We were very disappointed with this "restaurant." The food was poorly prepared (schnitzel on an empty plate, with a bowl of hard fries and a sauce with three mushrooms as a "side dish"). Any fast-food restaurant could do better and was significantly cheaper. A disgrace for the campsite.

Highly recommended! Great restaurant on the campsite with friendly staff. The food was delicious, and I highly recommend the wild potatoes. They made sure we got a table within 30 minutes (during peak hours), so I recommend making a reservation.

A nice campsite for a short visit, noisy, over-controlled, but otherwise fine sanitary conditions and you can eat at the restaurant, so you don't have to cook yourself.

We ate there every evening. We'll be back.

An excellent place to camp. Includes a fun ride across a river bridge if you are on the French side of a world.

We went to dinner twice with a group of 16 people, and everything went perfectly. The food was delicious and the service was very friendly.

The food tasted good, but the salad for the main course was a joke. A handful of leaf lettuce, a good dressing, a few strips of beef fillet, and that was it. No finesse whatsoever; for the price, you'd expect more.

For a campsite restaurant, the food is really decent and the service is good and friendly. Good value for money. Good wines and beer. Highly recommended.

The chef 👨‍🍳 knows his craft and creates delicious dishes. The meatballs with potato salad were delicious and worth the price. I would have also liked the half chicken with potato salad, but the kitchen lacks flexibility, hence the point deduction. The service, however, is incredibly flexible and recognizes when the shandy is too small for the customer and brings a small glass of lemonade: fantastic! All in all, a very worthwhile visit.

Friendly service, except the chef shouted at us across a full terrace that we were at the wrong table. While someone from the service had pointed it out to us. The waitress who came to take our order apologized twice for this. Food was good, nothing special.

I had a Cordon Bleu and can say the following about it. Price and performance don't match here at all. Not even the fries or the sauce could enhance the meal.

Had chicken with my grandparents and it was perfect, a nice crust that was really tasty and the staff were very friendly and excellent. Can only recommend it.

The tables are on a large terrace facing the campsites. You can also eat in the room. It is a very quiet place, away from the hustle and bustle of the center of Kehl. Parking is quite easy. It's fun to observe the comings and goings of the campers, there's an air of vacation. The menu is simple, you will find all the classics of German cuisine: breaded schnitzels, pasta, sausages, salads etc. Good choice of good beers, draft or bottles. Efficient and friendly service, I really appreciated it. Reasonable prices, no unpleasant surprises. I recommend

It makes sense to reserve in advance! There was a lot going on and anyone who had more than two people was really unlucky and had to leave We know the restaurant and the kitchen from the previous owners, unfortunately there is no comparison, but the food is still good value for money. The portions are large and the desserts are highly recommended. The ambience exudes a “campsite coziness”. The conditions are very committed and accommodating. They run from one table to the other and remain really friendly at all times. This friendliness invites you to come back more than anything else! Thank you for the relaxing evening

A great restaurant. With many friendly employees. We tried some food during our camping stay. Everything we tried was super tasty. The portions were more than sufficient and the prices, although at the upper end, were still just fair. All in all, highly recommended, even if you're not on the campsite.

very good food and dessert. We ate fitness plates with turkey, black forest plates and chocolate soufflé. Steffan, a great waiter, first class. We were served rump steak with fried potatoes, salad and good side dishes. Also a delicious Rioja, Grappa and Jägermeister. Tip-top service. Chef Geir.

Food and ambience excellent, price performance is right. Service on the first visit was very friendly and accommodating. At the second dinner, the service was catastrophic, and it couldn't be surpassed in terms of unfriendliness. It's a shame for the otherwise great restaurant.

Food mediocre, service tried hard but not flexible.

Unfortunately, despite making a reservation, we were only assigned a table far away without a roof. When it started to rain it wasn't entirely clear whether we would be able to get a table in the restaurant. The waitress didn't respond to our criticism and felt she was right. We ate somewhere else.

Pleasantly surprised for a campsite restaurant. The salmon is crispy on the outside, tender on the inside. The fitness plate with turkey is excellent and leans towards Thai cuisine. The vegetables are crunchy. However, there are also the typical schnitzel fries dishes, so that children are happy too. Drinks tip: Rosé/Tip starter: “Wild potatoes”

Stayed 2 nights with caravan, two adults, two dogs. Super cozy camping, with good toilet and bathing facilities, but it also cost 90$ nice quiet place with cycling distance to the center on both the German and French side.

This is our second time here, the food was again very good but the price was a bit too expensive.

The “CampingKüche Kehl” has now become almost the second living room for us. This friendly family business has a permanent place in our hearts and on our list of favorite restaurants. Excellent food at an extremely reasonable price.

We ordered a large salad with turkey strips, I actually expect you to be full if the dish is offered as a main course. We ate our fill of bread. Absolutely not recommended for €16. Service is great and very friendly.

Das Essen ist super, das Ambiente auch. Nur dass ich vom Service mehrfach demonstrativ Ignoriert wurde geht nicht.

Gutes Essen und nette Bedienung. Was nicht so schön ist auf der Terrasse wird sehr viel geraucht. Vielleicht wäre es möglich zwei Tische abseits für Raucher zulassen und alle anderen für Nichtraucher. Da könnte man das Essen auch genießen und 5 Sterne vergeben, so hat man immer Rauch in der Nase.

Wir sind jahrelang gerne hingegangen, gestern waren wir aber sehr enttäuscht und vorerst das letzte Mal dort. Die Preise haben unverschämt angezogen, die bisher automatisch zum Essen gehörigen Beilagensalate müssen jetzt extra bestellt und bezahlt werden. Aber was am meisten enttäuscht hat, war die unfreundliche und scheinbar überforderte Bedienung. Bei der Bestellung einer 0,3 Apfelschorle mit 2 Gläsern für unsere kleinen Kinder wurden die Augen verdreht (!) und uns ein Glas 0,3 mit Schorle hingeknallt mit einem zusätzlichen kleinen Glas, in das wir aus dem Glas die Schorle dann selbst umfüllen mussten. Dazu noch ein patziger Kommentar, dass man hier Schorle nur in große Gläser ausschenke... Um es kurz zu machen: dass die Preise in der heutigen Zeit anziehen, können wir noch verstehen, dass aber gleichzeitig an den Portionen und vor allem im Service eingebüßt wird, ist sehr bedauerlich.

Sehr schön das Lokal, erwartet man wirklich nicht auf einem Campingplatz, super Gerichte , schön angerichtet, man sitzt drinnen und draußen sehr angenehm. Wir kommen mal wieder.

Eine schönes Restaurant mit barrierefreien Zugang. Nettes Personal und schöne Terrasse zum verweilen. Nicht nur für Camper. Reservierung ist zu empfehlen. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Aber wer ein Bier im Steinkrug bestellt sollte darauf achten das der Krug auch voll ist. Bei mir war er nur zu 3/4 gefüllt. Eine Frechheit finde ich das Campingtöpfle. 3 kleine Schweinemedalions mit einem Durchmesser von ca. 50 mm und so dünn wie Löschpapier

Sehr schöne Campingwirtschaft mit gutem Essen. Es war sehr voll heute, aber Service war sehr bemüht und immer aufmerksam. Die Speisen sind wirklich gut. Das halbe Hähnchen scheint der Renner zu sein, muss ich dann beim nächsten Mal probieren.

Prima schnitzel gegeten maar de prijzen zijn aan de hoge kant voor hetgeen ze bieden. Schnitzel met aardappelen en champignon saus voor 18€? Zonder een beetje groenvoer...

Ich war etwas überrascht von dem harschen Ton der Servicekraft, die ihren Dienst antrat und Wartende bei Regen ( Anmeldung war noch in der 2stündigen Mittagspause) wegscheuchte.

Haben 2 Portionen Pommes to go für die Kinder geholt. Eigene Schüssel mitgebracht! 9.80 € 🫢 finde ich eindeutig zu teuer, und da sie keine Verpackung benötigten nicht gerechtfertigt.

Das Essen war Naja. Mein Mann hatte Schnitzel, einfach und lieblos aud dem Teller. Sauce und Pommes im Schälchen. Ich hatte einen Senioren Potion Putengeschnetzeltes kam mir vor wie Reste. Das Personal ist wirklich sehr nett. Die Walnuss Apfel Tarte war sehr lecker

Ich war zum 2. mal hier essen und werde erstmal hingehen. Das Essen ist sehr lecker, der Service sehr überfordert und das Ambiente ist ok. Warum ich erstmal nicht hingehe, weil auf der Rechnung zum wiederholten mal auf der Rechnung was drauf ist, was nicht richtig ist. Sowas geht gar nicht. Kontrolliert alle die Rechnung bevor es euch auch so geht wie mir.

Essen war gut, Service sehr freundlich. Was störte, ist dass Hunde auf dem Stuhl sitzen dürfen, den Kopf auf dem Tisch und Chefin schaut zu und sagt nichts,nur weil es gute Bekannte sind. Das geht absolut nicht.

Preis Leistung passt wegen Portion Größen nicht ganz, deshalb ein Stern Abzug.

Ich war vor kurzem mit einer lieben Freundin dort essen. Wir hatten draußen kein Platz reserviert, und auf Nachfrage bekamen wir trotzdem einen Platz draußen. Ein liebes Dankeschön dafür. Die Bedienung war gut und schnell, da alles zügig gebracht wurde. Hatte da mein Hunger nicht zu groß war einen Senioren Teller, Schnitzel mit Pommes und einer leckeren Champions Soße bestellt. War sehr lecker. Ich komme gerne wieder.
