We were there on vacation and we were thrilled. A very nice waiter and the food was great 👍👍👍

If you're looking for delicious burgers, this is the place to go. Very friendly service, and a good selection of drinks. All in all, highly recommended.

So, in short: The waiter was super nice, the wait took over an hour (supposedly a broken plate) for three people. The hamburger was delicious, nothing special (with the decorated plate). BUT 7.50 for a small plate of fries (about 12 fries!) with two sauces...well...that's a bit low for me, especially when customers have to wait longer than an hour. I don't need to have it again.

The burgers, fries, and sauces were excellent. The waitress was quick. The ambiance doesn't suit a burger joint in my opinion. The fries and burgers are served in paper bags. In my opinion, this is unnecessary – 1. it creates too much waste, and 2. it would save the owner money. Serve the fries in small metal baskets or something similar.

Between half-timbered houses and flair: The QuedlinBURGER was love at first bite. A must-try – for the heart and stomach ❤️🍔 Not only is the food truly top-notch, the service couldn't be better either.

The burgers were delicious, but three things we wanted to order were unavailable, the service forgot about us at times, and the wait times were long. Some of the dishes were expensive.

We spontaneously went on a city tour yesterday and were accordingly hungry 😋 since we didn't have anything else to eat, we decided to go to this restaurant. It was super fresh, homemade, and truly one of the best tasting food we've had in the area. The service was funny and super attentive. Thank you so much for that 🫶 we'll definitely be back!!!!!

We had the Quedlingburger and the Delikate burger, both increbibly tasty! The place is small and nice, and they also have a terrasse. Very friendly owner as well. Highly recommend it!

Perfect all around! Very friendly service, water for the dogs, a friendly chat, short wait times, and super delicious fresh burgers. The vegetarian patty was also incredibly good. Most of it is homemade and the ingredients are locally sourced—what more could you want? Definitely recommend it :)

We're currently sitting at Quedlinburger and had the most delicious burger (made with their own recipe), a delicious Aperol Spritz, and very friendly service. You couldn't ask for more. We'd love to come back!

We stumbled upon the shop by chance and were absolutely thrilled. The wait time was acceptable; the server was in a great mood and chatted with us, always with a joke on his lips. The selection was so extensive that we could hardly decide. We've rarely eaten something so delicious. The fries were clearly potatoes, and the meat was juicy. The buns were crispy, and the ingredients were perfectly balanced. The truffle mayo was delicious, and the guacamole was also excellent. I'd definitely go back.

We were on a city tour in Quedlinburg today! Lunch, hungry! What to eat? Burgers! 12:00 p.m., the restaurant has just opened, and we are the first customers. We ordered: the German Burger and the Delikates! See photo for ingredients! And stealth fries! The burgers were amazing! I haven't had such good burgers in a long time. Everything was just right! Great flavors that go well together, everything prepared to perfection. Simply great! The fries are MEGA! Yes, they're just potatoes, but here they're at their best! The service is simply good! Maybe we'll come to Quedlinburg for a burger sometime! It's worth it! The city is beautiful too, by the way! Period!

Small Burger Restaurant with Flair If you're looking for a charming place to indulge in a delicious burger, then you should definitely stop by this small burger restaurant nestled in the idyllic half-timbered streets. The atmosphere of the restaurant and the surrounding area is simply fantastic. The small alleys surrounding the restaurant also contribute to the cozy atmosphere. You almost feel like you've stepped back in time. The drinks menu is also particularly noteworthy. It offers a great combination of refreshing drinks. There's something for everyone. And last but not least, the staff is simply fantastic! The service is not only friendly, but also extremely polite and attentive. You can tell that the staff cares about their service, which adds an extra bonus to the whole experience. We were simply thrilled and would definitely come back!

Quedlin Burger is a very tasty burger joint. The fries are excellent, and the burgers are just as good. The prices are reasonable for such quality. The only drawback is the limited options for people with lactose intolerance.

Super friendly service and delicious burgers.

Well, after about 5 minutes of looking at the menu and ordering, the beer took a good 40 minutes to arrive... and then the three burgers took another 25 minutes to arrive! Overall, the entire experience lasted a little over 1.5 hours, even though we only ordered one beer and three burgers with fries, and all of that right at the beginning. If you're so overwhelmed or are missing key staff, you should mention it right at the beginning, because this is, after all, a burger place!! Or at least if the customers have a three-year-old child with them.... The cheeseburgers were, in my opinion, nothing special at best. The meat was medium and lean, but unfortunately very watery! Combined with the greasy bun, the whole bread became like a kitchen sponge. The whole meat and bread thing may be a matter of taste, but the slow service today... just catastrophic.

Really good for a burger joint! Unfortunately, the wait times were very long, but that was only due to a lack of staff and was forgivable. However, I didn't find the coleslaw tasty at all, and they were a bit stingy with the sauces – but the super-friendly waiter was able to sort everything out quickly and easily. Additionally, our waiter was not only super-friendly, but also very professional and attentive, which turned what was supposed to be a quick lunch into a relaxed lunch in beautiful weather with excellent service :)

The burger is NOT cooked through! Since the minced meat is frozen, not fresh, this is a clear violation of the minced meat regulations; the responsible health department and trade inspectorate have been informed. Furthermore, the portions, especially the fries, are outrageous: 15 fries for just under €5? The entire shop smells of frying oil, making it almost impossible to breathe, and I had to air out my clothes for days. I was only able to change seats after discussing it with the waitress – no, never again.

Very nice little place. The boy serving was cheerful and friendly. The burgers were big and delicious. We didn't have to leave, we just rolled out. Thank you, customers, and prosperity.

Kleines Restaurant in unmittelbarer Nähe des Marktes. Nur ein paar Tische - Burger sehr lecker - alles selbstgemacht und aus der Region. Besonders lecker waren auch die Fritten - sehr kross. Eine Portion reichte uns zum Teilen. Im Laden selber war nur eine Person (Inhaber ?) , der sehr freundlich war. In der Küche ist wohl nur eine Dame beschäftigt. Man sollte etwas Zeit mitbringen, da die Bestellungen nacheinander abgearbeitet werden und wir das Pech hatten, das zwei Tische kurz vorher bestellt hatten. Ansonsten eine Empfehlung!

A great shop with regional food where they really pay attention to quality, even when it comes to drinks they make sure that they come from the area and best of all, the prices are more than fair.

We were in Quedlinburg for the long May weekend and had dinner every evening. Sometimes Italian, then Greek and on the last evening at Quedlinburg Burger. We received the card(s) immediately and our children's special requests were also taken into account. The girls were also given something to color in, which definitely helped with the media affinity :-) I had a Quedlinburg burger and it was REALLY amazing. I've eaten a lot of burgers, even in supposedly hip shops in Berlin, but I have to say that the Quedlinburg Burger really blew me away. The meat was very tasty and regional, the entire composition of the ingredients was perfectly coordinated, the fries were awesome and the truffle mayo anyway :-) Overall successful and definitely recommended. We'll be back!

A restaurant to forget! We arrived at the restaurant at 5:00 PM and asked if we could be reserved a table for 6:00 PM. This was promised. We arrived promptly at 5:55 PM. The promised table had been given away shortly before, and the restaurant was full. Then the waiter started making excuses. This place is awful. If promises aren't reliable, neither the promises nor the person making them are worth a cent.

We were in Quedlinburg last Friday and discovered this little burger shop in the evening after a city tour. The burgers and fries were phenomenally tasty. The homemade buns, patties, sauces, etc. are hard to beat. The boss is super friendly and the atmosphere is very inviting. We talked to the boss for a few minutes outside after dinner. He's really likeable.

Very small place with great tasty food. If you are american who can't stay 15 minutes without eating, this place is not for you. As any small business with a kitchen, this place's orders take longer, although acceptable, time to get ready. I recommend the "Der Delikate", as it's very tasty! The atmosphere is very cosy. A real gem hiding in plain sight.

Small, hidden shop in an alley behind the town hall. Super nice operator. Very tasty food and pleasant atmosphere. We have and felt very comfortable. And even if you don't have to go to the toilet, be sure to show the toilet key 😉

We ate here on vacation and WOW, were we surprised. This is the best burger I've ever eaten. Nobody from Hamburg has been able to keep up with that. Everything regional and very good quality. The service was also super friendly. Next time we're in the area, we'll definitely eat there again :)

It was great. The dude who greeted us and brought us to the place was in a great mood, friendly and personable. The menu is surprisingly diverse in terms of burger creations without being overloaded. Had the burger with the onion jam, super good. Fries with truffle mayo in a great size, not sticky or too crispy. Conclusion: They can do burgers

On the day of arrival we went looking for dinner as a couple. Unfortunately it wasn't possible to get a table anywhere on a Sunday. Not even in this small restaurant. But we were offered the food to take away. After we didn't get any further rejections at restaurants, we went back to take up the offer. We order and drink a shandy outside while we wait. Everything was super uncomplicated, friendly. Essen.gibg also very quickly. When we arrived at the apartment we unpacked our burgers and I wonder how you did it. They were still boiling hot. There's nothing worse than eating cold burgers. Even in a restaurant, I had never eaten such hot burgers and they were only packed in such thermal boxes. Fries were homemade. The burgers were awesome, I had the Delicates. Sooo delicious, really delicate. My friend the pullet pork. It was a great alternative and we were happy

Everything here is perfect down to the smallest detail. The boss simply does everything right with his concept, his approachable manner and, of course, with the unbeatably good food! It's fun to be able to enjoy the food in all its facets in this atmosphere. From the fries, which were simply divine, to the wide range of sauces, to the perfect quality of the meat, just overwhelming praise. I had the veggie burger with homemade fallafel patty and had at least as great a taste experience in terms of taste and quality as my family had with their “normal” burgers. If the weather does not allow outdoor seating, we recommend making a reservation by telephone. We were still lucky and thank you again for a great taste experience!
