There is a shower only in the restaurant and it doesn't work either.

We ate at Nordsee and had pollock with rubbery fried potatoes, so few of which we even got cold potatoes on the side. They charged us double for the Coke. If I were a food critic, I would have shut that place down. It's outrageous to offer something like that. Shame on you for trying to cheat people. Absolutely inedible, a complete rip-off. Save yourselves the trouble.

Fueling up was quick and easy. There were options for a light meal. The sanitary facilities were very clean.

The motorway service station was in a very unhygienic state, and the staff were unfriendly. In my opinion, they urgently need further training to improve service quality and cleanliness. Otherwise, it would be advisable to consider disciplinary action!

The parking lot is small, and on weekends, trucks are parked in passenger spaces. The restrooms at the station are clean, as usual, meeting Sanitfair standards. Showers are available in the restaurant next to the parking lot. The restaurant is modern and nicely decorated, but the restrooms look like those at train stations in the 1990s... the showers look more like mushroom farms in the basement. You pay 3 euros in cash to the toilet attendant. Oddly enough, there's a Sanitfair sticker on the shower door, and the standard is far below what's offered elsewhere. In short, I've never encountered worse conditions on a German highway than here.

There were trucks everywhere and I had to abandon my stop. I simply drove on to the next possible stop.

The shop and restaurant were clean, empty, and quiet. The toilets downstairs were also clean, but the employee couldn't even say thank you for the 50 cents I was given...very poor...otherwise everything was OK.

It's a great place to take a break, get something to eat and drink, and there's plenty of parking for cars 🚗 and trucks 🚚. You can also refuel ⛽️ or charge your electric vehicle 🚗. The restrooms are clean and tidy, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Thank you!

It was a very nice stopover, with clean restrooms and friendly service! The price/performance ratio for a rest stop was absolutely fine. P.S.: Try the shrimp box and fried fish sandwich.

It's 6:47 AM today, and it's a shame that this place is open 24 hours but at this hour the doors are locked.

Toilet very clean, delicious Bockwurst and very friendly staff

After a tiring drive, I stopped for a rest and ordered fish and chips. I paid 9.95 for a large portion and 4.99 for a fish sandwich. I even got a second sauce for free when I asked. All in all, a good place to stop for a break, large portion, very tasty, and reasonably priced.

Simply where you can get or dispose of the essentials 🤣

Everything is ok, cleaner toilets, service station can be recommended for a break, as unfortunately on all motorways it is expensive, everyone has to decide for themselves 🤔🤷

Coffee doesn't taste good at all

Charging €1 for a restroom that's at least 30 years old, isn't clean, and is broken in many places is pretty cheeky. You don't even get a voucher. The restaurant area is quite modern.

They charge €1 for the smelly, dirty restrooms. Some doors are broken, the soap dispenser isn't filled, and one faucet isn't usable. The hand sanitizer at the rest stop exit is empty (not even in the restroom area). The man who sits there and collects the money should clean up sometime!!!!! I don't recommend stopping here; it's a disgrace.

A good big cup of coffee for cheap money, clean and tidy, and there are toilets and good parking facilities.

Unfortunately, it's not possible to give it less than one star. We were the only customers and had to wait 30 minutes for fries. Unfortunately, they were far too dry.

The exterior and interior areas require urgent renovation. Reference to Sanifair....... no vending machine available. Outdoor area littered.

We stopped here for a bite. Very clean, the tables are wiped down, which makes the food taste even better. We ate there, and the fries were delicious. Friendly staff, a good selection of dishes, and there's a comfortable seating area on one side. The restrooms are also very clean. Thanks for that.

The only positive thing about the rest stop was the great playground for the kids. However, there could be some shade near the benches, like there were on the terrace above.

Ordered lunch for the kids. After 25 minutes, they still hadn't gotten it. Only then did I notice that the kitchen appliances weren't even working. Hooray for the "professionals" who have no clue what they're doing.

No, they charge cash for using the restroom, even though the entrance says "Serways." Perhaps someone from the tax office should come by. With around 250 visitors—possibly many more—that's a decent daily rate.

I was just passing through and decided to shower there. The shower is absolutely disgusting. There's mold all over the walls, hair on the floor, and it smells funny. It's not healthy and should definitely be reported. Never again and I wouldn't recommend anyone else to shower there. I'd rather drive on stinking! It's a disgrace.

It's not possible to open the entrance doors at the rest stop in a hygienic manner. You have to pull the doors open by hand, along with several other guests.

The man collecting the money deliberately placed the plant on top of the text so that you can't see that it's a recommendation. According to previous reviews and the operator's response, improvements should be made to prevent this from happening. It didn't seem to work. I'm definitely not going here again! We had breakfast at the rest stop for €40 and were still asked to pay for the restroom.

A7 is a very busy motorway, how could a parking lot be built without a protective barrier, absolute indifference to truck drivers and their rest. Incredible noise around the clock. Another typically filthy German rest stop with broken glass on the floor, overturned water containers, and blocked toilets. You're supposed to pay €1 for that. But people want it that way, otherwise they'd vote differently.

Parking is good. Saturday evening, 70% full. The gas station only has a Sanifair pay toilet, no showers. The shower in the building near the exit is relatively clean, although the water has nowhere to drain, so a squeegee is completely unnecessary. A beggar in the restroom asks for money (1 euro) every day, sometimes with a terminal.

The prices were very high, and the food was cold and scarce. The gas was also very expensive, 60 cents per liter more than in Hamburg. The toilets cost extra, the gas station didn't accept Sanifaif even though the ordering machine said otherwise, and the staff were very unfriendly.

The prices are quite high, but that's probably normal on the highway. The backfidch roll at Nordsee was good.

Two visits – both disappointing. September 5, 2024: On the first visit, there was no toilet paper, and the cleaning solution for the toilet seats was also empty. The smoked salmon had bones, and the lettuce was so soft and mushy in one spot that it stuck to my hands. I also have something to say about the restrooms: The doors are very low (estimated at about 1.90m), the stalls are very narrow, and the toilet bowls are unusually low. As a tall person, I had difficulty moving around – I even hit my head on the door when I stood up. I can imagine that other people with a bit more body would have had a hard time getting there either. Even though the staff were more polite on my second visit, I'm certain: I won't be stopping here again. Especially at a rest stop, I expect functioning and reasonably modern restrooms, a certain level of customer service, and fresh snacks.

Absolutely outrageous. €1 for the toilet and no voucher; €0.50 would have been enough. Then it says Segafreddo, a single, large machine where payment doesn't work, so you're forced to drink WMF swill, which is also expensive. People, just don't do it.

Not recommended, better go to the gas station: minimal and not particularly appealing selection of food, but clearly overpriced. And the expected Servais vouchers are not available: here a toilet attendant still collects 1 euro, without the usual Servais toilets. At least everything was very clean, that's why the 2nd star.

Not in operation! The rest area has been closed for a while. There are only Dixi toilets. Everything is littered and from the parking lot/closed rest area to the toilets you have to walk back to the gas station without footpath!!!

Worst rest stop I've ever seen. The rest stop itself was closed for technical reasons. Can't something like that be fixed? The charging station was covered in graffiti. There isn't even a sidewalk on the way to the gas station, and on the way there, there's trash as far as the eye can see. Restrooms are just portable toilets. The prices, like everywhere else on the highway, are outrageous, of course. But for such a condition, it's unbelievable that this is Germany. We immediately jumped in the car and headed to the next rest stop.

Rest area closed and only Dixi toilets at the gas station. It would be nice if this was indicated directly on the motorway sign. Walking along busy streets with children to find toilets is not nice. Only to turn around again because there were only Dixis.

I wasn't planning on going in, but I hate that there's no information anywhere about why the store is closed.
