Incompetent, unfriendly staff, don't know internal processes and make fun of customers. The digital age hasn't arrived yet... I wanted to give the store a second chance (06/21/24). Other staff including branch managers: just as incompetent and unfriendly to cheeky. It's a shame that you can't give minus stars

Ordering took forever and there was hardly anything to be seen in the display. Waiting time was ok. 18€ for a measly plate, mini piece of salmon, completely dry on top. Rice was inedible and hard, it had probably been there all day. “Sauce” tastes like nothing and there is so little that you hardly get any of it anyway. For that price I get 4x filled pizza and that alone would be one more portion than I had on the entire plate. Terrible store

Ate there twice, I've rarely had such unfriendly staff... the older lady should learn how to do it, one star is already too many...

I ordered a herring baguette. There were well-filled baguettes on the tray in the display. When I took the baguette I had bought out of the bag, I was very disappointed, it was sparsely topped, no comparison to the baguettes on display. The sign certainly said: 1 matjes extra costs €1.50, but I assumed I would get the baguette like in the display. Not that 1 herring is taken down. Farm trapping, on the other hand, is still a serious business practice.

Unfortunately you have to give 1 star for the ambience. It's dirty, the toilets are so dirty, if that's a reflection of a restaurant you can't eat anything here. It stinks, is dirty and hasn't been cleaned in ages. There's feces hanging on the inside of the door. The whole store looks dingy. Tables are not wiped down. The lady who served me had dirty fingers... first she gave me my roll then she went directly to the front of the shop wearing an apron and smoked 3 cigarettes within 10 minutes (chain smoker). I'll never go there again, simply unappetizing and expensive...1 herring roll & cola €8.30

The fish was delicious. Unfortunately, the salad dressing came from the cup and was just ok. But the service was very nice and helped me with the two trays. Thank you very much 😘

Probably the worst branch overall Germany. You can not make order what you want at 13.00pm at noon. They want you to eat whats already cooked. Today there was only Salmon ready. I wanted to order something new. The guy said “No you cannot rudely” I left of course. You must learn a lot about customer satisfaction.

My husband had ordered a menu and I just wanted to eat a piece of fish with mushrooms without any side dishes. I was then informed that I still had to pay for the entire menu. The food was lukewarm.🙈 We have been eating at this snack bar for many years, even though it is totally uncomfortable. In addition, the path to the toilets and the toilet are not very clean. We are fish eaters and have been guests at the snack bar on Osterstrasse for many years, but unfortunately it is closed. It's a shame, now we're looking for another place.

If you want a Bismarck roll without onions, add a few onions. I know it differently.

Pollock fillet was only lukewarm at most, the fries were about 10-12 pieces cold and soaked with fat, and there wasn't even a piece of lemon on the fish. That was better... and for €13.75 I would no longer go to the North Sea to eat. However, the lady at the checkout was very friendly.

Great place for seafood lovers. Suitable for a quick snack. The selection is large, the seafood is fresh, the prices are affordable. The hall is small, but there was no problem finding a free seat. Among the shortcomings, I would only note a little dirt in the room and poor porter tables.

Uncomplicated employees, 3 employees were there (1 woman and 2 men). At least the men were friendly but the women were very unfriendly. After I asked if the fried fish could still be warmed up, she said no, we don't have any more rolls. I wanted to buy items from the app but wasn't able to because there were apparently no fries. I won't be coming here anymore, I'd rather go to Hildesheim where you can get everything

What we ate was very delicious. The first thing I do when I come to Germany is to eat my fill in Nordse.

Puh, was soll man über diese Einrichtung schreiben ? Die Räumlichkeiten sind schmutzig und unaufgeräumt, Toiletten funktionieren nicht, die Bedienung plump und das Essen widerlich.

Das schlimmste Essen was ich seit Jahren in einem Lokal bekommen habe.

Selten so unfreundliche Personal erlebt da möchte man gleich wieder gehen 🚶‍♀️ 🚶‍♂️

Essen war zur Mittagszeit zum grossen Teil nicht zubereitet. Lange Wartezeit. Sehr schlecht organisiert.

Die Mitarbeiterinnen sind tatsächlich alle, und immer super nett, hilfsbereit dazu! Genügend Sitzgelegenheiten, sowohl drin als auch im Außenbereich! Preis-Leistung eher nicht so gut, viel Geld für wenig Inhalt, schmeckt zwar immer gut, aber die Portionen könnten wirklich etwas größer ausfallen bitte. Zum Mitnehmen gerne auch mal eine Garnelen Pommes Box, wobei ich heute zum zweiten mal enttäuscht war vom Inhalt, warum ? Naja, die Garnelen waren mehr "Panade" als "Garnele" sagen wir mal so, Garnele bestand zu 99% aus knusprige Panade und leider eiskalt! Pommes aber genügend und auch schön heiß und lecker! Getränke lieber beim Kiosk um die Ecke, warum ? weil günstiger!

Komme immer gern vorbei, ob für einen Snack auf die Hand oder ein Gericht - kann den ruhigen Bereich im 1. OG empfehlen. Liebes Personal, veganes Angebot solide, klar empfehlenswert.

Eigentlich esse ich hier gerne Fischbrötchen, die immer super lecker waren. Heute gab es Lachs und Bratkartoffeln. Beides war leider eiskalt. Große Enttäuschung.

Eine kleine Mahlzeit im Vorbeigehen,Alaska Seelachs mit Bratkartoffeln und ein Vegetarisches Vischbrötchen sehr lecker beides.Das Personal echt superfreundlich und sind mit Witz und Spaß bei der Arbeit.Sauber ist auch alles,nur wenn man mal auf Toilette muss,unten an der Treppe den Kopf einziehen sonst bekommt man eine Beule gratis dazu:-)

Leider sind die Toiletten nur durch eine Treppe zu erreichen.Dabei muss man aufpassen dass man sich nicht den Kopf stößt. Alles sehr niedrig. Ich bin 1. 65 m groß.

Unterirdisch, total alte Bratkartoffeln, Der Fisch ging so grade eben noch. Die verkaufsabteilung kann ich allerdings nicht bewerten.

Super leckeres essen mit super tollen Menüs die man sich aus suchen kann. Preisleistung super.

Alte Pommes in der Auslage und kalt! Backfischbaguette kaum Remoulade... Auf Anfrage für neue Pommes, wurden diese böse in den Müll "geschmissen"... Die Tische sind total dreckig ! Mitarbeiter sind gestresst und unfreundlich!!!

Das Essen sah auch schonmal ansprechender aus, der Kartoffelsalat sah aus wie ausm Bottich vom Discounter. Draußen sind Plätze belegt von Leuten die dort gar nichts Essen. Und die Tische werden zwischendurch nicht abgewischt.

Food is good, but the person at the take away counter ignored me and helped people who came after me first. I eventually asked her that I really think that it is time to serve me. She did so then, butI did not get what I asked for.... Language problem? I don't know.

Abends hat hier niemand mehr Bock zu verkaufen. 1 Stunde vor Feierabend wird geputzt und das Sortiment besteht aus Resten. Soweit so gut. Pommes werde nicht mehr gemacht. Bismarckbrötchen gibts nur noch mit doppelt Belag für einen Aufpreis. So bekommt man die Sachen dann auch verkauft. Die Verkäuferin war auch extrem unmotiviert. 2 Stunden alte warm gehaltene Kartoffelecken mit bisschen Fisch drauf kann man sich dann auch sparen.

Ein Stadtbummel macht schnell mal Appetit auf was Leckeres ohne lange Wartezeit. Bei Nordsee ist die Auswahl gut und günstig. 👍👍👍

Ich war dort, um ein Fischbrötchen für Zuhause zu kaufen. Das Fischbrötchen war sehr gut. Ansonsten habe ich da wohl einen schlechten Tag erwischt. Das Personal wirkte überfordert, die Wartezeit war gefühlt endlos, es gab Probleme mit dem Kassensystem und am Ende war dann auch keine Kartenzahlung möglich.

Ich war gestern dort mit meiner Familie und der Mitarbeiter an der Theke vorne war super nett . Da gehe ich wieder gerne essen

Langustenschwanz mit Cocktailsauce, gern auch mal mit einem Glas entre-deux-mers. Heute jedoch nicht. Die Krankenkassenbeiträge steigen ständig.

Fastfood a la Fisch - nicht mehr und nicht weniger. Das Personal ist bemüht, häufig aber eher unfreundlich und überfordert. Das Ambiente ist auch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sauber.

Wir gehen immer dort Essen, wenn es die Coupons gibt. Ein komplettes Fisch Menü inklusive 1 Getränk für 2 Personen gerade einmal 12,50 €. Und es schmeckt auch noch lecker. Nur zu empfehlen.

Essen war gut, aber die weibliche Bedienung an der Kasse ganz schlimm. :-((
