We were there for lunch. It was very tasty. The staff was very friendly.

Very quiet except for the parking situation, everything was bad on the weekend but not the hotel's fault 🥴

When the renovation is finished, it will certainly be a popular location

We just drank coffee there right by the lake and ate chips (in my opinion, chips were homemade and were really good). Really nice location with exceptionally refreshing staff. It immediately puts you in a good mood 😀

Spacious rooms, clean beds but strong mold in the bathroom. We had booked 3 rooms, 2 of which had mold in the bathroom. Dinner was good, but definitely too expensive. Schnitzel with croquettes without a single lettuce leaf = 23€. It couldn't be more loveless. Breakfast ok, but not more. Coffee specialties only for an additional charge.

The hotel is now a large construction site. The new part of the hotel is good, but the air conditioning in the rooms does not work. So windows have to be opened in warm weather... next to a lake with stagnant water, this gives a room full of mosquitoes. Not convenient. The hotel is not flexible in making changes... leaving 1 day earlier than requested but they cannot refund that day... so you have to pay. A bit of a shame... Restaurant is okay. All in all a mediocre experience.

Very nice employees! Fast and extremely friendly - not a given when the terraces are full. All in all, highly recommended and worth a visit!

It is often closed in winter. In summer the view in the restaurant is really good. The food is okay but not A+, but we still come to eat sometimes. Update 24: totally renovated and always open, very nice.

Beautiful sea, pleasant and quick service

Nice, quiet hotel with an attached restaurant. Despite the current renovation and expansion phase, the welcome was nice and friendly. The slogan “Time out with friends” fits 100%. When the rooms are finished and the renovation is completed, I will give them a 5th star there too

A great hotel...it's in the middle of the renovation phase...but that'll pass...but what's finished...is really great...and right on the lake...always a pleasure... .

Highly recommended for tourists, for us locals it's a place to avoid at all costs on weekends because there are simply too many tourists. Out of season and during the week also suitable for locals. Very friendly staff, very well-kept grounds, positive atmosphere, good cuisine, prices according to demand: a little too expensive but since the guests pay, it's okay. Everything done right!

We spent 3 very nice days in their house by the lake, the construction site didn't bother us. We explored the unique surroundings by bike. The Haselünner See is easy to walk around, offers small niches to linger and we will definitely come back. Time out with friends gets to the point. We wish you continued success with the renovation. We came here after a nice walk by the lake and enjoyed the sun with a cool drink. The location is great, especially when the weather is good and very well attended. Dogs are also welcome here and water is served without being asked. Small but fine menu with solid food and drinks. You're sure to find what you're looking for here and the restaurant is great for a stopover!

Really excellent food with friendly service. One can only give a very positive recommendation here. I would be happy to come back for the food. I can't say why a gin and tonic is served in an Ikea water glass with just an ice cube without any other ingredients! I have rarely come across something more devoid of style. At this point I recommend a wheat beer. This isn't served in a bowl, but actually in a matching wheat beer glass. Perfect!

I just visited the restaurant and then went for a ride on the lake in a pedal boat. The staff was very nice and accommodating. It's easy to come here with children. There is a playground attached, which you can clearly see.

We had a holiday home nearby and ate there several times. Great location. The service was attentive, uncomplicated and really nice. The asparagus was delicious and the pepper sauce with my schnitzel was great and nice and peppery. Thank you. We will be back.

Impressive location on Lake Haselünner.

Small pitch with six spaces near a park with a lake. Super easy to use with the card. You can also park for a short time or overnight. It will be debited accordingly. Garbage, water, disposal, drinking water are all there. You can only hear the trains passing by. Getting there is adventurous.

I took some ice cream there with my son yesterday. A very nice young woman served us at the ice cream counter. Much friendlier than many other ice cream shops in the city... The prices are absolutely fair and the quality of the ice cream was impressive.

Unfortunately, major construction work is currently being carried out (05 2024), which will limit the possibilities of the house.

The major renovation work in the hotel is disturbing if you spend the time from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. in the hotel. Access to the reception can be achieved provisionally via the terraces of the rooms on the ground floor, luckily we were on the first floor and had a lake view. The breakfast employee is friendly and accommodating, but unfortunately the breakfast selection is not particularly special. The rooms are a good size but need to be renovated.

Old Swede, what a meal!! We went here for dinner with the family, 7 adults, 3 children. The food was really great! The asparagus, the steaks, everything was on point. Desserts also great. We also had consistently great, attentive and funny service staff. Unfortunately we neglected to take photos of the food. Absolutely, we'll be back! Thank you very much for this great evening!

After waiting 25 minutes we left. Everyone who came after us was helped, waving didn't work. Then into the village for something to eat. This was our 3rd time here, the same problem every time.

We spent a weekend in the house by the lake and had nothing to complain about. The price-performance ratio is right. Even our dog received a small welcome gift and was allowed into the restaurant. The rooms are very spacious and modernly furnished, as is the dining room... everything is very tasteful. The breakfast was good, as was the location. Pedal boat rental directly at the hotel. Outdoor terrace above with lake views. It's definitely nice in the summer if you can have breakfast there. It was too cold for that now. We were very satisfied.

Quite ok…. But really nothing more… the store is simply still being renovated… Staff is a dream but people… unfortunately it's not worth the money.

The hotel is being refurbished and extended. The restaurant is very spacious and modern .This is a great location on the edge of the lake with great views of the wildlife, good german food at a good price. Lots to keep the kids occupied too. Will definitely come again.

A dog-friendly hotel with beautiful, high-quality rooms and a small outdoor seating area on either the balcony or terrace. Ours was on the lake side so you could enjoy the fantastic view. The breakfast was great and left nothing to be desired. Also worth mentioning is the very friendly staff.

The ambience is very nice and the staff is really nice. It is a real recommendation for coffee and cake. I wouldn't have lunch there again. The prices are high and the food is below average.

It's a shame that smoking is allowed in the beautiful winter garden. Not just unhealthy for all non-smokers and children. You voluntarily give up food.

Very good breakfast buffet that leaves nothing to be desired - and very attentive, friendly service! When the weather is good, you get a wonderful view of Lake Haselünner for free! Highly recommended!

Not recommendable. Price performance is miles apart and there is no customer friendliness either. There are many better ones in the area.

Wir waren mit einer hungrigen Männerrunde dort zum Essen und haben der Küche einfach die Wahl überlassen. Es gab eine tolle Gulaschsuppe, hervorragend abgeschmeckt. Dann einen Filetteller vom feinsten, Bürgermeisterstück, Schweinefilet, alles auf den Punkt mit einer sehr guten Sauce und einem aromatischen Möhrenmus abgerundet. Der Wirt ist ein Original und passte sehr gut zu uns, wir hatten viel Spaß. Da kommen wir sicher gerne wieder hin.

Sehr schöne Aussicht auf den See, Kuchen ist super lecker(besonders der Käsekuchen). Sehr freundliches Personal, hat man nicht überall. Hunde sind willkommen finde ich ist auch ein Pluspunkt.

Wir waren dort Essen am 1. Weihnachtstag für Buffet. Das Essen war kalt, es gab keinerlei Auswahl, außer an Fleisch…, das wiederum war voller Speck und nicht vernünftig gebraten. Der Rotkohl war hart und es gab keine vernünftigen Kartoffeln mit Bratensoße usw… Als Nachtisch gab es ein Teller mit verschiedenen Sorten an Eiskugeln aufeinander gestapelt und zwei Gläser mit einem Löffel Amaretto oder Schokomousse drin. Haben dies gemeldet und uns wurde dann am Ende gesagt das eine Sicherung raus war (Begründung für das kalte Essen), einen reduzierten Preis oder eine Entschuldigung vom Chef oder so gab es ebenfalls nicht. Wir mussten trotz des schlechten Essens den Vollpreis zahlen. Nie wieder!!!

Wir waren im Restaurant. Dort hatten wir online einen Tisch reserviert. War nicht in Auftragsbuch hinterlegt. Dann waren wir die einzigen Gäste. Trotz alledem dauerte es sehr lange bis das Essen kam. Bürgermeisterfilet und der Burger wurden Medium bestellt, kamen durchgebraten am Tisch an. Burgerpatty sehr trocken und schwer zu schneiden. Umbestellungen von Kartoffelspalten auf Pommes kosten 2€ Aufpreis. Kaffeeautomat war um 20:30 Uhr bereits ausgestellt. Unser Kellner verabschiedete sich in den Feierabend um sich dann an einen Tisch zu setzen um mit dem Personal zu trinken. Der Koch lief in Straßenklamotten durch die Küche. Alles in allem für den Preis nicht zu empfehlen.

Es wird großflächig umgebaut, ich hoffe, dass für die Zukunft besserer Service herrscht. Der Personalmangel in jeder Branche ist allen klar, aber das was in der Karte geschrieben steht, ist schon eine Frechheit. Siehe Foto

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist etwas heftig. Essen ist sehr lecker. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Das Essen war richtig klasse und der Service super. Ein Stern Abzug da die sanitären Anlagen sehr in die Jahre gekommen sind. Mir wurde aber gesagt, das sich das bald ändern soll.

Bin total begeistert. Ruhig und schön gelegen. Meine Hunde und ich wurden herzlich Willkommen.

Wir waren nur im Restaurant . Die Lage ist toll, mit Blick auf den See. Entspannt sitzen und genießen. Die Bedienung war freundlich und unsere Bestellung dauerte auch nicht lang. Alles in Allem ein sehr schöner Nachmittag.

Wir waren in in Familie dort. Das Essen war sehr gut. Das Personal hyper freundlich und macht fast alles möglich. Das Preis Leistungs Verhältnisausgezeichnet.. Übernachtet haben wir nicht.

Tolle Lage und sehr aufmerksames Personal. Auch für Kinder durch die anliegenden Spielmöglichkeiten eine echte Empfehlung.

War auf der Durchreise für eine Nacht mit dem Fahrrad dort. Konnte das Rad sicher im Hausflur abstellen. Das Zimmer war sauber, schön groß und mit einem tollen Blick auf den See. Das Frühstück war super und auch die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption/Frühstücksraum waren sehr freundlich. Tolle Lage am See.

Heute tatsächlich das ekligste Essen bekommen das ich je bestellt habe, nicht nur das ein Stück Plastik im Essen war, was mich nicht gestört hätte wenn das Essen geschmeckt hätte aber mein Menü Bandnudeln mit Gorgonzola hat einfach nach klebrigen Nudeln geschmeckt die mit lauchsuppe überkippt wurden. Getoppt wurde es von der komplett unmotivierten und unfreundlichen ,Pinkhaarigen Mitarbeiterin*innen. Erste und letzte mal.

Es herrschte Chaos beim Personal, meine Frau sagte sie Wolle dann Kuchen und Kaffee und ich wollte die Eiskarte... Kaffee und Kuchen kamen vor der Eiskarte und dann wurden wir ignoriert bis jemand die Eiskarte wieder holte bei dem gab ich die Bestellung auf, nur das Eis kam nicht.... letztlich hat ein Azubi die Situation gerettet und nochmal nach der Bestellung gefragt. Das andere Personal stand zusammen und Aß und trank.

Wir haben hier nur Kaffee getrunken, aber die Ausdicjt auf den See ist sehr schön.

Wir waren nur zum Essen hier und enttäuscht. Von 5 Personen haben 4 den Burger gewählt und ein mal Spargel mit Schnitzel. Der Spargel war nicht so lecker und das Schnitzel ziemlich zäh. Es wurden 3 Burger "normal" bestellt und einer ohne Tomate. Was kam? Drei ohne Tomate und einer mit. Die Burger selbst waren langweilig und zu trocken. Jedes Patty war unterschiedlich gebraten. Von total totgebraten bis englisch war alles dabei. Der gesamte Komplex war eine Baustelle. Das Personal war recht freundlich und bemüht.
