Unfortunately, the food wasn't particularly tasty. The rice was cold, the appetizers were stale, the bread took a long time to arrive, and the fries were very stale. I don't give the service a rating. This was my last visit here, and I absolutely cannot recommend it.

The worst restaurant I've ever seen in my life. Zero service. You order something and wait an hour for them to bring it to you. And that's if they haven't forgotten your order. Their hookahs are the dirtiest I've ever seen. I asked the waiter to come down seven times. I waited 50 minutes for him to come. When he came, it was as if he was asleep. Basra would say the customer asked for a ticket but didn't come.

Ordered via UberEats. The food was soaked in oil so the bag almost tore. Portions are not only small but also very unappetizing. I would describe the food as bad, especially it doesn't look anything like the pictures. Furthermore, the sauces were forgotten, which might have added a bit of flavor. When I called I was just told that they would speak to the driver and hung up. After 10 minutes I called again and was told by a maybe 12 year old that they wouldn't deliver the sauces and I was out of luck. If they had just been honest here and said that it probably wasn't worth sending a driver again, I would have had more understanding. So many things could have been done better, but simply not contacting me anymore and hoping that I don't care and then dumping me on the phone with a child is unfortunately stupid and unnecessary. The driver and his companion at least seemed nice.

I went with my family last year to this amazing restaurant and we repeated the visit this year. They have amazing food and an extremely generous hospitality. Every time we go we feel as we are visiting the workers home, they are welcoming and serving us with care and love. The restaurant is 4 hours drive away from my house, but it is so worth the journey.
