The food was delicious, the staff was friendly. What wasn't so great was that the ice cubes were thrown into the glass with their hands...

Schnelle Bedienung aber etwas aufdringlich. Als Fischrestaurant keine ausreichende Auswahl an Fisch. Edelfisch so gut wie nicht zu finden. Die Qualität der Speisen war aus unserer Sicht gewöhnungsbedürftig und hatte viel Spielraum nach oben. Der Preis war dementsprechend nicht mehr angemessen. Allein die Forelle war gut gelungen, wenig Zusatzstoffe und gut angerichtet.

Wir waren 2 Erwachsene mit 3 Kindern. Das Restaurant war sehr voll und deswegen auch sehr laut. Wir haben Fish & Chips bestellt, man bereitete uns darauf vor, dass es länger dauern könnte. Fanden wir ok, sahen ja, dass es brechend voll war. Als allerding 5 Minuten später unser Essen noch vor den Getränken kam, waren wir verblüfft. Die Enttäuschung folgte allerdings direkt beim Essen. Der Fisch war trocken, schmeckte nach nichts und der Backteig war fettdurchtränkt und ebenfalls geschmacklos, da konnten auch die Dips nicht viel retten. Wir waren froh, als die Getränke kamen, denn die brauchten wir dringend zu dem Essen. Die Chips waren dafür ganz gut und auch der kleine Salat schmeckte. Der Service war nett, da hibt es nichts zu bemängeln. Das Essen war leider eine Enttäuschung, da die Hauptkomponente Fisch einfach nicht punkten konnte. Die Erfahrungen in diesem Restaurant waren früher eindeutig besser.

1) wurde ich mit einer "Holzecke" abserviert, obwohl das Restaurant fast leer war, 2) aß die Serviererin direkt neben mir (es sei ihr gegönnt, jedoch gibt es in der Gastronomie Regeln und Grenzen, 3) interessierte sich selbige nicht dafür, dass mein Getränkeglas leer war; alles in allem eine sagenhafte Behandlung, welche den "guten Ruf" derzeit definitiv nicht verdient.

Das Essen hat sehr gut geschmeckt und war für uns ausreichend. Weniger Sterne gibt es für die Bedienung. In einem Restaurant erwarte ich ein gewisses Niveau. Ich möchte nicht geduzt werden und kann gerne auf kumpelhafte Bemerkungen verzichten. Auch nach einer Bitte dies zu unterlassen, war es hörbar nicht möglich.

Disappointed with the quality of the fish for the second time today. We ate zander and trout. The pikeperch was clearly too small a fish and the end piece of it ended up on the plate with a lot of bones. There were also rosemary potatoes without rosemary. The trout was okay, but nothing more. It's a shame, we always liked coming over, but we agreed - as did the people at the next table - that it was probably the last time.

We only had breakfast. After 7pm there was no dinner or anything to drink. Drinks you brought with you could be consumed on the terrace after closing time.

Der Service war wie immer hervorragend und die Qualität der Speisen auch . Ich kann das Restaurant nur weiterempfehlen.

Quite remote, no air conditioning, found rooms full of mosquitoes and therefore hardly slept at night. Ambiance not inviting as restaurant for smokers and the smell permeated... no reception. Navi can hardly find the way, there is nothing around it. Tram costs €3.20 Conclusion: You can find something better and cheaper in the center! I think €95 without breakfast is too much for such a location and double room. It was just enough to get through. Beds and bathroom OK. Parking space free of charge. I will no longer book the “pension” for the return journey and I cannot recommend it either.

We were invited to a birthday party in the restaurant at Alberthafen. Everything was super organized. The service was very friendly and the food was excellent. We can only recommend this restaurant. And by the way, we were traveling with a motorhome and they have great parking spaces, even for larger cars... And there is a games room for small children.

Auf dem Weg zu einer Veranstaltung am Abend auf dem Messegelände kommt man hier direkt vorbei. Der Laden ist recht gross, aber das Personal ist sehr schnell. Es läuft. Die Küche ist bodenständig, viel Fisch, alles gut. Keine Offenbarung, insgesamr guter Durchschnitt. Wir kommen bei Gelegenheit wieder.

Four of us had lunch. I had pike perch with summer vegetables and potatoes. . The zander tasted good, the vegetables were fine. While eating the fish I discovered two hard pieces in the food. I spoke to the waitress and she said it was cartilage. Zander has no cartilage but only a few bones. Unfortunately there was no discount. My three companions enjoyed it.

The ambience is great, the food also tasted great. But the service could still be worked on. We arrived around midday and were seated relatively quickly. But it took about 30 minutes before we got a card and finally the bill. Everything else was fine.
