Super Italian restaurant, Huuuuge pizzas, same for salads, try the insalata con manzo… Cool staff. Perfecto.

You hardly get any attention here. You order, get your food, but if you want something else, no waiter is interested in you. The first time, I was told the tiramisu was non-alcoholic. The second time, they suddenly said it did contain some alcohol. I didn't want it anymore, but I still had to pay for it – while the waiters ate it themselves. And, unfortunately, unfriendly.

Although it's a little far from the station, it's a little-known spot where you can relax and chat while you eat, and the inside of the restaurant is spacious and the restrooms are clean, so there's no problem even bringing children with you. Looks like it could be used for a girls' night out where you can chat and chat 😊

We had a lovely evening at Remos Frankfurt. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting. Everything is nice and new and has a certain warmth. The service was friendly and quick, everything worked perfectly that evening. The food, which was largely identical to the L'Osteria chain, was consistently good. Starters delicious, main courses (pizzas and salad) delicious, dessert also delicious. The prices are definitely slightly higher, but the ambience and the warehouses certainly contribute to this. Overall, a recommendation... you can eat well here in a nice atmosphere.

We were there with a larger group. The service tried hard, but at times also became annoyed and very flippant over the course of the evening. The pizzas were huge and tasted okay. However, the pasta portions were really small and unfortunately didn't fill you up, so even if you were normal you would have to order two to get full.

Zwei Gerichte, die wir bestellen wollten, waren ausverkauft. Dies teilte man uns, nachdem wir sie bestellt hatten, nach 10 Minuten mit. Wir wählten ein Hauptgericht und verschiedene Tacos. Das Essen schmeckt okay, es ist zu viel Fleisch auf den Tacos, sodass diese beim Anheben zerfallen. Jedes Gericht wurde in einer großen Auflaufform serviert, was nicht schön aussah. Die Kellnerin war unsicher und kippte einen unserer Cocktails beim Servieren etwas über den Tisch. Obwohl mehr als 7 Mitarbeiter zu sehen waren, fühlten wir uns nicht ausreichend bedient.

WORST SERVICE!! I have never had such bad service in my entire life, waiter walks past us several times. Only came after almost an hour to ask for a drink? What kind of shop is this? We had an empty stomach and then waited almost an hour to eat. No, no, it's pure chaos in here.

Vorspeise hätte für 4 Personen etwas mehr sein dürfen, Hauptgänge waren sehr lecker, Service war aufmerksam, hätte aber ruhig auch mal fragen können, ob noch Getränke gewünscht werden oder Dessert. Saßen in der Ecke, genau unter dem Lautsprecher. Das war uns zu laut zum länger sitzen und noch nen Cocktail schlürfen. Aber in Allem - gerne wieder!

Furthermore, the service wasn't really convincing either: although we drew our attention at the beginning, the menu was only brought to us after we asked again. The waitress didn't know what a Radler 0.0% was either. Finally, no oil or salt was brought to us with the pizza. Ich habe für eine Feier zum ersten Mal bei Yuma's einen Tisch reserviert. Durch die Bank waren ich und meine Gäste sehr zufrieden. Das Essen wurde immer wieder gelobt, die Bedienung war freundlich und hat immer geduldig alles erklärt. Regelmäßig wurde nachgefragt, ob wir was brauchen. Und keiner der Angestellten hat Druck gemacht, obwohl sie den Laden schließen wollten. Wir konnten alles bis zum Ende genießen. Schön war's und wir kommen wieder. Danke, Yuma's!

We celebrated a big birthday there. We knew we had to be out of there by 11pm. Absolutely okay. And the team was friendly and accommodating until the last minute. We didn't feel like we were being kicked out, even though we didn't get up to leave until a quarter to eleven. The birthday child even received a surprise cocktail and our Muslim friends' requests to avoid pork were reliably and naturally fulfilled. What more do you want. Small drawback: if the otherwise impeccable service, who speaks several languages, had paid more attention to our drinks, we would have spent a few euros more there. Wunderbar zuvorkommende Bedienung. Sie brachte mit den anderen Speisekarten direkt eine englische Version, weil sie beim Reinkommen bemerkt hatte, dass einer unserer Freunde nur englischsprachig ist. Unfortunately, we, a group of girls, left the store disappointed. The five of us had 3 starters and later each had a main course and a dessert. The starters were okay, although we added a lot of salt and pepper. However, it was only on the third attempt that we were able to find a full salt shaker on surrounding tables. When the main courses came, the empty salt shakers quickly explained this: all the pasta dishes (we all had different ones) were completely unsalted. We all had to pass the salt shaker around several times while we ate. The dessert at the end was good. After our stay we were full, but we lacked the satisfaction of having eaten delicious Italian dishes… We all came to the conclusion that it wasn't enough for a second time.

Gestern waren wir in Remos, das war das erste Mal für uns. Wir waren so begeistert vom Essen, von der Freundlichkeit der Kellner, insbesondere der Kellner aus Albanien, der mit uns Italienisch perfekt gesprochen hat. Remos schließt um 22.00 Uhr, dieser freundlicher Kellner ist bis 23.00 geblieben, so dass eine Freundin von uns , die später gekommen ist, in Ruhe essen konnte. Mit Sicherheit werden wir zu Remos wiedegehen. Vielen Dank!

Waited 15min to be seated while someone ordered takeout. Waited 90min for the main courses. Starters never arrived at all. My food was okish. Partner was choking on bones and ended up leaving half of hers. And the waiter spilt a drink on my trousers. Not the best Valentine’s Day.

It was the first time in Remos: all was perfect! Ambiente is super, the food id delicious, we had pizza, pasta, Antipasti.. all tasted very good. The Albanien waiter was very kind and polite. They normally close at 10.00 pm, but he stayed till 11.00 pm so that the last person coming could have enough time to eat something! Thanks very much for being so friendly, for sure we‘ ll come again soon!

Besonders hervorzuheben sind die vielfältigen vegetarischen und veganen Optionen, die wirklich köstlich waren. Die Qualität des Essens war schlichtweg beeindruckend. Jeder Bissen war eine Explosion an Geschmack und Frische. Die Zutaten waren offensichtlich von höchster Qualität, und die Zubereitung war meisterhaft. Was das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis betrifft, so war ich angenehm überrascht. Angesichts der hohen Qualität des Essens und des exzellenten Services waren die Preise mehr als gerechtfertigt. The restaurant offers a nice ambience in which you can feel comfortable. Personally, I like the style. Service was friendly, I would describe it as almost neutral, nothing to complain about. We were there in a larger group and everything looked pretty tasty. The pizzas are really huge, you can easily share them and there's nothing wrong with the taste, but I think €20 for a pizza is pretty decent. If the prices are higher than in other restaurants, then in my opinion the customer should be so impressed that they definitely want to come back. All in all, you can definitely do it, but I wouldn't have to go there again now.

Auf Empfehlung sind wir gestern (20.01.2024 abends) ins Remos Frankfurt. Bestellt haben wir Pasta mit Hühnchen in Sahnesoße. Die Sahnesoße war säuerlich (höchstwahrscheinlich abgelaufen), das Gericht war insgesamt komplett ungewürzt. Die Kellner schienen so beschäftigt, dass sie erst beim Abräumen fragten, ob es uns geschmeckt hat. Normalerweise sollte man den Gast nach einigen Minuten fragen, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Da der Teller noch komplett voll war und der Kellner mich fragte weshalb ich es nicht gegessen habe, teilte ich ihm mit, dass es ungenießbar ist und die Sahne sauer ist. Daraufhin kam ein einfaches „OK“. Sonst nichts. Ein reines „OK“. Keine Nachfrage, kein Versuch der Erklärung, kein Entgegenkommen. Zum Schluss bekamen wir die Rechnung und das Gericht durften wir ebenfalls in voller Höhe zahlen. Wir als Gäste versuchen vor Ort auf Missstände hinzuweisen, um den Gastronom eine Chance zur Besserung zu geben. Wer diese Chance nicht ergreift, dem ist es vermutlich lieber, dass er im Internet Kritik erntet. Die Frage, ob das Essen geschmeckt hat, sollte man dann lieber komplett weglassen, wenn man mit dem Feedback nicht umgehen kann.

Essen und Service waren anfänglich sehr gut. Das böse erwachen kam in der Nacht. Heftiger Durchfall und Bauchschmerzen waren das Resultat unserer Pizzen. Schade.

Sehr gute Location für größere Gruppen, die Pizzen sind groß und gut zubereitet. Die Vorspeisen sind allerdings noch besser. Der Service ist aufmerksam, kann aber bei vollem Restaurant langsam sein.

Insgesamt alles gut - lecker und freundlich, wenngleich das Essen keine Offenbarung ist. Für "perfekt" fehlt mehr Liebe zum Detail. Ab und zu gehen wir aber sehr gerne zu Remos. Der Service meldet sich nur leider nach dem Servieren der Hauptspeisen ab, zumindest bei den letzten zwei Besuchen. Weitere Getränke haben wir nicht konsumiert, weil wir dann gehen wollten nachdem sich 30 Minuten lang niemand mehr für uns interessiert hat obwohl der Laden nur halbvoll war. Beim Bezahlen standen dann bei einem der beiden Male die leeren Teller der Hauptspeise noch vor uns, obwohl wir in Sichtweite der Bar saßen. Es gibt allerdings Schlimmeres und wir kommen wieder.

Schick eingerichtetes Restaurant, die Tische sind nicht so eng aneinander gestellt wie woanders, die Pizzen sind riesig und super lecker (ich hatte die Diavolo) und die Preise sind fair

Nach 2 Stunden wurden wir rausgeschmissen, obwohl bei der Reservierung dies zu keiner Zeit angegeben wurde. Somit endete das Jahres-Team-Dinner zum Abschluss des Jahres bereits nach 2 Stunden. Das war eine schwere Enttäuschung und konnte auch mit einem Gratis-Tequila nicht aufgewogen werden. Wenn Reservierungen zeitlich befristet sind, dann sollte das bei der Auswahl angezeigt und in Reservierungsbestätigungen explizit drauf hingewiesen werden!

Sehr schönes Restaurant, tolles Ambiente und das Essen ist ganz gut. Das Person war aber katastrophal und richtig unfreundlich. Erst bediente uns ein Kellner sehr unhöflich. Er brachte mir und meinem Mann 2 Cola ohne Kohlensäure daraufhin ließen wir sie zurück bringen und bekamen neue. Allerdings brachten die Getränke eine Kellnerin die noch unfreundlicher war. Anstatt mit mir zu reden was sich auch so gehört, redete sie nur mit meinem Mann und hatte mich garnicht beachtet. Die Getränke hat sie auch zuerst meinem Mann gegeben wie das Essen. Sehr unfreundlich. Kein bitte, kein danke und kein guten Appetit. Ob alles in Ordnung war wurde auch nicht gefragt. Sorry aber dieses Verhalten verdirbt das ganze Essen.
