We were there first as a couple, then later as a larger group. We had some drinks and something to eat outside. The staff is friendly and polite to the guests. Highly recommended 😃

Nice atmosphere. Friendly service. I ordered chicken and 2 eggs with the vegetarian potato pan. Was gladly served. Thank you very much it was very tasty. Even if the prices were a little higher, we would be happy to come back. Toilets clean.

Got very good rump steak. Served exactly as ordered, medium but preferably a little rarer. The meat was perfect in terms of taste and level of frying, the sweet potato fries were crispy and tasty and a large portion, plus herb bread and 3 dips, and the salad was also a large portion. I also really liked the dressing. Service staff friendly and on the ball. Was also able to deal well with difficult guests at the next table. I'd be happy to come back next time I'm in the corner.

We are repeat offenders and were not disappointed this time either. The outdoor space is pleasant, although it is on the street, but there is also something to see. We ate well and the staff was again super friendly and quick. We had the pot roast and veal schnitzel with asparagus. The asparagus was a bit soft and the potatoes were a bit neutral but salt can help with that. The braised meat with dumplings and red cabbage was great. We'll be back.

I ate at the Ratskeller in Rheinsberg for two consecutive days – and I have to say: simply WOW! I've rarely enjoyed such delicious food in such a cozy atmosphere. On the first evening, I had the braised beef – tender as butter, incredibly aromatic, and with a perfectly seasoned sauce. It was accompanied by classic side dishes that rounded off the whole experience wonderfully. I was already thrilled! The next day, I absolutely wanted to come back because I was so impressed by the food – and again, I wasn't disappointed. This time, I chose the liver Berlin style, a dish I honestly don't order everywhere – but here, it was an absolute hit! The liver was perfectly fried, tender, still beautifully juicy on the inside, and with a very light, delicious crust on the outside. The onions were golden brown and sweetly caramelized – simply heavenly. The surroundings were also impeccable: The staff were extremely friendly, attentive, and warm. You feel welcome from the very first moment. The service always had a smile on their faces, was fast, professional, yet relaxed and down-to-earth – exactly what you'd want. The ambiance in the Ratskeller is very pleasant – quaint, cozy, and decorated with a loving eye for detail. Everything is just right here: food, service, atmosphere. I'll definitely be back and recommend the Ratskeller to anyone who loves good German food and values ​​genuine hospitality. For me, it's a clear 5-star experience!

Our family group was large, with 16 participants, almost all of whom spoke English. Nevertheless, the waiter managed it confidently. Everyone was very happy with the various food offerings.

Zander fillet and Fontane's favorite dish are simply two classics in the Ratskeller. Had a lovely, relaxing evening with everything that went with it.

The potatoes in the potato pan were very al dente and were swimming in fat. The herb dip was also sweet. When we brought it up, it wasn't really addressed, and the waitress we brought it up to just stared at me the rest of the time, trying not to even make it subtle. When we wanted to leave the Ratskeller, we had to watch as a man in a room with the word "kitchen" written above it had a cigarette in his mouth and put it away as soon as he noticed that we had seen it. Even if it is an anteroom from the kitchen, that is no excuse for smoking there. It was the first and last time.

It's very cozy there, the staff are very friendly and accommodating. The food is nice and hot and made from good local ingredients from the region. We were thrilled every time.

There were four of us and we had the cheese spaetzle, the braised meat twice and the children's burger. The portion sizes were surprisingly generous. The spaetzle was great. However, the pot roast and all the components seemed to have been cooked rather carelessly. This means that the red cabbage, the roast and the sauce were missing spices and salt. The roast wasn't very tender either. The children's burger seemed quite expensive to us at €11. When we saw the lavish plate, it was all right. Unfortunately we had cartilage/bones in the patty. Espresso, service & time management were good.

We were very surprised by the interior design of the Ratskeller. It was very comfortable and we liked it. The waiter was extremely friendly. We found the food to be average. I had fish. Unfortunately it was quite solid. But the side dishes were good. My husband had the veal schnitzel. This was also very tough. That was a shame.

We were in Rheindorf for a weekend and were looking for a restaurant. Since we really liked it on the first day, we went again the next day. The food and service are great! The only small catch is that when it's full it's very loud.

We came here from Berlin for two days to relax and wanted to eat something warm at 8 p.m. when everything else was already closed. The nice waitress and the two cooks actually wanted to tidy up and clean, but they took extra time for us and turned on the stove again. Conclusion: We had our drink and food very quickly and it was super tasty and freshly prepared! Thanks to the team! Definitely recommended!

Simply fantastic! Five of us were there for dinner yesterday after making reservations for "entire duck". Delicious, plentiful food served in a cozy atmosphere from cheerful and extremely friendly service...what more could you want? A real highlight and definitely recommended! The food here is fantastic and the service is great.

The ambience is very nice, right on the square and the service is very friendly. We didn't think the food was that good, the duck was a bit tough. The beer was good though! The nice thing is that the place is open 24 hours a day and yes, we had a seat straight away. Parking is a little harder to find, but requires a bit of driving around.

Very tasty food, very large portions, half positions would have been available upon request. The leftovers were happily packed up and provided a full meal the next day. Very friendly team. Gladly again 👍

Unfortunately, we weren't thrilled at all... the food only gets one star because the chicken simply wasn't cooked through and the cheese spaetzle was far too dry. Neither is recommended. The apple strudel as dessert was nothing special and somehow the taste was missing. Service was ok. The cellar lady was very stressed. The cellar was friendly.

We were in the Ratskeller today after visiting the castle and felt very comfortable. Very friendly and attentive service, the food was very tasty, everything was homemade in good portions, the price/performance ratio was right. The ambience is rather simple, rustic, but still cozy and with a modern touch. Sanitary facilities are clean and tidy, there are high chairs for children and dogs are given a bowl of water. There is also always hot food available. A very clear recommendation!

Very unfriendly reception. Tables were not full but marked reserved. We had the feeling that we no longer wanted to serve people here. We left disappointed and were served very courteously in the restaurant “Zum Fischerhof”, even without a reservation. We dined very well.

Actually the reviews of the restaurant are quite good..... Our goulash soup was completely over-seasoned and too salty, so we didn't order anything else. Service is nice and friendly. You have to like the location right on the street to sit outside
