The food was great. The lady serving food was great and the atmosphere was not great, with. The street being littered with graffiti, dirt and stickers.

I really can't understand the negative comments regarding the delivery. We ordered through Lieferando and the food arrived super fast and hot. The fries were especially delicious and crispy. The burgers were also really, really tasty, so I definitely recommend them.

I've tried their offerings several times now and have had the same result every time. They're not the first smashed burgers I've ever tried, but they're still the best I've had so far. I noticed that the ingredients are fresh, and you can definitely taste the difference! The place is very modern, they play good music, and some of the staff are friendly. However, the reason I'm only giving it 3 stars is partly due to the price-to-quality ratio. Of course, they need to manage their finances responsibly, especially in new areas, but the burgers could definitely be bigger, and like many others before me, I unfortunately have to criticize the delivery process through Lieferando – there's definitely untapped potential here that shouldn't be wasted. I hope they address these issues in the future, and I'm happy to change my opinion and rating at any time! Try it out for yourself and see what you think! It's worth it.

Awesome. I had the double chili special smash or something like that. It wasn't huge, but it only cost around €10 for a double smash burger. I think that's pretty good value. Taste-wise, it was a real hit, and the price was great too.

Small burger, big packaging, big price, very good taste

The burger was okay overall, but it definitely doesn't justify the price. I had the chicken burger for €10, but it was tiny. I'd seen an ad for this place and the burger on Instagram beforehand – and it wasn't even remotely accurate. I'm really disappointed. If you're going to be so misleading with your advertising, you could at least make the cardboard packaging for those huge burger boxes smaller so the poor thing doesn't have so much room to slide around!

When the burger arrived on the tray, my first thought was: aww, it's so cute, so small, so adorable! But then, considering the price, I thought: no way, you can't be serious! The burger is as tiny as a cheeseburger at McDonald's. For around 8 euros, it's far too little... The taste was okay, but nothing more.

I can't complain about the delivery time. It was accurate. However, the burgers are disappointing. The taste is okay at best. And for this price, I expect a burger that's bigger and has more toppings than the cheapest hamburger at McDonald's. These tiny things with hardly anything on them are not good value for money at all. Not at all.

My burger with cheese fries was very bland. It had no seasoning and a bland flavor. The crust was burnt, and the bun was soggy from too much fat. The fries also had a tasteless flavor, lacking a fair amount of salt. The service is difficult to rate, as everything is done via a computer.

The atmosphere was quite ordinary, and the service was nothing special. But the food was absolutely tasteless. The potatoes were dry and completely flavorless, and the burger was just plain awful—almost nothing in it, completely bland. It's a new place, but honestly, I didn't like it at all. Instead of just saying, "Yeah, sorry," and improving things, they're trying to delete my reviews. If this continues, I'll rewrite my experience; it was simply inedible.

When you order, the food takes forever! They tell you it'll take 35 minutes to arrive, but the delivery time keeps getting adjusted. We've ordered from there twice, and the food always took 2 hours or more and was cold when it arrived.

Food was ordered at 6:30 p.m. At 8:30 p.m., there was still no food. When we called, we were told the delivery driver hadn't picked it up. Absolutely no customer service on the phone, they were handled rather rudely. And when the food finally arrived after 2.5 hours, it was, of course, cold. The bacon was burnt, and the mayo was just the cheapest, standard mayo. Worst burger ever. Absolutely not acceptable, we'll definitely order from them again.

For me, this is the tastiest burger in town if you like smash burgers. We took the food to go, so I can't rate the delivery service.

I wanted to go here because of the descent rating and the great marketing pictures on the websites that raises the appetite. Unfortunately, you can expect very long wait times after ordering - even to go. I waited probably around 15 minutes. So long, I thought of asking how much longer it is going to take. The interior appears rather cheap and felt disappointing. So I was happy that I did not want to eat there anyway. My expectation, given the great images online, was that one burger and a side would be plenty for dinner. I was proven wrong. After opening up the packaging at home, the burger turned out way smaller. It would be more fitting to call them slider. I did not expect to pay about 14€ and be hungry afterwards. While it (a singel smash BBQ Burger) tasted good over all. However, there was too much BBQ sauce and the sauce itself was way too sweat. Overall, the experience was disappointing and it feels overpriced. I recommend to keep the portion size in mind so that you can make your own value judgement as to whether it is worth exploring or not. Unrelated to my experience, some customers had issues paying with their master cards. So you may want to make sure that you are able to use a different paying method. VISA worked fine for me.

I was there on opening day and was absolutely blown away. The burgers are really juicy, perfectly seasoned, and you can tell that everything is made fresh. And the fries are amazing... The atmosphere was incredibly warm, and you could immediately tell how much love has gone into this place. Despite the opening, everything ran smoothly; the team was friendly and attentive. From now on, this will be my first stop in Dresden when I'm craving a really good burger.

The burgers taste good, but unfortunately, the most important part of the burger, the beef patty, was too gristly for me. Maybe it was just bad luck 🤷‍♂️. The staff are friendly.

As someone coming from Burger Country, I have had a lot of burgers in Dresden over the years. Haven’t been to Burgermeister in a while, but just recently had the chance to come here and try their smash burger. Quite frankly, there’s not a more authentic and better balanced burger in Dresden. Very impressive what they have managed to produce here. Their beer and side dish selection also shows they have taste. Very clean, reasonable prices, will come back.

I was able to eat a smash burger. It was good but compared to all burgers of this type, I found it a little too fatty/oily, which is a shame.

We waited over 40 minutes for two burgers. Customers who came after us were served before us. In between, delivery services constantly came to pick up. When we asked whether our order had actually been forgotten, we were told that it would be quicker to take away and be vegan... however, the burgers unfortunately didn't make up for the waiting time because they didn't taste good.

From now on my absolute favorite burger shop in Dresden because they have smash burgers!!!! The double smash, at its best, really recommended to everyone. I also serve delicious fried fries with truffle mayo. The owner and his wife are in the shop themselves and are really super friendly and professionals through and through! Absolutely worth recommending. Especially if you've never had a smash before :)

We drove from Leipzig to Dresden specifically to try this burger joint's advertised smashburgers, only to find that they were sold out. Instead we took two normal burgers, which unfortunately were very tasteless. The brioche buns were not only dry but dusty. Overall the experience was disappointing and we will not come again. Unfortunately not recommended.

The only positive thing was that it was particularly quick to prepare. Food quality was so-so. There is no service. Payment is made immediately when ordering.

We each ate a vegan burger. Quite expensive for €12, in my opinion, but so delicious that I think it was worth every cent. We also had sweet potato fries, which were delicious too! And the service at the counter was also very nice. We will be back!

The smashed burgers are just amazing!

I love hearty food and I love burgers. We had takeout here two days in a row. The burgers are amazing and still taste absolutely fantastic despite the 20 minute drive home. The truffle fries are to die for. The burger bun is totally fluffy and doesn't feel heavy on the stomach. We definitely have to eat there again. I can really highly recommend this restaurant. Price-performance ratio is right!

The citizens are good but the service 🙉 You pay €16 for citizens and fries and you don't get them at the table.3 meters. Tzz there was almost nothing going on, but smartphones and sitting around have to be enough for customer friendliness. I won't be coming back, Hellmutz is supposed to be far better.

For a burger of this size of average quality, I think over €10 is very reasonable. We ordered online, so nothing about the ambience and service. However, it was delivered quite quickly. Nice promotion at the moment, “2 for 1”. Even if that only applies to the second portion of fries and with a portion price of €4 (+1.50 for mayo or similar), that is actually well paid for. Why is there a portion of fries photographed next to every burger online?

The vegan burger with Beyond Meat is amazing! Really confusingly similar to a beef burger! Fries were also very nice and service was super friendly, everything went quickly and the price was really okay! Highly recommended!!! We will be back :)

The only problem is that now I'm trying to dip my teeth into everything else just as easily. My dentist will hate it, but my taste buds love it! Service: The staff is friendlier than a kitten dancing on a rainbow Ambience: In this burger joint it feels as if the good mood is its own secret ingredient in the burger recipe! The atmosphere is so cheerful that even the fries take a happy dip in the sauce. Wir waren Freitag Abend mit zwei kleinen Hunden da und haben vor Ort gegessen. Es gab Vegan Cheesburger mit fifty-fifty Pommes /Süsskartoffel Pommes Smashburger mit Pommes Und jeweils einem Getränk. Pommes knackig heiß und nach 10 Minuten immer noch lecker! Vegan Burger schön groß und der Bun schön fluffig! Der smashburger war etwas klein, aber für den Preis und die Fleisch Qualität definitiv gerechtfertigt! Hunde waren willkommen. Wir kommen wieder:)

Lokal hat seit kurzem (wenige Monate) einen neuen Besitzer. Neuerdings werden leckere Smashburger angeboten mit den berühmten und seltenen Martin's potato rolls (Buns). Sollte jeder (smash) Burgerliebhaber in Dresden mal probiert haben. In meinen Augen bester Burger in Dresden. Die klassischen Burger sind auch zu empfehlen. Die Pommes sind mit Sicherheit ausbaufähig, aber wenn das Geschäft mal ins Rollen kommt, werden frische Pommes und leckere Burger in diesem Laden eine extreme Bereicherung für die Neustadt sein.

Preis Leistung stimmt hier absolut, man ist gut gesättigt und das Essen ist einfach bombastisch. Empfehlung.. die Süßkartoffel Pommes sind ein Traum. Die Burger natürlich auch. Freundliche, gepflegte Bedienung und alles sauber.

Das Essen fand ich einfach klasse. Hatte einen Cheesburger mit Pommes und ja besser geht nicht. Also immer einen Besuch wert.

Keine richtigen Brioche Brötchen, Buns sind aus der Tüte und mit Toaststreifen. Fleisch war durch, statt Medium und auch zu überwürzt. Alles ziemlich standard - nichts besonderes leider. Schade. Motto „wir lieben Burger“ ist eher auf Burger King Niveau, statt auf Restaurant Niveau.
