I always enjoy coming here on my business trips. The rooms are very good and despite the size of the house you feel like you are personally looked after - very nice and competent staff! In addition, it is reasonably quiet. It's only a 5-minute walk to the banks of the Rhine. The breakfast is particularly worth mentioning - it's not exactly cheap but it's actually very varied and the team responds to individual requests.

Already quite dusty. Pool and sauna were closed… Staff super friendly and accommodating, but the best years are probably over in terms of rooms/equipment

Service and reception was very nice.. The room looks okay at first glance.. But lots of dark spots on the light and stained carpet. I'm blonde myself! The faucet is installed the wrong way round...instead of cold, it's warm and turned upside down... And dark hair in the bathtub drain... No go...

Clean, quiet, just the corridors under renovation don't make a good impression. Yes, you have to wait and see, but...

When we are staying in the hotel it's very important to have good facilities and equialent to that is very important to have helpful staff.The Front desk team are doing a really amazing job. I am very disappointed with my stay at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Düsseldorf. When I arrived on 2/06/24, a deposit of €1800 was debited from my Revolut bank. When I left on 7/06, I was billed an additional €2,200 via my BNP bank for the entire stay (i.e. a total of €4,000). This double debit surprised me, especially since the initial deposit of €1,800 was never refunded. I attempted to contact the hotel several times to resolve this issue, but the customer service was not only ineffective, but also extremely rude. One employee hung up on me, another put me on hold without further action, and a third person (Barbara) blamed it on using two different cards. A hotel of this category should offer much better and more professional service. I am very unhappy and do not recommend this hotel. #RadissonBlu #Disappointment #BadService #UnacceptableCustomerService

From the outside the hotel doesn't look that exciting. But the rooms are spacious, comfortable beds and great breakfast. Right next to the tram. From here you can easily reach everything in Düsseldorf. 🔝

Excellent hotel, clean, comfortable beds, bright. Extra hair-drier (super welcome). They have an equipped fitness room and a swimming pool (small 10 metres). I would review the restaurant menu, not very healthy but good. The passage in front of the bar is not very practical for those who have to go to the gym or swimming pool in a bathrobe in front of people eating. I would find a way to make the transition more comforting for guests. Super breakfast!

I can recommend the hotel for a shorter stay. Rooms are large enough and clean. Overall, the hotel is a bit outdated. Breakfast sufficient with enough choice. Staff very courteous and nice, the restaurant is not to be recommended as far as the food is concerned, you get better in Düsseldorf.

Superior room modernly furnished. Rain shower. Windows could be tilted. Very small sauna, relaxation room, swimming pool all in one room. Very cold in the gym. Only visited, not used. A very nice, somewhat upscale hotel. One night without breakfast costs €140. Everyone was super nice. Food also looked very tasty.

There is a swimming pool, enough to swim a few lengths. There is also a small sauna. Breakfast was sufficient, everything was available and the service staff was very nice. Otherwise the hotel is clean but a bit old.

The staff is absolutely incompetent. When I arrived tonight I was told your hotel was fully booked. At around 10 p.m. they wrote to me asking whether I wanted the room or not... (Unfortunately, due to a last-minute change, it wasn't possible otherwise) In response to an email 30 minutes ago this morning, my IP address was blocked so I can't even visit the Radisson Blu site... To me this shows absolute incompetence and I can't understand it in any way!!! Especially not if you run a 4 star hotel!!!

Very nice staff. Okay food. Good rooms. Very expensive.

It is insanely unhealthy with room temperature of 23-25 degreee with the window open. The airco is turned off as it is spring and the heater some how heats up all rooms even if you turn it off. My whole body itches from the bed and heat. The swimming pool is small for two people so not worth going to the pool if you have kids.

We went to the hotel for the seminar, it went well and the food was excellent

Ideally located for me. Breakfast is very plentiful and lots of choice. All the staff is always friendly. I have been a regular customer at this establishment for years. The rooms are always clean and nicely furnished. Certainly not the newest hotel, but very well maintained. I always use the swimming pool and gym.

Unfortunately the hotel is very old. The conference rooms seem old and uninviting, the ventilation is a disaster and in the toilets there is only a single soap dispenser for 4 washing places. This was also quickly empty and was not refilled. Unfortunately, the food was only sufficient to insufficient. Especially the mushy cooked vegetables and the cheap pastries during the coffee break. The pastries would probably taste better even in youth hostels. However, transport connections are very good.

Stayed on business recently and it was an excellent choice. Very welcoming and professional staff, large, clean room with views out over the city. Quiet and comfortable nights sleep. Very convenient for the ubahn network also. Would definitely stay here again.

We were in Düsseldorf on business (boat fair). Hotel has a great location just a few meters from the tram to the trade fair. Otherwise ok as a conference hotel. Beds were great - more than 5 stars for that. The breakfast clearly needs improvement.

Die Zimmer sind super schön, groß, sauber, gut ausgestattet. Ansonsten hört man leider den/ die Nachbarn im Nebenzimmer, wenn es lauter wird. Dennoch würde ich nochmals hierher kommen.

Ich war zu einer Veranstaltung dort. Das Buffet war vor Corona Besser gewesen. Die Show war wie vor Corona wieder mit guten Künstlern/Künstlerin besetzt. Hier würde ich noch mal einen Applaus gerne geben.

Super gelegen Hotel . Mann ist nur 4 Stationen mut der U-Bahn vom Zentrum entfernt. Personal war sehr freundlich. Nach dem Duschen war der Bodem außerhalb der Dusche such geduscht .

Der Wellnessbereich an sich ist sehr gut, aber nicht auf die Besucheranzahl ausgelegt, weshalb es da stellenweise, vor allem in der Sauna, etwas eng wurde. Wir waren an Silvester in der hauseigenen Bar. Teilweise wirkte das Personal dort etwas überfordert, was auch gar nicht das Problem ist. Das Problem war, dass wir um 03:00 Uhr angerufen wurden, damit wir zu dem Zeitpunkt sofort die Rechnung für die übrigens überteuerten Getränke bezahlen. Das ist eine Frechheit, wenn man bedenkt, dass wir schon vorher bezahlen wollten, aber man nur "aufs Zimmer" buchen konnte. Das Frühstück war jedoch in Ordnung, obwohl manche Speisen schon sehr früh weg waren. Bei den Zimmern war nichts auszusetzen. Alles in allem ist das Hotel dennoch empfehlenswert.

Wir waren zwei Nächte über Silvester dort. Erst einmal vorab positiv: Die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter am Empfang und an der Hotelbar. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und lecker. Das Personal im Frühstücksraum etwas gelangweilt.Die Zimmer sind modern und großzügig. Aber….. das Zimmer war völlig verstaubt ( Staub vermischt mit Haaren) , die Tür war mit schmuddeligen Handabdrücken besiedelt, das Wasser in der Kaffeemaschine stand schon länger im Tank, Flecken in der Bettwäsche und das Klo war auch nicht sehr gut anzusehen… Der Service wurde informiert und eine freundliche Dame staubte wenigstens das Regal ab. Die Silvesterveranstsltung machte alles wieder gut. Sehr guter Service. Trotzdem ist das Hotel weit von 4 Sternen entfernt.

1 aardige dame bij de receptie, verder onvriendelijk personeel. Wij konden eerder de kamer in en het kinderbedje wat wij bijgeboekt hadden zou later komen. Toen wij ‘s avonds laat terugkwamen in het hotel; geen bedje. De bedjes waren op. We kregen een grootbed, maar daar kon onze kleine van 1 niet in. Met zijn 3e in een bed van 140cm geslapen. De kamertemperatuur was zeer hoog +-23 graden. Met zijn 3e in 1 bed was daardoor niet te doen. Relatief hoge extra kosten: - Parkeren 24euro p.d. Je kan overal in de omgeving gratis parkeren. - Ontbijt 28euro p.p. Positief; - mooie kamer - goeie douche - met 4 tramhaltes in het centrum - warm zwembad

Superior? Nein! + Zimmer und Ausstattung, in Nähe Straßenbahn, nette Dame am Sa. Nachmittag beim housekeeping (brachte Handtücher). - Personal am Empfang und Bar. Kein nettes Wort, keine Frage nach Taxis oder nach dem Aufenthalt bei Check Out.... Nichts....bei Anreise gestern Abend werden Arbeitsinterne Dinge vor Gästen besprochen. Muss nicht sein. (In dem Haus steht die "Massenabfertigung" des Gastes im Vordergrund). Werde hier nicht mehr buchen! Frühstück: Sortimentsbreite für 4 Sterne Standard und okay aber es sollte klar sein, dass man ab einer bestimmten Uhrzeit Platten mit Speisen vorbereitet haben muss. Wieso fehlt es ab 09;30h durchgehend an fast allem????? Da ist es schon super, dass bei Ankunft der Tisch desinfiziert wurde. Bar: Das Personal dort stand eng zusammen und war eher mit sich selbst beschäftigt. Keine Aufmerksamkeit gegenüber dem Gast. Da kam es dann für das Personal gerade richtig, als man erneut zur Bar ging, dass man auf die Schließung der Bar aufmerksam gemacht wurde (auf Nachfrage). Das ist alles was RADISSON zu bieten hat?!

After few years back and it remains very good. Some trouble with lifts and overload of people but all in all very good.. Breakfast one of the Best around but come early.. this morning not even bread available, shame they don't refeel it once required, staff at breakfast few of them very helpful others just neglecting any Customer requests..

Toller Service der Küche Fahrstuhl funktionierte nicht

Met de taxi ben je tussen de 15 en 20 euro in het centrum. Heerlijke kamers en fijne bedden. Deur van de badkamer sluit niet wat wel eens vervelend kan zijn als je de kamer met iemand deelt. Ontbijt is prijzig maar zeer uitgebreid.

Sehr schickes und modernisiertes Hotel in guter Lage. Die Zimmer sind sauber und die Betten sehr bequem. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältniss war gut. Klare Empfehlung.

Waardeloos. Zodra je het licht uit doet is er geen stroom meer op het stopcontact. Zwaar klote als je een slaap apneu apparaat hebt… Tevens belachelijk warm op de kamer.

Ich war zu einem Seminar vor Ort. Die Zimmer sind top, Ich habe geschlafen wie ein Baby. Essen war perfekt vom Frühstück angefangen,aber auch das Mittagessen war sehr lecker. Vielen Dank für die angenehme Zeit.

The room is pretty good, although it's silly that you can't close and/or lock the bathroom. This is a BIG minus. Because of this I rate the room 2 stars instead of 4. People need their privacy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will never come here again because of the open bathroom. Checkin took half an hour, waiting in the cold outside with -1°. This is very VERY bad. This is why I give the service 1*. I wish I could give negative stars because of this. It is such a shame because breakfast and overal ambiance and service was fine.

Ein großes Hotel mit angenehmer Atmosphäre! Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und steht mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Man fühlt sich jederzeit willkommen. Die Zimmer sind modern und zweckmäßig aber schön eingerichtet. Frühstück ist sehr vielfältig, Omelett und Spiegeleier oder Porridge werden je nach Wunsch frisch zubereitet. Ich war zu einer Seminar Veranstaltung da und konnte auch das Catering genießen auch hier eine große Vielfalt an Snacks, frischem Obst, diverse Getränke. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und kann das Hotel empfehlen.

Hotel vicino al centro di Düsseldorf. Camere spaziose e confortevoli provviste di cassaforte e minibar sfortunatamente privo di contenuto oltre ad acqua. La colazione non è compresa e trovo il prezzo di 28 franchi tremendamente caro.

Eine sehr ruhige Lage. Vom Zentrum nicht weit weg. Nette Angestellte, sehr saubere Zimmer und leckeres Frühstück. Nur war der Pool etwas kalt und es ist kein whirlpool vorhanden.

Macht von außen einen grundsoliden hochwertigen Eindruck. Konferenzräume sind vorhanden. Besonders begrüßenswert fand ich die Sympathiebekundungen von manchen Hotelangestellten und auch Gästen für die Streikkundgebung von Verdi und den Beschäftigten des Groß und Außenhandel NRW! Am Tage des Besuches fanden die Tarifverhandlungen dort statt, bei dem die Arbeitgeber ihren Beschäftigten wieder kein annehmbares Angebot vorlegen konnten. Dafür hat den Arbeitgeberverband das reichhaltige Essen dort aber nach hören sagen äußerst gut geschmeckt.

Das Hotel liegt super zentral. Dazu sehr freundliches kompetentes Personal. Eine schöne grosse Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet. Zimmer sind gemütlich und komfortabel eingerichtet. Und der Pool/Spa Bereich schön ruhe zum entspannen. Wir hatten ein tolles Wochenende in dem Hotel. Gerne wieder.

Auf meinen Business Reisen ist das Radisson in Düsseldorf der Ort zum übernachten für mich. Alles hier stimmt, von den schönen Zimmern bis hin zur Freundlichkeit des Personals ist hier alles Top.

Tolle Lage. Gebäude ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber in einem guten Zustand. Zimmer und Service sind super. Vor allem das Personal beim Frühstück ist zuvorkommend, schnell und immer freundlich und gut gelaunt.

Der Service hier ist zu wünschen übrig würde wenn es minus Sterne geben würde minus Sterne geben. Eine größere Reisegruppe war vor uns trotz das wir online Check In vorgenommen haben standen wir mindestens eine Stunde oder länger mit unserem Gepäck da um einzuchecken. Auch das Personal hat nach Nachfrage nichts dagegen getan dass wir einchecken können. Der Tag war gelaufen für uns wir wollten was unternehmen haben die Zeit aber mit warten verbracht. Wer also viel Zeit hat und Lust darauf den Tag in der Warteschlange zu verbringen ist hier richtig. Für alle anderen empfehle ich dieses Hotel zu meiden.

Ich Reise viel aufgrund meinem Beruf . Ich war in vielen Hotels sowohl gute aber auch schlechte . Leider muss ich sagen dass das Hotel Radisson Blu Conferenz Hotel einer der schlechten sind . Mitarbeiter sehr inkompetent und unfreundlich . Einfache Abwicklungen funktionieren anscheinend nicht und sie mögen es eher kompliziert. Frech und ziemlich angreifend ist die Dame aus der Rezeption auch . Schade bei so einem schönen Hotel . Ich kann es nicht weiter empfehlen .

Super Hotel. Rundum einfach ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt. Er hat zwar nur einen Tag und eine Nacht gedauert, aber selbst in dieser kurzen Zeit ist man uns mit so viel ehrlicher Freundlichkeit begegnet, dass man sich heimisch gefühlt hat. Die Zimmer (jedenfalls unseres) sind sauber und ordentlich. Kein Staub. Keine Flecken auf dem Teppich. Kein..... also alles war WIRKLICH sauber. Man kennt das. Ne Menge Geld bezahlt und das Bad hat Rost- und Kalkflecken, dass sich einem die Zehennägel aufrollen. Die Bäder in diesem Hotel sind SAUBER. Keine Kalkflecken. Keine dreckigen Fugen. Qualitative Armaturen und zu dem fest verbauten Fön noch einen weiteren, welchen man zur Not mit in den Wellnessbereich nehmen kann. Wahnsinn. Der Wellnessbereich ist "etwas "klein" geraten, aber es ist ja auch kein Wellness Hotel. Ein vollkommen ausreichender Pool und eine Sauna, in der sechs Personen bequem Platz finden. Wahrscheinlich sogar mehr. Dafür ist der Fitnessbereich nach meiner Erfahrung ziemlich groß mit einer Menge Trainigsmöglichkeiten. Das Frühstück bietet eine große Auswahl an Speisen, Müslis, Obst und Getränken. Verschiedenste Kaffees, viele Milchsorten, Säfte und sogar frisch gemachte Smoothies. Mehr als ausreichend. Wir haben zwar nicht zu abend gegessen, aber die Pommes sind ein MUSS. Ernsthaft. Unbedingt bestellen. Die Straßenbahn fährt nur ein paar Meter vor der Tür Richtung Innenstadt und man ist in nur 5 Minuten an der Königsallee. Falls man anhand meiner Beschreibung nicht bemerkt hat, wie gut dieses Hotel ist, dann hier nochmal.... Super Hotel. Jederzeit bedenkenlos wieder. Als nächstes geht's ins Radisson nach Rostock....... PS: Ich habe leider keine besonderen Bilder gemacht, aber die Bilder auf der Webseite treffen es ganz gut. PPS: DIE POMMES NICHT VERGESSEN!!!

Über die Homepage lässt sich das Hotel nicht buchen, weil sich dabei immer ein Popup - Fenster ( bitte anklicken wenn Sie kein Roboter sind) öffnet Wenn man dann ein Haken setzt, geht die ganze Buchung wieder auf 0. Und anrufen kann man auch nicht. Denn bis man sich durch das System gewählt hat, wird die Leitung unterbrochen. So ein Hotel braucht man wirklich nicht. 😔

Schönes ruhiges Hotel mit Schwimmbad Riesen Groß und es hat den Charme von einer vergangenen Zeit, wir haben uns da sehr wohl gefühlt......

Świetna lokalizacja. Blisko do targów, które były celem mojej podróży oraz Renu. Bardzo wygodne łóżko, ekspres do kawy w pokoju, do tego czajnik i herbaty. Różnorodne śniadanie w formie szwedzkiego stołu - polecam pyszny omlet - dużo dodatków. Przy hotelu ładowarka do samochodów elektrycznych.

Eine sehr ruhige Lage. Vom Zentrum nicht weit weg. Nette Angestellte, sehr saubere Zimmer und leckeres Frühstück. Nur war der Pool etwas kalt und es ist kein whirlpool vorhanden.

Sehr schönes Hotel, moderne Zimmer und top Ausstattung. Alle Mitarbeiter seind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, den excellenten Service von Mariela an der Rezeption ist besonders betonenswert, vielen Dank!

Not really far from the airport, exhibition hall, Rhine river promenade. Easy access from DUS main station with U78 and U79 to Golzheim. From hotel to DUS airport by U79 to Freiligrathplatz, then continued by the bus 760 direct to airport terminal. From hotel to Kö by U78 or U79 from the other side of the hotel until Heinrich-Heine-Allee. The location is peaceful, business mode area. Some free parking space on street. Payable hotel parking is available. Nice business hotel but also comfortable for holiday in DUS. Friendly front office staffs during check in and evening shift. The check out reception gave complimentary snacks for the trip. Recommended hotel if you are in Düsseldorf.

I was here becausse of the Invictus Games 2023. Had a great time here. Was good, service good, room good, everything was just ok. Liked it here. Thanks, and who knowes I'll come back.

Schöne, saubere und moderne Superior-Zimmer. Check-In & Check-Out zügig und freundlich, ebenso wie der Service beim Frühstück. Jenes ist reichhaltig, bietet aber nicht mehr als andere vergleichbare Hotels, weshalb ich 28€ als etwas hoch angesetzt empfinde.

We stayed here for one night as it was just around the corner from the venue for the party that we were going to. The location is great; it is approximately 10 minutes walk through a large park to the Rhine, along which you can run, walk and cycle (there were even people roller-blading), and there is a tram stop a couple of minutes walk away. The hotel car park is located just to the left of the hotel as you look at the entrance, with open and covered areas. There is a height restriction on the "underground" covered area but a Nissan Qashqai easily fits into this area. The welcome and check-out experience was friendly and efficient.

Prima zakenhotel. Rustig gelegen en goed bereikbaar. Met alle noodzakelijke infrastructuur. Vriendelijk onthaal. Ruime kamers, beetje gedateerd maar comfortabel.

Ich war auf einer Veranstaltung da und habe im Foyer einen Kaffee getrunken. Als ich zahlen wollte, hieß es: Wir akzeptieren seit Januar kein Bargeld mehr! Danke, gut zu wissen! Wer so modern ist, dass er das gesetzliche Zahlungsmittel ablehnt, wird von mir boykottiert. Die Verstaltungen finden jetzt woanders statt.
