Very good selection of dishes and very tasty food that was not overly seasoned, which is unfortunately often the case otherwise. Price performance top. Also easily accessible for people with walking difficulties through the back door.

Nice place for a dinner, very buzy so please be in time!

The gyro was totally over salted

Four of us were there today. The food was very good 👍🏻 better than the previous one 🙂 and it was great. Happy to come back 🙂

We have been regular customers for 5 years. Today we went to the acropolis again after a long time. The friendliness has diminished a lot. The quality of the food isn't even close to what it was. The meat dry. The quantity is very clear but the prices have increased. Not again any time soon

Quick food, good price, performance ratio

We cannot understand the good reviews. My meat was completely burnt, my liver died again and the food on the plate was carelessly arranged. The waiter irritated me by constantly chewing gum and being friendly...well...that was fine. Unfortunately we won't be coming back.

Ambiance - very nice outside - half-timbered house Inside - pretty quaint, narrow tables. Staff - Welcomed by not so good friends, completely overwhelmed. Quite harsh. Food - Due to the time pressure, because a table was not reserved, we ordered schnitzel with mushroom sauce, Bernaise, a tablespoon size each and a schnitzel without anything, with unsalted fries and completely greasy breading without any taste. Ouzo after dinner is only for really good friends. Drinks - quite okay. But you can't go wrong either. It's a shame, there could be more!

We enjoyed the food very much. The portions were sufficient, the prices normal. Friendly service. The process of ordering, drinking and eating went a little too quickly for me🤣 I would have liked a little more comfort. ATTENTION, CARD PAYMENT NOT POSSIBLE! We ate there a total of three times while in rehab. We can recommend it, regardless of whether it is a meat or fish dish.😋

Service leider sehr langsam. Trotz Reservierung war der Tisch bei Ankunft nicht gedeckt. Wir mussten dann 30 Min warten und erst nach Aufforderung konnten wir bestellen. Das Essen kam dann zwar recht schnell und die Preise sind auch in Ordnung, Portionen recht groß, die Qualität ist aber leider eher minderwertig. Ich hätte lieber ein Stück weniger Fleisch oder würde 2 Euro mehr zahlen für eine bessere Fleischqualität.

I'm sorry, I don't want to write anything bad, but we were with children and nuggets were super dry and dark, dark brown 😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫. Fries, absolutely still go, no longer crispy when cold, a shame. Only salmon was very good Service also good But I don't want to visit anymore sorry

Das Restaurant ist hell und nett eingerichtet. Der Service war aufmerksam und freundlich und das Essen war lecker. Preis Leistung fand ich gut. Also ich würde hier nochmal Essen gehen.

We were there on Saturday January 4th, 2025. It was a disaster... from ordering food until the food arrived it took about 1 hour... (if it hadn't been for my wife... I would have left the store) .Some guests fetched their own drinks and cutlery....Waiting for the bill for about half an hour then working out what they had to pay...service explained it There was a change of operator and there is no cash register system because it is defective... Even if there was a change, something like this shouldn't happen...

Were there last night, the food was very tasty and good, I have to say, if we're there we'll be happy to come back

Der Laden ist unglaublich schlecht organisiert. Das Personal ist hektisch und wirkte im Service und ind der Küche ziemlich überfordert. Die Wartezeit ist unzumutbar. Das Essen ist eingermaßen aber das Geld nicht wert. An der schlecht beleuchteten Außentreppe vor dem Eingang wäre ein Handlauf hilfreich. Hier muss sich noch einiges ändern, sonst sehe ich schwarz.

Yesterday we were guests in the restaurant for the second time and it was delicious again 😋! As a starter I had the seafood salad with balsamic vinegar and oil Lamb fillet, a dream. Totally tender and fried to medium rare. Unfortunately, the Greek cake was no longer suitable for dessert this time. He'll come back next time. Thanks to the friendly staff! We'll be back.

I've been eating there at least once a month for 5 and a half years. So far I have never been disappointed! The food tastes great! The portion absolutely meets my expectations! The starter, filled dumplings, were cold. The tzatziki was more like a yogurt dip. The food was okay but nothing special.

Restaurant overall okay, but nothing more. When we entered, we were blinded by the lighting conditions, which were more like an operating room. The waiter was friendly and showed us to a table. After choosing the food, the drinks and salad arrived quickly, although they were rather disappointing. The food (chicken breast fillet with Bearnaise and chicken pan in Metaxa) was really tasty in terms of taste, although in our opinion the chicken could have been cooked a little more. The quantity, atypically Greek, wasn't that large, so we were still slightly hungry. The bill for one drink and one dish was just under 50 euros per person. It is exciting to mention that ketchup and mayonnaise were charged additionally. Overall it was okay, but nothing more.

Well attended restaurant. Nevertheless, after calling by phone, we immediately received a table for 2 people. Food came quickly and was very tasty. Attentive and friendly staff. We really liked it. Keep it up. We can only recommend it.

The food was way too spicy. I had a sore tongue for 24 hours and although I complained about it, nothing came of it. I only ate a quarter of the minced meat at most, but that probably didn't matter. Despite repeated announcements. Only when I paid and once again clearly expressed my annoyance was I offered a replacement. I already had my jacket on... what was the mistake... had to pay for everything... staff extremely stressed and often rude. Especially the MA who collects money. My friend's meal was delicious. You can tell most of the guests aren't coming back anyway..why bother!!

I've been to this restaurant a few times, but in the evening, for dinner with my husband. Was always satisfied. Now I was there for lunch with a small group. I have to say that I was very disappointed. We had a small dog with us, according to the website dogs are welcome and we had a nice place outside. I asked for an old container to give the dog water. Unfortunately, that wasn't available locally. Then we organized one ourselves. Unfortunately, when we asked for water, we were very rudely asked to get water from the toilet. I have to say that the food at lunchtime was quite clear, even if it was enough for me. But you pay the same price at lunchtime as in the evening. All in all, I'm a little disappointed 😞. I don't think I'll be eating there again anytime soon. Too bad

We got the 62 and 63. One gyros with tzatziki including salad/fries and one gyros with Metaxa sauce also salad/fries. - Salad was without dressing - Fries unsalted, a bit tasteless - Gyros themselves were "ok", but the tzatziki and Metaxa sauce tasted satisfactory to us Unfortunately there is no comparison to Mykonos. The price was more expensive. We tried here because it was Mykonos' rest day. Overall we were pretty disappointed with the food. The Google reviews are probably due to the restaurant and the local food. We wouldn't pick up here again.

It's a solid Greek restaurant but nothing more. The gyros is not thin and tender as you are used to, but small and thicker. The liver, on the other hand, is tender and tastes very good.

The ambience and service are very good. I ordered a “Z…..er” schnitzel here. For a solid €15 I got a 3-4mm thin schnitzel that was floating in a soup. Unfortunately it wasn't a real sauce. The schnitzel was completely soggy and inedible. It fell apart in the mouth. My family's food looked similar, but yours tasted slightly better. Maybe a blip and not a norm.

Apart from that, the food is delicious and the terrace is very inviting when the weather is nice. There is nothing to complain about. This restaurant really has deserves only good reviews.

Große Karte mit typischen griechischen Gerichten. Wir haben schon mehrfach im Akropolis gegessen. Das Essen ist "nicht der Knaller", aber durchaus schmackhaft und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt ebenfalls. Ist wohl ein Familienbetrieb. Der Service ist freundlich aber es ist noch "Luft nach oben". Alles in allem "solide".

We had reserved a table as a precaution. Was better too. We got the menu straight away and drinks came quickly. The salad consisted of iceberg and coleslaw with a yogurt dressing. That's definitely better. I had gyros gratinated with cheese and Metaxa sauce, my husband had beef liver with fried onions. Both were very tasty.

Gyros and steak are very tasty. The tzatziki was very tasty, but could have been a little more. The side salad would be a bit bland, so I can only recommend ordering only coleslaw. He was very good. My companion had fish that was both well seasoned and well prepared. A clear recommendation for the Akropolis restaurant.

The food is delicious, but the price is too high. When I asked for a small portion to go with my gyro's mini cup of tzatziki because it wasn't enough, they ended up charging me €5.50. It was rude not to point this out to the customer.

We were there for dinner last night. Unfortunately, the food didn't convince us at all. The drinks were okay. The salad consisted of 80% iceberg lettuce, a tiny bit of coleslaw, half a slice of cucumber, a pepperoni and water-yoghurt dressing. My husband had the gyros with broccoli, cream stiff and cheese gratinated. This was fine, but nothing more. The side dish, the rice, had no taste and was probably just colored red. My bifteki with feta just tasted peppery and you had to look for the feta. The fries were tasty, but I've never had such chunky tzatziki before. (The cucumber in it was in chunky pieces and not grated). We cannot recommend the restaurant.
