Radisson Blu Hotel, Dortmund in Dortmund

The hotel is very stylishly decorated. However, I can't say anything about the rooms because I was only at a conference and therefore saw the lobby.

I was there from Saturday to Sunday with many colleagues. It looks super nice. The employees are very nice and always have a smile on their faces, and they were also helpful if you didn't know what to do next. The rooms are also super clean and nicely decorated.

Shabby hotel. In the room: sagging mattress, mold stains on the anti-slip pads in the bathtub, the sink drain smelled extremely. At breakfast there were old rolls (not crispy, even though they were there at 7 a.m.) and no filter coffee, despite demand and delivery promises (no criticism of the only waitress who had to do everything alone in the morning). Outdoor parking space 20€/day and therefore the overall price was significantly better and more modern hotels in the area...

Very friendly and competent staff. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. There was something for everyone at the breakfast buffet. We felt very comfortable there and would definitely book it again for our next concert visit.

I had stayed in a hotel 2 nights. Service was great, meal and drinks in a restaurant fresh and tasty. Hotel situated near nice park. A bit far from city center.

Well located hotel directly at Westfalen Park. Subway right outside the door. In 5 minutes in the city center. Room was renovated. Unfortunately the bathroom didn't have a proper shower. Only in combination with shower. This would have to be renewed in the future. Otherwise everything is ok. There is also a small supermarket.

I was there with family for 2 nights. The hotel is easily accessible and quiet. The rooms (we had a junior suite) are clean and modern. The equipment could be better in a few details (second blanket, uncomfortable fold-out couch for the children, faucet syringe). The breakfast was only moderately good. The service staff at breakfast were also often busy with their cell phones. The restaurant in the evening offers a rather small selection that doesn't taste great. Parking costs €20 per day. The pool was closed during our trip. Overall, the hotel was not worth the money for our family stay.

The hotel looks good, is clean and the reception staff are very friendly. The rooms are beautifully designed and offer a feel-good character. The hotel is located right next to the parking lot at Westfalen Park and is ideal for attending concerts. The service in the attached restaurant is very negative and really despairingly bad. Orders are processed by too few staff and our order was even completely lost. After waiting at the counter for 15 minutes, I was able to place our order 60 minutes after our first attempt. Then things went quite quickly, but there was no apology or goodwill. In short: hotel with a + but don't order anything in the restaurant again. I can only advise against this.

I really liked the hotel. The room is clean and comfortable. Everything in the bathroom is also very decent. There is air conditioning. We ordered breakfast, it seemed expensive, 20 euros per person. But when I saw how large and varied the choice was, I didn’t regret it. Everything is very fresh and tasty. Thanks for the service.

The rooms are clean, which is a + We checked in as a family of 4 people, booked two rooms at the same time, my husband and I were placed on the 5th floor, and the children on the 2nd floor(((which is very inconvenient(((In a room for two, a shower set and soap accessories for one((((

Super friendly and helpful staff. The facilities are very good. The location is great. The wellness area is nice and sufficient. Everything is also very sustainable. Breakfast is at least 5 stars - perfect.

Top hotel for on the road. Nice accommodation, nice swimming pool (including for the children). Rooms were very good, breakfast was really great, very extensive. Staff super friendly and helpful. Some national football teams had stayed over before us (European Cup 2024), so that also says something.

Stayed at the hotel when I stayed on a weekend vacation to watch Dortmund. Staff we're very friendly and were very helpful with me with my very limited German. The room and facilities were top tier with a lower level for relaxation or workout in the gym. The hotel is about a 20 minute walk from the football stadium or 30 minutes from the City Centre which was very convenient.

As the saying goes? The paint is off. The room had a lot of wear and tear, the floor in the bathroom was broken. I don't think the overnight price is justified. Parking space extra Breakfast extra. However, the breakfast buffet is really great and leaves almost nothing to be desired. Of course, you also need the necessary time to enjoy it. But that's my problem and not the hotel's problem. 50 to 100 € less or at least parking and breakfast buffet included in the price would be nice. My room faced the street and the back yard, which made it impossible to sleep with the window open. A pity. But that was fine for one night. I would like to highlight the ladies from the breakfast service and the reception, they were really very nice and accommodating.

I was here for training. So no room taken. Breakfast and lunch were very filling and very tasty. The premises were very clean and the service was excellent.

We stayed at the Radisson Blu on Dortmund for one night. It was great. Very clean, the room was great and the staff was super friendly. The spa area is good but you could do a little more with it. The breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired. You can quickly reach the most beautiful stadium in the world, the Westfalenstadion, on foot. We will definitely come back.

Great room on the 4th floor with a king-size bed. Very clean and little extras in the bathroom round off the stay. A bathrobe and 2 additional towels were ready for a visit to the wellness area. The swimming pool and the two saunas were very well maintained and the staff was very friendly. The location of the hotel is also great. Central connection to the subway lines, where you can get anywhere quickly. Great stay with excellent quality. Price completely justified.

We have nothing to complain about, the stay was very relaxing after an eventful day. The room was clean and the shower was really good. You could hear some (street -?) noise, but not disturbing. The free hot drinks in the lobby advertised on the homepage are no longer available upon request. The parking spaces are too expensive at €20. Tip: you can stand in front of the sports center for free, which is very easy to reach on foot if you don't have much luggage.

A very good hotel with great design and a great breakfast. Unfortunately, there is a point deduction for not honoring the announcement that the kitchen will be open after 9 p.m. However, what will be remembered most from the stay is the obviously heartfelt friendliness of the employees, which really set new standards. Overall, for me there can only be one rating: the highest conceivable! 10 out of 10 points.

Everything paletti, small problem with the breakfast buffet - completely empty, when asked by other guests it was slowly refilled - an absurdity given the price

Was very nice, but the swimming pool was not warm, was a bit cold for this time of the year. The restaurant also does most have too much options for dinner, is a limited menu. But the hotel it is nice, and behind the hotel there is a nice park to walk and have a coffee. Is a very safe area and nice for kids.

Great hotel, great service… My daughter and I went to the BvB game in Dortmund. We were there almost 3 hours before the actual check-in time and the nice gentleman at the entrance still gave us a room, so we had no stress at all about getting to the game on time and anyone traveling with children really appreciates that! There are 4 stars for that alone **** The hotel earned the last star thanks to its great location, clean rooms, great breakfast and of course a great spa area*! Thank you ! We'd love to come back :)

Unfortunately the bar and restaurant were closed due to illness. In the evening there was only a choice of 2 soups and a snack plate. Price performance wasn't really right, otherwise there wasn't enough space in the room to store things.

Good business hotel near Dortmund's center

Clean rooms with carpeted floors, ideal for small children. Swimming pool in the basement was also very nice and large. Stadium is also around the corner

Nice, spacious hotel. Private parking garage (paid) and beautiful rooms with lovely shower. Breakfast great.

We spent one night here when we visited the Creativa craft fair. The beds were very comfortable and the journey was also easy. The staff welcomed us very nicely and answered all our questions. I also don't think the parking fee of €15/24 hours is too high.

Good morning I wanted to let you know that if I'm such a poor person, there's no shower gel in the bathroom, it's rather unacceptable to have an empty container, and the shampoo has a broken container that doesn't work, so if I didn't have my own set, I wouldn't be able to take a bath. The second thing is the coffee machine, which is there, but there are no capsules, if there are none, it is better to remove it so that it cannot be used because it is an unnecessary decoration.

Unfortunately disappointing. The first thing I was told at reception was that the kitchen was closed today. The room was ok, I slept well. But I couldn't open the window because of the traffic. Dirty coffee cup in the room. Garbage on the floor under the sink. And you have to use the towel from the room for the sauna and pool too. Unfortunately, in my opinion, this is bad service. Breakfast was good.

Great hotel in an excellent location for attending Borussia Dortmund games. Stadium is approx 20 mins walk away. U stop is also nearby and just a few stops from city centre. Only disappointment was evening meals. Staff seemed overwhelmed by how busy it was pre match day. More staff are required for the amount of custom on these occasions.

We weren't there to stay overnight, we just used the spa/wellness area. A very friendly and informative welcome at reception. The fitness, sauna area and swimming pool are available for 14 euros until 6 p.m. and 7 euros thereafter. The fitness center had at least 13 different ways to work out, from bikes, treadmills, steppers to weights and dumbbells. A free vending machine with water is available there. The swimming pool is large enough to swim lengths and have various options for sitting down or lying down. Massages can also be booked. Two saunas with a relaxation room and different types of showers are available. We really liked it, the only negative point is that the joints in the women's shower need to be replaced due to mold. Parking on site, but subject to a charge. The subway and Westfalenpark are less than a 10 minute walk away. We'd love to come back.

It's an older building and some things need updating. At least the SPA part.

In my room, the shower was still dirty with hair from the previous person. After asking a few times that I would like to clean it, the police suddenly showed up because of trespassing. But the room was paid for the days. My chain, which wasn't exactly cheap, was of course gone (stolen.) I can't recommend this hotel last night... And if you go there, it's better to leave the jewelry at home

The hotel is near the stadium. Subway station is also just a few steps away. What I didn't like was that you always had to use your room card in the elevator in order for it to move at all and you could only go to your floor.

My favorite hotel in Dortmund. The breakfast was very rich and the reception staff were very nice. The only thing is that there is no do not disturb sign in the room. And even if you write Do Not Disturb on the door. The waiter went in to clean the room as usual. I don't like it a bit.

Near the station. 10 minutes S-Bahn nearby. Plenty of parking spaces. Hotel clean. Nice bar. Friendly staff. Deduction for breakfast. Cheese and salami not entirely fresh (at least in appearance). Scrambled eggs and bacon very good

Friendly staff, both at the reception as well as at the bar and in the restaurant. Nice, clean rooms. The only thing I find rude is the fifteen euro parking fee per day, I think that should be included. Still five stars because everything else is great!

The room was very chic, apart from the shower which was completely blocked! You have to like the location of the hotel. But it was completely sufficient for overnight events, the sauna and pool were very nice.

Das Hotel mag ja gut sein, aber es ist ein No-Go, dass die E-Ladeplätze von Verbrennern zugeparkt werden und das Hotel nichts unternimmt.

Gute Lage, relativ ruhige Zimmer, sehr bequeme Betten und Gästeleeres Schwimmpool. Und das Wichtigste- nettes und hilfsbereites Personal.

4 Nächte war ich da, ich habe mich rundum ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt. ALLE Mitarbeiter durchweg sehr aufmerksam und freundlich, Verpflegung und Service bei der Schulung exzellent , Schwimmbad , großzügige Sauna, eine handschriftliche persönliche Notiz für mich zum Empfang, … ich bin beruflich sehr viel in Hotels , dieser der Aufenthalt war außergewöhnlich gut.

Lage ist optimal zum Stadion, zur Westfalenhallen oder die Bahnanbindung zur Innenstadt. Das Schwummbad und der Fitnessbereich ist sehr schön

Gutes Hotel mit schönem Pool im Keller sowie verschiedener Saunen. Die Zimmer sind sauber und die Technik funktioniert. Eigentlich kann der Service nichts für den Punktabzug aber bei unserem Aufenthalt hatte die Küche geschlossen und wir wurden lapidar mit den Worten "lassen sie sich was liefern" abgespeist. Anscheinend hätten wir durch eine Mail darauf hingewiesen worden sein. Aber trotz intensiven Suchen haben wir keine gefunden. Ansonsten war alles gut.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Das Restaurant hat eine kleine aber sehr gute Karte. Das Essen war von sehr guter Qualität und der Preis war angemessen. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig. Komme gerne wieder, war beruflich hier.

Im Grunde habe ich zwischen 3 und 4 Sternen geschwankt, obwohl ich ursprünglich glatte 5 Sterne vergeben wollte. Aber der Hauptkritikpunkt ist sicherlich, dass man bei winterlichen Temperaturen im Zimmer schlicht friert, weil der einzige Heizkörper unter dem Fenster den Raum nicht ausreichend heizt und es insbesondere im Bad eiskalt bleibt. Ein weiterer Wermutstropfen war ein Aufsteller beim Frühstück, der sowohl Egg Benedict als auch ein Bio-Porridge im Angebot hatte, beides aber von der Küche abschlägig beschieden wurde. Abgesehen von diesen Wermutstropfen punktet das Hotel aber mit superfreundlichem Personal, großer Frühstücksauswahl, einer Sauna und geräumigen Zimmern.

Last-minute geboekt ivm kerstmarkt Dortmund en wellness. Samenstelling: 2 Volwassene en 4 kinderen. Top: Ligging was rustig en nabij een park Goed bereikbaar met de auto. We hadden twee kamers naast elkaar die je kon schakelen. Medewerkers zijn vriendelijk, al was het wel een soort nood bezetting toen wij er waren (o.a.geen restaurant) Tip Sauna's zijn zeer beperkt open (7-11u en 18-22u). Dit terwijl er meerdere gasten om vroegen. Bij navraag wijst men naar opdracht van hogerhand. Parkeren is €15,- p.dag(niet van te voren aangegeven). Omdat wij graag van de sauna's gebruik maken voor het eten en op een regenachtige dag hebben we geen extra nacht bijgeboekt.

Fijn hotel goede ligging en centeum makkelijk te bereiken met metro. Ontbijt heel goed en uitgebreid Welness is ok, zwembad met een paar sauna's. Kamers prima en ruim, komen hier zeker nog een keer terug.

Direkt neben dem Westfalenpark und unweit vom Signal Iduna Park kann man hier auf jeden Fall gut das Wochenende während einem Heimspiel verbringen. In der Lobby läuft dann auch die Konferenz während man Tischkicker spielen kann.

Prima hotelkamer en dito bed. Fijne sfeer. Goed bezet hotel maar geen last van lawaai. Prettig personeel. Soms wat wachtrijen bij ontbijt door drukte en onhandige plaatsing van sinasappel pers.

Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und das Hotel ist sauber, wunderschön und hat ein klasse Frühstücksbuffet. Es sind sowohl Familien mit Kindern als auch Hundebesitzer willkommen. Es gibt einen Hotelpool und einen Fitnessraum, welcher 24/7 geöffnet hat. Abends bietet die Bar die Möglichkeit, den Abend noch schön ausklingen zu lassen. Dabei kann man sowohl simple Getränke bestellen, als auch teure Flaschen, wie Champagner für 220€. Für BVB-Fans oder Interessierte ist das Stadion in perfekter Lage zum Stadion, da man maximal 10 Minuten Fußweg davon entfernt ist. Auf den Zimmern erhält man seine eigenen Bademäntel, Pantoffeln, große und kleine Handtücher und Badutensilien wie Creme, Shampoo, Duschgel, Feile, Ohrenstäbchen etc. Man kann bei der Buchung Wünsche wie Doppel- oder Einzelbetten angeben, an die sich eigentlich immer gehalten wird. Auf dem Zimmer gibt es einen Schreibtisch, eine Minibar, Roomservice, eine Garderobe und einen Fernseher. Auf den Fernseher konnte man mit einem Android Gerät seinen Bildschirm spiegeln, mit einem Apple Gerät geht es nicht. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist wirklich phänomenal und man kann froh sein, in diesem Hotel übernachten zu können.

Kamer lag langs drukke weg. Bed en douche oke en verder alles compleet incl badjas en slippers. Slechts 1 sauna werkte. Ontbijt werd niet tijdig bijgevuld en alles was zeer duur. Ontbijt €20, bier €7,50 etc etc

Top Zimmer, Top Lage, schönes Ambiente, tolle Bar mit genügend Auswahl an Drinks um den Großteil der Geschmäcker gut Abzuholen. Im gesamten Hotel freundliche so wie Hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter die jeden Wunsch Best möglich ermöglichen. Hier Haust man gerne, man fühlt sich im gesamtem Ambiente Wohl und super aufgehoben. Zu Fuß, oder mit Fahrrad etc. zum Messe Gelände? Überhaupt kein Problem! Es gibt auch ÖPNV Anschluss aber ein Taxi so wie Uber in die Innenstadt oder zum Bahnhof Kosten je nach Fahrer maximal 15 Euro. Sauna, Schwimmbecken und Fitness-Studio (das auch wirklich sehr Vielseitig an Geräten ist), alles mit im Preis inbegriffen! Getestet habe ich hier leider noch nicht, das Restaurant und die Sauna. Bei meinem nächsten Aufenthalt in Dortmund, entscheide ich mich super gerne wieder für dieses Hotel. Das Restaurant im Hotel wird dann auch nachgeholt! Sogar auf meinen Unüberlegten Kauf eines Größeren Gegenstandes, wurde mein extra Wünsch bei dem Check-out berücksichtigt. Wow was ein Super Service :D

Toller SPA und Fitnessbereich auf sehr hohem Niveau. Schöne und sehr gemütliche Bar.

Auf den ersten Schein denkt man sich wow hier ist alles top! Danach bröckelt der Eindruck. Vom kaputten Duschgelspender über das sehr langsame Wifi bis zur leckenden Toilette, die trotz mehrerer Meldungen über mehrere Tage nicht repariert wurde, war der Gesamteindruck sehr ernüchternd!

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist in Ordnung. Sauberkeit der Zimmer ist gut.

Angenehme Atmosphäre,sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter Zimmer geräumig, gut ausgestattet, schöneingerichtet. 2 von 3 Saunen im Betrieb,Schwimmbad klein aber ausreichend, Fitnessraum ok. Im Restaurant sogar vegane Gerichte vorhanden. Tür von der Toilette war defekt; trotz kräftigemZuziehen ging die Tür nicht zuzuschliessen. Wir waren zwar 2 Freundinnen unter Frauen, trotzdem etwas unangenehm. Steckdose im Badezimmer schwer einzuschalten,Knopf ging erst bei fast schon Gewaltanwendung. Gartenblick ist übertrieben, wenn man auf Parkplätze rausschaut.

Immer wieder gerne Die Zimmer sollten renoviert werden - das ist teilweise einfach nicht mehr zeitgemäß Super hübscher Poolbereich den wir jedes Mal gerne wieder nutzen Hier sollten die Liegeinseln erneuert werden - extrem durchgelegen Ansonsten sehr umfangreiches leckeres Frühstück und überaus freundliches Personal an der Rezeption Gerne immer wieder 👍🏻

Alles bestens. Besonders geeignet mit Anreise E Auto und für alle die den BVB lieben sind es 10 Fußminuten zum schönsten Stadion der Welt.

Immer wieder eine Reise wert. Mittlerweile sind wir zum dritten Mal in diesem Haus und lieben es sehr. Der Service ist freundlich, die Zimmer sind immer sauber und das Frühstück ist üppig. Zu empfehlen ist auch das Restaurant sowie der Wellnessbereich.

Super hotel, ehrlich. Wir hatten ein top Zimmer im 5.og, sehr geräumig und mit kaffemaschine und großem TV sehr gut und modern ausgestattet. Klasse Dusche mit rainshower. Der Pool ist auch klasse, und die Sauna Landschaft sehr großzügig und nett gestaltet. Das Personal war extrem nett und hilfsbereit. Ok...das Frühstück ist etwas teuer, aber es lohnt sich.

Mooi en rustig gelegen, Westfalenhallen te voet bereikbaar en station van bvb. Er is ook op 700m een metro station. Lekker uitgebreid ontbijt en zeker met verse honing. Een 1 puntje waar aan werkt kan worden is de bar van hotel open te doen in de namiddag in plaats van avond, er is wel een winkeltje eraan maar dit is niet zo leuk voor gasten die willen genieten

Die Zimmer sind sehr laut und ab 08:00 Uhr wird laut gearbeitet. Der Pool hatte kein Wasser aufgrund eines technischen Fehlers.

Хорошее расположение, рядом с парком, где можно прогуляться. Не большой, чистый бассейн. Одна из главных, на наш взгляд саун, к сожалению не работала. На стойке раздачи полотенец никого не было, пришлось зайти и взять самим. Возможно так и было предусмотрено. На завтрак пришли почти под закрытие и он был уже холодный, рыба плохо пахла. Остальная еда приемлема. Номер чистый, но утром обнаружила жука на полотенце. Персонал дружелюбный. Не смотря на маленькие недостатки, 5 звёзд. Но ещё раз в этот отель мы не вернёмся!

Sehr schönes und sauberes Zimmer und Frühstück reichhaltig und lecker

Hotel in der Nähe des Stadions und der Westfalen Halle gelegen. Ins Stadtzentrum ca. 2,5 km. Zimmer modern, allerdings war in unserem Zimmer der Teppich farbverschmiert. Frühstück super 👍, Personal super nett und umsichtig . An der Bar am Abend auch sehr nettes Servicepersonal, Drinks lecker.
