A very nice restaurant with a very friendly owner whose passion for his restaurant is evident. We had a wonderful time there. I highly recommend Schillers; it's well worth a visit.

We visited this lovely, cozy, and somewhat quaint little restaurant with friends. We felt very comfortable. The tagliatelle was delicious. A true culinary delight. We thank the chef again for the friendly conversation. We'd love to come back.

We liked it and enjoyed it. We thought the prices were too high for the relatively simple food. The decor had the feel of a student pub and everything was kept simple. The owner and his staff were very nice.

The two of us went to Schiller's on a Friday evening without a reservation. The reception was very friendly. The food was extremely good, with a very interesting combination. I will definitely recommend it.

This small bistro at the entrance to the old town tries to create the impression of an upscale specialty restaurant with its many handwritten signs and a small menu. Unfortunately, it falls short of this claim. The pasta was hardly homemade and didn't arrive particularly hot (the plates weren't preheated either). The fillet and chicken strips on top could be counted on one hand. They also charged extra for the Parmesan cheese. In the end, we spent over €70 for two pasta dishes and a beer. The value for money isn't right at all. And as a somewhat older adult, I don't like being addressed informally by the waitress without asking. You don't have to go there.

Nice restaurant. Very expensive for a small portion. We had noodles with pumpkin. There was barely any pumpkin flavor, and noodles with chicken in mushroom sauce. The chicken was too salty and overcooked. For the price, I'd get more and pay less elsewhere. It's a shame.

With seasonally changing Mediterranean-inspired dishes, this restaurant is sure to please many guests. Always delicious, freshly prepared in a special atmosphere. You can also enjoy your meal outside in front of the entrance or in the romantic courtyard. Very friendly service and creative dishes. A small but fine menu is available. Also suitable for allergy sufferers and vegetarians. Individual variations of the dishes can be arranged upon request.

We've been there twice. It feels so wonderful the moment you walk in; you feel absolutely welcome. Such a friendly atmosphere, every wish is fulfilled. The food is freshly prepared, well-seasoned, of good quality, and a delight to taste. The way it was presented was also simply fantastic. Unfortunately, we were only in Quedlinburg on vacation, but if we're in the area again, dinner there will definitely be on our list. Great, please keep it up!!!

It's not really possible to fully evaluate the service with just one piece of tiramisu and two apple strudels, but this time it still wasn't good enough for 5 stars. However, the service was very friendly and accommodating, and the other, diverse dishes are probably pure delight, so we definitely recommend a visit!

In the early afternoon, cappuccino with cheesecake, and in the evening, an excellent meal with an interesting selection and plenty of vegetables. Pleasant service and ambiance.

Average service (no above-bare-minimum interest, no 'how was the food, would you need something else' while this happened with the people at the other tables, took my empty plate while my partner was still eating), and very average and massively overpriced food. Cannot recommend.

Nothing was incredibly wrong, and the stuff was polite, but that's it. The food is very average and over priced. I had poularde and it was very dry, the couscous that came with it as well. The disappointment is also due to the 4,5 reviews, and the overpriced dishes (25 euros for a plate of pasta carbonara which was average at most, and 28 euros for a dry chicken). Plus the staff did the bare minimum: gave us menus, took the order, and never came to ask us if we were good, needed something else, if we like the food, basic restaurant customer service.

I've known Schiller's for a few years. I eat here every time I'm in Quedlinburg. This time I was here with a small group, and everyone was extremely satisfied. Thanks 🙂 I'd love to come back next time.

The map is small but very (very) fine. In terms of price, the dishes are a little more expensive (perhaps normal for these days), but you get top quality and it tastes great. The service is friendly and familiar. We are very happy to recommend this restaurant!

A nice place and a pleasant atmosphere. There are preparations that can be improved, such as gnocchi, however, the apple and celery soup is incredible. Don't miss it. Sven will serve you like a king.

We went there with friends on New Year's Eve. The atmosphere is cozy, the service friendly and witty. The food—pasta with strips of beef fillet—was on the high end, but excellently prepared and therefore well worth the price. We definitely recommend it.

A cozy location with paid parking right in front. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the sweet breakfast with a fresh croissant and a fruit platter is absolutely delicious. The only minor drawback is that honey, jam, and butter don't fit well on a single croissant. :-) (Of course, you can order extras.) They even brought us some free bread. That was really sweet. Thank you so much!

Service was great... Despite the kitchen being closed at 3:30 p.m., we still managed to get a very spicy (lots of ginger) pumpkin soup and a delicately seasoned parsnip soup. The service was very friendly, even though we interrupted their lunch. Cappuccino, and not from a fully automatic machine. We'd be happy to return.

We visited Schiller's on September 3, 2024 in the evening and found a comfortable spot in the front dining room. Both the rose and the main courses - salad with chicken and saffron risotto - tasted great. The price-performance ratio is great. We had a lot of problems with the male and female service staff. A self-confident and obviously very satisfied male service person pouring wine, who considered saying goodbye after the payment process to be completely unnecessary, and a female service person who was obviously struggling with some kind of annoyance and was accordingly short in communication when taking the order, were a good fit at all not to the very good kitchen performance. Too bad. Very unfortunate. We didn't feel like welcome guests given the behavior of the service staff.

The Schillers saved our Saturday evening. After several unsuccessful attempts to have dinner in one of the many restaurants in Quedlinburg, which failed due to a lack of reservation on our part or the unfriendliness of the staff, we were welcomed with open arms at Schillers. Although we hadn't made a reservation, we were seated at a small table at the bar and, after a short wait, were able to use it to eat. The food was excellent, perhaps the portions were a bit too generous ☺️. In contrast to many other restaurants in Quedlinburg, you can also pay cashless here! The nice conversations with the service and the atmosphere contributed to a successful evening in the end. Thanks for that 🙏.

We were satisfied from start to finish at Schiller's. The hearty main courses were great art and we were also completely impressed by the tiramisu for dessert. Plus friendly service, so it's not a problem if you have to wait a bit.

First of all: the food is good. Unfortunately the service wasn't. Before the starter, the waitress ordered us to clear the table (just decoration of the house) and handed us the plates to distribute ourselves. The appetizer took time. We hadn't finished the starter yet when the main course was served. When we brought this up, the succinct statement was that we had no influence on when the kitchen cooked the main course. An apology sounds different. We consumed for 160 euros. We therefore don't expect to be treated like royalty, but like guests. Schiller's was far from that that evening. Unfortunately not recommended.

After a long search for a table in the restaurant, it was spontaneously made possible here at Schillers. Super nice staff and the food was great. When we are in Quedlinburg again, Schillers is the first choice.

Nice shop, restored with loving details. When you sit there, every corner is a little positive surprise. Even when choosing the wine, you can feel the sense of something special. Unfortunately, the tapas plate received little recognition from me, it could really be done better. Over-marinated vegetables, meat fried "dead", "cheap" olives from a jar, beetroot also gave the impression of being in a jar. Instead of baguette, there were sliced ​​rolls with the quality of a large bakery. Well, maybe I found the weak point of the day - an otherwise professional performance in all areas. If I had still felt hungry - the freshly baked cake, which was delicious to look at, would have been in sight of my palate. The other things at the table were very lovingly prepared and presented. So despite criticism of one thing, we had a very pleasant time at Schiller's

We had reserved and were offered a nice place in the courtyard. The welcome and the service were very warm and courteous. Unfortunately, the quality of the food didn't convince us. The olives served with the aioli were bland. The baguette and also the aioli were good. We chose the salad with chicken breast and the pike perch fillet. The waiting time was completely fine. The dressing on the salad was very special that you could hardly eat the salad. It featured some freeze-dried herbs. The chicken breast was dry and very plain. The zander was overcooked and therefore dry and literally shriveled. The potato cauliflower puree was devoid of sophistication and the vegetable salsa was indefinable. The fat in it separated from the tomato variety. The crowning glory, however, was the very fruity-sweet raspberry vinegar cream, which was wildly poured over this dish. As if that wasn't enough, a mountain of radish or radish sprouts were added to the fish and rounded off this taste chaos with plenty of basil leaves. Chapeau, that's a combination. The location is enchanting and of a manageable size. It's a shame that the kitchen can't keep up. Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio is not right here either. I would like to reiterate that the service was impeccable. Nevertheless, we probably won't come back.

We were in the restaurant with a group of 12 people. The service was very friendly and attentive. However, our food was not as outstanding as other reviewers made it out to be. I had chicken breast roulade - stuffed with spinach - on quinoa. That was nothing. The chicken was completely dry and the price was not good. We sat in the inner courtyard, which is nice because of the greenery - it wasn't really comfortable, especially since staff kept coming through the narrow corridor with food, raw, shrink-wrapped meat, bread, etc... (Probably the storage/refrigeration at the other end of the inner courtyard.) At least for me, that didn't contribute that much to a nice ambience. In addition, the other 11 guests were also rather hungry after eating. So you shouldn't come to the restaurant when you're so hungry. The service in advance was very good, reservation, confirmation and a phone call shortly beforehand - great!

We had salads and pasta. Salad with chicken was delicious, but small portion. Pasta is not recommended, it was ok - but the flavours was a bit off. Delicious homemade tiramisu and good coffee. Not possible to have diet drinks, not very suitable for diabetics, unfortunately. Many flavours of juices. Recommended for wonderful atmosphere (sit outside!) and if you like fancy food. Ps- the mozarella is yummy!

We went there spontaneously for breakfast. Unfortunately we weren't seen. We were accompanied to the courtyard and were alone there. A table was occupied in the restaurant. Only after a personal inquiry did the waitress come and then she brought the drinks, the food didn't come until later, so the drinks were already gone when breakfast finally came. Nobody asked if we had another request, so I had to go to the counter again because I didn't want to eat the rolls so dry anymore. It's a shame, we had the same experience there years ago. So we don't have breakfast at Schillers anymore

We opted for the hearty breakfast on our first visit and got a nice big platter for the 4 of us. On my next visit I decided on the cheese breakfast. Both were delicious and beautifully prepared and also great prices. We would come back at any time if we are nearby.

A great café and a nice way to start the day well, the two of us had a great breakfast and the quantity was okay too. The ambience is very cozy, the mood is relaxed and the atmosphere is very soothing. The café is located in a great half-timbered house. The toilets are very clean.
