We were thrilled with this restaurant. 👏👏👏🔝 The overall impression of the interior was very beautiful and well-maintained. Super friendly service. Tzatziki, gyros, souvlaki, tomato rice,... Everything was excellent. So delicious that we've booked again in two weeks. Full stars. 🔝🔝🔝🔝🔝🔝🔝🔝🔝🔝🔝

Poor Google maintenance! I've been on vacation since September 4, 2025, and just found out where I was. I drove there for nothing...! Please update opening hours in the future, that would be great!

We are on vacation and do not think it is necessary to write this on the Internet. 1 star is too much in my opinion. My colleague drove 30 km especially. This place will not see me again.

A good Greek restaurant in the east of Regensburg. The price-performance ratio is good, the service is very friendly, and the food is delicious.

We just had dinner there. We received a very friendly welcome, and the service was very nice, friendly, and quick. We were asked several times if everything was okay. The food was super delicious and beautifully presented. The gyro was the best I've ever eaten. The calamari was delicious and soft, the rice was excellent, and the pita was amazing. The tzatziki was creamy and excellent. We'll definitely be back.

To celebrate my husband's 30th birthday, we went there for dinner in a small group during the week (3 adults, 1 child). First of all, we were absolutely captivated by the beautiful ambiance. The restrooms were the nicest I've ever seen in my life 😁 The server was very friendly. The menu has a really wide selection, so there's something for everyone. We didn't have to wait long for the food. It was a dream! The dessert was also absolutely delicious. Our daughter loved it, too. We'll definitely be back!

Just been to the restaurant. Not very busy locally, more children than one would have expected at the time. The food was delicious, but the service, if you want to call it that, was unfortunately not up to scratch. When we arrived we waited a long time for the order and even when the drinks were empty there was no demand. We would have liked to order dessert and coffee, but then we decided to order them somewhere else and go to the counter and pay ourselves. It's a shame, there wasn't much going on, that could have been different.

Generally a good Greek. The food tastes good but the portions are very small! The prices are very expensive for the small portions, which is a shame. We would come more often if the prices were justified.

The lamb was so delicious. Not only was the food delicious, but the hospitality was on a whole another level. I had dinner here twice during my few days in Regensburg. I would definitely come back again next time I am in Regensburg.

Am Valentinstag nur 1 kleine Karte mit abweichenden Preisen zur normalen Karte. (Alles 2€ teurer) Für die geringe Auswahl an Speisen alles lauwarm serviert. Das Fleisch lieblos und total trocken. Preis/Leistung völlig daneben. Beanstandungen werden komplett ignoriert. Schade, denn ansonsten schönes Ambiente.

We went to the restaurant for dinner in the morning. The food came quickly. Right at the beginning with Uzo, after that nothing was the same. Gyros was tasty, very well seasoned, but I had the feeling it wasn't freshly cut from the spit. But as written, it tasted good. There was salad with it... Oh well. It only tasted like oil and water. Very different from what I'm used to with Greeks. 1 half slice of tomato, a little green lettuce, some onion, 1 slice of cucumber. I missed the pepperoni (ok that doesn't have to be the case) but coleslaw would have been nice like before. Tzaziki also well seasoned, unfortunately very little, maybe a spoonful. 2 heaps of small ice cream portions of Djuvec rice. I understand that everything has become more expensive, but then the food shouldn't become less. Overall it was pleasant, but a bit disappointing. I was asked if everything was okay, and I said so, but she didn't respond. Too bad

For me the best Greek in Regensburg. Other restaurants have slacked off, the best liver I've ever eaten, I order it again and again and it's excellent. We had some language problems with the waiter, so we got two wrong orders, which we simply accepted due to the barrier and got an additional side dish. Otherwise quick, nice service. Gyros, fish and especially grilled calamari (my second favorite) are also highly recommended. Thank you

Wir waren am 1. Weihnachtsfeiertag zum Essen dort. Es war nicht unser erster Besuch und trotzdem war es wieder Mega lecker. Fleisch sehr saftig, gut gewürzt und Mega lecker! Der Reis ein Traum, nicht zu trocken aber auch nicht zu wässrig. Des Service war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Preis/Leistungsverhältnis war top. Freuen uns auf den nächsten Besuch.

We were there for dinner on Christmas Day. It wasn't our first visit but it was still incredibly tasty. Meat very juicy, well seasoned and super tasty! The rice is a dream, not too dry but not too watery either. The service was very friendly and accommodating. Price/performance ratio was great. Looking forward to the next visit.

An excellent Greek restaurant for its price range 👌 Finely furnished on different levels, top service and always very friendly 👍 Nice outdoor seating in good weather, a little affected by car and train traffic - but the quality of the offering more than makes up for it 🙏 Finer and more varied Lunch at good prices. Fine Greek desserts and Greek mocha round off every stay in the best possible way. We'd love to come back again and again 👨‍👩‍👧

Ordered 3 main courses to be delivered. Unfortunately, when they arrived, they were all cold and the fries were soggy. In addition, the specially ordered tzatziki was half served. An absolute no go for ordering at this price. Too bad

A menu for two was easily enough for us with children. Meat great, fish good and delicious rice with fries. Tzatziki is served on a separate plate. The plates and dishes are warmer at the table. Super delicious food, the Acropolis plate is highly recommended. Price/performance ratio is wonderful (1 main course, 1 dessert, 1 beer approx. 30€).

Unfortunately I can't rate everything because the owners were too incompetent to enter the vacation into Google. Which is why I came specifically to dine there. Additional effort for free.

I find the portions far too small for the price; I would have needed two portions of gyros to fill me up. There are only two tablespoons of rice on the gyro plate and an almost tiny portion of tzatziki. The tzatziki wasn't even enough for half the portion. And the tzatziki I ordered didn't arrive until my food was cold. The taste of the food was okay, but there are certainly better addresses for Greek food in Regensburg.

We've been looking for a Greek for a long time and we've found it. Friendly reception, top food will be like that every 2-3 weeks from the Greek. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars for the food!!!!!!!! Keep it up.

The food, calamari and hake were exceptionally good, the starter, garlic bread, was burnt and not crispy. The place is VERY nice, the friendliness of the owners leaves a LOT to be desired. We didn't feel welcome, more like a nuisance, so not again. A pity

This was our third time in this restaurant. Last time, about 8 months ago, the food was very good, the atmosphere inside was very nice, and the service was really good. Today the gyros had small fibers and were fatty - the calamari was very large, not very seasoned and very fatty. Unfortunately, the starter was of this (non-existent) quality. When the waiter asked if everything was OK, we explained that the food, especially the gyros, was very fatty; his answer was, with a smug, instructive smile, that they've been putting belly meat in gyros for 11 years, it's just fat. We know for sure that last time the gyro pieces were big were well seasoned and not greasy. The Taramas was white today, not red - answer: that is the original. (Spässle gmacht?) Just for your information: Taramas is an appetizer dish from Turkey, among others, and is made from fish rye. Info to the unfriendly waiter this evening: this is not a dye, but red fish rye. A pity; 8 months ago the food was really good, I recommend everything. Today one waiter was friendly, the other unfortunately still had a lot of room for improvement in terms of friendliness! Unfortunately, we cannot recommend the restaurant at the moment due to the difficult to eat food and the narrow-minded waiter.

Sehr teuer, für mittelmäßiges Essen. Das erste mal, dass ich beim Griechen. nicht satt geworden bin. 5,90€ Aufpreis, für etwas zusätzliches Tzaziki finde ich wirklich frech. Preise teurer, als in der angegebenen Karte. Werde definitiv nicht mehr bestellen.

So I had something delivered a few days ago and paid almost 40 euros. It's sad that you don't even get a tzatziki and if you want to swap rice for pita there is an extra charge of 2 euros. The taste was okay but nothing special

One of the nicest Greek restaurants I've ever been to. Very stylish and furnished with love. Great ambience, super friendly service and absolutely MEGA food. Had one 2-person platter with gyros, calamari, grilled scampi and meat skewers (side dishes: salad, rice and fries) Starters: Octopus, garlic bread, baked zucchini and eggplant with tzatziki. Everything perfect!! Highly recommended and would be happy to come back very soon!!! Thank you for the great evening with you.

The food is very good, the rooms are comfortable and the staff is very nice. The point deduction is only because the prices have gone up quite a bit recently. But the price-performance ratio is very good.

The restaurant is solidly furnished and is a good address for a meal on site. The service on site is always friendly, the portions are generous and the food tastes great! The only drawback is that the portions for deliveries/orders are a bit small.

I had a (blond) hair in my food. After I asked the boss about it, I only got a stroppy answer. She said she couldn't understand whether it was from them or from us. (all of us at the table have dark brown hair). I didn't get any new food or a price reduction, or even an apology. We won't come anymore.

There is an ouzo as an introduction. The lunch menu is a good idea. There are dishes for less than €10, you'll be full and not too full.

This food is so good. Best I've had in Regensburg. We ordered delivery, and it was hot and served well. The greek salad was served with large pieces of feta and fresh crisp veggies. The grilled calamari was not rubbery like some places I've had. Portion sizes are perfect. Check out the photos. It was all as yummy as it looks. Definitely recommend.

Waren vor 1 Woche beim Akropolis, gleich vorab, es gibt deutlich bessere Griechen in Regensburg vom Gesamtpaket…… Die Portion war im Vergleich zu anderen Griechen deutlich weniger, Qualität der Speisen war gut. Kartenzahlung nicht möglich, trotz Erwähnung am Eingang! Der Eindruck ist, hier soll bar bezahlt werden…….. Keine MAESTRO, VISA, GIROCARD, absolut unakzeptabel und nicht zeitgemäß! Weder zur Begrüßung noch Verabschiedung gab es einen Ouzo, absolut unüblich für einen gehobenen Griechen, was in gewisser Form „ Gastfreundschaft „ ausstrahlt und bei jedem anderen guten Griechen in Regensburg Standort ist! Statt Souvlaki wollten wir etwas anderes am Teller, VOLLE BERECHNUNG, obwohl das Souvlaki komplett weg gelassen wurde, ebenso ein „ neues „ Erlebnis - absolut Gastunfreundlich, bisher noch nie so eine Erfahrung gemacht.. Klare Empfehlung, gut bewertete Griechen in Regensburg zu wählen, da passt das Gesamtpaket und die Gastfreundschaft leider nicht, sehr schade, nicht zu empfehlen!

Der Kellner war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Ein Wechsel der Beilage kostet 2 Euro extra. ....also nahmen wir den Reis der dann aber leider nur lauwarm war....sehr stolze Preise. Wir gehen nicht mehr hin.

Lamb chop was just perfect🤤 so juicy, i almost want to come back to Regensburg just to this restaurant😀 potato was also very fresh and crispy. I didn’t like the rice, but it is the matter of taste - my husband loved it. Also grill chicken was fantastic! Portions come with free salad and small uzo (kind of vodka) shot. Waiter is so nice and helpful! Definitely recommended to be here!

Haben spontan zum Mitnehmen bestellt. Konnten direkt nach 20 Minuten das Essen bereits abholen. Unsere Nachspeise mit Eis wurde bis zur Ankunft und Abholung kühl gestellt und am Ende gab es noch einen Ouzo in kleinen Gläschen zum Mitnehmen. Sehr aufmerksam und sehr freundlicher Kellner. War nicht das letzte Mal, bei dem schönen Ambiente vor Ort, wollen wir auf jeden Fall mal dort direkt vor Ort essen gehen :) Und zum Essen: Portionen groß genug und verdammt lecker ❤️

Richtig toll eingerichtet. Waren zu acht dort. Essen ist sehr sehr gut!! Aber kleine Portionen. Bei vielen Gerichten ist kein tzatziki dabei, da haben wir uns echt alle leicht aufgeregt da ihr ja auch stolze Preise habt. Die blonde Bedienung kennt den Spruch nicht „das Kunde König ist“ Ich persönlich war jetzt schon öfter zum Essen da und die Bedienung ist immer etwas eigenartig. Vielleicht wird sich ja das ein oder andere ändern freuen würde es mich sehr.

Super Essen, nette Bedienung. Tisch sollte man reservieren, ein Punkt Abzug beim Ambiente, da es sehr laut ist, wenn viele Gäste vor Ort sind. Ansonsten ein wirklich sehr guter Grieche, mit vernünftigen Portionen und Preisen.

Waren an einem Mittwoch Abend zu 4 dort. Es war für 19:00 Uhr reserviert, unser Tisch war dann um 19:20 Uhr frei.. wir hatten zwei mal den Akropolis Teller, zweimal Gyros Kalamari, einen gebackenen Feta und einmal Knoblauchbrot. Zu meinem Hauptgang wollte ich Pommes statt reis, hier wurden direkt mal 1,50€ mehr berechnet. Auf dem Akropolisteller (Gyros, Souvlaki, Pommes, kalamari und tzatziki) waren genau ZWEI Kalamari.. der Service ist nicht Kundenorientiert, langsam, unhöflich und wirkt eher genervt. Das preis-leistungs-Verhältnis ist unglaublich. Über gestiegene Kosten brauchen wir uns nicht unterhalten aber jeder andere Grieche in und um Regensburg bekommt es doch auch hin.

Waren heute am 28.10.23 im Restaurant um meinen Geburtstag zu feiern, Essen war sehr lecker sowohl Hauptspeise als auch die Nachspeise waren von den Portionen her perfekt abgestimmt und ausserdem sehr sehr lecker. Wir werden wieder kommen!

Mega lecker gewesen letztens. Nachteil is leider die Wartezeit auf das Essen, aber gutes Essen dauert natürlich. Preis Leistung war mega. Komm ich gerne mal wieder.

Leckeres Essen und freundlicher Service 👍

Bisher der leckerste Grieche bei dem ich persönlich war. Nette Bedienung. Sehr leckeres Essen, das Gyros richtig gut angebraten und nicht so matschig.

Update: Waren gestern mal wieder im Akropolis. Sehr schönes Ambiente, ohne kitschig zu sein. Alles sauber und fein. Die Chefin nimmt sich auch mal Zeit für ein persönliches Gespräch, wenn möglich. Die Speisen sind frisch, von bester Qualität und sehr reichhaltig. Die Scampi mit der hausgemachten Marinade gegrillt, waren die die besten, die wir jemals gegessen haben. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist angemessen. Da das Lokal abseits der Touristenwege liegt, ist es in Regensburg ein echter Insidertip. Haben uns mal wieder seht wohl gefühlt und kommen sicher gerne wieder. 👍

Ein sehr ordentlicher Grieche. Essen sehr lecker, geradlinig, kein Schnickschnack.

Vom lokal her finde ich das ist definitiv das schönste in Regensburg. Bedienung sehr freundlich. Preislich in Ordnung. Geschmacklich auch gut. Das galaktobureko ist der Hammer. 1 Stern Abzug weil sie an meinen Geburtstag keins hatten RIP.

Es hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt. Und wir wurden super freundlich bedient. Wir haben uns eine Vorspeise geteilt und uns dann am Ende von der Hauptspeise was einpacken lassen (Greccoplatte für 2 Personen), weil wir beim besten Willen nicht alles aufessen konnten. Wir kommen wieder. :)

Alles in allem ein Standardgrieche. Da ich gefühlt in jedem Griechen in Regensburg war, gebe ich dem hier den 4. Platz in "Regensburg Stadt". Portionen sind kleiner als bei der Konkurrenz. Das Gyros kann geschmacklich und Konsistenz-mäßig mit den anderen mithalten. Die Calamaris hatten wenig Geschmack und eine zu lapprige Konsistenz. Das Zaziki ist gut. Vorspeisensalat auch.

Vor 3 Jahren habe ich die Beste Note gegeben, da war es ausgezeichnet, aber jetzt ist es Gegenteil von dem was früher war. Die Inhaberin gestresst und unfreundlich sogar frech! Essen war nicht gar, halbroh, Cola schmeckte als ob es von gestern war, bestimmt war es auch so!

Nettes Lokal, leider war der Biergarten aufgrund eines Regenschauers geschlossen. Das Essen war lecker
