Worst rest stop I've ever seen. The rest stop itself was closed for technical reasons. Can't something like that be fixed? The charging station was covered in graffiti. There isn't even a sidewalk on the way to the gas station, and on the way there, there's trash as far as the eye can see. Restrooms are just portable toilets. The prices, like everywhere else on the highway, are outrageous, of course. But for such a condition, it's unbelievable that this is Germany. We immediately jumped in the car and headed to the next rest stop.

The unfriendly gentleman who monitors the money (but probably doesn't clean it) has placed the money plate specifically on the running text. It says you are asked for a DONATION. We “donated” 50 cents each. We were then insulted and reprimanded. In the restaurant part it was confirmed to us that the toilet can be used for ANY donation.
