Raststätte Eltern in Haselünne

Ich komme seit 46 Jahren hierher zum Essen; einfach weil das Essen hervorragend schmeckt und der Service und die Atmosphäre meistens gut sind. Früher war es ein typisches deutsches LKW-Fahrerlokal, verraucht und mit Dutzenden von Berufskraftfahrern an den Tischen – also schon damals sehr lebhaft. Heute ist es ein anständiges Restaurant mit freundlichen Leuten, viele davon aus der Nachbarschaft. Ich werde weiterhin hierherkommen und hoffe, dass ich es schaffe, 50 Jahre lang Gast zu sein.

Ob Personal oder Essen , top. Die Kelner in würde ich warm halten als Chef/Besitzer, die schmeißt da alleine den ganzen Laden

Nettes, sauberes Restaurant. Leider wird es heutzutage seltener von LKW-Fahrern besucht, aber das Essen ist gut. Die Bratkartoffeln könnten vielleicht etwas knuspriger sein, und als Niederländer würde ich mir etwas Gemüse oder Salat dazu wünschen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist gut! Wenn ich etwas bemängeln müsste, dann wäre es PepsiCo – die Softdrinks sind nicht ganz mein Geschmack. Die Toilettenbenutzung ist für Gäste kostenlos. Schön, dass die Speisekarte in verschiedenen Sprachen verfügbar ist, aber leider fehlt Niederländisch. Gibt es Platz für ein oder 30 Autos? Die Gebühr wird im Restaurant bezahlt.

Eine echte Enttäuschung! Das Schnitzel war ungenießbar und die Bratkartoffeln waren voller Fett.

14.05.2026. Letzte Nacht wurde die Markise unter der Kamera durchgeschnitten.

Das Essen war warm,leider war das Schnitzel nicht sehr zart und die Bratkartoffeln waren gelb und weich,nicht wirklich gebraten. Das Schnitzel wurde in der Jägersoße ertränkt.

Wir haben ein verspätetes Geburtstagsessen in Eltern genossen. Es war ca. 19 Uhr an einem Mittwoch Abend. Eine ruhige Atmosphäre empfing uns, es gab reichlich Platz - freie Wahl. Obwohl es nur 2 Bedinungen gab war es schön sauber. Die Karten kamen prompt und auch die Bestellung wurde in einem angemessenen Zeitraum aufgenommen. Die Getränke (Eine große Sprite und eine Flasche Wasser) waren angenehm kühl. Die bestellte Vorspeise war schnell da und schön knusprig. Mein Mann und ich teilten uns eine Portion. Alsbald wurden auch die Hauptspeisen serviert. Ansprechend angerichtet und garniert. Die Portionen waren nicht ZU groß, so dass wir alles aufessen konnten ohne total übersättigt zu sein. (Wir waren den ganzen Tag nur mit Frühstück im Bauch unterwegs und dementsprechend hungrig.) Abschließend gab es noch ein kleines Dessert. Schmackhaft. Danke für das schöne Erlebnis!

6 von 5 Sternen. Der Parkplatz ist sauber und ruhig. Gegenüber befinden sich eine Tankstelle und ein Restaurant. Die Parkgebühr (10 €, davon 5 € für das Restaurant) wird an der Tankstelle bezahlt. Die Portionen sind groß, das Essen ist köstlich (ich empfehle das Kotelett mit Sauce Hollandaise 😋). Die Toilette ist sauber und geruchsfrei. Insgesamt hat es mir gut gefallen.

Hier wird bürgerlich und sehr lecker gekocht. Toiletten und Parkplatz vorhanden. Super ist die junge Dame, für alle Gäste sehr freundlich und präsent bedient.

Ich empfehle keine rohen Koteletts.

Super kleiner Autohof. Das Essen und auch die Preise finde ich super. Große Portionen .. das Personal mega freundlich... die Chefin hat mir sogar was ausgedruckt.. hier fühlt man sich als LKW wohl.. macht weiter so!!!

Ich habe Pommes frites und Hähnchenschnitzel zum Mitnehmen bestellt. Es war perfekt zubereitet und der Service ausgezeichnet, aber überprüfen Sie unbedingt vorher den Preis Ihrer Bestellung. Die Toilettenbenutzung kostet 1 €.

Ja, es ist sauber und gut organisiert. Es ist kein Restaurant mehr für fahrer, 7-Sterne-Preise, relativ kleine portionen und der geschmack des essens lässt zu wünschen übrig.

You can eat in the restaurant for parking tickets (they also accept toilet tickets). A nice, polite, good-looking girl works there, speaks Polish, German, English, can help you choose a menu, as a Belarusian I understand a little Polish. Thank you!

A lovely drivers' restaurant with parking facilities for trucks, also frequented by families, because of the delicious typical German schnitzels and other dishes.

We had a great meal here. A friendly lady helped us. Before entering the restaurant, we used the restroom, which you have to pay for. This amount was refunded as a coupon. Afterward, we ate at the restaurant, where you can redeem the coupon. If you use the restroom through the restaurant, you don't have to pay.

Very tasty, large portions, I recommend, I personally had a snack, plus everything was fine for me. True, with a discount for parking 11.70, everything is super, so 5 stars everywhere

We were there last night. What fantastic service—I haven't seen someone with so much heart for their guests in a long time. The waitress spoke German and English, and probably Polish as well. A true gem; she was able to communicate with every guest. A warm and friendly person, great food, and short wait times. It was our first time with you, but certainly not the last. We eat there from time to time or pre-order and pick up, and the food is always great. What bothers me a bit is that the online prices don't match what it actually costs. Otherwise, everything's great.

The food takes too long to prepare. The sinks didn't work for the women. The women simply went to the men's restroom.

A great restaurant for many years but these days the paid parking lot is full of trucks but no customers in the restaurant..... why do these drivers stop here to only eat in their cabs

Warning! Esso shop/cafe parking coupon (5€). Waiter will cheat you. Push to buy you cheaper coffee and only bread (tells that other products is not available using coupon). I wanted to order more and pay extra but the focus to cheat at the waiter was too strong to see that. Pleased, be careful!

Good and tasty food as always but way too expensive, which means that rest area Jaeger is always full of people in the restaurant! The price difference is 4 to 6 euros per meal.

Since I've been driving for 42 years, I've arrived many times. It was good !!! Unfortunately...the last 2 years things have been going backwards!! Ok, I understand (the VAT has gone up, and the portions are less!! Wednesday evening I stayed with you, and had to wait a long time (only 1 person, in the service!!!! And after 38 minutes, I indicated that I wanted to take my food with me. I open my box, and ....really.....needed kukident!! Schnitzel too hard !! Please pay attention, this quality is going backwards quickly. I'll come by again and.....it will most likely be my last!!! And clearly....Wednesday evening 6:30 p.m. parking half full/empty!!! A modern and cozy rest stop that invites you to linger. The food, fresh and delicious. The service leaves nothing to be desired and is friendly and very attentive. The sanitary facilities are well maintained. Really a recommendation for anyone who wants to take a break.

Went there for dinner today. Had the Schnitzel Westfalia with fried potatoes. It was really outstanding. The service was very friendly and accommodating. We can only recommend it.

Unfortunately the food wasn't that good. I think the prices are also very high. The hollandaise was out of the bag and the fillet was completely cooked. Fries were great. With such expensive prices there is a mayonnaise in the bag. Somehow it doesn't fit together. Staff was very attentive and friendly. Ambience is nice. All in all, we probably won't eat there again. Conclusion... prices too exorbitant for a rest stop

Parking for trucks costs 10 euros. You get a voucher for 5 euros. Toilet costs 1 euro. The only minus is the lack of garbage bins in the truck parking lot.

Too expensive for that small portions. Had problem with card reader. Staff can not correctly input the order, so card reader won't accept card. No apologies after fixing the problem.

Service was friendly and good. The ambience is bright and clean. The toilets are modern. Unfortunately it wasn't that clean. The food wasn't good. The fries were way too crispy and there were a lot of very small fries that would jump away if you tried to pierce them. The schnitzel itself was good. The pepper sauce was very stretched. Too thin, didn't have much flavor. I haven't eaten so badly in a long time. The cola had hardly any carbonation left, but I like that. It's a shame because the room is cozy. For us there is no second time there. I still wish the operator continued success.

A meal was forgotten. Instead of sweet chilli, sour cream was served. Our son's fries were crispy, the salad garnish was not, but there were brown spots. Waited 45 minutes. 9 pieces for €7.90 (3 pieces each of cheese, chicken sticks and onion rings). A pity...

I was here with the truck for two days and spent my weekend there. Parking costs €10 per day with a €5 consumption voucher per day. The interior decor resembles a prison canteen or a milk bar. There are tables and chairs outside, all fastened with ropes and padlocks, so the cutlery is not chained to the tables. I wouldn't want to come here even for free and I was here for the 1st and last time
