The food is excellent, very tasty and generous portions. The service was very friendly. Everything perfect.

We felt very comfortable, the food was excellent and the prices were completely ok. We had a cheese and ham platter, with a very good baguette.

We were in the Ratskeller last night and absolutely loved it. Super nice and attentive service and absolutely good cuisine. It was so delicious that we are going again today.

We were in Rheindorf for a weekend and were looking for a restaurant. Since we really liked it on the first day, we went again the next day. The food and service are great! The only small catch is that when it's full it's very loud.

We spontaneously tried our luck, the restaurant was already quite full, but we were still welcomed in a friendly and relaxed manner and had space for two. We really liked the food, it was cleverly prepared and, as mentioned, the team was very friendly and attentive and humorous. We'd love to stop by again.

We came here from Berlin for two days to relax and wanted to eat something warm at 8 p.m. when everything else was already closed. The nice waitress and the two cooks actually wanted to tidy up and clean, but they took extra time for us and turned on the stove again. Conclusion: We had our drink and food very quickly and it was super tasty and freshly prepared! Thanks to the team! Definitely recommended!

Simply fantastic! Five of us were there for dinner yesterday after making reservations for "entire duck". Delicious, plentiful food served in a cozy atmosphere from cheerful and extremely friendly service...what more could you want? A real highlight and definitely recommended! The food here is fantastic and the service is great.

The ambience is very nice, right on the square and the service is very friendly. We didn't think the food was that good, the duck was a bit tough. The beer was good though! The nice thing is that the place is open 24 hours a day and yes, we had a seat straight away. Parking is a little harder to find, but requires a bit of driving around.

Very tasty food, very large portions, half positions would have been available upon request. The leftovers were happily packed up and provided a full meal the next day. Very friendly team. Gladly again 👍

We had reserved a table and were greeted very friendly. The service is excellent. We were very enthusiastic about the food. The quality, taste and size of the dishes were top. The price-performance ratio is also right. Keep it up. We'll be back next time we're in Rheinsberg.

Unfortunately, we weren't thrilled at all... the food only gets one star because the chicken simply wasn't cooked through and the cheese spaetzle was far too dry. Neither is recommended. The apple strudel as dessert was nothing special and somehow the taste was missing. Service was ok. The cellar lady was very stressed. The cellar was friendly.

We went here for dinner based on a recommendation and it was delicious. Salad and vegetables were fresh and crunchy and all food came promptly after ordering. The staff is very friendly. Requests for changes were addressed. Price-performance fits. TOP!!!

We were in the Ratskeller today after visiting the castle and felt very comfortable. Very friendly and attentive service, the food was very tasty, everything was homemade in good portions, the price/performance ratio was right. The ambience is rather simple, rustic, but still cozy and with a modern touch. Sanitary facilities are clean and tidy, there are high chairs for children and dogs are given a bowl of water. There is also always hot food available. A very clear recommendation!

Very unfriendly reception. Tables were not full but marked reserved. We had the feeling that we no longer wanted to serve people here. We left disappointed and were served very courteously in the restaurant “Zum Fischerhof”, even without a reservation. We dined very well.

Actually the reviews of the restaurant are quite good..... Our goulash soup was completely over-seasoned and too salty, so we didn't order anything else. Service is nice and friendly. You have to like the location right on the street to sit outside

We had a lovely evening with good food. The service is attentive. The cheese and ham variation and Fontane's favorite dish are highly recommended.

We visited Reinsberg today and what can I say, we were hungry 😂🤤. So off to the next restaurant. Choosing the food and not waiting long, it was there. I have to say that staff at our table (Sandra) loves her job! She reacted exactly as you would expect as a guest if a small problem arose. We would love to come back and can recommend the restaurant! Very tasty food and friendly service. We had reserved seats in advance, which is also highly recommended for 19 :) The atmosphere is very relaxed and pleasant, and everything is beautifully decorated. I had ordered the Wiener Schnitzel with fried potatoes, and it wasn't a problem to change the order slightly. All in all, highly recommended!

The Bez Name restaurant impresses with its modern approach to cuisine, offering dishes prepared from carefully selected ingredients. Each dish is well thought out, and the interior combines elegance and coziness. Excellent service and the unique taste of the dishes make this place worth visiting.

Both eat well. Drinks well chilled. Prices have increased slightly like everywhere else.

Good food but not exactly cheap

Wir, 5 Personen, haben nach einem Besuch im Schloss hier zum Mittag gegessen. Allen beteiligten hat es hervorragend geschmeckt und die Bedienung war super.

Very good restaurant right next to Rheinsberg Castle. Very good food, especially the regional first asparagus of the season is top! 🤩 The portions are the right size and the waitress was very nice and friendly. Highly recommended, gladly again. Value for money is great 👍🏼🥗

The service was very unfriendly. A small change to a dish for vegetarians was categorically ruled out, leaving family members without food. The question is how to deal with customers who have intolerances. The rest of the food was unfortunately very bland. English-speaking customers are not even remotely addressed and are answered stoically in German. Which caused uncertainty among customers. If the menu is subtitled in English, at least the waitress should know the terms.

I would prefer not to give a star at all. The food (we had two Wiener Schnitzels) was literally sickening. Poor quality meat, rarely eaten such disgusting meat. Never again! The service was also super unfriendly and sometimes annoyed. Typical tourist push.

If you want to eat well in Rheinsberg, you can't ignore the Ratskeller. The food was excellent (we had liver and Wiener schnitzel), the service was very courteous and humorous. However, it is also very crowded at rush hour. A reservation is definitely recommended. You can sit outside. However, the location on the main thoroughfare is not for everyone.

Great food, really good fare and decent portions. Unfortunately, the one young lady in the outside service area is anything but courteous and polite. Maybe she should work in a correctional facility instead. We had to put together tables and chairs ourselves, only to be told afterwards that we had to use the tables elsewhere. We can organize painting supplies for children in the restaurant upon request. She forgot/didn't bring it. She shouted at other guests without even greeting them to get to the right table. But the rest of the staff was very friendly!

Here you will find very nice, courteous employees who enjoy their work. Great service. Kitchen great. The Berlin liver with fried potatoes is like mom's. We would be happy to come back.

Even though some tables were reserved, we still found a place. We were served quickly. The ice cream sundaes were good, but we didn't like the coffee. Unfortunately, you sit outside pretty close to traffic.

We were very surprised by the interior design of the Ratskeller. It was very comfortable and we liked it. The waiter was extremely friendly. We found the food to be average. I had fish. Unfortunately it was quite solid. But the side dishes were good. My husband had the veal schnitzel. This was also very tough. That was a shame.

We went there for lunch today with our baby. The service was very unfriendly and sometimes annoyed, even though there were few tables occupied. The view of the castle is nice, but very limited due to its location on the road. We had to take our lunch with us because our baby (almost 1 year old) was fussy. Positive: food could be taken away. But the waitress reacted very rudely to the request. To eat: + Selection + Taste was okay - very expensive -> two main courses, plus a baby meal and two drinks 70€. We don't know anything like this from other vacations - Quality-> not according to the price, onions cut so big, salty - Child's food: mashed potatoes were very solid and salty, not for the baby. But you could point this out when ordering, so we'll just chalk that up slightly. Child-friendly looks different. We wouldn't eat there again and wouldn't recommend it to others. There are much better alternatives in beautiful Rheinsberg.

I went here for my mother's birthday last month. She also celebrated her 25th wedding anniversary here. The shop has maintained its culinary quality for a long time. A great selection, even for vegetarians like me. The price is also quite reasonable.

Delicious food and good service. Unfortunately, one of the service staff was a bit rude. She blocked tables with reservations and didn't necessarily seem to enjoy her work. But all the other service staff were very nice.

Tastes very good. However, the side dishes are saved, which is why you spend a lot of money getting up from the table hungry. The children's portion is larger than the adult portion. The pike perch was sufficient and very tasty. The fried potatoes are a real joke. The...potatoes were missing from the potato pan. Unfortunately we saved money in the wrong place.

Schnitzel was not cooked through and therefore limp, the breading had completely fallen off and was not crispy but soggy. I would have expected more in a restaurant where the schnitzel is one of the flagship dishes. It was a disappointment. When this was mentioned to the waitress when clearing away, nothing happened. The dumplings and the beer were good.

First of all, I would like to praise the incredibly brilliant service! All the waiters were very open-minded and tried to find a place for me and my e-bike. I was advised that there may be a long wait and my drink order was taken immediately. I was also allowed to charge my e-bike at the in-house socket. It would hardly have been possible otherwise this evening in Rheinsberg. The food was delicious, there was even extra sauce at my request. I would love to come back and I have to emphasize once again that the waiters do a really, really good job. I leave this restaurant happy and with a big, bulging belly and would love to come back!
