Freundlich von der telefonischen Anfrage bis zur persönlichen Verabschiedung. Lächeln, auch Lachen, reden, wenn du willst, Beratung, Ruhe, Zeit für Gäste, all das ist hier anzutreffen. Zusätzlich ein sehr schön, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und farblich dezent gestaltetes Restaurant mit einer Zwischenetage oder Empore, was den Raum angenehm teilt, dem Raum eine tolle Höhe gibt. Die Gerichte, Thunfisch und Tapas, Dessert Panna Cotta waren für uns herausragend, außergewöhnlich lecker, fein und mit Aromenvielfalt hergestellt. Leckere Weine, große Auswahl Biodynamische Weine aus Italien. Danke für die Beratung, passend zum Essen, und danke für den kurzfristig zubereiteten Negroni, der nicht auf der Karte war;). Danke an euch. Und toll, dass wir am Ende auch mit dem Koch persönlich über unser Essen kurz sprechen konnten. Alles Gute euch für die nächsten 16 Jahre.

Ich bestellte gebratenes Hähnchenbrustfilet in einer Calvados-Sahnesauce mit Apfel-Sellerie-Gremolata, serviert auf Tagliatelle. Die Kombination aus Hähnchen, Apfel und Sellerie war etwas ungewöhnlich, aber überraschend lecker. Eine gelungene Fusion italienischer und deutscher Aromen. Die Tagliatelle waren al dente, die Hähnchenbrust perfekt – zart, saftig und nicht übergart. Die Johannisbeeren passten hervorragend dazu. Nur die Sauce hätte etwas mehr Calvados vertragen können, da der Apfelweingeschmack nicht sehr ausgeprägt war. Der Service war gut, aber es wirkte etwas unhöflich, als der Kellner etwa einen Meter von uns entfernt stand, laut lachte und sich angeregt mit Stammgästen oder Freunden an einem anderen Tisch unterhielt.

Wir waren heute zu einem Geschäftsessen im Schillers in Quedlinburg und sind rundum begeistert. Das Ambiente ist fantastisch, der Innenhof sehr gemütlich und die Speisen waren durchweg hervorragend. Ein großes Lob geht an die Servicekraft Tina, die uns extrem schnell, herzlich, engagiert und mit viel Charme bedient hat. Das Schillers ist eine absolute Empfehlung für jeden, der im Harz unterwegs ist!!!

Wir saßen im Hinterhof, der sehr gemütlich war, und aßen Tapas, die auch sehr gut waren.

Wir waren gestern (04.07.2026) zum JGA Start dort. Es war super schön, das Personal ist absolut spitze und spontan. Es schmeckt super lecker und das Buffet ist unserer Meinung nach, für einen schmalen Taler üppig gefüllt. Der Laden und die Toiletten sind sauber und gepflegt. Der nächste Besuch ist garantiert!

Wir sind immer wieder gern hier. Gerade die kleine & saisonal wechselnde Karte ist toll. Das Essen ist immer sehr gut.

Wir wurden hier als Gruppe sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend empfangen, wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. In einem kleinen Innenhof kann man es auch im Sommer gut aushalten. Alle Gerichte waren köstlich.

Man fühlt sich als Gast vom ersten Moment an willkommen. Wer in Quedlinburg ein Restaurant mit tollem Ambiente, sehr gutem Essen und herzlichem Service sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Wir sind köstlich mit Kuchen und gutem Kaffee bewirtet worden und saßen mit Kinderwagen und Hündin im Innenhof. Perfekt!

Wer das Schillers noch nicht auf dem Schirm hat, verpasst definitiv etwas. Einfach nur hammer geil! Selten so ein herzlichen und aufmerksamen Service erlebt. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen. Kein langes Warten, immer ein Lächeln auf den Lippen – so macht Essengehen Spaß! Man merkt sofort, dass hier mit Leidenschaft gekocht wird. Jeder Bissen war eine Geschmacksexplosion – frisch, perfekt gewürzt und optisch ein echtes Highlight. Die Preise sind mehr als fair für diese Qualität. Wir werden wieder kommen!

Wolfsbarschfillet mit Erbsenpürree war überragend. Tomatensuppe gut. Aioli auch sehr gut.

Wir waren im Urlaub im Harz und sind durch Zufall auf diesen Gourmet-Tempel gestoßen. Erst mal muss ich sagen: exzellentes Essen, optisch wie geschmacklich auf sehr hohem Niveau. Die Gerichte waren kreativ angerichtet, perfekt abgestimmt und hochwertig zubereitet. Besonders die Kombination aus Texturen und Aromen war hervorragend. Der Service war Extraklasse, und der Kellner hat einem jeden Wunsch von den Lippen abgelesen – klare Empfehlung!!!

Bei einem Tagesausflug entdeckten wir zufällig dieses Lokal, welches uns spontan anlachte. Die Bedienung war freundlich und zuvorkommend, das Essen sehr lecker. Wenn es uns mal wieder nach Quedlinburg verschlägt, werden wir dort wieder einkehren.

Gemütliches Restaurant mit Flair in der Altstadt. Wir hatten uns zum Frühstücks-Buffet angemeldet und bekamen einen schönen Tisch zugewiesen. Der Wirt war sehr freundlich, das Buffet war ordentlich, der Cappucino gut. Alles in allem ein prima Auftakt, wären da nicht die nervenden, klirrenden Beats gewesen, die so gar nicht zum Ambiente passen.

Ein echtes Highlight am Ostersonntag! ​Wir waren auf der Durchreise und haben hier spontan einen Tisch für zwei ergattert. Ein absoluter Glücksgriff! ​Ambiente & Service: Das Schillers ist gemütlich und herrlich unaufgeregt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist, wie stimmig alles wirkt – weder übertrieben noch zusammengewürfelt, sondern einfach ein rundes Gesamtkonzept. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und der Service blieb den gesamten Abend über aufmerksam und liebevoll. ​Essen: Die Karte ist angenehm überschaubar und bietet das gewisse Etwas. Unser Risotto mit grünem Spargel und die Pasta mit Rinderfiletstreifen waren geschmacklich top und von hervorragender Qualität. Auch der Nachtisch (Apfelstrudel & Tiramisu) war jede Kalorie wert! ​Preis/Leistung: Absolut angemessen für das gebotene Niveau. ​Wichtiger Hinweis zur Barrierefreiheit: Da es sich um ein altes Fachwerkhaus handelt, gibt es bauliche Grenzen. Mit meinen Krücken wurde mir sofort ein passender Tisch angeboten. Zu den Toiletten führen jedoch ein paar Stufen – das sollte man einplanen. Alles war zudem blitzsauber. ​Fazit: Wir sind glücklich, diesen Ort durch Zufall gefunden zu haben. Das war sicher nicht unser letzter Besuch

Wir haben erst am Nachmittag für eine Reservierung angerufen für 4 Personen angerufen und noch eine bekommen! Das Essen war vorzüglich! Die Pasta mit grünem Spargel und die Bärlauchpesto-Pasta waren saisonal, was uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Die Bedienung war extrem charmant und aufmerksam, was unser Essenserlebnis perfektionierte! Wir waren wirklich mehr als positiv überrascht! Auch die Desserts (wir haben alle probiert? Waren einfach nur perfekt !

Wir waren am 30.12.25 zum Abendessen dort. Mit wirklich richtig viel Glück hatte man dort noch einen Tisch für uns zwei. Ein wirklich sehr herzlicher Wirt empfing uns und entschuldigte sich noch für den ungünstigen Tisch. Wir sagten ihm, lieber diesen als keinen und bedankten uns, dass wir so spontan reservieren konnten. Was dann kam war echt phantastisch. Wir hatten Entenbrust und Rinderbäckchen (Foto). Das Essen sah fast zu schön aus, bei Abendessen wie ein Gemälde, um es zu essen. Aber das war ja der Plan und jeder Bissen war ein Genuss vom aller feinsten!!! Die beiden Wirte waren so toll und aufmerksam und trotz des vollen Hauses hatten sie immer Zeit für ein kleines Gespräch. Großartig, exzellent, wundervoll .... Wir empfehlen das Schiller's auch wenn es etwas teurer als woanders ist. Es lohnt sich jeder einzelne Euro 👍👍👍👍!

Wir waren gestern dort zum Mittagsbruch. Die Bedienung war ernsthaft bemüht und hat sich mehrfach für das Fehlverhalten der Nachbarn entschuldigt. Beim Essen ist zu beachten, dass es spanisch angehaucht, aber nicht ganz konsequent umgesetzt ist. Das Ambiente ist rustikal "mit Patina" - wir mögen das.

Wirklich ein fantastisches Essen und unglaublich herzliche Inhaber! Die Preise sind zwar etwas höher, aber alles wird frisch in sehr guter Qualität zubereitet. Auf individuelle Wünsche wird gerne etwas vegan abgewandelt. Wir hatten eine sehr schönen Abend!

Wir fanden es anfangs eigentlich richtig gemütlich und den Kellner / Wirt?? auch sehr nett. Wir haben verschiedene Gerichte bestellt, unter anderem "rosa gebratene Entenbrust". Die Kellnerin kam nach der Bestellung extra nochmal und fragte, ob ich die Entenbrust rosa oder durch haben wolle. Ich sagte rosa und die Entenbrust kam durchgebraten. Ich sagte der Kellnerin, dass ich das anders bestellt hätte und sie holte den Chef. Er fragte mich, ob alles in Ordnung sei und ich sagte auch ihm, dass ich ein wenig enttäuscht sei. Er fragte mich, ob er ein neues Essen holen solle, was ich nicht wollte, weil ich generell gegen Foodwaste bin. Danach hatten wir aber leider das Gefühl, total ignoriert zu werden. Als wir nach dreimaligem Winken und Aufmerksam machen fragten, ob wir noch einen Nachtisch bestellen könnten, wurde uns von dem Kellner / Chef gesagt, dass es knapp würde, weil nach uns direkt eine 9er Gruppe käme. Wir bekamen zwar den Nachtisch, haben uns aber nicht wirklich willkommen gefühlt. Ich hätte mir nach unseren Erfahrungen gewünscht, dass umso mehr geschaut worden wäre, uns zufrieden zu stellen. Insgesamt eher enttäuschend!

We liked it and enjoyed it. We thought the prices were too high for the relatively simple food. The decor had the feel of a student pub and everything was kept simple. The owner and his staff were very nice.

The two of us went to Schiller's on a Friday evening without a reservation. The reception was very friendly. The food was extremely good, with a very interesting combination. I will definitely recommend it.

This small bistro at the entrance to the old town tries to create the impression of an upscale specialty restaurant with its many handwritten signs and a small menu. Unfortunately, it falls short of this claim. The pasta was hardly homemade and didn't arrive particularly hot (the plates weren't preheated either). The fillet and chicken strips on top could be counted on one hand. They also charged extra for the Parmesan cheese. In the end, we spent over €70 for two pasta dishes and a beer. The value for money isn't right at all. And as a somewhat older adult, I don't like being addressed informally by the waitress without asking. You don't have to go there.

Nice restaurant. Very expensive for a small portion. We had noodles with pumpkin. There was barely any pumpkin flavor, and noodles with chicken in mushroom sauce. The chicken was too salty and overcooked. For the price, I'd get more and pay less elsewhere. It's a shame.

With seasonally changing Mediterranean-inspired dishes, this restaurant is sure to please many guests. Always delicious, freshly prepared in a special atmosphere. You can also enjoy your meal outside in front of the entrance or in the romantic courtyard. Very friendly service and creative dishes. A small but fine menu is available. Also suitable for allergy sufferers and vegetarians. Individual variations of the dishes can be arranged upon request.

The food is of outstanding quality – each dish is prepared with love and is a true delight. ​The service is first-class: The staff is incredibly friendly, attentive, and ensures that you feel completely at home. The central location also makes the restaurant perfect for a visit after exploring the city. ​The value for money is simply spot on. I can wholeheartedly recommend the Schiller and am already looking forward to my next visit!

We've been there twice. It feels so wonderful the moment you walk in; you feel absolutely welcome. Such a friendly atmosphere, every wish is fulfilled. The food is freshly prepared, well-seasoned, of good quality, and a delight to taste. The way it was presented was also simply fantastic. Unfortunately, we were only in Quedlinburg on vacation, but if we're in the area again, dinner there will definitely be on our list. Great, please keep it up!!!

It's not really possible to fully evaluate the service with just one piece of tiramisu and two apple strudels, but this time it still wasn't good enough for 5 stars. However, the service was very friendly and accommodating, and the other, diverse dishes are probably pure delight, so we definitely recommend a visit!

We came in for dinner and chose to sit in the courtyard. We both had carbonara and panna cotta. Super delicious dishes, carbonara unique and delicious, panna cotta fresh and delicious. Super good service and atmosphere.

Average service (no above-bare-minimum interest, no 'how was the food, would you need something else' while this happened with the people at the other tables, took my empty plate while my partner was still eating), and very average and massively overpriced food. Cannot recommend.

Nothing was incredibly wrong, and the stuff was polite, but that's it. The food is very average and over priced. I had poularde and it was very dry, the couscous that came with it as well. The disappointment is also due to the 4,5 reviews, and the overpriced dishes (25 euros for a plate of pasta carbonara which was average at most, and 28 euros for a dry chicken). Plus the staff did the bare minimum: gave us menus, took the order, and never came to ask us if we were good, needed something else, if we like the food, basic restaurant customer service.

I've known Schiller's for a few years. I eat here every time I'm in Quedlinburg. This time I was here with a small group, and everyone was extremely satisfied. Thanks 🙂 I'd love to come back next time.

A nice place and a pleasant atmosphere. There are preparations that can be improved, such as gnocchi, however, the apple and celery soup is incredible. Don't miss it. Sven will serve you like a king.

The map is small but very (very) fine. In terms of price, the dishes are a little more expensive (perhaps normal for these days), but you get top quality and it tastes great. The service is friendly and familiar. We are very happy to recommend this restaurant!

A cozy location with paid parking right in front. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the sweet breakfast with a fresh croissant and a fruit platter is absolutely delicious. The only minor drawback is that honey, jam, and butter don't fit well on a single croissant. :-) (Of course, you can order extras.) They even brought us some free bread. That was really sweet. We went there with friends on New Year's Eve. The atmosphere is cozy, the service friendly and witty. The food—pasta with strips of beef fillet—was on the high end, but excellently prepared and therefore well worth the price. We definitely recommend it.

Service was great... Despite the kitchen being closed at 3:30 p.m., we still managed to get a very spicy (lots of ginger) pumpkin soup and a delicately seasoned parsnip soup. The service was very friendly, even though we interrupted their lunch. Cappuccino, and not from a fully automatic machine. We'd be happy to return.

The interior of the restaurant is incredibly cozy and inviting. The tasteful decoration and pleasant lighting create a relaxed atmosphere, ideal for an evening with friends or a romantic dinner. Overall it was a completely successful experience. I can't wait to come back!

We visited Schiller's on September 3, 2024 in the evening and found a comfortable spot in the front dining room. Both the rose and the main courses - salad with chicken and saffron risotto - tasted great. The price-performance ratio is great. We had a lot of problems with the male and female service staff. A self-confident and obviously very satisfied male service person pouring wine, who considered saying goodbye after the payment process to be completely unnecessary, and a female service person who was obviously struggling with some kind of annoyance and was accordingly short in communication when taking the order, were a good fit at all not to the very good kitchen performance. Too bad. Very unfortunate. We didn't feel like welcome guests given the behavior of the service staff.

The Schillers saved our Saturday evening. After several unsuccessful attempts to have dinner in one of the many restaurants in Quedlinburg, which failed due to a lack of reservation on our part or the unfriendliness of the staff, we were welcomed with open arms at Schillers. Although we hadn't made a reservation, we were seated at a small table at the bar and, after a short wait, were able to use it to eat. The food was excellent, perhaps the portions were a bit too generous ☺️. In contrast to many other restaurants in Quedlinburg, you can also pay cashless here! The nice conversations with the service and the atmosphere contributed to a successful evening in the end. Thanks for that 🙏.
