A first-class stay in Dresden, very friendly and helpful staff! The rooms are very clean and beautiful! 100% recommendation. The only thing to note is that there is no refrigerator or kettle in the room. This obviously doesn't deduct a single star from the rating, but it's still good to know. 100% recommendation.

We've been to "Fisch Satt" several times on Wednesdays. Three types of fish, alternating with tasty side dishes, good drinks, and the refreshingly relaxed staff invite you to linger longer. We'd be happy to return.

If you want to experience what it's like to be treated as an annoying nuisance, then definitely come here! Our waiter, Toby, actually managed not to utter even a simple "hello" during the entire visit—an impressive feat in the art of customer avoidance. Friendliness seems to be strictly rationed here, perhaps only for regulars. So if you're happy to pay to feel like you've ruined the atmosphere in the room before you've even sat down, this is an absolute recommendation!

We booked for brunch... The coffee machine in the upstairs seating area was also very nice. There's plenty of space in the aisle and between the neighboring table. The food was very generous in its selection, very tasty, well-seasoned, and beautifully presented. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The restrooms are very clean. We'd love to come back and can only recommend it; remember to make a reservation.

We ended up there by chance, but because we liked it so much, we went back there again two days later...😉 We were greeted warmly and our daughter was given something to color as a welcome. There is also a separate playroom for children, which was very popular with us... There is an extra children's menu, but adults will definitely find something too! Clear menu, but what we had was very tasty! The service was friendly, attentive and always had a quick saying on their lips. We felt very comfortable and will definitely stop by again when we get the chance...

Unfortunately, our visit wasn't quite as pleasant as we had hoped. The food was good, but the service left much to be desired. When we simply asked the waiter which beer he could recommend, we received an unfriendly reply: "All of them, otherwise they wouldn't be on the menu!" – an unhelpful and unnecessarily snippy response. Furthermore, when we paid, the waiter simply assumed that the remaining change would be kept as a tip, without asking. For us, friendliness and good service are essential to a successful restaurant visit – there is definitely room for improvement here.

"Albert's treat" was prepared tastefully and fillingly, but I would have liked to have skipped the Bismarck herring and enjoyed the whole thing as a matjes plate.

Schnelle Bedienung aber etwas aufdringlich. Als Fischrestaurant keine ausreichende Auswahl an Fisch. Edelfisch so gut wie nicht zu finden. Die Qualität der Speisen war aus unserer Sicht gewöhnungsbedürftig und hatte viel Spielraum nach oben. Der Preis war dementsprechend nicht mehr angemessen. Allein die Forelle war gut gelungen, wenig Zusatzstoffe und gut angerichtet.

Wir waren 2 Erwachsene mit 3 Kindern. Das Restaurant war sehr voll und deswegen auch sehr laut. Wir haben Fish & Chips bestellt, man bereitete uns darauf vor, dass es länger dauern könnte. Fanden wir ok, sahen ja, dass es brechend voll war. Als allerding 5 Minuten später unser Essen noch vor den Getränken kam, waren wir verblüfft. Die Enttäuschung folgte allerdings direkt beim Essen. Der Fisch war trocken, schmeckte nach nichts und der Backteig war fettdurchtränkt und ebenfalls geschmacklos, da konnten auch die Dips nicht viel retten. Wir waren froh, als die Getränke kamen, denn die brauchten wir dringend zu dem Essen. Die Chips waren dafür ganz gut und auch der kleine Salat schmeckte. Der Service war nett, da hibt es nichts zu bemängeln. Das Essen war leider eine Enttäuschung, da die Hauptkomponente Fisch einfach nicht punkten konnte. Die Erfahrungen in diesem Restaurant waren früher eindeutig besser.

1) wurde ich mit einer "Holzecke" abserviert, obwohl das Restaurant fast leer war, 2) aß die Serviererin direkt neben mir (es sei ihr gegönnt, jedoch gibt es in der Gastronomie Regeln und Grenzen, 3) interessierte sich selbige nicht dafür, dass mein Getränkeglas leer war; alles in allem eine sagenhafte Behandlung, welche den "guten Ruf" derzeit definitiv nicht verdient.

Das Essen hat sehr gut geschmeckt und war für uns ausreichend. Weniger Sterne gibt es für die Bedienung. In einem Restaurant erwarte ich ein gewisses Niveau. Ich möchte nicht geduzt werden und kann gerne auf kumpelhafte Bemerkungen verzichten. Auch nach einer Bitte dies zu unterlassen, war es hörbar nicht möglich.

Finally been to Albertshafen again, which I had been meaning to do for a long time. The young man who served us, I would greet my customers a little more friendly. A nice smile, a cheeky saying on the lip, that should be included. But maybe I had a bad day, who knows. But don't take offense, it's supposed to be a nice little criticism. In any case, the beer came quite quickly and the food didn't take too long to arrive. The food was absolutely delicious and the eyes were also able to eat it. Great Well prepared and really tasty. So people, if you like eating fish, you've come to the right place.
