Das Innere des Restaurants ist ein Erlebnis. Ich fand es toll, dass die Tische nicht so nah beisammen standen. Alle waren sehr nett, aufgeschlossen und um keinen Spruch verlegen. Das Essen war sehr lecker. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder :).

Immer nettes Personal und lecker Essen. Besonders zu empfehlen mittwochs, Fisch satt.

Es gibt eine schöne Auswahl toller Fischgerichte. Mit der Größe des Restaurants ist leider auch ein entsprechender Geräuschpegel verbunden. Geschmeckt hat es und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Hallo wir waren zum Valentinstag hier. Es war alles sehr gut. Entspannte Atmosphäre man konnte sich in Ruhe unterhalten. Das Essen war gut. Was mich enttäuscht hat war die Auswahl an Fischgerichten. Für ein solches Restaurant gibt es zu wenig Fischgerichte. Ich hätte mich über pulpo oder Tintenfisch und anderen Fisch den man sonst nicht jeden Tag essen könnte gefreut. Das war sehr schade. Ansonsten war es gut.

Tolles Team!! Aufmerksam, witzig, man bekommt auch Hilfe, wenn man sich nicht entscheiden kann... Rundum zufrieden mit dem Serviceteam. Essen war gut, Ambiente ist Geschmackssache, meins ist es nicht, meine Begleitung fand alles tip top. Gern wieder 😉

Wir waren mit Allem sehr zufrieden. Obwohl wir am Silvesterabend da waren und das Restaurant wirklich sehr gut besucht war , war der Service super ,wir wurden schnell bedient, das Personal trotz Stress unglaublich freundlich,immer mit einem Lächeln im Gesicht. Auch das Essen war sehr lecker 👍 Wir kommen bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt in Dresden definitiv wieder.

Excellent quality fish and food in general. The service was sometimes slow, even though it wasn't that busy. Overall, though, a great restaurant.

Easily accessible by tram (line 10), large parking lot in the courtyard, superbly designed entire location; friendly, hardworking and very efficient staff in the restaurant, good selection of dishes and drinks... pure Advent atmosphere 🌲

My visit to the Advent brunch today was absolutely wonderful! The food was fantastic. We all loved it. The waiters were incredibly attentive and friendly. It couldn't have been better. Thank you to the owner, Thomas Kian-Zenker, the kitchen staff, the waiters, and all the hard-working helpers!

Alberthafen is the perfect place for good food in a great location. The food is very fresh and tasty, and the service is quick and friendly. The restaurant also has an upper deck and plenty of ground-level seating. Unfortunately, it was quite noisy due to a concurrent event, hence the one-point deduction. Highly recommended! 👍

Although, as a guest from Ukraine, I didn't understand everything due to the language barrier, I felt very comfortable in your establishment. Our table was served by several staff members, but one young lady in particular stood out: Lina. She was very polite, very friendly, and fulfilled all our orders quickly and flawlessly. I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart for your excellent service. This lovely waitress made my visit an unforgettable experience. We had a wonderful class reunion last night at the Alberthafen Restaurant. Everything was to our complete satisfaction. Thanks to everyone who served us yesterday and was there for us in every way. That's what gastronomy is all about!♡

A first-class stay in Dresden, very friendly and helpful staff! The rooms are very clean and beautiful! 100% recommendation. The only thing to note is that there is no refrigerator or kettle in the room. This obviously doesn't deduct a single star from the rating, but it's still good to know. 100% recommendation.

Schönes Ambiente mit tollen Frühstücksbüffet und ganz ansprechenden Mittagsbüffet! Die Räumlichkeit ist ausgesprochen sehr unangenehm laut (für intime Gespräche absolut nicht geeignet)! Leider sind auch die entsprechenden freien alkoholfreien Getränke bis 11:30Uhr zu trinken, danach ist kein Getränk mehr verfügbar (außer gegen extra Bezahlung)! Das war leider nicht so toll, deswegen die durchschnittliche Bewertung! Das gesamte Personal war jedoch sehr nett und ausgesprochen freundlich 👌👍! Der Preis des Brunch pro Person war Mittelmäßig und mit 33,90€ dem Angebot entsprechend! Würden jedoch nicht unbedingt noch einmal hingehen, da es für ein Fischrestaurant extrem wenig Fisch gab!!

We've been to "Fisch Satt" several times on Wednesdays. Three types of fish, alternating with tasty side dishes, good drinks, and the refreshingly relaxed staff invite you to linger longer. We'd be happy to return.

If you want to experience what it's like to be treated as an annoying nuisance, then definitely come here! Our waiter, Toby, actually managed not to utter even a simple "hello" during the entire visit—an impressive feat in the art of customer avoidance. Friendliness seems to be strictly rationed here, perhaps only for regulars. So if you're happy to pay to feel like you've ruined the atmosphere in the room before you've even sat down, this is an absolute recommendation!

Nette Bedienung, Essen kam zügig , schön eingerichtete Gaststätte

Es war mein dritter Besuch in diesem Restaurant. Das Essen wurde schnell serviert und schmeckte Allen gut. Jedoch die Umgangsformen der männlichen Servicekraft waren unmöglich. Ohne zu fragen, wurde geduzt, sehr bestimmend aufgetreten und die Gäste abgekanzelt. Die weibliche Servicekraft, wekche das Essen servierte, duzte ebenfalls, beauftragte mich, einer im Moment nicht Anwesenden die Fischsorten zu erklären und fragte es dann ab. Sollte sich dies nicht ändern, gehe ich dort nicht mehr hin.

We booked for brunch... The coffee machine in the upstairs seating area was also very nice. There's plenty of space in the aisle and between the neighboring table. The food was very generous in its selection, very tasty, well-seasoned, and beautifully presented. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The restrooms are very clean. We'd love to come back and can only recommend it; remember to make a reservation.

We ended up there by chance, but because we liked it so much, we went back there again two days later...😉 We were greeted warmly and our daughter was given something to color as a welcome. There is also a separate playroom for children, which was very popular with us... There is an extra children's menu, but adults will definitely find something too! Clear menu, but what we had was very tasty! The service was friendly, attentive and always had a quick saying on their lips. We felt very comfortable and will definitely stop by again when we get the chance...

Unfortunately, our visit wasn't quite as pleasant as we had hoped. The food was good, but the service left much to be desired. When we simply asked the waiter which beer he could recommend, we received an unfriendly reply: "All of them, otherwise they wouldn't be on the menu!" – an unhelpful and unnecessarily snippy response. Furthermore, when we paid, the waiter simply assumed that the remaining change would be kept as a tip, without asking. For us, friendliness and good service are essential to a successful restaurant visit – there is definitely room for improvement here.

We have been waiting for our food for 20 minutes. The restaurant is empty. The waitress pretends not to see us.

"Albert's treat" was prepared tastefully and fillingly, but I would have liked to have skipped the Bismarck herring and enjoyed the whole thing as a matjes plate.

The food was delicious, the staff was friendly. What wasn't so great was that the ice cubes were thrown into the glass with their hands...

Schnelle Bedienung aber etwas aufdringlich. Als Fischrestaurant keine ausreichende Auswahl an Fisch. Edelfisch so gut wie nicht zu finden. Die Qualität der Speisen war aus unserer Sicht gewöhnungsbedürftig und hatte viel Spielraum nach oben. Der Preis war dementsprechend nicht mehr angemessen. Allein die Forelle war gut gelungen, wenig Zusatzstoffe und gut angerichtet.
