the food anymore. Not even one person apologized. Today June 19th, 2024, 6:5 p.m., order food should be there in one hour. After an hour, I called, no one knew anything about our order to recommend.

Hmm. How should I start? When the local delivery person thinks to ask why there is no tip.🧐weird. To say further away from Neviges to Tönisheide 5 minutes by car. For 2 kebabs 1 hour 10 minutes. No German! Don't answer the phone! Unfriendly pack will inform you where you can take a German course in order to accept and trade orders sensibly. Always wrong where I have ordered so far. Oh, just not recommended!

Simply was super tasty 😋 and was still warm

Ordered through Lieferando for the first time and immediately regretted it. The three kebabs tasted so terrible that the animals ate them. Instead of the Aleen salad we ordered, we got a tuna salad - a difference of €1.50 to our disadvantage. The only thing you could eat were the fries and the pizza. That's how we paid the lesson.

Absolute rubbish shop, I'm writing this review at a time when I've still been waiting for about 4 hours. I would ask you not to order from this store if you value your money. Ordered via Lieferando and the phone was ignored so no one could be reached there.

I recently ordered from Aleen Grill and was happy with the order. I ordered the Döner Special pizza, the Döner Calzone and a portion of fries. The food was delicious and delivered quickly. The pizzas were very tasty and you can't get them everywhere. The fries were well seasoned but unfortunately not quite as crispy due to the delivery. Still, they were delicious. I would order again at any time.

Fair prices, good quality and nice staff. Never had a bad experience.

Always very nice, especially the kebab is highly recommended. We haven't had any problems with Lieferando so far.

Man bestellt ein grossen Dönner und bekommt ein klein ist ne Frechheit und fahre sagt das sei der grosse den kenne ich aber ander so nicht kein Trinkgeld

Haben über Lieferrando bestellt. Lieferung erfolgte später als zugesagt. Pizza total schwarz von unten. Kann ich nicht empfehlen

Es schien als wüsste keiner so recht was er tut. Die Saucen waren obenauf verkrustet, was auf wenig Kundschaft und kein regelmäßiges Umrühren schließen lässt. Der eine musste immer wieder auf der Karte gucken waa in dem bestellten Gericht drin ist. Der andere hat es zweimal geschafft die Flamme am Dönergrill zu erst ersticken... Das Essen war am Ende relativ ok - ich werde den Laden in Zukunft trotzdem meiden...

Sehr nette Leute, Preise sind ok. Beste Pizza hier in Umgebung. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Das muss man probieren lecker und sehr schnell was Lieferung angeht.

War dort wo viel los war..Das Personal fleissig und gut strukturiert.Daher war mein Essen schnell fertig.Alles Top sauber.Leider war ich mit dem Geschmack und der Qualität des Essens nicht zufrieden.Pizza pappig Belag auch nicht so toll.Die Calzone nicht richtig durchgebacken.Ich War doch wohl entäuscht.Vermutlich zuschnell zubereitet.Sonst war alles OK.Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist ganz okay.Werde den Laden nochmal versuchen wenn es ruhiger ist.

3,50€ für'n leckeren Döner der Schmeckt. Top!
