Mit 4 Personen zum Mittagessen, gegen 16 Uhr. Essen kam schnell, ich hatte erneut das Steak mit Gemüse und Pommes. Zum Abschluss gabs noch einen Kaiserschmarrn. Alles lecker, nichts auszusetzen. Service war freundlich und schnell.

Spontanes Mittagessen zu dritt. Klasse, dass es durchgehend warme Küche gibt, so konnten wir uns um 15:30 Uhr ein verspätetes Mittagessen gönnen. Jeder hatte ein Rumpsteak, Pommes und Gemüse. Gutes Fleisch, alles einwandfrei zubereitet. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Nice restaurant, menu not too big. Baden cuisine. Service very friendly. Have been here for the 4th time now and every time it was very good. The only small drawback is that the grilled vegetables are very oily.

Unfortunately, you only find out at the door that the restaurant is closed every 2nd Thursday of the month.

Qualität und Preis stimmen absolut nicht überein. Außerdem ist es drinnen sehr kalt, sodass man sich nicht wohl fühlt. Flädlesuppe für 8 .90€ und das mit Maggi überwürzt. Für Spätzle und Speck im Feldsalat muss man extra bezahlen. Schnitzel bestand fast nur aus Panade und vieles war versalzen. Der Schweinebraten war sehr trocken. Wir waren mit 6 Personen da und keinem hat es wirklich geschmeckt. Sehr schade! Trotz Beanstandung gab es von der Küche keine Reaktion.

This unassuming café in Kehl, Germany is worth a stop. As a party of 3 we ordered... 1. Roast pork with German potato salad. Pork was tender and juicy. Potato salad was traditional and was served at room temperature and had a vinegar tang. 2. Tarte flambé (like a flat bread pizza) with goats cheese and pumpkin had generous topping and was bigger than an A4 piece of paper. 3. Dish of the day was pan fried pork with mushroom sauce served with spätzle. Number 1 on the attached menu. Good selection and variety of wines and beers. Strudel pastry wasn't as flakey as I'd hoped but the filling was tasty with spiced pie apple and sultanas. Dessert was served with generous serve of cream and ice cream.

Very tasty, pleasant atmosphere and large selection. Something for everyone. Friendly staff. I actually think service via you is nicer, but that shouldn't influence the rating of the restaurant. Highly recommended.

Waren schon einge mal essen alles gut und lecker besonders das cordobleu Schweizer Art sehr zu empfehlen Service top. Die Getränke waren sehr zügig da und immer sehr freundlich nachgefragt ob alles gut ist top kommen wieder sind aus kehl und kommen zu Weinachten mit 15 Personen

We were here for lunch today with 7 people. We were warmly welcomed and served. The food was very good and plentiful for everyone and everyone enjoyed it. We were happy here and will definitely come back when we are in the area.

Yesterday, by chance, I went to this restaurant for lunch. I ordered a dish with fish and shrimp. It was delicious. For dessert, I ordered an apple strudel. I am pleasantly surprised not only because the dishes are delicious...but also because the decoration was amazing! You have masters of their craft with artistic abilities working in your kitchen! Very disappointing, we ordered food today, then something wrong was delivered to us, which we said straight away that we didn't order it, then we were offered that they would bring us the correct food and we could keep the other one. Ich habe einen ersten Wurstsalat gegessen. Dieser kostet 14,90 €. Es war sehr viel grüner Salat in der Mitte und sehr wenig Wurstsalat. Eine Frechheit eigentlich für diesen Preis! Er war gut, aber definitiv zu klein für diesen Preis. Die Toiletten sind auch nicht besonders sauber und seit einiger Zeit fehlt auch die Beleuchtung. Schade, denn es war schon mal besser!

I was there for breakfast today with 3 other people. The selection on the menu is huge, and everything sounded great! But we were very disappointed in this regard! The rolls were not of bakery quality, they were over-baked and some of them had not yet been baked through. The sausage (turkey breast) was paper thin and definitely out of the package. Then there was salmon substitute and the fresh fruit salad with yoghurt was canned fruit! Unfortunately it was very disappointing. I've also been there in the evening and I really enjoyed it...so breakfast can still be improved! The service was alone, very friendly, but everything took forever.

A delightful restaurant and pub very close to the D tram Kehl Rathhaus station. They have a street dining area in front, a pub inside and a garden area in back for beer and watching football games. The food was both very tasty (Baden specialties) and VERY plentiful...consider ordering one plate to split between two people. The staff is a delight: very friendly and helpful with great English skills. Recommended!

The store has its own style, a mishmash of wallpaper, pictures, brick look. But with the old lamps it's just harmonious and beautiful, especially in combination with the music. Well-known, good songs that lift your mood again. Now to the most important thing, the food was great, the bruschetta was very good, but the goat cheese with the fig compote was the kill. The main course was prawns on linguine, which was pretty much the tastiest pasta I've had in combination with fish in recent years. The second main course was the Elsässer Schnitzel, which was unusual for me but still very tasty. I don't think even the fries came from a bag but were homemade. And even if they didn't, they were just great and that's how it should be after all. Something to say about the service. It was noticeable that you enjoy your job and do it with passion. The small mistake that the starters came with the main courses can also be forgiven. (Although I don't know whether it was the kitchen or the service that missed it.) Nevertheless, you are great and if we are here again, we would like to come back.

Terrible experience. This was our first time in Germany and we came in hoping to try the local cuisine. But this place is definitely not for tourists - the menu is only in German, without pictures, and there is no banal wi-fi. These are all minor things compared to the fact that one person out of three didn’t get their order and was sent back to the kitchen when everyone else had already eaten. The children's dish of macaroni and cheese was a real disaster; the child ended up having dessert for lunch. I don't recommend it

Salat bekam ich erst auf Nachfrage obwohl es in der Speisekarte steht. Salat hatte kein Geschmack, Schnitzel dünn wie eine Zeitung. Essen nur noch lauwarm. Für 22.90, Euro ist das Essen nicht wert.

The best breakfast we have had here in Kehl so far. A Dreher or Peter's good bakery or skyscraper is nowhere near it. Given the price-performance ratio, we can only recommend it. A hot drink and orange juice are even included here.

We went to this restaurant for dinner this evening. Wanted the tomahawk steak that was advertised in the menu on their website. Unfortunately there isn't and that was a good thing so maybe a lot of money for poor quality. The menu on the homepage does not match the menu (prices higher) in the restaurant. So now to the quality of the food: We ordered Schäufele and a Kassler roast was served. The meat was from the neck and not the shoulder. Perhaps it could have been declared like that. Quality of the food, well, at exorbitant prices. The boss was confronted with it and was very friendly and wanted to buy a schnapps. We didn't want a schnapps on the house because it doesn't make the food any better. I wonder how such good reviews come about. In short: we can't recommend it and definitely won't be coming back.

Unfortunately, it happened to us for the third time that we had to wait for the drinks (over half an hour), so we already had our food on the table and the drinks only came afterwards! Went spontaneously for dinner at Meyerhof in the evening. We like the furnishings/ambience, the waitresses are very friendly and attentive. Had a cordon bleu with Münster cheese, delicious! Side salad and fried potatoes could have been a little better (for my taste), but all in all ok. Would love to come back.
