We called in last night as we had missed the last bus back to our campsite and didn’t fancy walking back in the dark. The waiters were really helpful and kind ringing us a local taxi. The restaurant was beautiful and immaculate. Food smelt delicious and the coffee was great. If we return to the area we would definitely return for a meal.

Nous avons pu comparer ce restaurant grec de Kehl, le soir même de notre retour d’Athènes, avec les restaurants de là-bas plus touristiques. La nourritures y est bonne, mais ce n’est pas le même tzatziki et gyros. Et il manque clairement de poissons. Le service est bon, mais les grecs sont un ton très au-dessus, toujours au petits soins. Le cadre ne paye pas de mine mais bénéficie d’une terrasse ouverte et couverte. Mais après avoir connu les mignonnes tables dans la rue, les rooftops et les vues sur l’Acropole, Kehl ne fait pas le poids Le pire c’est le prix: à peu près 50% de plus qu’à Athènes. Mais cela reste un bon restaurant grec pour qui ne peut pas aller en Grèce.

Das Essen ist sehr gut 👍 und wir kommen wieder nettes Personal und schönes Lokal und sauber nur die warte zeit war schon lange.

deux salades de calamars nageaient dans un bain d'huile. la sourie d'agneau archi cuite dans l'eau comme un vulgaire pot au feu avec quelques morceaux de carottes. Gambas pour mon épouse délicieux.

Très déçu de la salade « grecque ». Deux très petits triangles de fêta posés sur tomates et concombres. J’ai aussi compté quatre olives dans l’assiette. La serveuse nous a apporté deux petits triangles supplémentaires pour essayer de nous les facturer deux euros! Les assiettes de mezze étaient convenables mais à un prix exorbitant au vu de la quantité. Je n’y retournerai pas.

Unfortunately I'm not from here so I can only rate it once, but based on my experience it would have been the last time anyway. There were seven of us there when the food was brought, one was missing 😡 but it didn't bother anyone except us. After we asked, it came when everyone else was almost finished and there was also a sauce missing, which the waiter noticed when he wanted to clear the plates and made up his mind on the way and then brought them with him🥳 and he was happy to take them back with him. Even when a waitress asked if everything was okay and we said no, she quickly moved on as we didn't want to order anything. Now the wait began for the soup that we had ordered to take away, it was almost quick, just asked twice 😂 and now we have to pay, a double children's portion doesn't cost twice as much but €4 more. Even talking to the boss didn't help because he's the boss. Nevertheless, I wish everyone who eats there a better result - it couldn't be worse

Good restaurant with very good quality meats cooked over a wood fire. The setting is nice, the service efficient and smiling. You can also find some Greek specialties there. Prices are a bit high.

Top address. Even many French people come here. Meat quality is great, everything from the charcoal grill. The lunch menu is unbeatable in terms of value for money. The outside and inside areas are stylishly finished. Absolute recommendation in Kehl!

Great service and perfectly seasoned food. Update: It's a shame, on weekends the terrace is kept free for guests with reservations. Even if it was 90% free. Without a reservation there is only one seat inside. We could have lived with that, but the sound makes the music. If you feel like a nuisance and a supplicant, it's better to look for a restaurant where you are welcome even without a reservation. It's a shame we've always been there when we've been to Kehl.

The food was very good and well served. We left with a full belly. The employees are bwé friendly but we noticed the lack of experience. In a while it will be different 😉 I recommend coming in the summer as they have a spectacular and haunted terrace

On 05/30/2024 I visited the restaurant at 5:30 a.m. I found no one as a customer. The table outside is beautiful but a matter of taste the squid looks like you're eating nothing or paper I added a lot salt but it remains its taste the price is 21.90 euros for the squid the rice like homemade rice there is nothing special the sauce cost rice I don't like the cheese mixture sauce really not good the salad for vegetarian people You might like it but it's not extraordinary it's free gifts. I asked for a bottle of water he charged me 4.50 euro it's too expensive for a 0.5 liter bottle in the Palace of Versailles in Paris you just pay 3.20 for a larger bottle it's a scam. I don't advise anyone to go and visit there is a lot of place to eat fish better in France or Germany the service I find good because I don't speak German they spoke to me in English. his English is not good but you will be able to understand the menu in French and German, there is no English. It is May 26, 2024, for Mother's Day I wanted to take my daughter to a good restaurant, what a fiasco... a reservation at 12 p.m. and dishes served at 2:45 p.m., yes I waited almost 2h30 to have the dishes that we had ordered. €21.90 for a dish with 100g of meat bathed in oil and three poor bland squid fritters! I was expecting something else given the price. No consideration was given for the wait we endured, plus if you don't speak German you can get a brush to put a smile on your face. In short, I advise against it, many other restaurants deserve your attention.

Saw it by chance and went in spontaneously. A very nice restaurant with good food. It was a little loud, so 1 star deducted for the ambience.

In this restaurant the grilled meat is always good, the dishes are prepared with quality meats, except that when you ask for a little more white sauce on your plate they charge you for the small ramekin in the end in the bill . In fact everything is done to make money in this restaurant but this is nothing new, and for the French clientele they are pampered. There is no such thing as a small commercial gesture.

Unfortunately, my 5* rating has to be adjusted after my last visit. I'll leave the old review below. Review April 2024: Unfortunately not as good as it used to be. Very nice restaurant, really great ambience with good service but the food and that is the real reason for visiting the restaurant is unfortunately no longer quite what it used to be. Of course everything has become more expensive, but not only have the prices been increased significantly, but the portions have also been significantly adjusted. The quantity in the meantime is very poor, which means that the price/performance ratio is no longer suitable. The taste was only OK, but the gyros were very mixed, the skewer was very small, the steak and meat cakes were very good but very small. The pike perch fillet doesn't fit at all, the portion is very small and feels completely overpriced for 21.50 euros. It's a shame, we really enjoyed going there, were always satisfied and have always recommended this restaurant. Rating a year ago (2023) A top address and highly recommended. The only drawback, which is actually a Greek tradition, is the lack of ouzo after the meal

I can't say it was bad but the cuisine lost its excellence compared to before. Prices have also increased. The service is quickly overwhelmed due to lack of professionalism and because of the crowd.

Ich war mit einer Freundin hier essen. Ambiente entspricht keine griechische Atmosphäre, ist zwar nicht schlecht gemacht im Sinne „quadratisch, praktisch, gut „, aber nicht das was man bei Griechen erwartet…. Das Essen war nicht schlecht. Im Vergleich mit anderen griechischen Restaurants sind Portionen sehr klein. Für ein Mann wäre es zu wenig. Das Fleisch ( egal, ob Rind, Schwein oder Lamm)schmeckt alles gleich, ist wahrscheinlich in eine Marinade gelegt . Bedienung bemüht sich, aber Wartezeit ist trotzdem sehr lange, auch für Getränke. Nach meinem Geschmack, war nichts besonderes. Wenn lecker essen, dann wo anders.

Beim griechischen Essen fehlt der Kick und vorallem Knoblauch. Zaziki zu trocken und leider kein Ouzo vom Haus. Wir kommen nicht wieder.

Ein Restaurant zum Verlieben. Das Ambiente ist einfach super. Es ist zwar recht laut aber man kann sich trotzdem sehr gut unterhalten. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich obwohl die Servicekräfte viel zu tun haben und voll unter Stress stehen. Die Portionen sind groß. Die Qualität des Essens ist sehr gut. Die Preise sind absolut in Ordnung. Leider gab es zum Abschied keinen Ouzo. Trotzdem kann ich das Restaurant empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir kamen am Restaurant auf dem Rückweg zum Campingplatz vorbei und versuchten unser Glück eine freien Tisch zu bekommen. Von 17.45Uhr bis 19Uhr konnte man uns ohne Reservierung einen Tisch anbieten. Schnell kamen die Speisekarten und auch die Getränke. Wir hatten Gyros sowie Gyros Calamari bestellt. Sehr leckeres gut gewürztes und saftiges und zartes Gyros, die Calamari keine aus der Packung frisch und zart. Der Salat knackig und ein gutes Dressing, auch der Nachtisch Galaktoboureko war sehr gut und auch eine ordentliche Portion. Der Service war freundlich. Wenn wir wieder mal in Kehl sind kommen wir gerne wieder, definitiv zu empfehlen.

Ein gutes griechisches Restaurant. Die Speisen waren etwas anders als wir es von unserem üblichen Griechen kennen, aber auch sehr lecker. Freundliche Bedienung und angenehmes Ambiente.

Ambiente super, die Bedienpersonen sehr fix und nett. Nach der Bestellung kam das Essen auch relativ fix. Die warme Vorspeisenplatte war sehr lecker (und sehr knoblauchig, total nach unserem Geschmack). Bestellt haben wir ein Dorf Teller (mit Gyros, Suflaki und Steak) und Alexandros Teller (mit Rumpsteak, Lammfilet und Schweinesteak). Das Rumpsteak war Zeh, Geschmacklich fehlte uns das WOW, es gibt definitiv geschmacklich bessere Lokale. Obwohl wir nicht nach der Rechnung baten, wurde uns diese nach dem Teller abräumen vorgelegt, was wohl ein Versehen war.

Обожаем с мужем это место, всегда приветливые и заботливые официанты, быстрая подача блюд и бара даже при полной посадке, официант Kostas был очень приветлив и оставил приятные впечатления. А так же угостил вкусными настойками в конце вечера, обязательно вернемся снова ❤️

Endroit agréable et très bon pour tarifs plus que raisonnable, nous y avons passé un très bon moment je recommande sans hésitation et surtout pour les amateurs de poissons testé le requin petit faible pour la souris d'agneau qui est servie avec une sauce style ratatouille avec un goût quelconque dommage une petite signature sur la sauce aurais était apprécié sinon rien à dire je valide nous reviendrons tout de même

Nach langen wieder mal im Alexandros zu Abend gegessen. Leider war das Essen sehr enttäuschend. Weniger auf den Teller für mehr Geld, als noch vor einiger Zeit. Mein Ehemann musste sich eine 2. Portion Pommes bestellen, die mehr waren, als zuvor auf seinem Dorfteller, Fleisch war auch trocken. Wir sind immer gerne ins Alexandros, aber nach dem Abend werden wir es uns genau überlegen, da noch einmal einzukehren. Schade.

Wir waren als Touristen dort und wir haben nichts auszusetzen, außer das unser Essen sehr lecker geschmeckt hat.

Accueil et service agréable Le cadre est sympa Mon choix c est porté sur un Dorf telle Avant cela on nous a apporté une très bonne soupe de tomates suivie d une salade garnie : offert par la maison J ai pris une assiette avec trois viandes accompagnée de frites et taztaki Rien à dire Adresse à retenir ors de mes courses en Allemagne

Naja... kein "echter" Grieche. Tzatziki geht auf jeden Fall ganz einfach besser! War ne dicke Pampe, ohne Joghurt, Gurke und Knoblauch war sehr dezent. Fleisch vom Dorfteller war teilweise sehr trocken, Lamm und Pommes waren aber perfekt. Und Ouso, den man gewöhnlich beim Griechen bekommt, gab's auch nicht. Schade.

Gutes griechisches Restaurant mit einer ansprechenden Speisekarte. Die Fleischportionen waren nicht überdimensioniert, wie sonst häufig in ähnlichen Gaststätten. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis in Ordnung.

Le menu propose un large choix à des prix plus que convenables. Nous avons pris une salade méditerranéenne avec des gambas. C'était très bon. La salle de restaurant est très agréable car entourée de baies vitrées. Le personnel est agréable et vous êtes copieusement servis. En été cela doit être agréable car le restaurant possède sûrement la plus belle terrasse de Kehl.

Bonne cuisine mais le service n'est pas à la hauteur. (Verre enlevé mais pas vide, assiette enlevée alors que les autres à table mangent encore, serviette enlevé après le plat alors que l'on à pas pris encore le dessert, et tout ça sans aucun sourire.) Une formation de service serait nécessaire.

Sehr netter junger Kellner, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Essen war in Ordnung, Menge eher wenig. Für den Preis habe ich einfach mehr erwartet. Nicht für Vegetarier geeignet.

L'endroit est propre et grand. Très agréable à la vue. Un accueil même pas désagréable car personne nous à accueilli, ça l'air un peu mafieux... La serveuse est néanmoins agréable. Les menus du jour sont à un prix très intéressant, mais nous sommes arrivés le soir. Les portions sont généreuses, mes frittes chaudes et grandes. Pour le reste, je trouve que ce n'est pas maîtrisé. Beignets de calamars mous, et la viande kebab sur assiette sans aucun goût. Le tzatzíki est un Boursin fouetté. J'ai tout de suite pensé au cuisto a qui on aurait du appliquer le même traitement. Je pense qu'on a du tomber un mauvais soir car j'ai entendu du bien avant d'y aller. Pour moi ce sera αποχαιρετισμός

Sehr leckeres Essen mit einem professionellem und charmantem Service dazu in einem schönen Ambiente. Die Bude war voll und ich weiss auch warum. Sehr zu empfehlen.
