Le love is a restaurant to which I would return without hesitation and without further delay It’s a completely immersive place, the setting, the atmosphere, the shows and the food were all great and very good. Hoping to see a little more show next time :)

I was in this place yesterday and I loved everything, it was great, the service and approach, the atmosphere, the food. The music is great, well done. Everything was great.

1 hour wait to be taken for idiots to avoid

BAD SERVICE BAD CUSTOMER CONTACT, I reserved a table last night for 11:30 p.m. with friends, on site we waited more than 40 minutes to return and finally be able to sit down, once seated after 12:20 a.m. still no staff came to take our orders despite several calls to several love staff, we asked the 3rd young woman who clearly told us that it was (not her whelk) with a very unpleasant air I do not recommend at all the disgusting and unpleasant service more I will never go back there I would strongly advise against this disrespectful restaurant

We booked reserved for 11:30 p.m. and arrived at 30 knowing that we had a 1h30 journey with a group of friends of 15 people and waited in the cold in front of the restaurant until 12:15 a.m. the waitress did not take care of us until 12:30 a.m. and we received a very curt and impolite response from the waitress with the pigtails when we asked for a pick-up knowing that the waiter had said that he would take us as a priority. I strongly advise against the place

Very nice atmosphere especially when DJ OMAR is part of the evening, good food, and super nice waitress. On the other hand, I who go often there are very often problems with the bill! We always have to add an extra €100 at the end when everyone has paid for it. I went there 4 times and 4 times it was the same problem. I think there is a big problem with taking orders.

Very good place, allows you to spend a good evening with your friends/families or others. DJ and entertainment on site!

I recommend! The staff is great: the waiters are super friendly and attentive, the meal was excellent (I was able to taste the prawns but also the cordon bleu) well done to the cooks! The atmosphere is crazy, especially with DJ Omar… but also the singer, the dancers and the saxophonist… a month ago, we had a bachelorette party which was great, we came back for a birthday and it was great! If you want to spend a chill evening with music and a good meal then I recommend this establishment!

Whether it's the place, from the entrance, with a chic and shocking decoration, in good taste, and a view of the Rhine and a magnificent sunset (we were lucky); That the welcome and the service, with a special nod to Sarah, who with professionalism, listening, kindness, contributed to the success of our evening; That the dishes and cocktails are excellent and tasty; Than the musical entertainment: the brilliant saxophonist, the singer with an incredible voice, the graceful Stripper, and the DJs who knew how to vary the musical styles throughout the evening. Thanks to this unparalleled combination, we will keep a memorable memory of this moment spent at Love ❤️ The place lives up to its name very well!

Never again. Absolutely desolate store. Service bad. Food bad. Tables and toilets not clean. Attention not present. Timing 0.00. Way too loud. Absolutely overpriced. Not German speaking. We were the first guests on Saturday, June 28th, 2024 at 7 p.m. We wanted to sit outside on the terrace... first discussion... after about 15 minutes we were asked if we wanted something to drink... One of our orders was: Aperol Spritz (10 €... .), then apple juice was delivered.... ordered a wheat beer (5€!) - then came a bottle with a glass to pour yourself...Starter: tartare of salmon and avocado (19€ per person): slapped on the table, not a spice or anything else on it..Plus on request The cheapest baked rolls from the discount store were served with bread.... The main course was then ordered for 30 minutes after the starters arrived. After more than an hour there was still no sign of it...we then ordered the bill, where a panic-like situation broke out at the service...after another wait the 'restaurant manager' arrived, to whom we then tried to explain that we no longer wanted to eat the main courses due to the long waiting time....again discussion and debate....they actually wanted to charge us for the main courses....we were really happy when we got out of this The booth was out....at least: toilets: for the first guests the paper in the dispenser wasn't even refilled. Cleaning residue on toilet seat and lid. Floor completely wet/flooded.... all around: for 4 drinks and three tasteless starters in the end 100€ was paid......fine dining, good cuisine and service looks different.

Bad experience, I don't recommend at all! With a couple of German friends we reserved a table on the terrace at 7 p.m., at the start of the service. Upon entering, the very loud music was immediately unpleasant to me and it will accompany us throughout. When we arrived we were the only customers. After many minutes a waitress who doesn't speak German finally comes to see us to take our order for aperitifs. Our drinks arrived quite quickly but one of them was wrong: an apple juice instead of an Aperol Spritz.😅. No big deal, mistakes happen to everyone, it made us smile. Taking orders for starters, 3 times the salmon and avocado tartare, as for the main dishes we agreed on 30 minutes after the starters since it was so kindly requested. This is where the marathon of patience began. People started to flock. The starters arrive but without bread. 🤦We actually regretted having asked for it since it was nothing but vacuum-packed pre-cooked bread that you can buy in any local discount supermarket for 45 cents for 6 (photo in support) . As for the tartare, it was sadly tasteless, no spice, totally boring...the only thing we smelled were the few small pieces of peach which themselves had to wonder what they were doing there. 🤔 An hour passes, dishes come out of the kitchen for the customers who arrived well after us🤨 but we had our empty glasses of our aperitif to keep us company, what more could we want ☝️ After more than an hour of endless waiting, ignorance and tested patience we decided to ask for the bill and cut short the meal which did not find its way to our table. We are answered by nodding....no reaction 😌 20 minutes later they wanted to bring us our dishes, which we refused since we asked for the bill and no longer wanted to stay. The discussion and dialogue of the deaf begins. The chef arrives, we explain the situation, says that he will check in the kitchen..... another endless wait so that in the end he brings us the bill with the main dishes that we sent back. Not once did he try to cut corners to question his team and his organization, we were wrong and had to pay. Of course we want to pay but what we have consumed, no more, no less! In the end we paid €100 for 3 aperitifs, 1 beer, a bottle of water and 3 starters. This restaurant charges far too pretentious prices for what it offers. The service, communication, coordination, efficiency and quality are absolutely not there. At this price you can still expect a waitress to pour the bottle of beer into her bottomless glass with rinsing water in it! Instead the bottle is placed roughly on the table like in the local bistro! Lots of service errors!🙄 For our German friends, as no member of the service speaks German, do not completely trust this worn sheet of paper which serves as a menu card in German, not everything that appears on the French card is there. The worst experience in a restaurant that claims to be upscale but only has the decor for that. I don't recommend it to anyone!

Unwelcoming staff, refusing people supposedly because they had worn "shorts" but seeing people inside wearing pajamas. TO FLEE !

We came for a birthday, the meal was very good, but quite expensive for the portion, in terms of entertainment, top singer and saxophonist we also loved it! I only give 3 stars because the music is really too loud! Impossible to talk during the evening, and I have tinnitus problems, luckily I had a pair of earplugs in my bag! Nice choice of music although I doubt the DJ's talents, almost too Kiss club atmosphere at times, I imagine it's intentional, we like it or not.

The music was too loud, for the service, my friend was served when we had all finished our dishes, the glasses not empty, we were really pushed to consume and in addition we had to give a bank imprint and if they took 20E / person if not warned. I won't go anymore. Too bad the concept looked good.

We tried love in Kehl for the first time this evening and we loved the concept. The setting is magnificent, the atmosphere is incredible. The dancers and the saxophonist bring the joy of life. The meal is a real delight. For once a restaurant doesn't sell dreams only through photos on the networks, I take my hat off to you. We will come back with pleasure despite the 1h40 drive, there are no regrets. Do not change !

The atmosphere was really great as well as the service, on the other hand the cuisine is nothing crazy and for a dish of truffle ravioli which was really not good.. very disappointed by the cuisine...

Just amazing!!! We came on Saturday evening, a breathtaking atmosphere from the dancers who made an entire restaurant stand up in 3 minutes, a crazy atmosphere!!!!! A truly delicious meal 😋 Amazing cocktails 🍸!! Everything was perfect from start to finish, a birthday cake prepared at the request of my friends, a stunning surprise from the violinist who came to play the happy birthday melody, truly a birthday that I will remember for a long time! Thank you for this wonderful evening we will come back!!

Unique and original concept on the Strasbourg border. The dishes have taste, the quantity is there. Added to this is the festive atmosphere. Congratulations to the entire team who remain consistent in their performances!

Super nice decor, nice atmosphere but not a lot of very current sounds too bad! On the other hand, we had to wait an hour and a half for the dishes knowing that many tables that arrived after us were served! When we impose a minimum consumption, the service should be more consistent with this request. The food is good but the experience may have been spoiled by the wait. Small disappointment compared to everything I had read and seen about this place.

unpleasant experience following server behavior On my first visit, For no apparent reason, the waiter came to my table, asked for my order, then quite inappropriately, held up the menu book and slapped me hard on the forehead and laughed loudly. I am a girl and this action was not only disrespectful to me but also perverse, inappropriate and completely devoid of class. This behavior greatly impacted my experience in a negative way

Be careful if you book here, they cancel 3 days before New Year's Eve for no reason. The Instagram account was proud to say that the restaurant is full of stories. Our reservation had been made and registered several days ago, we had paid the deposit for 4 people. Shouldn't we have been profitable enough? Fortunately they refunded, but that's the least they can do To flee is a shame, we had made all our plans accordingly.

Restaurant festif... c'est le cas de le dire, a passé une très très bonne soirée mêlée entre la nostalgie des sons de jeunesse et ceux actuels. L'équipe est accueillante chaleureuse et joviale.. Je recommande autant pour passer un bon moment que pour un anniversaire.

Attente interminable, on a réserver pour samedi 22h30 on a été servi dimanche a 00h15. Proche de la sortie de son, nous sommes sortis avec les oreilles sifflantes et quasiment sourdes sur le moment. Impossible de discuter et de s’entendre lors d’une soirée entre copines. Fréquentation en majorité très très jeune. Les prix sont élevés. Je mets 2 étoile uniquement pour le DJ et la déco plutôt sympa.

J'y ai très bien mangé, et c'était pour mon anniversaire j'ai eu droit à une chanson des bougies sur mon dessert et une dédicace du dj. Une très belle soirée ❤️
